Abstract

The invention relates to a pack with an opening lock, in particular a child-resistant pack (10), with an outer pack (11) and with an inner pack (12), the inner pack (12) being at least partially accommodated in the outer pack (11), and the inner pack (12) for opening and closing the pack (10) is arranged displaceably in the outer pack (11), and wherein the pack (10) has at least one securing means as an opening safety device in order to open the pack (10) or to gain access to the to complicate or prevent products arranged in the inner pack (12). Description

The invention relates to a pack with an anti-opening device, in particular a child-resistant pack, with an outer pack and with an inner pack, the inner pack being at least partially accommodated in the outer pack, and wherein the inner pack is arranged displaceably in the outer pack for opening and closing the pack, and wherein the pack has at least one securing means as an opening security device in order to make opening of the pack or access to the products arranged in the inner pack more difficult or to prevent, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Child-resistant packaging is intended to prevent (small) children who are not yet able to overcome a complex opening mechanism from coming into contact with the potentially harmful contents. For many products that pose a health risk to small children, their use is mandatory through national and international legislation. The present invention is concerned with such or similar safety mechanisms, which are generally referred to below as opening safety devices and thus relate not only or not exclusively to (small) children.

One purpose of opening locks can, for example, be in the area of packs for alternative tobacco products or cannabis products. The worldwide The consumption of alternative tobacco products (e-cigarettes) and cannabis products that are already legalized in many countries is increasing steadily. The future forecasts promise a very fast growing market in the future. It is also to be expected that many parents will store and consume their cannabis products at home, for example for the treatment of a number of health conditions. As a result, there is a risk that your children will discover the relevant supplies and thus get hold of the dangerous substances. This can lead to health problems or serious consequences for the children, even if they are taken in very small amounts. In order to make it more difficult for children to have access to the substances, guidelines and ordinances have been issued by national statutory authorities that prescribe or regulate the sale of cannabis products in child-resistant packaging and that this packaging must be certified in accordance with the ordinances and guidelines issued.

In order to meet the expected consumer demand in the future, the tobacco and cannabis companies have to react with child-safe, mass-market and inexpensive packaging products that may also contain other forms of packaging, such as child-proof blisters, flow packs, four-sided sealed bags or the like. Of course, this also applies to corporations from other economic sectors.

There are various known variants of child-resistant packs that make access to the products more difficult and require at least two-handed operation. However, such packs are usually of a complicated construction and are therefore difficult to produce on conventional packaging machines.

Based on this, the invention is based on the object of developing packs of the type mentioned at the beginning, in particular with regard to a structure that meets the requirements for child-resistant packs, but on the other hand allows cost-effective production of the packs on preferably largely conventional packaging machines.

A pack for solving this problem has the features of claim 1. It is accordingly provided that the at least one securing means between the inner pack and the outer pack is effective in order to make it more difficult or to prevent a displacement of the inner pack in the outer pack in order to open the pack. It can preferably be provided that the inner pack and the outer pack are assigned corresponding latching means as securing means, which engage with one another when the pack is closed and are designed to be disengaged by the consumer in order to open the pack.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the pack has several securing means, and that the pack is set up so that at least several, preferably all, securing means must be disengaged by the consumer in order to be able to open the pack.

It is preferably provided that securing means are arranged on opposite sides of the pack.

In particular, it is provided that securing means are arranged in mutually offset planes which run perpendicular or parallel to a longitudinal center axis of the pack.

A special feature can be that latching means assigned to the inner pack are assigned to a security card which is fastened to a side wall of the inner pack, in particular by gluing to the outside of the side wall of the inner pack.

It is preferably provided that the security card is designed as a flat organ, which preferably extends over a large part of the side wall of the inner pack and at the edges of which the latching means are arranged.

In a preferred embodiment, it can be provided that the locking means of the security card are designed as tabs which snap into corresponding recesses in the outer pack by the pressure of a spring element of the security card and which are disengaged by the consumer when the pack is closed by pressure on the tabs Recesses can be brought in order to be able to open the pack.

The invention is explained below with the aid of five exemplary embodiments. In this case, the same terms are used for the same items in all exemplary embodiments, if possible.

Common to all of the exemplary embodiments is the fact that the packs 10 shown there have an outer pack 11 and an inner pack 12. The inner pack 12 is in each case arranged in the outer pack 11 and can be at least partially pushed out of the latter in order to gain access to the pack contents 13.

