Abstract

A compact hidden hanging-bracket system for wall cupboards, wherein a wall cupboard (M) containing a hanging bracket (10) is hooked to a support fixed to the wall (P) by means of a hook, the system comprising, in combination, an anti-disengagement group (31) and at least one adjustment group (14, 15; 141), wherein the at least one adjustment group is a vertical adjustment group (14, 15; 141) and is arranged on a slide (12) which moves with respect to a base (13), wherein axes (32, 22) of maneuvering elements (31, 14, 15, 80, 141) for said anti-disengagement group and said at least one vertical adjustment group are parallel to each other and perpendicular to a sliding axis (S) of the slide (12) .

Description

  • The present invention relates to a compact hidden hanging-bracket system for wall cupboards.
  • As is well-known to skilled persons in the field, a system for constraining a wall cupboard to a wall currently envisages the use of a hidden hanging-bracket device positioned behind the lining of the furniture. This hanging bracket generally comprises a hook or similar element which is freely hooked to a bar or plate fixed to the wall.
  • In systems for constraining a piece of furniture to a wall, moreover, there is either the provision of specific adjustment mechanisms in depth (horizontal) and in height (vertical) of the hanging bracket, equipped with respective lead screws, or the provision of anti-disengagement devices for guaranteeing the safety of the furniture hung to the wall.
  • In general, however, known hanging-bracket systems either envisage the above-mentioned adjustment or, alternatively, a safety anti-disengagement device. The provision of both, if effected according to the current known art, would create an excessive encumbrance that would nullify all the studies carried out for minimizing the impact of the hanging bracket in a wall cupboard.
  • Solutions are also known, however, which provide both vertical adjustment groups and anti-disengagement groups, that do not allow an easy vertical adjustment.
  • Furthermore, their construction causes various difficulties for effecting an adjustment in depth also due to interferences between elements of the anti-disengagement group and the horizontal adjustment group. An example of this known device is proposed in figure 1 which shows a system of the known art provided with a hook A, a grub screw having an anti-disengagement function C and a tilted screw B with a tilted drive axis.
  • These known systems also require a hole having a certain dimension in the lining of the furniture for access to the adjustments and anti-disengagement device with the consequent necessity of using a cap having a certain size that is clearly visible, and not acceptable from an aesthetical point of view.
  • DE 20 2011 001589 U1 relates to a compact hidden hanging-bracket system for wall cupboards according to the preamble of claim 1 and provided with a hook that can both oscillate and slide with respect to a base.
  • An objective of the present invention is to provide a hidden hanging bracket which solves the above-mentioned problems.
  • A further objective of the present invention is in any case to make a hanging bracket of this type more compact, at the same time respecting the security and possibility of effecting easy adjustments to the positioning of the furniture.
  • Another objective of the invention is to provide a hidden hanging bracket which is adjustable and provided with anti-disengagement and adjustment systems that are easily accessible, i.e. which, in the case of necessity, can be easily and rapidly actuated as desired, at the same time guaranteeing the operating safety on the part of whoever is working on the wall cupboard.
  • The objectives listed above are achieved, according to the invention, by a hidden hanging bracket as defined in the enclosed claims.
  • The structural and functional characteristics of the present invention and its advantages with respect to the known art can be clearly understood from the following description, referring to the enclosed drawings, which show a series of possible illustrative embodiments of a hidden hanging bracket according to the innovative principle of the invention itself.

  • With reference to, the drawings 10-17, 26-33 and 42-57, these show a compact hidden hanging-bracket system according to the present invention in various different examples in which a wall cupboard M is hooked to a support fixed to a wall P by means of a hook. With reference to the drawings 3-9, 18-25 and 34-41, these show compact hanging-bracket systems not according to the invention.
  • In the first example of figures 3 to 9, the system comprises a hanging bracket 10 provided with a movable hooking tooth 11 which extends from a slide 12, for example made of zamak, sliding on a base 13.
