Claims (15)

  1. - Espaceur (I) pour unités de vitrage isolant, comportant au moins
    - un profilé creux polymère (1), comportant :
    - une première paroi latérale (2.1) et une seconde paroi latérale (2.2) disposée parallèlement à celle-ci ;
    - une paroi d'espace intérieur de vitrage (3) qui relie l'une à l'autre les parois latérales (2.1 , 2.2);
    - une paroi extérieure (4), qui est disposée sensiblement parallèlement à la paroi d'espace intérieur de vitrage (3) et qui relie l'une à l'autre les parois latérales (2.1 , 2.2);
    - un espace creux (5) qui est entouré par les parois latérales (2.1, 2.2), la paroi d'espace intérieur de vitrage (3) et la paroi extérieure (4), dans lequel
    - un premier élément de renfort métallique (6.1) est appliqué à l'extérieur sur le profilé creux polymère (1) dans un premier décrochement (7.1) prévu à cet effet, de sorte qu'il entoure le coin entre la première paroi latérale (2.1) et la paroi extérieure (4) ;
    - un second élément de renfort métallique (6.2) est appliqué à l'extérieur sur le profilé creux polymère (1) dans un second décrochement (7.2) prévu à cet effet, de sorte qu'il entoure le coin entre la seconde paroi latérale (2.2) et la paroi extérieure (4) ;
    - les premier et second éléments de renfort métalliques (6.1, 6.2) sont appliqués dans les premier et second décrochements (7.1, 7.2) de telle sorte qu'ils sont respectivement en affleurement avec les première et seconde parois latérales (2.1, 2.2) et la paroi extérieure (4) ;
    - un film-barrière (12) étanche aux gaz et étanche à l'humidité est appliqué sur la première paroi latérale (2.1), le premier élément de renfort métallique (6.1), la paroi extérieure (4), le second élément de renfort métallique (6.2) et sur la seconde paroi latérale (2.2) du corps creux polymère (1), les zones des deux parois latérales (2.1 , 2.2) adjacentes à la paroi d'espace intérieur de vitrage (3) étant exemptes du film-barrière (12) .
  2. - Espaceur (I) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les sections de la paroi extérieure (4.1, 4.2) les plus proches des parois latérales (2.1, 2.2) sont inclinées d'un angle α (alpha) de 30° à 60° par rapport à la paroi extérieure en direction des parois latérales (2.1, 2.2), de telle sorte que le premier élément de renfort métallique (6.1) et le second élément de renfort métallique (6.2) sont coudés deux fois, l'angle α (alpha) étant, de préférence, de 45°.
  3. - Espaceur (I) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel le premier élément de renfort métallique (6.1) et le second élément de renfort métallique (6.2) sont collés sur le profilé creux polymère (1), de préférence sont collés au moyen d'un polyuréthane thermoplastique.
  4. - Espaceur (I) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le profilé creux polymère ne contient pas de fibres de verre.
  5. - Espaceur (I) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le profilé creux polymère (1) présente une épaisseur de paroi d sensiblement uniforme.
  6. - Espaceur (I) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'épaisseur de paroi d est de 0,3 mm à 0,8 mm, de préférence de 0,5 mm à 0,6 mm.
  7. - Espaceur (I) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les premier et second éléments de renfort métalliques (6.1, 6.2) contiennent de l'aluminium, de l'acier inoxydable ou de l'acier ou en sont constitués, de façon particulièrement préférée sont constitués d'un acier revêtu.
  8. - Espaceur (I) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel les premier et second éléments de renfort métalliques (6.1 , 6.2) sont une feuille métallique ou une tôle métallique.
  9. - Espaceur (I) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les premier et second éléments de renfort métalliques (6.1 , 6.2) ont une épaisseur de 0,1 mm à 0,4 mm, de préférence de 0,2 mm.
  10. - Espaceur (I) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le profilé creux polymère (1) contient du polyéthylène (PE), des polycarbonates (PC), du polypropylène (PP), du poly(téréphtalate d'éthylène) (PET), du poly(téréphtalate d'éthylène) glycolisé (PET-G), du polyoxyméthylène (POM), des polyamides, du poly(téréphtalate de butylène) (PBT), du PET/PC, du PBT/PC et/ou des copolymères de ceux-ci.
  11. - Unité de vitrage isolant (II), comportant au moins une première vitre (13), une seconde vitre (14), un espaceur (I) disposé de manière périphérique entre la première vitre (13) et la deuxième vitre (14), selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle
    - la première vitre (13) est appliquée sur la première paroi latérale (2.1) par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen d'étanchéité primaire (17) ;
    - la seconde vitre (14) est appliquée sur la seconde paroi latérale (2.2) par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen d'étanchéité primaire (17) ;
    - un espace entre vitres intérieur (15) est délimité par la paroi d'espace intérieur de vitrage (3), la première vitre (13) et la seconde vitre (14) ;
    - un espace entre vitres extérieur (16) est délimité par le film-barrière (12) appliqué sur la paroi extérieure (4) et par la première vitre (13) et la seconde vitre (14) ;
    - un moyen d'étanchéité secondaire (18) est disposé dans l'espace entre vitres extérieur (16).
  12. - Unité de vitrage isolant (II) selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle le moyen d'étanchéité primaire (17) s'étend jusqu'aux zones des parois latérales (2.1 , 2.2) qui sont exemptes du film-barrière (12).
  13. - Unité de vitrage isolant (II) selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, dans laquelle le moyen d'étanchéité secondaire (18) est appliqué le long de la première vitre (13) et de la seconde vitre (14) de telle sorte qu'une zone centrale (27) de la paroi extérieure (4) est exempte de moyen d'étanchéité secondaire (18).
  14. - Procédé de fabrication d'une unité de vitrage isolant (II) selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, dans lequel au moins
    - un espaceur (I) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 est fourni ;
    - l'espaceur (I) est plié pour former un cadre d'espaceur qui est fermé en un endroit ;
    - une première vitre (13) et une seconde vitre (14) sont fournies ;
    - l'espaceur (I) est fixé entre la première vitre (13) et la seconde vitre (14) par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen d'étanchéité primaire (17) ;
    - l'ensemble de vitres formé des vitres (13, 14) et de l'espaceur (I) est pressé ; et
    - l'espace entre vitres extérieur (15) est au moins partiellement rempli d'un moyen d'étanchéité secondaire (18) .
  15. - Utilisation de l'unité de vitrage isolant (II) selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13 comme vitrage intérieur de bâtiment, vitrage extérieur de bâtiment et/ou vitrage de façade.
