decoration portion 21 and thefront panel 1 is reduced, thereby improving integrity of thedecorative strip 2 and thefront panel 1, and further improving beauty of the door. - The door further includes the
end cover 3 forming at least a part of an end surface of the door, and thedecorative strip 2 is located between thefront panel 1 and theend cover 3. The end surface of the door may be an upper end surface, a lower end surface, a left end surface or a right end surface. Theend cover 3 may be mounted at an upper end, a lower end, a left end or a right end of the door. - The
decorative strip 2 is in contact with theend cover 3. As shown inFIG. 3 , in an embodiment, a front surface of theend cover 3 is in contact with a back surface of thedecorative strip 2. In this case, thedecorative strip 2 and theend cover 3 may be connected together. - The
end cover 3 includes a first connectingface 31 and a second connectingface 32 abutting against thedecorative strip 2 and disposed at an interval. The first connectingface 31 abuts against a back surface of thedecoration portion 21, and the second connectingface 32 abuts against a back surface of the mountingportion 22. - In a front-rear direction, the
decorative strip 2 is located in front of theend cover 3 and covers theend cover 3. An upper edge of thedecorative strip 2 exceeds an upper edge of theend cover 3. Specifically, thedecoration portion 21 exceeds the first connectingface 31 of theend cover 3. In this case, theend cover 3 may be prevented from being exposed to consumers, thereby improving the beauty of the door and user experience. - In an embodiment, seen from the front-rear direction, the
decorative strip 2 and thefront panel 1 cover theend cover 3. Therefore, thedecorative strip 2 and thefront panel 1 are exposed to the consumers, preventing theend cover 3 from being exposed to the consumers. - The mounting
portion 22 is bonded to a back surface of thefront panel 1. In this case, thedecorative strip 2 and thefront panel 1 are fixed together, thereby providing a possibility that thedecorative strip 2 and thefront panel 1 become an integrated component, so that thedecorative strip 2 and thefront panel 1 may form an independent panel assembly. The panel assembly may include thefront panel 1 and thedecorative strip 2. - In an embodiment, before a foaming procedure of the door, the
decorative strip 2 and thefront panel 1 may be formed into a compound structure in advance, and then the compound structure is connected to other components of the door to foam. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , the mountingportion 22 includes afirst surface 23 and asecond surface 24 that face thefront panel 1. There is a certain height difference between thefirst surface 23 and thesecond surface 24 in a depth direction of the door, thereby forming a step portion between thefirst surface 23 and thesecond surface 24. As shown inFIG. 3 , thefirst surface 23 is in direct contact with thefront panel 1, and afirst bonding device 6 exists between thesecond surface 24 and thefront panel 1. - In an embodiment, the
first bonding device 6 may include adhesive tape. Thefirst bonding device 6 is located in the step portion, to fix the mountingportion 22 and thefront panel 1 together. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , thefirst surface 23 is connected to an end surface of thedecoration portion 21, and the end surface of thedecoration portion 21 is in face-to-face contact with an end surface of thefront panel 1. In the depth direction of the door, a size of the end surface of thedecoration portion 21 is roughly the same as that of the end surface of thefront panel 1. Thefirst surface 23 is perpendicular to the end surface of thedecoration portion 21. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , the mountingportion 22 further includes athird surface 25 and afourth surface 26 that face a back side and a connectingsurface 27 connecting thethird surface 25 and thefourth surface 26. Theend cover 3 includes ajoint portion 33 parallel to thefront panel 1. As shown inFIG. 3 , a front surface of theconnection portion 28 is in face-to-face contact with thethird surface 25, and an end surface of theconnection portion 28 is face-to-face with the connecting surface. Thethird surface 25 is parallel to thefourth surface 26. - The
first surface 23 is opposite to thethird surface 25, and thesecond surface 24 is opposite to thefourth surface 26. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , thefront plate 4 exists between theend cover 3 and thedecoration portion 21. Thedecoration portion 21 includes afifth surface 29 facing a back side, and thefifth surface 29 abuts against the first connectingface 31 of theend cover 3. A second bonding device (not shown) exists between thefifth surface 29 and thefront plate 4, and thefifth surface 29 is bonded to thefront plate 4. - The
front plate 4 is located behind thefront panel 1 and thedecoration portion 21, and thefront panel 1 covers thefront plate 4. A third bonding device (not shown) exists between thefront panel 1 and thefront plate 4, and thefront panel 1 is bonded to thefront plate 4. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , thefront plate 4 is provided with a mountinghole 41. The mountinghole 41 extends along a length direction of thedecorative strip 2, and the mountingportion 22 extends through the mountinghole 41 to a back side of thefront panel 1. Thedecoration portion 21 is located in front of the mountinghole 41, and the mountingportion 22 is at least partially located behind the mountinghole 41. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , the mountingportion 22 includes theconnection portion 28 located in the mountinghole 41 and abutting against an inner edge of the mountinghole 41, and theconnection portion 28 matches the mountinghole 41. - Before the foaming procedure of the door, the
decorative strip 2 and thefront panel 1 may be first connected together by using thefirst bonding device 6, so that thedecorative strip 2 and thefront panel 1 form a panel assembly for assembling. Then, the panel assembly is mounted to thefront plate 4. Specifically, the panel assembly is bonded to thefront plate 4 by using the second bonding device and the third bonding device. In this case, thedecorative strip 2, thefront panel 1 and thefront plate 4 may be connected together. Then, foaming and fixing are performed. By foaming, thethermal insulation layer 5 is joined to thefront plate 4, theend cover 3 and the mountingportion 22, so that thedecorative strip 2 is more firmly and stably mounted. - Various embodiments illustrated with reference to
FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 may be combined with each other in any given manner to realize the advantage of the present invention. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the shown embodiments. Usually, apart from the shown means, other means can also be used as long as the means can also achieve the same effect.
