Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung wenigstens eines offenen Sackes bzw. Beutels aus wenigstens einer Lage eines im Wesentlichen flexiblen Sackmaterials. Dabei umfasst eine solche Vorrichtung wenigstens eine Formeinrichtung mit wenigstens einem im Wesentlichen rohrförmigen Formkasten mit einem oberen und einem unteren Ende in der Kontur des zu formenden Sackes. Es ist wenigstens eine Transporteinrichtung zum Transport des Sackmaterials entlang des Formkastens vorgesehen und wenigstens eine Verschlusseinrichtung dient zum Verbinden des Sackmaterials entlang des Formkastens zu einem Schlauch. Weiterhin ist wenigstens eine Verschlussstation zum Erzeugen eines Sackbodens vorgesehen, welche unterhalb des unteren Endes des Formkastens angeordnet ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft zudem ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Sackes mit einer solchen Vorrichtung.The present invention relates to a device for producing at least one open sack or bag from at least one layer of a substantially flexible sack material. Weiterhin ist wenigstens eine Transporteinrichtung zum Transport des Sackmaterials entlang des Formkastens vorgesehen. Zudem umfasst die Vorrichtung wenigstens eine Verschlusseinrichtung zum Verbinden des Sackmaterials entlang des Formkastens zu einem Schlauch und wenigstens eine Verschlussstation zum Erzeugen eines Sackbodens, welche unterhalb des unteren Endes des Formkastens angeordnet ist. Claims (14)

  1. A device (1) for producing at least one open bag (100) from at least one layer of a substantially flexible bag material (101), comprising at least one molding device (2) with at least one molding box (3) in the contour of the bag to be molded with an upper end (4) and a lower end (5), at least one transport device (6) for transporting the bag material (101) along the molding box (3), at least one closing device (7) for connecting the bag material (101) along the molding box to form a tube (102), and at least one closing station (8) for producing a bag base (103), which is arranged below the lower end (5) of the molding box (3),