  • The slide 12 is preferably, but not necessarily, produced in two half-shells which, as can be seen, contain at least the vertical adjustment mechanism. The vertical adjustment group, in fact, is in any case positioned on the slide 12, also in further examples. In this example, the slide 12 carries assembled, and contains in its interior, an adjustment mechanism of the position in height (vertical) of the tooth 11, by means of a bevel gear 14, 15. More specifically, a conical pinion 14 is positioned integral with an end of a threaded bar or screw 16 which rotates inside a complementary threaded hole 17 of an appendix 18 which extends perpendicular from the base 13. The pinion 14 engages with a second conical pinion 15 forming the bevel gear. The second conical pinion 15 is rotatingly housed in a seat of the slide 12 and is caused to rotate by means of a tool (not shown) which is engaged in a seat of the same 21 according to an axis 22 perpendicular to a sliding axis S of the slide 12. The rotation of the second pinion 15 causes the rotation of the first pinion 14 and the rotation of the threaded bar or screw 16 which thus translates with respect to the base 13 also causing the entrainment of the slide 12.
  • The base 13 is constrained to the furniture M, for example by means of wood screws 19, one of which is shown in figure 2, fixed to a top C and a lining F of the furniture M.
  • As already mentioned, the slide 12 carries the tooth 11, which, for example, can be in the form of a circular head arranged at a free end of a screw 24 and which, upon screwing, causes a horizontal adjustment. The tooth 11 is destined for being hooked to a corresponding section 26 of a metallic hooking bar 27 and fixed to the wall P by means of dowels 29.
  • As can be clearly seen in the drawings, the section 26 of the bar 27 defines, with the wall P, a channel 30 where the hooking tooth 11 or its circular head is housed. The bar 27 has a shaped form and has an upper flap AS which extends vertically from the above section 26. The bar 27, however, can also have different sections.
  • An anti-disengagement group cooperates with the hooking tooth 11 and with the bar 27, said anti-disengagement group being composed in this first example of a grub screw 31, provided with threading, and a tip or terminal part 33, and a head having a shaped seat 34 for a maneuvering tool, for example a screwdriver (not shown). The grub screw 31 is screwed into a threaded seat 36 according to an axis 32, wherein the seat 36 is produced directly on the slide 12 in a position above the tooth 11, but below the bevel gear 14, 15. The grub screw 31 can therefore be translated with respect to the slide 12.
  • This first example therefore provides, in combination, an anti-disengagement group, a vertical adjustment group and a horizontal adjustment group. As can be seen, the vertical and horizontal adjustment groups are also slidingly positioned on the slide 12 with respect to the base 13.
  • It can also be seen how, according to the invention, the axis 32 of a maneuvering element (grub screw 31) for the anti-disengagement group and the axis 22 for the pinion 15 of the vertical adjustment group are parallel to each other and perpendicular to a sliding axis S of the slide 12.
  • Furthermore, it can also be seen that an axis 35 of the hooking tooth 11, which effects the horizontal adjustment, is positioned parallel to the other two axes 32 and 22 and perpendicular to the movement axis S of the slide 12. This can also be activated for regulation by acting with a tool or screwdriver on a seat 37 positioned at the opposite end with respect to the circular head of the hooking tooth 11.
  • The example shows parallel axes and also vertically aligned, but this vertical alignment is not necessarily the only solution: it is also possible to have parallel axes but not vertically aligned.
  • It can also be seen how, according to the invention, the anti-disengagement group is positioned between the vertical and horizontal adjustment groups.
  • Thanks to the front arrangement of the head having a shaped seat 34 for a maneuvering tool inside the grub screw 31, of the seat 37 of the hooking tooth 11 and the seat 21 of the second conical pinion 15 arranged according to axes 32, 35 and 22 parallel to each other, this arrangement and combination allows a broader adjustment in depth without interferences between the anti-disengagement group and horizontal and vertical adjustments of the known art shown in figure 1.
  • Furthermore, the concentration of these activation seats also allows a relatively reduced hole to be produced in the lining F of the furniture M with the consequent positioning of a cap having reduced dimensions.
  • The functioning of the hanging-bracket system of the present invention can be immediately understood and deduced from what is written and also from what is illustrated in figures 2 to 9 and is omitted for the sake of simplicity.
  • The example of figures 2 to 9 illustrate a hanging-bracket system in which the anti-disengagement group is positioned above the hooking tooth 11.
  • Figures 10 to 17, on the other hand, show an arrangement similar to that of the example of the previous figures 2 to 9, wherein, in the hanging-bracket system of the invention, the anti-disengagement group is positioned below the hooking tooth 11. The same elements are indicated with the same reference numbers.
