Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the field of packaging bags.
  • the present invention relates to the field of packaging sachets comprising opening / closing means, for example and not limited to the form of complementary profiles, and more precisely to the field of sachets comprising a portion capable of forming a pouring spout. and can in particular be used in the packaging of powdered products of the powdered coffee type.
  • closure devices for this purpose comprise two closure elements each carried by a support veil, each closure element being formed by one or more complementary profiles, for example of the male / female, male / male, velor / hook type. , additional hooks, etc.
  • the sachets can have a pouring spout, which allows the consumer to pour the bulk product directly from the sachet.
  • Bags with a pouring spout have already been proposed.
  • the ribbon is folded back on itself so as to present a Y-shaped section.
  • the bag is then opened by separation of the ribbon and deployment so as to form a pouring spout.
  • the mouth of the bag is further closed by a weld between the tape and the side of the bag opposite the gusset.
  • Such a bag thus makes it possible to obtain a reclosable pouring spout.
  • it is quite complex to achieve insofar as it requires the formation and welding of a bellows and the folding of the tape, as well as welding of the rest of the mouth of the bag.
  • this bag is not fluid-tight, the tape being folded back on itself so that spaces remain at the level in particular of the branch of the Y.
  • the content of the sachet comprises a powdered product, and more particularly powdered coffee
  • these closure devices tend to no longer close, the powdered product accumulating between the profiles. of each closure element during the flow of the product through the mouth of the bag.
  • the dispersion of the grain size of the coffee particles is such that it is not possible to size the complementary profiles so as to avoid the introduction and the blockage of the powder between the profiles.
  • the ground coffee powder in fact comprises both fines in more or less large quantities and particles with a diameter of up to 500 microns.
  • closure elements are of the multiple closure type, that is to say they comprise at least two complementary profiles, typically of the order of five complementary profiles.
  • the complementary profiles in fact form two by two rails within which the powder particles accumulate, which prevents the profiles from engaging and therefore the closing of the device.
  • a closure device comprising a first female closure element formed of two substantially parallel profiles whose free ends converge (U-shaped closure element) and a second closure element formed of two substantially parallel profiles whose ends free are divergent (V-shaped closure element).
  • U-shaped closure element formed of two substantially parallel profiles whose free ends converge
  • V-shaped closure element formed of two substantially parallel profiles whose ends free are divergent
  • the document JP 2001 097404 describes a sachet comprising a pouring spout obtained by cutting a tab and a notch in the walls of the sachet.
  • An object of the invention is to provide a sachet (or equivalent) comprising a portion capable of forming a reclosable pouring spout which is simple to produce at a reasonable cost and which can in particular be used in the bulk sector.
  • Another aim of the invention is to provide a sachet comprising a portion capable of forming a reclosable pouring spout and which can be used to contain a powdery product in a leaktight manner, regardless of the particle size of this powdery product, in particular powder. coffee, while limiting the risks of blocking the closure assembly to allow successive openings and closings of the bag by a user.
  • a sachet 1 comprises, in a conventional manner per se, a first and a second wall 2, 3 connected together so as to define a bottom 4, lateral sides 5 and a mouth 6 of the sachet 1, the mouth 6 extending to the opposite of its bottom 4.
  • the first wall 2 and the second wall 3 each have an internal face 2a, 3a and an external face 2b, 3b, the internal faces 2a, 3a of the walls 2, 3 extending opposite the 'one from the other inside the bag 1 while their external faces 2b, 3b are opposite and oriented towards the outside of the bag 1.
  • the bag 1 can be produced using a single sheet folded over on itself and welded on two sides or several sheets, for example two sheets welded together at their sides, preferably along edges connecting the sides. walls 2, 3 and forming the lateral sides 5 and the bottom 4 of the bag 1.
  • the sachet 1 further comprises a reversible closure assembly 10, that is to say allowing successive openings and closings of the sachet 1.
  • the closure assembly 10 extends from the side of the mouth 6.
  • This assembly of closure 10 extends between the lateral sides 5 of the bag 1 and comprises a first and a second complementary closure element 12, 14 connected respectively to the first and the second wall 2, 3.
  • the first and the second closure element 12, Complementary 14 comprise, in a manner known per se, complementary profiles, for example of the male / female, male / male type (arrow-shaped profiles), complementary hooks, etc. or velvet bands / hooks etc.
  • the closure assembly 10 may further comprise a first and a second support web connected respectively to the first and to the second wall 2, 3.
  • the first and the second support web carry the at least one first closure element. 12 and the at least one second closure member 14, respectively.
  • the support webs can be attached and fixed to the associated wall 2, 3, or as a variant, be integral with the associated wall 2, 3.
