Claims (10)

  1. Apparatus (1) for straightening protruding wire ends (3) of enamelled copper wires of a coil arrangement (2) of electric motors, characterized by a clamping apparatus (6) for clamping the wire ends (3) at a distance from the free ends thereof, and a straightening apparatus (7) for straightening the free ends of the wire ends (3) protruding beyond the clamping apparatus (6).
  2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the clamping apparatus (6) and the straightening apparatus (7) are arranged in two planes lying one above the other.
  3. Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the clamping apparatus (6) and the straightening apparatus (7) are designed for simultaneously clamping and straightening a plurality of wire ends (3).
  4. Apparatus according to at least one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the clamping apparatus (6) has two clamping elements (12, 13) which are movable relative to one another between a clamping position and a release position, and in that wire ends (3) inserted in the clamping position are held in a force-fitting manner, and a force-fitting connection with inserted wire ends (3) is released in the release position.
  5. Apparatus according to Claim 4, characterized in that the clamping elements (12, 13) are each connected to an actuator (8, 9) and are movable transversely with respect to the axis of the wire ends (3).
  6. Apparatus according to at least one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the straightening apparatus (7) has two straightening elements (14, 15) which are movable relative to one another between a straightening position for bending or for straightening the wire ends (3) and a release position.
  7. Apparatus according to Claim 6, characterized in that the two straightening elements (14, 15) are each connected to an actuator (10, 11), and a clamping apparatus for clamping the wire ends and a straightening apparatus for straightening the wire ends (3) protruding beyond the clamping apparatus are movable transversely with respect to the axis of the wire ends.
  8. Apparatus according to Claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the straightening elements (14, 15) are configured in the shape of a prism.
  9. Apparatus according to at least one of Claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the straightening elements (14, 15) are fastened releasably in the straightening apparatus (7).
  10. Apparatus according to at least one of Claims 4 to 9, characterized in that one of the straightening elements (15) and one of the clamping elements (13) are connected to the respective actuator (9, 11) via tie rods (16, 17) .
