- the motion sensor can be housed in the sole 4 of the footwear unit 2, and can advantageously be activated and deactivated by the user by means of a prearranged button, not shown in the example of the figures. When activated, the motion sensor can be set to turn off the programmable light screen after a certain period of inactivity.

- Providing the controller 6 physically separated from the footwear unit 2 allows to be able to reuse a relatively costly component such as the controller, also after the lifetime of a footwear unit, allowing to reuse it on a new footwear unit with similar characteristics.
- the footwear structure according to the present invention can comprise a wireless module of known type, not shown in the examples of the figures, for managing the electronic light system 5, therefore for setting the aforesaid light schemes by means of an electronic processor and for transmitting personalized light messages.
- An advantageous wireless module is of the bluetooth type, preferably low consumption (BLE).
- a preferred bluetooth module comprises a radio chip and a micro-controller and advantageously a signal amplifier.

- the second section of the through opening can form, in the upper or in the sole, a straight linear passage, an oblique linear passage or a flared passage on one or both sides.
- the footwear structure can comprise a pocket outerly combined with the footwear unit at the upper for containing the programmable light screen.
- the pocket must be sufficiently transparent to make the programmable light screen slightly visible from the outside.
- a footwear structure comprising a footwear unit having an electronic light system integrated in the footwear unit is provided, and that thanks to the structure both the footwear unit and the electronic light system are particularly solid and robust, durable and substantially impervious to water infiltrations and other external agents.
- the footwear unit of the present footwear structure can advantageously be obtained with the means and techniques known in the sector of footwear items, advantageously at a low cost, also for the reduced number of electric and electronic components composing the electronic light system.
- the present footwear structure allows a high level of customization, since it is possible to select and therefore store, through dedicated software, personalized electronic light messages to be displayed in the system.

Claims (13)
- Structure de chaussure (1) comprenant une unité de chaussure (2) ayant une tige (3) et une semelle (4), et un système lumineux électronique (5) intégré dans ladite unité de chaussure (2),dans laquelle ladite tige (3) et ladite semelle (4) sont contraintes entre elles et dans laquelle ledit système lumineux électronique (5) comprendune source d'alimentation (7),un écran lumineux programmable (8),un port de connexion (9),des premiers moyens de connexion (10) étendus entre ledit écran lumineux programmable (8) et ladite source d'alimentation (7), dans laquelle lesdits premiers moyens de connexion (10) comprennent des premiers câbles sans interruptions pour connecter en continu et de manière directe ledit écran lumineux (8) et ladite source d'alimentation (7), etdes seconds moyens de connexion (11) étendus entre ladite source d'alimentation (7) et ledit port de connexion (9),dans laquelle l'unité de chaussure (2) est pourvue d'une ouverture traversante (12) étendue sur ladite tige ou sur ladite semelle, dans laquelle ledit écran lumineux programmable (8) chevauche ladite ouverture traversante (12) à partir d'un côté extérieur de ladite unité de chaussure (2),caractérisée en ce queladite ouverture traversante (12) comprend une première section (14) et une seconde section (15), dans laquelle ladite seconde section (15) se ramifie à partir de ladite première section (14),dans laquelle ladite première section (14) de ladite ouverture traversante (12) présente une longueur (l') égale à ou supérieure à la hauteur (a) dudit écran lumineux programmable (8), dans laquelle ladite première section (14) de ladite ouverture traversante présente une hauteur (a') égale à ou supérieure à l'épaisseur (s) dudit écran lumineux programmable (8), l'ouverture étant adaptée, lors de la réalisation de la structure de chaussure (1), pour le passage de l'écran lumineux programmable (8) dans la première section (14) et pour le passage des premiers moyens de connexion (10) dans la seconde section (15), lorsque l'écran lumineux programmable (8) chevauche l'ouverture traversante (12) de manière à être combiné au côté extérieur de l'unité de chaussure (2).
- Structure de chaussure selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite ouverture traversante (12) présente une forme en T droit ou tourné, ou une forme en X droit ou tourné, ou une forme en L droit ou tourné, ou une forme en croix droite ou tournée.
- Structure de chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdits premiers moyens de connexion (10) comprennent une première portion (16) proximale audit écran lumineux programmable (8), dans laquelle ladite première section (14) de ladite ouverture traversante présente une hauteur (a') inférieure à la hauteur (d) de ladite première portion (16) desdits premiers moyens de connexion (10).
- Structure de chaussure selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle la hauteur maximale de ladite ouverture traversante est égale à ou supérieure à la hauteur (d) de ladite première portion (16) desdits premiers moyens de connexion (10).
- Structure de chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit écran lumineux programmable (8) est un écran OLED ou un écran LED, ledit écran lumineux programmable (8) comprenant une enveloppe (18), un circuit imprimé (19) pourvu d'OLED ou LED et un processeur numérique (20), tous logés dans ladite enveloppe (18).
- Structure de chaussure selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ladite enveloppe (18) est réalisée en matières plastiques semi-transparentes et de préférence flexibles, et dans laquelle ledit circuit imprimé (19) est flexible.
- Structure de chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite tige (3) comprend un col (29) et/ou une languette (30), dans laquelle ledit port de connexion (9) est disposé en correspondance dudit col (29) ou de ladite languette (30).
- Structure de chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdits seconds moyens de connexions (11) comprennent des seconds câbles sans interruptions pour connecter en continu et de manière directe ladite source d'alimentation (7) et ledit port de connexion (9).
- Structure de chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite seconde section (15) de ladite ouverture traversante (12) est délimitée par des parois opposées (21, 22) interceptant ladite première section (14), dans laquelle au moins une desdites parois opposées (21, 22) repose sur un premier plan formant un angle non nul θ avec un second plan contenant l'autre desdites parois opposées, dans laquelle ledit angle θ est de préférence de 10° à 45°, plus préférablement de 20° à 45°, encore plus préférablement de 30° à 45°.
- Structure de chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un siège de logement (25) réalisé dans ladite semelle (4) est engagé avec ladite source d'alimentation (7) et de préférence en outre comprenant une pluralité de premières zones de raidissement pour rigidifier ladite semelle (4), dans laquelle lesdites premières zones de raidissement comprennent des trous borgnes (27) ou des reliefs réalisés en une pièce avec ladite semelle (4) et se répartissent au moins partiellement autour dudit siège de logement (25).
- Structure de chaussure selon la revendication 10, comprenant un renfoncement (26) réalisé dans ladite semelle (4) et étendu entre ledit siège de logement (25) et ladite ouverture traversante (12) pour accueillir lesdits premiers moyens de connexion (10).
- Structure de chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un contrôleur (6) pouvant être combiné de manière amovible avec ladite unité de chaussure (2), dans laquelle ledit contrôleur comprend une première fiche (33) adaptée pour connecter ledit contrôleur (6) à un processeur électronique, et une seconde fiche (34) complémentaire dudit port de connexion (9) dudit système lumineux électronique (5), et de préférence en outre comprend une troisième fiche (35) complémentaire dudit port de connexion (9).
- Structure de chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un module sans fil pour gérer ledit système lumineux électronique (5) et/ou un capteur de mouvement et/ou un bouton de commande (32) fonctionnant sur ledit système lumineux électronique (5), dans laquelle ledit capteur de mouvement et/ou ledit bouton de commande (32) sont logés dans ladite unité de chaussure (2).
