Claims (10)

  1. Verpackungsbehälter, umfassend ein Behältnis (1) und einen angrenzenden Deckel (2), wobei das Behältnis (1) eine periphere Wand umfasst, die auf der Ebene einer Öffnung ein erstes peripheres Profil umfasst, das die Öffnung begrenzt und durch den Deckel (2) verschließbar ist, wobei der Deckel (2) ein zweites peripheres Profil umfasst, wobei sich das erste und zweite Profil ineinander fügen und zusammen gesicherte Mittel zur gegenseitigen festen Verbindung darstellen, wobei sich das erste und zweite Profil auf der Peripherie jeweils des Behältnisses (1) und des Deckels (2) erstrecken, außer auf mindestens einem peripheren Sektor, wobei das Behältnis (1) und der Deckel (2) aus einem einzigen Stück sind und auf der Ebene jedes peripheren Sektors durch Scharniermittel (3) verbunden sind, die zwei Laschen (31, 32) umfassen, die radial hin zur Innenseite der peripheren Profile jeweils des Behältnisses (1) und des Deckels (2) hervorragen, mit parallelem Verlauf zur Trennebene des Behältnisses (1) und des Deckels (2) in der geschlossenen Position, und auf der Ebene ihres freien Endes durch mindestens eine Rille (33, 34) untereinander verbunden, die einen Gelenkknick bildet, wobei die Scharniermittel mit mindestens einer Schwächungslinie ausgestattet ist, die die Trennung, durch manuelles Zerreißen der Scharniermittel (3) auf der Ebene mindestens der Schwächungslinie, des Behältnisses (1) und des Deckels (2) ermöglicht, wobei die Scharniermittel (3) auf jeder Lasche (31, 32) eine Greifregion (4, 4') für die Finger aufweisen, wobei sich die Greifregionen (4, 4') einander gegenüberliegend befinden, und für jede Lasche (31, 32), die mit einer derartigen Schwächungslinie ausgestattet ist, zwischen der Schwächungslinie und der Rille (33, 34), die einen Gelenkknick bildet, wobei die Schwächungslinie mindestens einen Abschnitt umfasst, der mit der Rille (33, 34), die einen Gelenkknick bildet, zusammenfällt.
  2. Verpackungsbehälter nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Laschen (31, 32) der Scharniermittel (3) an ihrem freien Ende durch zwei Rillen (33, 34) verbunden sind, die einen Verbindungsteil (35) der Laschen (31, 32) begrenzen.
  3. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharniermittel (3) zwei Schwächungslinien umfassen, die zwei geriffelte Zonen (4, 4') umgeben, die auf den zwei Laschen (31, 32) vorhanden sind und sich einander gegenüber befinden, wobei die Oberfläche jeder geriffelten Zone (4, 4') eine Greifregion darstellt, die ausreichend für die Auflage des Endes eines Fingers ist.
  4. Verpackungsbehälter nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lasche (31, 32) eine geriffelte Zone (4, 4') umfasst, die eine geradlinige Seite aufweist, die mindestens teilweise mit einem Rillenabschnitt (33, 34) zusammenfällt.
  5. Verpackungsbehälter nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der geriffelten Zonen (4, 4') durch eine Schwächungsline begrenzt ist, mit Ausnahme ihrer geradlinigen Seite, wobei sich die Schwächungslinie auf der oder den Rillenabschnitt(en) (33, 34) fortsetzt, die mit der Seite zusammenfällt/zusammenfallen.
  6. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Schwächungslinie aus einer Linie besteht, die in das Material der Scharniermittel (3) angebracht ist, mit vorgeschnittenen Sektionen, die mit vollen Sektionen abwechseln.
  7. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Profil eine radiale Auskehlung (13) umfasst, die nach außen einen Absatz (12) der peripheren Wand des Behältnisses (1) verlängert, wobei das erste Profil von einem externen peripheren Rand umgeben ist, der mit einem äußeren Kragen (11) ausgestattet ist, wobei das zweite Profil eine ebene periphere Oberfläche (22) umfasst, die auf dem Absatz (12) aufliegt, und eine externe Lippe (23), die die Oberfläche nach außen verlängert und sich in die Auskehlung (13) einfügt.
  8. Verpackungsbehälter nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die externe Lippe (23) einen stumpfen Winkel mit der ebenen peripheren Oberfläche (22) bildet.
  9. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Laschen (31, 32) der Scharniermittel (3) jeweils mit einem peripheren Relief (21) verbunden sind, das vom Deckel (2) vorspringt, der sich radial im Inneren des zweiten Profils und an einem externen Kragen (11) des Behältnisses befindet.
  10. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Laschen (31, 32) der Scharniermittel (3) jeweils mit einer externen Lippe (23) des Deckels (2) und mit der Außenseite einer radialen Auskehlung (13) des ersten Profils des Behältnisses (1) verbunden sind.
