  4. The footwear according to one of the previous claims, in which the anchoring and/or attachment of the first correction section (60) with its end region in and/or to the sole element (14) is carried out and/or designed in a form-fit and/or material-bonded manner.
  5. The footwear according to one of the claims 1 to 4, which is formed by an orthopaedic shoe with a low leg or with a medium high leg.
  6. The footwear according to one of the claims 1 to 4, which is formed by an orthopaedic boot with a high leg.
  7. The footwear according to one of the claims 1 to 6, in which the at least one adjusting element and/or tightening element (48) is assigned in a stationary manner to the heel part (23) via a holding element (54).
  8. The footwear according to claim 7, in which the holding element (54) is provided at the rim of the shoe opening (24), in particular, in the region of the heel part (23).
  9. The footwear according to claim 7, in which the holding element (54) is provided or arranged in a region of the high leg of the footwear formed by an orthopaedic boot, which region is located above the sole element (14) and/or in the region of the shoe body (22), wherein the holding element (54) can be located, in particular, in the region of the heel part (23) of the orthopaedic boot.
  10. The footwear according to one of the claims 7 to 9, in which the holding element (54) is formed from at least one textile material and/or flexible material.
  11. The footwear according to one of the claims 1 to 9, in which the at least one adjusting element and/or tightening element (48) has a fixed specifiable setting and/or a setting that is unchangeable while the orthopaedic shoe (12) or the orthopaedic boot is in use.
  12. The footwear according to one of the previous claims, in which the first correction section (60) and/or the second correction section (64) are each formed from at least one flexible material and/or textile material.
  13. The footwear according to one of the claims 1 to 11, in which the first correction section (60) is formed from at least one flexible material and/or textile material and/or the second correction section (64) is formed by a cable arrangement (36), preferably by a cable (38) designed in a circumferential manner.
