  • a packaging for glasses which is formed from a correspondingly designed blank element with an associated method by folding and gluing.
  • the packaging has a rear wall field, a front wall field and two side wall fields, which are connected to one another via folded edges and, in the folded state, enclose a rectangular base area.
  • the packaging has a base which is formed with base sections which are arranged on the underside of the fields. On the top side, a cover section serves to overlap the rectangular basic cross-section of the cuboid shape in the closed state.
  • receiving and holding elements In order to protect the glasses in the packaging from damage, specially folded receiving and holding elements are proposed in which the glasses are initially wrapped, and the glasses are inserted in pairs with the receiving and holding elements in the packaging.
  • the receiving and holding elements are shaped in such a way that the glasses are completely enclosed, and the glasses received in pairs in a receiving and holding element cannot come into contact with one another.
  • the packaging is expensive due to the multiple individually designed receiving and holding elements and has a large number of individual and also parallel adjacent cut surfaces of the cut element in the folded state, which mean a high packaging expense.
  • packaging is the DE 20 2016 002 640 U1 and the packaging is designed in such a way that a stemmed glass is held in the lower region of a stem on the one hand and in an upper region of a goblet on the other hand by an intermediate surface of the blank element.
  • the packaging does not allow several glasses to be packaged within one packaging from a single, ie coherent, blank element.
  • a packaging with a lid section is known, and in the lid section elevations pointing to the glasses are formed, for example in the form of knobs, which can fix a plurality of glasses in a predetermined position within the packaging when the lid section is closed.
  • a slight deformation of the packaging would, however, already loosen the engagement of the knobs with the upper opening of the glass, and several glasses could come together and be damaged.
  • the DE 1 849 192 U1 describes a blank for a package with a central plane at half the height of the package, and the central plane has openings through which glasses can be passed and held in a predetermined position in the package. Due to the required middle surface element, however, the blank element for the packaging is required over a larger area and designed in a complex manner.

  • the object of the invention is to improve a package in the form of a parallelepiped for holding glasses, as well as to create an improved blank element for forming the package and an improved method for producing the package.
  • the packaging should protect glasses received in it from damage as effectively as possible.
  • the packaging should be able to be produced from a simply designed one-piece blank element, and the method for forming the packaging should be as simple as possible, in particular with as few adhesive points as possible. In particular, several fields, for example parallel or one within the other, should be avoided so that the packaging does not turn out to be unnecessarily large and requires material.
  • the aim is to retain the possibility of being able to remove the glasses individually from the packaging when the lid section is opened, and these glasses are to be positioned with respect to one another in an equally simple manner when the packaging is closed and the glasses are to be transported.
  • the invention includes the technical teaching that a fixing field is arranged on at least one of the side wall fields and / or on the front wall field, which can be folded under the cover section and has holding means which can be pressed into an opening on the top of at least one glass for fixing the same.

  • the basic idea of the invention is to expand the blank element and thus the packaging by at least one fixing field, which can be folded onto the glasses in the order in which the packaging is closed in front of the lid section, and the holding means can be pressed manually into the openings on the top of the glasses.
  • the subsequently closable cover section can then be folded over the at least one fixing field, in particular in order to cover it.

