Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un produit semi-fini ou une pièce préfabriquée métallique sous forme de matériau composite comprenant une surface fonctionnalisée et des produits semi-finis ou des pièces préfabriquées de ce type. Le procédé et les produits semi-finis ou les pièces préfabriquées de ce type sont en particulier caractérisés en ce qu'il est possible de fabriquer une surface ou une couche particulaire et en ce qu'elle peut être fournie sous forme de produit semi-fini ou de pièce préfabriquée. Une enduction d'un substrat métallique en tant que constituant du produit semi-fini ou de la pièce préfabriquée est effectuée avec une couche métallique, ainsi qu'un dépôt de particules sur la couche métallique et une transformation du substrat avec une couche métallique et les particules à une température inférieure aux températures de fusion du substrat métallique, de la couche métallique et des particules.