In all of the exemplary embodiments, the outer pack 11 and the inner pack 12 are each formed from a separate blank 14, 15 made of packaging material, for example cardboard. The cuboid outer pack 11 and inner pack 12 are formed by folding the respective blanks 14, 15. The shape of the outer pack 11 or inner pack 12 is fixed in that individual parts of the folded blanks 14, 15 are connected to one another by gluing, for example by means of glue.

A special feature of the packs 10 is that, in order to open the respective pack 10, securing means as opening safeguards have to be overcome. The securing means are all effective between the inner pack 12 and the outer pack 11 and serve to make it more difficult for the inner pack 12 to be pushed out or pulled out or pivoted out of the outer pack 11 at least to the extent that the pack 10 meets the requirements placed on child-resistant packs.

The securing means are one or more tabs (of the inner pack 12) that engage in respective recesses (of the outer pack 11), or tabs (of the inner pack 12) that engage with tabs (of the outer pack 11). These "latching means" are in engagement with one another and when the pack is closed must be disengaged by the consumer in order to open the pack 10 can.

A plurality of securing means are preferably provided per pack 10, which are arranged in such a way that it is difficult, in particular for children, to actuate all securing means at the same time so that the pack 10 can be opened. Securing means are therefore preferably arranged on opposite sides and / or offset from one another. To open the pack 10, this requires correspondingly large hands and / or a corresponding dexterity that children in particular cannot provide.

As a further special feature, the security means are implemented in connection with a so-called security card 16 in all exemplary embodiments. The security card 16 is a flat organ which is arranged on a wall of the inner pack 12 and is preferably connected to it by adhesive bonding.

All further details are described below in connection with the respective exemplary embodiment.

First embodiment (Fig. 1 to 9):

In the case of the pack 10 according to the first exemplary embodiment, the cuboid outer pack 11 has six sides. In the area of a large-area side there is a front wall 17 and opposite to this a rear wall 18. On the top, the outer pack 11 has an end wall 19 and on the opposite side to this is an underneath bottom wall 20. Front wall 19 and bottom wall 20 each connect the front wall 17 and rear wall 18 a narrow side wall 21 is provided on one side, which connects the front wall 17, rear wall 18, end wall 19 and bottom wall 20 to one another. The outer pack 11 is open on the opposite side.

The narrow side wall 21 also has an opening 22 through which the consumer has access to the inner pack 12 located in the outer pack 11 in order to be able to push it out of the outer pack 11 through the open side. In addition, the walls of the outer pack 11 are essentially closed.

The inner pack 12, like the outer pack 11, is cuboid, also with six sides. Like the outer pack 11, the inner pack 12 has a front wall 23, a rear wall 24, a bottom wall 25 and two narrow side walls 26, 27 and a (partial) end wall 28. The walls of the inner pack 12 are located on the same sides as the corresponding named walls the outer pack 11.

A further component of the pack 10 is the security card 16. This has a tab 29 on each of two sides, which is hereinafter also referred to as a snap-in tab 29 for better differentiation from other tabs. Since the latching tab 29 is a tab 29, the same reference number is used here for both objects. The latching tabs 29 are each connected to the security card 16 via a spring element 30. The snap-in tabs 29 are pressed outward by the spring elements 30 so that they protrude beyond an edge of the security card 16.

In the present case, the security card 16 is attached to the outside of the rear wall 24 of the inner pack 12 by gluing. In the drawings, the gluing is indicated by glue dots 31. It goes without saying that other attachments are also possible.

The security card 16 is dimensioned such that in the present case it extends over a large part of the rear wall 24, so that the latching tabs 29 protrude over the top and bottom over the rear wall 24 or are pressed out accordingly by the spring elements 30. In this position, the snap-in tabs 29 can snap into correspondingly positioned recesses 32 in the bottom wall 20 and the end wall 19 of the outer pack 11, so that the inner pack 12 cannot be pushed out of the outer pack 11. The engagement between the latching lugs 29 and the recesses 32 as latching means of the security card 16 can be overcome in that the consumer presses the latching lugs 29 into the pack 10 against the bias of the spring elements 30. The latching tabs 29 are located on opposite sides of the security card 16 and are also arranged offset from one another, so that the actuation of the latching tabs 29 is difficult, at least for children.

Further locking means are provided between the front walls 17, 23. In the front wall 23 of the inner pack 12 is a stop tab formed by punching 33 formed. The front wall 23 is designed with two layers by means of an inner tab 34, the stop tab 33 being supported on an edge of the inner tab 34 when the pack 10 is closed ( Fig. 4 ) so that the inner pack 12 cannot be pushed out of the outer pack 11. For this purpose, the inner tab 34 is firmly connected to the front wall 23, for example by gluing.