  • a holding means can be assigned to each glass.
  • the holding means for the middle glasses can be designed differently than for the glasses arranged laterally adjacent to the side wall fields. If the holding devices were pressed manually into the openings on the top of the glasses, the cover section can finally be closed, which then completely covers the fixing field.
  • the dimensions of the holding means are designed in such a way that they fit into the openings on the upper side of the glasses, and the holding means prevent the glasses from moving laterally and, for example, from reaching one another.
  • the bottom sections are attached to the underside of the rear wall field, the front wall field and the side wall fields, and can be folded in such a way that the bottom of the cuboid shape is formed.
  • partition panels are arranged on the base sections, which can in particular be folded in such a way that they extend between the glasses, for example when four or six glasses are accommodated in the packaging.
  • the partition wall sections themselves are in turn equipped with rebated edges and can thus be angled in such a way that, for example, with four base sections when holding six glasses, a partition wall field is arranged at least in sections between each adjacent glass.
  • the holding means can be pushed out of a plane of the fixing field and bent in the direction of the opening of the glass and / or into the opening of the glass by means of a folded edge.
  • the holding means can be activated when the fixing fields have not yet been folded down, for example if they only have to be folded over, or the holding means can be activated after the fixing fields have already been folded down, if they have to be pressed directly into the openings of the glasses, for example, which is only possible when the glasses are already folded Fixing fields is possible.
  • the fixing field does not necessarily have to have already been folded onto the top of the glasses in order to push out or push in the holding means.
  • the holding means have at least one holding tab which is arranged at the end of the fixing field and can be pressed into the opening of the glass.
  • the at least one retaining tab can also be bent before folding over the fixing panel on the top of the glasses, and if the fixing panels are now folded down, the retaining tabs can be pressed into centrally arranged glasses, for example, in order to fix them in their position.
  • the holding means form at least one kink tab which is designed to be buckled in the fixing field, and the kink tab can be pressed into the opening of the glass as an inverted roof edge.
  • a fixing field which for example only extends up to half the width of the packaging and covers two glasses full and two glasses half, can have two retaining tabs on the end edge, which are pressed into the middle glasses, and two kink tabs can be provided, which in the glasses are pressed in, which are arranged adjacent to the side wall field and are fully covered.
  • a fixing field can be arranged on each of the two opposing side wall fields, and each fixing field has a retaining tab on the end edge that is bent towards the glasses. Then the two fixing fields are folded over the openings on the top of the glasses, and four retaining tabs get into the middle two glasses of the total of six glasses that are held in two rows in the packaging. Then four kink tabs can be manually pressed into the openings of the glasses, which are arranged next to the middle glasses and thus adjacent to the side wall panels.
  • the two fixing fields with the holding means arranged on them enable the complete positioning of all of the six glasses by means of associated retaining tabs and kink tabs, which are inserted into the openings on the top.
  • the retaining tabs can, for example, have a semicircular shape and can be attached at the end of the fixing panel via a folded edge so that they can be bent.
  • the diameter of the semicircular retaining tabs is advantageously dimensioned so that when the fixing field is completely in contact with the openings on the top of the glasses, the retaining tabs fit precisely into the openings of the glasses or are minimally oversized, so that the retaining tabs are inserted into the openings of the glasses, so to speak, in a self-retaining manner can be. STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART

From the DE 20 2017 100 511 U1 a packaging for glasses is known, which is formed from a correspondingly designed blank element with an associated method by folding and gluing. the The packaging has a rear wall field, a front wall field and two side wall fields, which are connected to one another via folded edges and, in the folded state, enclose a rectangular base area. The packaging has a base which is formed with base sections which are arranged on the underside of the fields. On the top side, a cover section serves to overlap the rectangular basic cross-section of the cuboid shape in the closed state.

In order to protect the glasses in the packaging from damage, specially folded receiving and holding elements are proposed in which the glasses are initially wrapped, and the glasses are inserted in pairs with the receiving and holding elements in the packaging. The receiving and holding elements are shaped in such a way that the glasses are completely enclosed, and the glasses received in pairs in a receiving and holding element cannot come into contact with one another. However, the packaging is expensive due to the multiple individually designed receiving and holding elements and has a large number of individual and also parallel adjacent cut surfaces of the cut element in the folded state, which mean a high packaging expense.

Another example of packaging is the DE 20 2016 002 640 U1 and the packaging is designed in such a way that a stemmed glass is held in the lower region of a stem on the one hand and in an upper region of a goblet on the other hand by an intermediate surface of the blank element. However, it is not possible to simply remove the glass from the packaging from the top; in particular, the packaging does not allow several glasses to be packaged within one packaging from a single, ie coherent, blank element.

From the DE 712 95 08 U1 a packaging with a lid section is known, and in the lid section elevations pointing to the glasses are formed, for example in the form of knobs, which can fix a plurality of glasses in a predetermined position within the packaging when the lid section is closed. A slight deformation of the packaging would, however, already loosen the engagement of the knobs with the upper opening of the glass, and several glasses could come together and be damaged.

Durch das erforderliche mittlere Flächenelement ist das Zuschnittelement für die Verpackung jedoch größerflächig erforderlich und aufwendig ausgestaltet.the DE 1 849 192 U1 describes a blank for a package with a central plane at half the height of the package, and the central plane has openings through which glasses can be passed and held in a predetermined position in the package. Due to the required middle surface element, however, the blank element for the packaging is required over a larger area and designed in a complex manner.

