Description

DOMAINE TECHNIQUE DE L'INVENTIONTECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of false ceilings.

The invention relates more particularly to a flexible sheet intended for the production of a false ceiling, said sheet being made up of two superposed canvases and assembled at the periphery on a means of attachment, one of the canvases being solid, the other being openwork.

Par toile ajourée, on entend une toile comportant des zones évidée (ou découpée).By openwork canvas, we mean a canvas comprising hollowed-out (or cut-out) zones.

The flexible sheet is intended in particular, but not exclusively, for the production of false ceilings offering luminous visual patterns.

ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUESTATE OF THE ART

It is known to make false ceilings with light patterns. To do this, the false ceilings include a so-called double flexible sheet, made up of two superimposed fabrics, ie arranged one on top of the other, the top fabric being translucent and full, the bottom fabric being opaque and cut (or perforated) according to a given shape (pattern), said sheet being placed under luminous means arranged in the residual space provided between the ceiling and the false ceiling.

A major drawback of the false ceilings thus produced is the visual rendering which is not entirely satisfactory. Indeed, due to an assembly of the fabrics at their peripheral edge, the two fabrics tend to deviate slightly from each other. However, the spacing of the canvases impacts the visual rendering of the patterns, and in particular the sharpness of the latter.

Furthermore, the presence of a perforated zone on the bottom canvas makes cleaning the latter tedious.

Le document EP 2 078 796 A1 divulgue une nappe souple selon le préambule de la revendication indépendante 1.The document EP 2 078 796 A1 discloses a flexible web according to the preamble of independent claim 1.

The invention aims to remedy these problems by proposing a flexible sheet making it possible to produce false ceilings having visual patterns, advantageously bright, clean and can be easily cleaned.

OBJET DE L'INVENTIONOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

To this end, and according to a first aspect, the invention proposes a flexible sheet intended for the production of a false ceiling in a room, said sheet being made up of two superposed fabrics and assembled together at their peripheral edge, the one of the canvases being solid, the other being perforated. The flexible web according to the invention is remarkable in that the fabric placed above, which is perforated, has a weight greater than that of the full fabric placed below so that the perforated fabric is kept affixed to the full fabric when the tablecloth is hung on the rail.

By this arrangement, the top fabric is kept flat on the bottom fabric. By eliminating the spacing induced between the fabrics of the sheets of the prior art, the false ceilings produced using a sheet according to the invention offers a rendering of the patterns formed by the openwork fabric. Furthermore, the lower canvas being solid, the cleaning of the web is facilitated.

Avantageusement, la toile ajourée est opaque.Advantageously, the perforated canvas is opaque.

Advantageously, the solid canvas is wholly or partly translucent or transparent.

Advantageously, the web is provided with a peripheral attachment means allowing it to be attached to a rail, the perforated fabric and the solid fabric being assembled together on said peripheral attachment means.

Advantageously, the fabrics are welded together at the attachment means.

Advantageously, one of the fabrics has micro-perforations arranged to form, with the other fabric, an acoustic layer.

The invention also relates to a false ceiling comprising a flexible web as described above, fixed taut on at least one rail, the perforated fabric being arranged on the opposite side inside the room in which the false ceiling is arranged.

Advantageously, the false ceiling comprises luminous means arranged above the perforated canvas.

BREVE DESCRIPTION DES FIGURESBRIEF DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES

  • la figure 1 représente une vue schématique partielle en coupe d'un faux plafond équipé d'une nappe souple selon l'invention ;
Other objects and advantages of the invention will appear during the following description, made with reference to the appended drawings, in which:
  • the figure 1 shows a partial schematic sectional view of a false ceiling equipped with a flexible sheet according to the invention;
  • the figure 2 shows an exploded view of the cable shown in the figure 1 .

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DES FIGURESDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES

In relation to the figures 1 and 2 , there is described a false ceiling 1, of the stretched false ceiling type, equipped with a flexible sheet 2 according to the invention hung stretched on smooth 3 fixed to the wall walls 4 of a room. The heddles 3 form with the ply 2 a closed structure which is advantageously sealed.

The sheet 2 consists of two fabrics 3, 4, advantageously made of polyvinyl chloride, superimposed and assembled at the periphery on a means of attachment 5. In the example illustrated in the figure 1 , the attachment means 5 has the shape of a harpoon 6 which cooperates with the attachment shoulder 7 of the heddles 3 provided for this purpose. Advantageously, the two fabrics 3, 4 are assembled by welding. According to a particular embodiment, the two fabrics 3, 4 are firstly assembled together at the periphery, to be secondly fixed to the attachment means 5. According to another embodiment, the fabrics 3, 4 are fixed independently of each other by means of attachment 5. Advantageously, the assembly of the fabrics 3, 4 between them and the assembly of the fabrics 3, 4 on the means of attachment 5 is carried out by welding. The assembly can of course be achieved by any other known fixing means, such as gluing.

In the illustrated embodiment, the canvas arranged above, ie, on the side opposite the side visible from inside the room, is an openwork canvas, advantageously opaque, while the canvas arranged below, ie arranged on the side visible from inside the room, is a solid canvas, that is to say without a recessed area, advantageously opaque. The figure 2 shows an exploded view of the ply 2. The solid fabric 4 placed under the perforated fabric 3, thus covers the recessed areas 30 of the perforated fabric 3. The full fabric 4 placed below thus ensures the airtightness, dust or other residue. In the example shown, the recessed areas have the shape of squares. It is of course obvious that the invention is not limited to this form of the perforated zones, and that it can be provided all other shapes or combinations of shapes but also any other arrangements of the perforated zones without departing from the scope of the invention, the shape and the distribution being chosen according to the visual patterns sought for the false ceiling.

The two canvases 3, 4 have been represented on the figure 1 with a slight distance between them, in order to show the number of fabrics constituting the web 2. The two fabrics 3, 4 are however superposed, that is to say in contact with one another. In order to ensure the pressing of the fabrics 3, 4 against each other, the top fabric has a weight greater than that of the bottom fabric so that when the web 2 is fixed taut on the smooth, the fabric top, in this case the perforated canvas 3, rests on the solid canvas 4. The weight ratio between the perforated canvas 3 and the solid canvas 4 will have to be defined to avoid a bending of the canvas below under the mass of the top canvas.

In order to improve the acoustic performance of the room in which the false ceiling is arranged, one of the fabrics 3, 4 comprises micro-perforations 40 arranged and distributed so as to form a fabric that acoustically absorbs sound. By micro-perforations 40 is meant any perforation having a diameter less than or equal to 2 millimeters. The presence of a micro-perforated canvas has the advantage of significantly increasing the acoustic performance of the structure 1. Advantageously, the micro-perforations 40 are provided on the canvas arranged on the side visible from inside the room, namely, in the example shown, on the full canvas 4.

In the example shown, the false ceiling is a luminous false ceiling. To do this, light means 8 are arranged above the sheet 2, in the space 9 delimited by the ceiling 10 and the stretched sheet 2. They are fixed on the ceiling 10. Thus, the light coming from the luminous means 8 passes through the perforated zones 30 of the opaque canvas above and the parts of the translucent canvas located under the perforated zones 30 and opposite those. ci, thus producing a false ceiling offering visual patterns corresponding to the shape of the openwork areas provided, without the latter being blurred due to the perfect veneer of the canvases 3, 4 between them.

In the above, a stretched canvas false ceiling has been described. It is of course obvious that the sheet according to the invention can also be implemented for the production of a suspended false ceiling or else of a box for a ceiling.

The invention is described in the foregoing by way of example. It is understood that a person skilled in the art is able to produce different variant embodiments of the invention without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