In order to overcome this barrier, the stop tab 33 can be pressed into the pack 10 by the consumer ( Fig. 6 ). For this purpose, a release tab 35 is formed by punching in the front wall 17 of the outer pack 11 at a corresponding point. By pressing on the disengaging tab 35, the stop tab 33 is in the position shown in FIG Fig. 6 moved so that the inner pack 12 can be pushed out of the outer pack 11, provided that the lock between the latching tabs 29 and the recesses 32 is overcome at the same time. Since the consumer has to reach through the opening 22 to push the inner pack 12 out of the outer pack 11, the entire opening process is made so difficult that children or people with poor dexterity should hardly be able to do this.

A further safety measure relates to limiting the extent to which the inner pack 12 is pushed out of the outer pack 11. In the area of the rear walls 18, 24, snap-in tabs 36, 37 are formed which interlock when the inner pack 12 is pushed out of the outer pack 11 ( Fig. 5 ). In this way, the distance by which the inner pack 12 can be pushed out of the outer pack 11 is limited. While the snap-in flap 36 of the outer pack 11 is designed as an inwardly folded flap of the blank 15, the snap-in flap 37 of the inner pack 12 is formed by punching in the rear wall 24. The latching tabs 36, 37 are each designed to be movable or pivotable in order to enable the interlocking.

The snap-in tab 36 also has another function. While a lower area of the snap-in flap 36 is used to hook onto the snap-in flap 37, an upper area of the snap-in flap 36 extends further than the lower area into the area of the upper spring element 30, so that this is when the inner pack 12 is pushed out is protected against tilting or kinking.

Another special feature is that the security card 16 has two recesses 38, 39 ( Fig. 9 ). The first recess 38 is located in one upper (corner) area of the security card 16. The second recess is located in a lower lateral area of the security card 16.

The position of the first recess 38 is related to a removal opening 40 of the inner pack 12. The removal opening 40 extends over part of the end wall 28 of the inner pack 12 and beyond into the adjacent areas of the front wall 23 and the rear wall 24 Not to cover the area of the rear wall 24, the security card 16 has the correspondingly positioned and shaped recess 38.

In the present case, a group of cigarettes is provided as pack content 13, which is wrapped in an envelope. It goes without saying that other products or other formations or casings are also conceivable, as the following exemplary embodiments will also show.

Fig. 7 shows that narrow side walls 26, 27 of the inner pack 12 are formed by overlapping inner side flaps 42 and outer side flaps 43 of the blank 14. Furthermore, corner tabs 44 are formed on the blank between the inner side flaps 42 and the outer side flaps 43 and are folded against the bottom wall 25. The partial end wall 28 is formed by a head tab 45 of the blank 14, which is attached to the front wall 23 via a connecting tab 46.

Second embodiment (Fig. 10 to 15):

In the case of the pack 10 according to the second exemplary embodiment, the cuboid outer pack 11 has six sides. In the area of a large side there is a front wall 17 and opposite to this a rear wall 18. The outer pack 11 is open on the top and has a bottom wall 20 on the opposite side. Furthermore, narrow side walls 21 are provided on two opposite sides, the front wall 17, rear wall 18 and Connect bottom wall 20 together.

The bottom wall 20 also has an opening 22 through which the consumer has access to the inner pack 12 located in the outer pack 11 in order to be able to push it out of the outer pack 11 through the open side. In addition, the walls of the outer pack 11 are essentially closed.

The inner pack 12, like the outer pack 11, is cuboid, also with six sides. The inner pack 12 has a front wall 23, a rear wall 24, a bottom wall 25 and two narrow side walls 26, 27 and an end wall 28. The walls of the inner pack 12 are located on the same sides as the corresponding named walls of the outer pack 11. Another component of the Inner packing 12 is a pivoting lid 52 which is mounted pivotably about a line hinge 53. The line joint 53 runs parallel to the narrow side walls 26, 27, so that the swivel cover 52 can be opened and closed laterally ( Fig. 11 ). The line joint 53 runs approximately in the middle of the end wall 28.