From the EP 2 753 002 A1 a box in the shape of a parallelepiped for receiving bottles, for example wine bottles, is known, having a blank element with a rear wall field, a front wall field and two side wall fields which are connected to one another by means of folded edges and enclose a rectangular base area, with the rear wall field, the front wall field and / or a bottom section for forming a bottom of the cuboid shape is arranged on the side wall fields, and a cover section is arranged on the rear wall field which, in the closed state, overlaps the rectangular basic section of the cuboid shape on the top.

From the DE 10 2004 062 622 A1 a packaging is known which has tabs which can also engage between the glasses that can be inserted into the packaging.

From the US 5,579,990 A1 Another packaging is known which also has tabs which are arranged on fixing fields and which can be inserted between glasses that are received in the packaging.

Finally shows the US 2,682,949 A1 an outer packaging for bottles, which also has holding means that can be slipped over the bottle neck.

OFFENBARUNG DER ERFINDUNGDISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

The object of the invention is to improve a package in the form of a parallelepiped for holding glasses, as well as to create an improved blank element for forming the package and an improved method for producing the package. The packaging should protect glasses received in it from damage as effectively as possible. The packaging should be able to be produced from a simply designed one-piece blank element, and the method for forming the packaging should be as simple as possible, in particular with as few adhesive points as possible. In particular, several fields, for example parallel or one within the other, should be avoided so that the packaging does not turn out to be unnecessarily large and requires material. The aim is to retain the possibility of being able to remove the glasses individually from the packaging when the lid section is opened, and these glasses are to be positioned with respect to one another in an equally simple manner when the packaging is closed and the glasses are to be transported.

This object is achieved with a packaging according to claim 1, with a method according to claim 9 and with a blank element according to claim 14.

Advantageous further developments of the invention are given in the dependent claims.

The invention includes the technical teaching that a fixing field is arranged on at least one of the side wall fields and / or on the front wall field, which can be folded under the cover section and has holding means which can be pressed into an opening on the top of at least one glass for fixing the same. There are several holding means in one or in several fixing fields, the holding means being designed to be pressed into an opening on the top of at least one glass for fixing the same, in that the holding means have at least one kink tab that can be bent in the fixing field, the kink tab being a inverted roof edge can be pressed into the opening of the glass.

The basic idea of the invention is to expand the blank element and thus the packaging by at least one fixing field, which can be folded onto the glasses in the order in which the packaging is closed in front of the lid section, and the holding means can be pressed manually into the openings on the top of the glasses. The subsequently closable cover section can then be folded over the at least one fixing field, in particular in order to cover it.

The holding means in the fixing fields can be designed to be identical to one another or different from one another. In particular, a holding means can be assigned to each glass. For example, the holding means for the middle glasses can be designed differently than for the glasses arranged laterally adjacent to the side wall fields. If the holding devices were pressed manually into the openings on the top of the glasses, the cover section can finally be closed, which then completely covers the fixing field.

The dimensions of the holding means are designed in such a way that they fit into the openings on the upper side of the glasses, and the holding means prevent the glasses from moving laterally and, for example, from reaching one another. The bottom sections are attached to the underside of the rear wall field, the front wall field and the side wall fields, and can be folded in such a way that the bottom of the cuboid shape is formed. With a further advantage, partition panels are arranged on the base sections, which can in particular be folded in such a way that they extend between the glasses, for example when four or six glasses are accommodated in the packaging. The partition wall sections themselves are in turn equipped with rebated edges and can thus be angled in such a way that, for example, with four base sections when holding six glasses, a partition wall field is arranged at least in sections between each adjacent glass.

For example, the holding means can be pushed out of a plane of the fixing field and bent in the direction of the opening of the glass and / or into the opening of the glass by means of a folded edge. The holding means can be activated when the fixing fields have not yet been folded down, for example if they only have to be folded over, or the holding means can be activated after the fixing fields have already been folded down, if they have to be pressed directly into the openings of the glasses, for example, which is only possible when the glasses are already folded Fixing fields is possible. However, the fixing field does not necessarily have to have already been folded onto the top of the glasses in order to push out or push in the holding means.

According to one embodiment, the holding means have at least one holding tab which is arranged at the end of the fixing field and can be pressed into the opening of the glass. The at least one retaining tab can also be bent before folding over the fixing panel on the top of the glasses, and if the fixing panels are now folded down, the retaining tabs can be pressed into centrally arranged glasses, for example, in order to fix them in their position.

