Claims (5)

  1. Türhalteranordnung für eine Fahrzeugtür (30), umfassend einen ersten Türhalterteil (20), der einen Aufbaumontageteil (7) enthält, der zum Montieren des ersten Türhalterteils (20) an einem Aufbau (31) des Fahrzeugs ausgelegt ist, und einen zweiten Türhalterteil (21), der einen Türmontageteil (8) enthält, der zum Montieren des zweiten Türhalterteils (21) an Tür (30) des Fahrzeugs ausgelegt ist, wobei der erste Türhalterteil (20) einen ersten Scheibenteil (4) umfasst und der zweite Türhalterteil (21) einen zweiten Scheibenteil (1) umfasst, wobei der erste Scheibenteil (4) um eine gemeinsame Mittenachse des ersten und des zweiten Scheibenteils (4, 1) schwenkbar mit dem zweiten Scheibenteil (1) verbunden ist, wobei der erste Scheibenteil (4) und der zweite Scheibenteil (1) in der Richtung der gemeinsamen Mittenachse gegeneinander gefedert sind, wobei der erste Scheibenteil (4) Einbuchtungen (22) als Rastmarkierungen hat und der zweite Scheibenteil (1) einen drehfest angebrachten Stift (2) hat, der während einer Schwenkbewegung zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Scheibenteil (4, 1) während des Öffnens oder Schließens der Fahrzeugtür (30) in die Einbuchtungen (22) bewegt wird, wobei der erste Scheibenteil (4) nicht drehbar an dem Aufbaumontageteil (20) montiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Stift (2) diagonal bezüglich der Richtung der gemeinsamen Mittenachse ausgerichtet ist, wobei der zweite Türhalterteil (21) ein längliches Verbindungsglied (3) enthält, wobei ein erstes Ende des Verbindungsglieds (3) schwenkbar mit dem zweiten Scheibenteil (1) verbunden ist und das zweite Ende des Verbindungsglieds (3) gegenüber dem ersten Ende des Verbindungsglieds schwenkbar mit dem Türmontageteil (8) verbunden ist.
  2. Türhalteranordnung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türmontageteil (8) eine Flanschfläche umfasst, die dazu ausgeführt ist, an einer Seitenfläche der Fahrzeugtür (30) montiert zu werden.
  3. Türhalteranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Scheibenteil (4) in der Einbauposition über dem zweiten Scheibenteil (1) liegt.
  4. Türhalteranordnung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Feder (5), die dieselbe Mittenachse wie der erste und der zweite Scheibenteil (4, 1) hat, in der Einbauposition über dem ersten Scheibenteil (4) positioniert ist, um den ersten Scheibenteil (4) in der Richtung der gemeinsamen Mittenachse gegen den zweiten Scheibenteil (1) zu federn.
  5. Fahrzeug, umfassend einen Aufbau (31) des Fahrzeugs, eine Tür (30) des Fahrzeugs und eine Türhalteranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Türhalterteil (20) über den Aufbaumontageteil (7) an dem Aufbau (31) montiert ist und der zweite Türhalterteil (21) über den Türmontageteil (8) an der Tür (30) montiert ist, wobei der zweite Türhalterteil (21) über den Türmontageteil (8) an einer Seitenfläche der Tür (30) montiert ist.