A further component of the pack 10 is the security card 16. This has a tab 29 on each of two sides, which is hereinafter also referred to as a snap-in tab 29 for better differentiation from other tabs. The security card 16 is dimensioned in such a way that in the present case it extends over a large part of the rear wall 24, so that the latching tabs 29 protrude laterally beyond the rear wall 24 or are correspondingly pushed out by the spring elements 30. In this position, the snap-in tabs 29 can snap into correspondingly positioned recesses 32 in the narrow side walls 21 of the outer pack 11, so that the inner pack 12 cannot be pushed out of the outer pack 11. The engagement between the latching lugs 29 and the recesses 32 as latching means of the security card 16 can be overcome in that the consumer presses the latching lugs 29 into the pack 10 against the bias of the spring elements 30. The latching tabs 29 are located on opposite sides of the security card 16 and are also arranged offset from one another, so that the actuation of the latching tabs 29 is difficult, at least for children.

Another safety measure relates to a limitation of the degree to which the inner pack 12 is pushed out of the outer pack 11. In the area of the bottom wall 25 and the adjoining front wall of the inner pack 12, a hinge tab 54 is delimited by punching. A front end of the hinge strap, namely a connecting strap 55, is connected to the front wall 17 by glue dots 31 ( Fig. 12 ). In this way, the distance by which the inner pack 12 can be pushed out of the outer pack 11 is limited.

Another special feature is that the security card 16 has a recess 38 ( Fig. 14 ) having. The first recess 38 is located in an upper (corner) area of the security card 16.

The position of the first recess 38 is related to the swivel cover 52 or the removal opening 40 of the inner pack 12 formed by it. The removal opening 40 extends over part of the end wall 28 of the inner pack 12 and beyond into the adjacent areas of the front wall 23, the rear wall 24 and a narrow side wall 26. So that the security card 16 does not protrude into the removal opening 40, the security card 16 has the correspondingly positioned and shaped recess 38.

In this case, too, a group of cigarettes is provided as the pack content 13, which is wrapped in an envelope. It goes without saying that other products or other formations or sheaths are conceivable, as will also be shown in the following exemplary embodiments.

Fig. 13 shows that narrow side walls 26, 27 of the inner pack 12 are formed by overlapping inner side flaps 42 and outer side flaps 43 of the blank 14. Furthermore, corner tabs 44 are also formed on the blank 14 between the inner side flaps 42 and the outer side flaps 43 and are folded against the bottom wall 25 or the end wall 28. The front wall 23 is formed by two folding flaps 41 which are positioned at opposite ends of the blank 14. Furthermore, an overlap flap 56 is also provided on one of the folding flaps 41.

Fig. 15 shows that the narrow side walls 21 of the outer pack 11 are formed by overlapping inner side flaps 57 and outer side flaps 58 of the blank 15. Here, too, a corner tab 51 is arranged on one side between the respective tabs and is folded into the bottom wall 20. Punchings 59 for the recesses 32 are arranged in the inner side flaps 57 and outer side flaps 58.

Third embodiment (Figs. 16 to 22):

In the case of the pack 10 according to the third exemplary embodiment, the cuboid outer pack 11 has six sides. In the area of a large-area side there is a front wall 17 and opposite thereto a rear wall 18. On the top, the outer pack 11 has an end wall 19 and on the opposite side has a bottom wall 20. When the pack 10 is closed, the front wall 65 must correspondingly be threaded behind the front wall 17. For this purpose, a lower closing edge 66 of the swivel cover 64 of the inner pack 12 is contoured in an arc shape in order to facilitate insertion.

Another special feature of the pack 10 is that the front wall 23 is lengthened in the area of the box part 63 compared to a conventional pack 10. For this purpose, it is provided that the front wall 23 of the inner pack 12 protrudes at least partially beyond the adjoining narrow side walls 26, 27 of the inner pack 12 on both sides of a central recess 67.

It should also be emphasized that the narrow side walls 26, 27 of the inner pack 12 are at least partially double-layered, namely by overlapping each of an outer side flap 43 and an inner side flap 42, which are preferably connected to one another by adhesive, and that each has a slot 68 in the outer side tabs 43 is provided, which serves as a stop for a lower edge of the pivoting cover 64 of the inner pack 12 in the closed position. The lateral shoulders on both sides of the recess 67 serve as a lateral guide for the swivel cover 64 when the inner pack 12 is closed. Fourth embodiment (Figs. 23 to 28):

In the case of the pack 10 according to the fourth exemplary embodiment, the cuboid outer pack 11 has six sides. In the area of a large-area side there is a front wall 17 and, opposite thereto, a rear wall 18. The outer pack 11 is open on the top and bottom. Furthermore, narrow side walls 21 are provided on two opposite sides, which connect the front wall 17 and rear wall 18 to one another. The outer packing 11 is accordingly designed as a sleeve.

