- A cylinder lock with control key, including a stator (1), security pins, a rotor (2) and a key (3), the rotor rotating in the stator under the action of the key (3), and, as additional means for authorizing the rotation of the rotor, an elastic leaf (5), the median plane of which contains the axis of the rotor, one end of which is attached in the rotor and the other end of which is free in radial movement, the free end of the elastic leaf (5) being movable between an unstressed position, where it is completely housed in the rotor (2) and where it allows the rotation of the rotor, and a stressed position, where it protrudes from the rotor (2) and where it cooperates with a slot (17) of the stator (1) to prevent the rotation of the rotor, characterized in that the elastic leaf (5) is made up of a first part (6) parallel to the axis of the rotor and attached to the rotor (2), an intermediate part (20) with a curved profile, extending toward the axis of the rotor (2), and an end part (9) substantially perpendicular to the axis of the rotor and extending toward the outside of the rotor (2); and in that the key (3) includes, on its blade, an indentation (18) whose profile encompasses that of the intermediate part (20) and the end part (9) of the elastic leaf (5), such that, after introduction of the key (3), the elastic leaf (5), housed in said indentation (18), is not subject to any stress.
- The lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the intermediate part (20) comprises, between the first part (6) of the leaf (5) and the end part (9), an oblique part (7) inclined toward the axis of the rotor, and an elbow (8).
- The lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotor (2) has a longitudinal housing (4) for receiving the elastic leaf (5) and a spacer (11) for maintaining the first part (6) of the elastic leaf (5).
- The lock according to claim 3, characterized in that the spacer (11) ensures the sealing of the housing (4) with the exception of a space allowing the passage of the free end of the elastic leaf (5).
- The lock according to claim 2, characterized in that in the absence of stress, the elbow (8) of the elastic leaf (5) protrudes toward the inside of the rotor (2) and the free end of the elastic leaf is in the withdrawn position, housed in the thickness of the rotor.
- The lock according to claim 1, characterized in that in the presence of a key blade devoid of indentation, the elastic leaf (5) is subject to stress and its free end protrudes from the rotor (2) and enters the slot (17) of the stator (1) to prevent the rotor from rotating.
- The lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (4) receiving the elastic leaf (5) is placed in a zone of the rotor (2) not provided with housings for pins.
- The lock according to claim 1, characterized in that, beyond the first part (6), the elastic leaf (5) is divided, along its median plane containing the axis of the rotor (2), into two asymmetrical lamellae (21, 22), the end parts of which cooperate with separate slots of the stator.
- The lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the key (3) includes, at its end, an inclined ramp (19) to stress the end part (9) of the elastic leaf (5) to the outside during introduction of the key.
- The lock according to claim 9, characterized in that at the end of introduction of the key (3), the indentation (18) of the key ensures the elimination of the stress on the elastic leaf (5) and the release of the rotor (2) by the free end of the elastic leaf (5).
- The lock according to claim 9, characterized in that the key blade bearing the indentation (18) is of any type: flat, round, or of polygonal contour.
- The lock according to claim 8, characterized in that the key blade includes two indentations that are axially offset and located on either side of its median plane.
