  • the present invention relates to a compressor (1) of a cooling appliance, the compressor (1) comprising a crankshaft (2) and a cylinder block (3) which has a main bearing (4) for supporting the crankshaft (2) and a casing (5) which has a lower section (6) for collecting lubricant, the crankshaft (2) comprising a vertically extending shaft (7) which includes an integral bearing section (8) that is adapted for being guided into the main bearing (4), the shaft (7) comprising an integral lower tip section (9) that is adapted for being directly immersed into the lubricant inside the lower section (6), wherein shaft (7) comprises an integral crank (10) adapted for converting rotational movement in reciprocating movement and an axially upwardly continuous lubricant channel (11) that is formed so as to extend along and within the shaft (7) and adapted for conveying the lubricant from the lower tip section (9) towards the surface of the crank (10) via an outlet that is provided on the crank (10) upon rotation of the shaft (7).

Claims (7)

  1. Un compresseur (1) d'un appareil de refroidissement, le compresseur (1) comprenant un vilebrequin (2) et un bloc-cylindres (3) qui a un palier principal (4) pour supporter le vilebrequin (2) et un carter (5) qui a une section inférieure (6) pour recueillir le lubrifiant, le vilebrequin (2) comprenant un axe (7) s'étendant verticalement qui comprend une section de palier intégrale (8) qui est adaptée pour être guidée dans le palier principal (4), l'axe (7) comprenant une section de pointe inférieure intégrale (9) qui est adaptée pour être directement immergée dans le lubrifiant à l'intérieur de la section inférieure (6), dans lequel l'axe (7) comprend une manivelle intégrée (10) adaptée pour convertir un mouvement de rotation en un mouvement de va-et-vient et un canal de lubrifiant continu axialement vers le haut (11) qui est formé de manière à s'étendre le long et à l'intérieur de l'axe (7) et adapté pour transporter le lubrifiant de la section de pointe inférieure (9) vers la surface de la manivelle (10) via une sortie qui est prévue sur la manivelle (10) lors de la rotation de l'arbre (7),

    un appareil de lubrification (12) qui est creux, dans lequel l'appareil de lubrification (12) est placé sur la manivelle (10) via un tuyau d'entrée (13) et dans lequel le tuyau d'entrée (13) est inséré à l'intérieur de la sortie et adapté pour transporter le lubrifiant à l'intérieur de l'appareil de lubrification (12) et un trou (14) sur une surface de l'appareil de lubrification (12).
  2. Le compresseur (1) selon la déclaration 1, est caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de lubrification (12) comprend une surface inférieure (15), une surface supérieure (16) et une surface latérale (17) interconnectant la surface inférieure (15) et la surface supérieure (16), dans lequel le trou (14) est sur la surface latérale (17).
  3. Le compresseur (1) selon la déclaration 2, est caractérisé en ce que la surface latérale (17) est cylindrique et forme une surface plane et presque continue avec la manivelle (10).
  4. Le compresseur (1) selon les déclarations 1 à 2, est caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de lubrification (12) est au moins partiellement de forme sphérique.
  5. Le compresseur (1) selon les déclarations 2 à 4, est caractérisé en ce que la surface latérale (17) comprend une pluralité de trous (14) à différentes hauteurs.
  6. Le compresseur (1) selon les déclarations 2 à 5, est caractérisé en ce que le trou (14) est formé par une paroi interne (18) sur la surface latérale (15), dans lequel la paroi interne (18) est inclinée, rétrécissant le trou (14) vers l'extérieur du dispositif de lubrification (12).
  7. Le compresseur (1) selon la déclaration 6, est caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure de la paroi interne (18) est inclinée.