  • It can therefore be noted in this second example, how the grub screw 31 is positioned in the slide 12 below the hooking tooth 11. The grub screw 31 therefore acts directly below the section and more specifically becomes engaged with its tip 33 or terminal part with a horizontal flap (or edge) 26A square-folded directly from the section 26 of the bar 27.
  • In this way, in the case of a horizontal or vertical movement of the furniture M, this abutment exerts its anti-disengagement function.
  • In this example, the anti-disengagement group is positioned below the vertical and horizontal adjustment groups.
  • With respect to figures 18 to 25, these illustrate a third example of a hanging-bracket system. Also in this case, the same elements are indicated with the same reference numbers.
  • In this example, the slide 12 is made of sheet metal suitably folded and processed differently with respect to the zamak casting of the previous example. The slide 12 is in fact produced from a single piece of metal through consecutive processings of a starting blank obtained by shearing or moulding.
  • Also in this example, it can be seen that the anti-disengagement group is positioned above the hooking tooth 11.
  • The fourth example of figures 26 to 33, on the other hand, show an arrangement similar to those of the previous figures 18 to 25, wherein, in the hanging-bracket system of the invention, the anti-disengagement group is positioned below the hooking tooth 11. The same elements are indicated with the same reference numbers.
  • Also in this fourth example, it can be seen that the grub screw 31 is therefore positioned in the slide 12 made of sheet metal below the hooking tooth 11.
  • The grub screw 31 therefore acts directly below the section and more specifically becomes engaged with its tip 33 or terminal part with a horizontal flap (or edge) 26A folded directly from the section 26 of the bar 27.
  • The fifth example of figures 34 to 41 offers a simplified version in some ways of the hanging-bracket system.
  • In this example, in fact, in which the same reference numbers are indicated for the same elements, the bevel gear is absent.
  • It provides, in fact, that the threaded bar or screw 16 terminates below with a head 141 provided with perimetric grooves 142, i.e. a gear head. These grooves 142 allow a tip 80 of a screwdriver (of which only the tip 80 is shown in figure 34) to directly activate the threaded bar or screw 16 causing its rotation and therefore its vertical adjustment. The vertical adjustment is therefore effected by means of a screw 16 with a gear head 141, that can be activated directly with a screwdriver 80.
  • In this case, the activation axis 22 is considered as being that of the axis of the screwdriver 80 when inserted for passing into a hole 121 of the slide 12 to become engaged for causing the rotation of the threaded bar or screw 16 activating a vertical adjustment.
  • The slide 12 is made of zamak, preferably in two half-shells, for containing the above vertical adjustment in its interior.
  • Also in this example, it can be seen that in this hanging-bracket system, the anti-disengagement group is positioned above the hooking tooth 11 and in any case the anti-disengagement group is positioned between the vertical adjustment group and the horizontal adjustment group.
  • Also in this example, the maneuvering axes 22, 32, and 35 are advantageously parallel to each other and can all be easily activated from the front side of the hanging bracket 10, allowing holes for their activation which have limited dimensions and without interference between the parts of said activations.
  • In the subsequent sixth example of figures 42 to 49, a further version is proposed, which, as already indicated, is, in some ways, simplified by the hanging-bracket system of the present invention. This example, in which the same reference numbers are used for the same elements, is also without the bevel gear.
  • The difference with respect to the previous example lies in the reciprocal arrangement of the above-mentioned anti-disengagement groups and horizontal and vertical adjustment groups.
  • Unlike the previous example, in this case, the anti-disengagement group is positioned below the horizontal adjustment group, which, in turn, is positioned below the vertical adjustment group.
  • Also in this case, the activation axis 22 is considered as being that of the axis of the screwdriver 80 when inserted for passing into a hole 121 of the slide 12. In this way, the tip of the screwdriver 80 is engaged with a head 141 provided with perimetric grooves 142 of the threaded bar or screw 16 causing its rotation and effecting the vertical adjustment.
  • The further anti-disengagement and horizontal adjustment groups are the same as those previously described with the only clarification that the grub screw 31 acts by means of its tip 33 or terminal part directly below the section, i.e. with a horizontal flap (or edge) 26A square-folded directly from the section 26 of the bar 27. The anti-disengagement function is thus activated and ensured.
