Claims (11)

  1. Formungseinheit (1) für Gruppen von Filterzigaretten (2), wobei in dem Filter wenigstens ein Objekt (3) eingebettet ist, wobei die Formungseinheit (1) umfasst:
    einen Zuführtrichter (4), der an dem Boden mit wenigstens einer Ausgabeöffnung versehen ist, aus der eine Gruppe von Zigaretten extrahiert wird;
    mehrere Kanäle (5), in denen die Filterzigaretten (2) gefördert werden;
    mehrere erste Kontrolleinheiten (6), wovon jede in einem entsprechenden Kanal (5) angeordnet ist und ausgelegt ist, eine Kontrolle der Filterzigaretten (2) auszuführen, die längs des Kanals (5) herabkommen; und
    mehrere erste Auswurfelemente (9), wovon jedes in einem entsprechenden Kanal (5) stromabwärts der ersten Kontrolleinheit (6) angeordnet ist und ausgelegt ist, eine Filterzigarette (2) zu entfernen, die aus dem Kanal (5) ausgeworfen werden soll;
    wobei die Formungseinheit (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass jede Kontrolleinheit (6) einen ersten Mikrowellensensor (7) umfasst, der ausgelegt ist, das Vorhandensein und/oder die Unversehrtheit des Objekts (3) zu prüfen, das in dem Filter jeder Filterzigarette (2) eingebettet ist, die längs des entsprechenden Kanals (5) herabkommt.
  2. Formungseinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kanäle (5) Teil des Zuführtrichters (4) sind.
  3. Formungseinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kanäle (5) Teil eines Kontrolltrichters (14) sind, der stromaufwärts des Zuführtrichters (4) angeordnet ist.
  4. Formungseinheit (1) nach Anspruch 3 und umfassend eine Zwischenspeichereinheit, die zwischen dem Kontrolltrichter (14) und dem Zuführtrichter (4) angeordnet ist und in der die Filterzigaretten (2) in großen Mengen aufgenommen werden.
  5. Formungseinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Mikrowellensensor (7) flach ist.
  6. Formungseinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Kontrolleinheit (6) einen zweiten optischen Sensor (8) umfasst, der auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des ersten Mikrowellensensors (7) angeordnet ist und ausgelegt ist, das Vorhandensein von Tabak an dem Ende einer Filterzigarette (2) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite relativ zum Filter zu prüfen.
  7. Formungseinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste Auswurfelement (9) ein Blaselement zum Entfernen einer Filterzigarette (2), die ausgeworfen werden soll, mittels eines Luftstoßes umfasst.
  8. Formungseinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und umfassend ein Sperrelement (17), das konfiguriert ist, den Strom von Zigaretten (2) in den jeweiligen Kanälen (5) zu unterbrechen.
  9. Formungseinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei jeder Kanal (5) durch wenigstens einen motorgetriebenen Riemen, der mit Aufnahmen versehen ist, in denen die Filterzigaretten (2) aufgenommen sind, seitlich begrenzt ist.
  10. Formungseinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Kanäle (5) auf einer Seite durch eine Außenfläche einer motorgetriebenen Fördertrommel begrenzt sind, die mit Aufnahmen versehen ist, in denen die Filterzigaretten (2) aufgenommen sind.
  11. Formungseinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und umfassend:
    ein Formungsförderer (12), der vor der Ausgabeöffnung des Zuführtrichters (4) angeordnet ist und mit mehreren Taschen (11) versehen ist, in denen die Gruppen von Filterzigaretten (2) zugeführt werden;
    eine zweite Kontrolleinheit (18), die entlang des Formungsförderers (12) angeordnet ist, den Taschen (11) zugewandt ist und wenigstens einen dritten Mikrowellensensor (19) umfasst, der ausgelegt ist, das Vorhandensein und/oder die Unversehrtheit des Objekts (3) zu prüfen, das in dem Filter jeder Filterzigarette (2), die in einer Tasche (11) aufgenommen ist, eingebettet ist, während sich die Tasche (11) vor dem dritten Mikrowellensensor (19) bewegt; und
    ein zweites Auswurfelement, das entlang des Formungsförderers (12) stromabwärts der zweiten Kontrolleinheit (18) angeordnet ist und ausgelegt ist, eine Gruppe von Filterzigaretten (2) zu entfernen, die aus einer Tasche (11) ausgeworfen werden sollen.