The outer pack 11 is formed from a blank 15 which essentially corresponds to a conventional blank for a sleeve ( Fig. 26 ).

As in the third exemplary embodiment, the inner pack 12 is designed as a hinge-lid pack and has a box part 63 and a swivel lid 64. Like the outer pack 11, the inner pack 12 has six sides. In the area of a large side there is a front wall 23 and opposite thereto a rear wall 24. On the upper side, the inner packing 12 has an end wall 28 and on the opposite side has a lower side wall 25. The engagement between the latching lugs 29 and the recesses 32 as latching means of the security card 16 can be overcome by the consumer deforming the security card 16 by pressing the latching lugs 29 and thereby pressing it into the pack 10 ( Fig. 28 ). The latching tabs 29 are located on opposite sides of the security card 16 and are also arranged offset from one another, so that the actuation of the latching tabs 29 is difficult, at least for children.

With the inner pack 12 pushed into the outer pack 11 (closed pack 10 / Fig. 23 ) the front wall 65 of the pivoting lid 64 of the inner pack 12 rests against the front wall 17 of the outer pack 11, so that the pivoting lid 64 cannot be opened. Only after the consumer has pushed the inner pack 12 out of the outer pack 11 through the upper open side of the same can the swivel cover 64 be opened. The pushing out takes place by pressing on the bottom wall 25 of the inner pack 12. It goes without saying that the securing means must also be unlocked. When the pack 10 is closed, the front wall 65 must correspondingly be threaded behind the front wall 17. For this purpose, a lower closing edge 66 of the swivel cover 64 of the inner pack 12 is contoured in an arc shape in order to facilitate insertion.

As a further special feature, it is provided that the inner pack 12 has incisions 71 on the rear wall 24, which extend over essentially the entire width of the Rear wall 24 and extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the pack 10, and which are arranged at a distance from one another. It is also provided that the security card 16 is bonded to the area of the rear wall 24 of the inner pack 12 between the two incisions 71, and that this area of the rear wall 24 can be deformed together with the security card 16 by pressing on the tabs 29.

Preferably, the security card 16 is made of an elastically deformable material such as a plastic film or card.

Fig. 25 also shows that the narrow side walls 26, 27 of the inner pack 12 are formed by overlapping inner side flaps 42 and outer side flaps 43 of the blank 14. Furthermore, corner tabs 44 are also formed on the blank 15 between the inner side flaps 42 and the outer side flaps 43 and are folded against the bottom wall 25 or narrow side walls 26, 27.

Fig. 26 shows that a narrow side wall of the outer pack 11 is formed by overlapping inner side flaps 57 and outer side flaps 58 of the blank 15. Punchings 59 for the recesses 32 are arranged in the outer side tabs 58.

Fifth embodiment (Fig. 29 to 36):

In the case of the pack 10 according to the fifth exemplary embodiment, the cuboid outer pack 11 has six sides. In the area of a large-area side there is a front wall 17 and, opposite thereto, a rear wall 18. At the top, the outer pack 11 has an end wall 19. The end wall 19 connects each front wall 17 and rear wall 18. Furthermore, a narrow side wall 21 is provided on one side, which connects the front wall 17, rear wall 18, and end wall 19 to one another. The outer pack 11 is open on the side opposite the narrow side wall 21. The outer pack is also open opposite the end wall 19.

The narrow side wall 21 also has an opening 22 through which the consumer has access to the inner pack 12 located in the outer pack 11 in order to be able to pivot it out of the outer pack 11 through the open sides. In addition, the walls of the outer pack 11 are essentially closed.

The inner pack 12, like the outer pack 11, is cuboid, also with six sides. Like the outer pack 11, the inner pack 12 has a front wall 23, a rear wall 24, a bottom wall 25 and two narrow side walls 26, 27 and a (partial) end wall 28. The walls of the inner pack 12 are located on the same sides as the corresponding named walls the outer pack 11.

In this position, the snap-in tab 29 can snap into a correspondingly positioned recess 32 in the end wall 19 of the outer pack 11, so that the inner pack 12 cannot pivot out of the outer pack 11. The engagement between the latching tab 29 and the recess 32 as latching means of the security card 16 can be overcome in that the consumer presses the latching tab 29 into the pack 10 against the bias of the spring element 30.

Since the security card is arranged or attached in the inner pack 12 in this exemplary embodiment, the inner pack 12 also has a recess 32 through which the tab 29 protrudes. The positioning of the recesses 32 in the outer pack 11 and the inner pack 12 correspond to one another.