According to the invention, the holding means form at least one kink tab which is designed to be buckled in the fixing field, and the kink tab can be pressed into the opening of the glass as an inverted roof edge. A fixing field, which for example only extends up to half the width of the packaging and covers two glasses full and two glasses half, can have two retaining tabs on the end edge, which are pressed into the middle glasses, and two kink tabs can be provided, which in the glasses are pressed in, which are arranged adjacent to the side wall field and are fully covered.

For example, if the packaging is designed for six glasses, a fixing field can be arranged on each of the two opposing side wall fields, and each fixing field has a retaining tab on the end edge that is bent towards the glasses. As a result, the two fixing fields with the holding means arranged on them enable the complete positioning of all of the six glasses by means of associated retaining tabs and kink tabs, which are inserted into the openings on the top.

The retaining tabs can, for example, have a semicircular shape and can be attached at the end of the fixing panel via a folded edge so that they can be bent. The diameter of the semicircular retaining tabs is advantageously dimensioned so that when the fixing field is completely in contact with the openings on the top of the glasses, the retaining tabs fit precisely into the openings of the glasses or are minimally oversized, so that the retaining tabs are inserted into the openings of the glasses, so to speak, in a self-retaining manner can be. If two opposing fixation fields are provided, which cover half of the width of the packaging from the respective side, two retaining tabs can be inserted into each of the openings in the middle glasses, which are located on the opposite fixation fields.

The kink tabs, on the other hand, can be incorporated in the flat fixing field itself, and the kink tabs can be prefabricated using appropriate punching or cutting processes to produce the blank element so that they can be pushed out of the flat extension of the fixing field in the direction of the opening of the glass. The buckle tab advantageously has a first roof field and a second roof field, the first roof field being connected to the fixing field by means of a first folded edge and the roof fields being connected to one another via an intermediate second folded edge to form the roof edge. The free end of the second roof field is freely movable and can be moved manually in the cutout from which the folding tab within the fixing field was triggered.

In particular, the kink tab can be pushed out of a closed inner contour in the fixing field in such a way that the kink tab remains attached to the first folded edge and forms an opposite free end of the tab that can be moved manually within the inner contour in the direction of the first folded edge. As a result, the inverted roof edge is formed and can extend into the opening of the glass, and the further the free end of the second roof field is moved, the smaller the angle between the two roof fields and the deeper the kink strap gets into the opening of the glass .

Another advantage is achieved if the second roof field has notches facing the inner contour in the area of the free tab end, which can be locked into associated notches in the inner contour when the kink tab is pressed into the opening of the glass. The notches formed on the second roof field in the area of the free end of the tab are formed inwards into the surface piece of the second roof field, but they point in the direction of the inner contour, insofar as the notches on the tab end face each other at a certain point with the notches of the inner contour and can lock together when the free end of the tab is moved manually. For this, the free end of the tab must be moved manually along the inner contour until the opposite position of the notches is reached.

The notches are locked into one another in particular by the fact that the second roof field has an increasing width in the direction of the end of the tab, the course of the inner contour being designed in the opposite direction to the increasing width, in particular when the kink tab is punched out of the flat fixing field, which also results in the closed inner contour arises.

The course of the inner contour of the increasing width only takes place in the opposite direction to the widening second roof field, so that when the kink tab is pressed into the opening of the glass, the notches in the second roof field run along the inner contour until the notches finally on the kink tab with the other notches in the Lock inside contour. If the notches are interlocked, the kink tab becomes stable and extends into the opening of the glass and is fixed as an inverted roof edge protruding into the opening and thus protrudes firmly from the flat fixing field into the opening of the glass on the underside.

A fixing field can be arranged on each of the two side wall fields of the packaging, and each fixing field has two retaining tabs and two buckling tabs to form the retaining means. In particular, the packaging can be designed to accommodate four or preferably six glasses, and the kink tabs are pressed into the two glasses adjoining the respective side wall and the retaining tabs are pressed into the centrally located glasses.

The invention is further directed to a method according to claim 9 for receiving glasses in a package designed in a cuboid shape, having a blank element with a rear wall field, a front wall field and two side wall fields, which are connected to one another by means of folded edges and a rectangular base area by folding in the cut element enclose, wherein a bottom section for forming a base of the cuboid shape is arranged on the rear wall field, on the end wall field and / or on the side wall fields, and wherein a cover section is arranged on the rear wall field, which is folded over the rectangular basic section of the cuboid shape to close the cuboid shape . According to the invention, the method provides the following steps: Providing of the blank element with at least one fixing field arranged on the side wall field and / or on the front wall field, folding the fixing field under the cover section, pressing holding means arranged on or in the fixing field or inserted into an opening at the top of at least one glass for fixing the same and flipping over and closing the cover section the rectangular basic section of the cuboid shape. In the closed state of the packaging, the at least one fixing field lies approximately parallel below the cover section, with the folds forming a certain distance between the fixing field and the cover section.

