Abstract
Description
- The technical solution concerns the structural arrangement of the commemoration place, including the underground columbarium.
- Columbarium is usually the cemetery building of various shapes, which contains niches or otherwise designed places for a large number of remains of the deceased. At present, columbariums are most often found in city cemeteries near crematoria.
- From the information available at http://kolumbaria.eu/usluga-kompleksowa, it is known the solution to design the columbarium as a free-standing concrete column built on a square pedestal, consisting of several rows of urn niches. The niche is closed by a square plate with a removably attached informative sign. There are flower vases on the sides of the columbarium.
- From the patent literature, freestanding columbariums of columnar shape are known, for example, from
ZA 201006857 (B - A further description of the columbarium structure is given in
US 2017298648 (A1), an obelisk-shaped columbarium, which consists of a central frame assembly equipped circumferentially on each floor with five front plates, which are entrances to urn niches. - The free-standing columbarium is also described in utility model no. 32251 (U1), which is in the form of a rectangular column, preferably in a cross, comprising niches for urns arranged in multi-storey rows.
- The disadvantage of the solutions described above is the fact that the columbariums are usually not connected with a commemoration place for the dignified honor of the deceased.
- Sacred places are known as scattering meadows, and currently expanding solution are the memory trees, when instead of leaves these trees are gradually hung with "leaves " with names of deceased, and , not least, of trees with crystal leaves , which may include a portion of the ashes of deceased. This method of storing the ashes of the deceased, coupled with the possibility of a dignified commemoration, is described in patent no.
303907 - However, in some countries it is not permitted to disperse the ashes of the deceased, and there arises the problem of saving the rest of the ash near the memory trees, on which there is placed a leaf with the name and / or ash of the deceased in order to have all this on one place.
- The aforementioned disadvantages are largely eliminated by the columbarium arrangement for storing the urns or ashes of the deceased together with the memorial place of the present invention, which consists of a solid, preferably concrete base, preferably with a central island, located in the interior or exterior on which the memory tree is located. In the base there are inlets to the vertical underground tubes intended for storing urns in several rows one above the other. The inlets are provided with lids, preferably provided with removable labels for identifying urns. In case of using the memory tree in the exterior, the tree can be covered by e.g. glass walls with a roof (greenhouse construction), preferably including a base with entrances to the vertical tubes. Another option of depositing the ash of the deceased is to create a common ash pit under the concrete base. The option of tubing or common pit can be applied alone or in combination.
- Memory tree is then gradually hung with leaves of glass, preferably of crystal, with sealed part of the ashes of the deceased and / or only with engraved name (text), when using e.g. the remote control it is possible to light that leaf. Preferably there can be used a mobile application with the unique code for the lighting the leaf. The leaf has a built-in light source and is powered either centrally or via an independent light source.
- This resolves a situation where it is appropriate to have the remains to be in one place, which is both a storage place and a commemoration place with the possibility of identifying - lighting - individual leaves.
- The technical solution will be explained using drawings, where
Fig. 1 shows an overall view of a commemoration place with underground tube,Fig. 2 shows the detail of the tube with lid and urn andFig. 3 shows a partial section of the base with an island, tubes and a common pit. -
Hexagon base 1 having acentral island 2, on which there is placed a memory tree 3, comprises peripherally a number oftubes 4 positioned underground , for storage of urns 5 where thetubes 4 are provided withlids 6, when the memory tree contains a number of leaves 9 incorporating a light source 10 and a central source of electric power. - The
octagonal base 1 on which there is placed a memory tree 3, comprises a peripherally two rows oftubes 4 positioned underground for storage of urns 5 and a common pit 11 below thebase 1 when thetubes 4 are provided withlids 6 and on the circumference of thebase 1 there are formed transparent walls 7 and the roof 8 which protect the base and the memory tree from bad weather. The memory tree comprises several leaves 9 with the ashes and the name of the deceased and with a built-in light source 10 and a power source.