  • Finally, figures 50 to 57 show yet another example illustrating a different arrangement of parts and elements forming the new and inventive combination of the hanging-bracket system according to the present invention.
  • More specifically, this is an alternative embodiment to that shown in figures 10 to 17, but can in any case be applied to other examples such as those of figures 26 to 33, in addition to others.
  • In this example, the grub screw 31 of the anti-disengagement group is positioned below the standard bar 27 or below the section 26 of the bar 27. In this position, it should be remembered that the bar 27 defines, with the wall P, the channel 30 where the hooking tooth 11 or its circular head is housed.
  • This arrangement can in any case also be applied to the examples in which the slide 12 is produced in sheet metal or in any case the slide made of zamak containing only the threaded bar or screw 16 having a head 141 provided with perimetric grooves 142 for causing its rotation and activating the vertical adjustment.
  • Also this last example, however, offers all the advantages of the previous examples, as the axes 22, 32 and 35 are arranged parallel to each other and perpendicular to the translation axis S of the slide 12.
  • Furthermore, the vertical adjustment on the hanging bracket can be facilitated and extended, by activating it from the front part with holes having extremely reduced dimensions and caps which are consequently also reduced.
  • The protection scope of the present invention is defined by the enclosed claims.

Claims (14)

  1. A compact hidden hanging-bracket system for wall cupboards, wherein a wall cupboard (M) containing a hanging bracket (10) is hooked to a support fixed to the wall (P) by means of a hook, the system comprising, in combination, an anti-disengagement group (31) and at least one adjustment group (14, 15; 141), wherein said at least one adjustment group is a vertical adjustment group (14, 15; 141) and is arranged on a slide (12) which slides with respect to a base (13), wherein axes (32, 22) of maneuvering elements (31, 14, 15, 80, 141) are provided for said anti-disengagement group and said at least one vertical adjustment group, characterized in that said axes (32, 22) are always parallel to each other and perpendicular to a sliding axis (S) of said slide (12).
  2. The hanging-bracket system according to claim 1, characterized in that a horizontal adjustment group is also provided, whose axis (35) is also arranged parallel to the other two axes (32, 22) and perpendicular to the sliding axis (S) of said slide (12) .
  3. The hanging-bracket system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said vertical adjustment group is positioned on said slide (12).
  4. The hanging-bracket system according to one or more of the previous claims from 1 to 3, characterized in that said slide (12) is made of zamak, aluminium, or plastic material.
  5. The hanging-bracket system according to claim 4, characterized in that said slide (12) is produced in two half-shells that contain the vertical adjustment group.
  6. The hanging-bracket system according to one or more of the previous claims from 1 to 3, characterized in that said slide (12) is made of sheet metal.
  7. The hanging-bracket system according to claim 6, characterized in that said slide (12) is produced from a single piece of metal through subsequent processings of a starting blank.
  8. The hanging-bracket system according to one or more of the previous claims from 1 to 7, characterized in that said vertical adjustment group comprises a bevel gear (14, 15), positioned in said slide (12) and causing the rotation of a threaded bar or screw (16) that promotes the translation of said slide (12) with respect to a base (13) of said hanging bracket (10).
  9. The hanging-bracket system according to one or more of the previous claims from 1 to 7, characterized in that said vertical adjustment group comprises a screw (16) with a gear head (141, 142), that can be activated directly by means of a screwdriver (80).
  10. The hanging-bracket system according to one or more of the previous claims from 1 to 9, characterized in that said anti-disengagement group comprises a grub screw (31) translatingly screwed into said slide (12) and positionable in abutment with respect to a portion of a bar (27) fixed to said wall (P).
  11. The hanging-bracket system according to claim 10, characterized in that said grub screw (31) is brought into abutment with respect to a horizontal flap (or edge) (26A) square-folded directly from a section (26) of the bar (27).
  12. The hanging-bracket system according to one or more of the previous claims from 1 to 11, characterized in that said anti-disengagement group is positioned below the vertical adjustment group.
  13. The hanging-bracket system according to one or more of the previous claims from 2 to 11, characterized in that said anti-disengagement group is positioned below the vertical adjustment group and the horizontal adjustment group.
  14. The hanging-bracket system according to one or more of the previous claims from 2 to 11, characterized in that said axes (22, 32 and 35) of said vertical adjustment group, horizontal adjustment group and anti-disengagement group are vertically aligned.