The rear wall field, the front wall field and the two side wall fields can be arranged next to one another in the flat, unfolded state of the cut element with a total of three intermediate folded edges and consequently connected to one another, and if the method is carried out and the rear wall field, the front wall field and the side wall fields are folded into a cuboid shape, For example, a side edge of the rear wall field can be glued to a side edge of the most distant side wall field, for which purpose an adhesive flap can be arranged on the side edge.

Base sections are preferably located on all four fields, and partition panels can also be arranged on the base sections, which partition panels are folded into the interior of the packaging so that the partition panels ultimately separate juxtaposed glasses from one another. It is particularly advantageous that each of the two side wall fields has fixing fields arranged on the top, and when the packaging is folded, the side wall fields are opposite one another, so that the fixing fields are also opposite one another. The length of the fixing fields corresponds to half the width of the packaging, so that the two fixing fields can be folded onto the glasses can to fix all glasses with the holding means in or on the fixing fields. The presence of the cover section is not absolutely necessary in the context of the present invention and can also be omitted in the execution of the packaging and the cut element, in which case the fixing fields then form the top end of the packaging and are formed opposite the bottom sections. The intermediate wall fields arranged on the base sections can be made so long that they, as well as the rear wall field, the end wall field and the side wall fields, extend vertically between the base sections and the fixing fields.

In particular, the partition panels can have projections that can be inserted into cutouts that are made in the fixing panel. This creates additional stability of the partition panels within the volume of the packaging in order to create additional holding stability for the glasses in the packaging.

The method further provides that the holding means are designed as a holding tab which is arranged at the end of the fixing field, the holding tab being manually pressed into the opening of the glass. It can also be provided that the buckle tab is designed with a first roof field and a second roof field, the first roof field being connected to the fixing field by means of a folded edge and the roof fields being connected to one another via an intermediate folded edge, and wherein the buckle tab is pressed into the opening of the glass on the top side, a free flap end on the second roof field is moved manually in the direction of the rebate edge on the fixing field.

The method also provides that the flap end on the second roof field is manually in the direction of the folded edge on the fixing field for as long is moved until the notches present on the second roof field in the region of the end of the tab lock into assigned notches in an inner contour of the fixing field, in order to arrange the kink tab in the opening of the glass.

Advantageously, six glasses are placed in the packaging, with a fixation field each being arranged on the opposite side wall panels and which are determined with a length that corresponds to half the width of the packaging in the folding direction of the fixation fields, and with the retaining tabs in the openings of the middle of the six glasses are pressed in and the kink tabs in the form of the inverted roof edge are pressed into the openings of the glasses arranged adjacent to the side wall panels.

The invention is also directed to a blank element according to claim 14 for forming a package in the form of a parallelepiped for holding glasses.

Figure 1 shows a blank element 2 in an unfolded, planar form. The essential components of the blank element 2 are formed by the rear wall field 10, the front wall field 11 and the side wall fields 12 and 13, which fields are connected to one another via folded edges 14, 15 and 16, respectively. If the cuboid shape of the packaging is produced, an adhesive surface 34 can be glued at the end of the side wall field 13 to a free side edge of the rear wall field 10.

Bottom sections 17, 18, 19 and 20 are arranged on the underside of the rear wall field 10, the front wall field 11 and the side wall fields 12, which in turn have adhesive surfaces 34 and are glued to one another in such a way that a base of the packaging is formed.

At the bottom sections 17, 18, 19 and 20, there are respective intermediate wall sections 37 with them in an end-side arrangement existing adhesive surfaces 34, and if the blank element 2 is folded, the partition panels 37 can form a division of, for example, six storage areas for glasses that are to be accommodated in the packaging. The intermediate wall fields 37 then stand parallel to the rear wall field 10, the front wall field 11 and the side wall fields 12 and 13 on the bottom of the packaging.

A lid section 21 with an end-side plug-in area 35 is arranged on the rear wall panel 10, and the lid section 21 can be folded over the entire cross-sectional area of the packaging when the packaging is folded in order to finally close the top of the packaging. A closure tab 36 on the front wall panel 11 can be connected to the plug-in panel 35 so that the cover element 21 can be held in the closed position.