Further locking means are provided between the front walls 17, 23. In the front wall 23 of the inner pack 12 is a stop tab formed by punching 33 formed. The front wall 17 is designed with two layers by means of an inner tab 34, the stop tab 33 being supported on an edge of the inner tab 34 when the pack 10 is closed ( Fig. 31 ), so that the inner pack 12 cannot be pivoted out of the outer pack 11. For this purpose, the inner tab 34 is firmly connected to the front wall 17, for example by gluing. A corresponding construction can also be found on the opposite side of the pack between the rear walls 18, 24.

In order to overcome the lock, the stop tabs 33 can be pressed into the pack 10 by the consumer ( Fig. 32 ). For this purpose, a release tab 35 is formed in each case by punching in the front wall 17 and the rear wall 18 of the outer pack 11 at a corresponding point. By pressing on the disengaging tabs 35, the stop tabs 33 are in the position shown in FIG Fig. 32 moved so that the inner pack 12 can be pivoted out of the outer pack 11, provided that the lock between the latching tab 29 and the recess 32 in the outer pack 11 is overcome at the same time. Since the consumer has to reach through the opening 22 to pivot the inner pack 12 out of the outer pack 11, the entire opening process is made so difficult that children or people with poor dexterity should hardly be able to do this.

A further safety measure relates to a limitation of the degree to which the inner pack 12 swings out of the outer pack 11. In the area of the rear walls 18, 24 and the front walls 17, 23, snap-in tabs 36, 37 are formed which open out when the inner pack 12 is swiveled out the outer pack 11 hook together. In this way, the distance by which the inner pack 12 can be pivoted out of the outer pack 11 is limited. While the snap-in tabs 36 of the outer pack 11 are designed as inwardly folded tabs of the blank 15, the snap-in tabs 37 of the inner pack 12 are formed by punching in the front wall 23 and rear wall 24. The latching tabs 36, 37 are each designed to be movable or pivotable in order to enable the interlocking. The construction essentially corresponds to the first exemplary embodiment, so that in addition to the associated Fig. 5 is referred.

Another special feature is that the security card 16 has a recess 38 ( Fig. 36 ). The recess 38 is located in an upper (corner) area of the security card 16. The position of the recess 38 is related to a removal opening 40 of the inner pack 12. The removal opening 40 extends Over part of the end wall 28 of the inner pack 12 and beyond into the adjoining areas of the front wall 23 and the rear wall 24. In order not to cover the removal opening in the area of the rear wall 24, the security card 16 has the correspondingly positioned and shaped recess 38.

In the present case, a group of cigarettes is provided as pack content 13, which is wrapped in an envelope. It goes without saying that other products or other formations or casings are also conceivable. The group of cigarettes wrapped in the envelope is arranged together with the security card 16 in the inner pack 12.

Fig. 34 shows that narrow side walls 26, 27 of the inner pack 12 are formed by overlapping inner side flaps 42 and outer side flaps 43 of the blank 14. Furthermore, corner tabs 44 are formed on the blank between the inner side flaps 42 and the outer side flaps 43 and are folded against the bottom wall 25. The partial end wall 28 is formed by a head tab 45 of the blank 14, which is attached to the front wall 23 via a connecting tab 46.

A special feature is the pivoting mechanism of the pack 10 integrated into the inner pack 12, which enables the inner pack 12 to be pivoted out of the outer pack 11. In one corner area 73, 74 of the front wall 23 and the rear wall 24, the inner pack 12 is permanently connected to the inner tabs 34 in the area of the front wall 17 and rear wall 18 of the outer pack 11 with the aid of (three) glue dots 31. For this purpose, the inner tabs 34 are at least partially extended into the area of the corner areas 73, 74. Furthermore, the corner areas 73, 74 are each delimited from the rest of the respective wall by a perforation line 75. The perforation lines 75 extend further over the side flaps 42, 43 to the edge of the blank 14. In the area of the bottom wall 25, a line joint 76 runs between the perforation lines 75 on both sides. When the inner pack 12 is pivoted out of the outer pack 11, the two perforation lines 75 are separated, so that the majority of the inner pack 12 can be pivoted about the line hinge 86 ( Fig. 30 ). It is conceivable that the outer pack 12 has a partial bottom wall 20 which extends, for example, starting from the narrow side wall 21 over the corner region 73, 74 or up to the line joint 76.

Claims (18)