On the side wall panels 12 and 13, respective fixation panels 22 are arranged, and the fixation panels 22 are designed according to the invention with holding means 23 which can be folded into the top opening of the glasses to fix the glasses in the packaging.

In the view, the solid lines form body edges, and the lines shown in broken lines form the folded edges 14, 15, 16, of which not all folded edges are provided with reference symbols, so that there are many more folded edges in the blank.

Figure 2 shows the packaging 1 with the front wall panel 11 arranged on the front side and a lateral side wall panel 12. The lid section 21 is shown on the rear side.

A fixing field 22 is arranged on the front side wall field 12 and also on the opposite rear side wall field, and in the Holding means 23 are formed in fixing fields 22. The retaining means 23 include retaining tabs 26 and kinked tabs 27. Each of the two fixing fields 22 has two retaining tabs 26 and two kinked tabs 27, and six glasses 100 are placed in the packaging 1, two retaining tabs 26 being inserted into two middle glasses 100.

Figure 3 represents the packaging 1 according to Figure 2 and the holding means 23 in the form of the holding tabs 26 have been bent over, so that when the fixing fields 22 are folded over, the holding tabs 26 can be pressed into the upper side of the middle glasses 100 of the total of six introduced glasses. This will fix the two middle glasses in place. In particular, two retaining tabs 26 are introduced per central glass, which are arranged on respective opposing fixing fields 22. The kink tabs 27, on the other hand, are not yet activated and are still in a two-dimensional extension within the fixing fields 22.

Figure 4 shows the packaging 1 with the fixing fields 22 folded over, the cover section 21 still remaining in the open position. In the Figure 3 The retaining tabs 26 shown have now been pressed into the glasses 100 (in Figure 4 not visible).

Figure 5 shows the packaging 1 with the fixing fields 22 folded over, the kink tabs 27 now being activated by being pressed into the glasses, as shown by the arrows. The kink tabs 27 can be moved manually in order to finally insert them firmly into the glasses without the kink tabs 27 being able to loosen again by themselves. The fixing of the kink tabs 27 is described in connection with the following Figures 6 and 7 described.

Figure 6 shows an example of an isolated fixing field 22 with two juxtaposed buckling tabs 27 within the Surface section of the fixing field 22 and with two holding tabs 26 arranged side by side on the edge of the surface section, which are attached to the upper edge of the fixing field 22 via folded edges 24. The retaining tabs 26 can be kinked by the folded edges 24, the kinking being facilitated by the openings 25 introduced, as a result of which the length of the folded edges 24 is reduced. The retaining tabs 26 are semicircular and have a diameter or a width which corresponds approximately to the diameter of the upper opening of the glass that is to be received in the packaging.

The kink tabs 27 are formed from a first roof field 27a and a second roof field 27b, and the two roof fields 27a, 27b are movably connected to one another via a folded edge 29. The first roof field 27a is attached to the fixing field 22 via the folded edge 28.

The free end of the second roof field 27b forms a tab end 31 and has notches 32 on the side. In addition, the width of the second roof field 27b increases in the direction of the tab end 31. As a result of the section of the kink tab 27 from the fixing field 22, the corresponding inner contour in the fixing field 22 increases in width in the direction of the punched-out tab end 31. Further notches 33 are formed in the inner contour 30, which are located approximately at the level of the folded edge 29 between the two roof panels 27a, 27b.

If the buckle tab 27 is now pressed in within the fixing field 22, the two roof fields 27a, 27b buckle, as Figure 7 in further synopsis with Figure 6 shows. When the flap end 31 is manually moved in the direction of the folded edge 28, the notch 32 moves along the inner contour 30 until the notch 32 is brought into overlap with the notch 33 within the Inner contour 30. By widening the second roof field 27b in the direction of the tab end 31, the notch 32 can then interlock with the notch 33. An automatic return of the tab end 31 and a slipping out of the buckle tab 27 from the opening of the glass is prevented.

The result is that the glasses 100 are securely fixed in the packaging, in particular when they are held with the kink tab 27, since the kink tab 27 is prevented from automatically returning. The same applies to the retaining tabs 26, which cannot get out of the openings of the glasses 100 again by themselves, in particular not when the cover section 21 is closed and the fixing fields 22 are covered. All glasses are consequently fixed in their positions with the retaining tabs 26 and the buckling tabs 27 within the packaging 1 and cannot come into contact with one another, in particular in order to avoid breakage.
