Abstract
Description
- The present disclosure generally relates to the field of insoles. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to an insole capable of assisting corrections of various foot problems.
- Humans are prone to become fatigued or injured under the pressure of standing or walking repeatedly for a long time. Particularly in the case of wearing a pair of poor shoes, one may sprain the ankle ligaments easily. Therefore, various insoles are developed to provide proper softness and comfort for users while wearing shoes. Most conventional insoles are pads in a shape corresponding to the shape of a user's foot and manufactured by a flexible material foaming technology, and these insoles provide a basic shock absorbing function while walking or standing and have the features of high softness and timely resilience.
- However, there are many structural abnormalities in human feet, such as flat feet, outward splayed feet, inward splayed feet, splayed toes, etc., and the conventional insole generally provides no solution or corresponding protection structure to these problems, so that users having the aforementioned troubles cannot soothe or improve the pain or discomfort of their feet.
- Therefore, the inventor of the present disclosure based on years of experience in the related industry to conduct extensive research and experiment, and finally developed an insole capable of assisting corrections of various foot problems in hope of overcoming the aforementioned drawbacks of the prior art.
- Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present disclosure to provide an insole capable of assisting corrections of various foot problems, so that a user having a foot deformity problem can walk more comfortably, and the user's foot deformity problem can be improved by the correction given by the insole.
- To achieve the aforementioned and other objectives, the present disclosure discloses an insole capable of assisting corrections of various foot problems, characterized in that the insole comprises a first placing area, a second placing area and a third placing area defined on an insole bottom and provided for attaching a pad to improve inward/outward splayed feet and uneven leg length, and the first placing area and the second placing area are disposed on left and right sides of an insole bottom surface respectively, and the third placing area is disposed at a position of the insole bottom corresponding to a user's heel, and the position of the second placing area is higher than the position of the first placing area. The foot deformity problem can be improved or corrected by varying the pad attaching position.
- Preferably, the third placing area is comprised of a plurality of grid areas, and each grid area is provided for placing the pad to further distinguish the placing position of the pad.
- Preferably, the first placing area has a boundary formed by a first arc, a first straight line, a second straight line and an edge of the insole, and the first arc has an end coupled to the edge of the insole and the other end coupled to an end of the first straight line to form an included angle of 70° to 80°, and the second straight line also has an end coupled to the edge of the insole to form an included angle of 85° to 90° and the other end coupled to the other end of the first straight line to define an included angle of approximately 60° to optimize the effect after placing the pads.
- Preferably, the second placing area has a boundary formed by a second arc, a third straight line, a fourth straight line and the edge of the insole, and the second arc has an end coupled to the edge of the insole and the other end coupled to an end of the third straight line to define an included angle of 70° to 80°, and the fourth straight line has an end coupled to the edge of the insole to define an included angle of 85° to 90° and the other end coupled to the other end of the third straight line to define an included angle of 60° to 65° to optimize the effect after placing the pads.
- Preferably, the fourth straight line has a length greater than the length of the second straight line to further distinguish the difference between the first placing area and the second placing area.
- Preferably, the insole has an arc wall protruding and extending from the second half edge of the top of the insole and a recess formed at the second half portion of the top of the insole and corresponding to the arc wall, and a portion of the arc wall corresponding to the user's arch position has a height greater than the height of the remaining portions to improve the supportability of a user's arch.
- The special design of the position and size of the first placing area and the second placing area after being attached with the pads makes a user's standing posture or walking posture more ergonomic and further improves or corrects the user's foot deformity problem to provide a more comfortable life to the user, and medical professionals including doctors can determine the thickness of the attached pads to avoid the failure of improving the foot deformity problem or even the deterioration of the foot deformity problem caused by freely attaching the pads of any thickness.
- The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of the disclosure, and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification. The drawings illustrate embodiments of the disclosure, and together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the disclosure.

FIG. 2 is a schematic view of an insole bottom surface of a preferred embodiment of this disclosure. - Reference will now be made in detail to the present embodiments of the disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.
- With reference to
FIGS. 1 and2 for schematic views of an insole and an insole bottom surface in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure respectively, the present disclosure discloses an insole capable of assisting corrections ofvarious foot problems 1, characterized in that theinsole 1 comprises a first placingarea 11, a second placingarea 12 and a third placingarea 13 defined on an insole bottom and provided for attaching a pad (not shown in the figure) to improve inward/outward splayed feet and uneven leg length, and the first placingarea 11 and the second placingarea 12 are disposed on left and right sides of a bottom surface of theinsole 1, and the third placingarea 13 is disposed at a position of the bottom of theinsole 1 corresponding to a user's heel, and the position of the second placingarea 12 is higher than the position of the first placingarea 11. - In an application, the user may request a doctor to determine the thickness of the attached pad and the position where the pad is attached to the first placing
area 11, the second placingarea 12, the third placingarea 13, or any combination of the above according to the conditions of the inward/outward splayed feet or uneven leg length. The advantage resides on that the user does not have to worry about an insufficient thickness of the pad that may cause discomfort to the user when the user is walking or standing, and the doctor can design the first placingarea 11, the second placingarea 12 and the third placingarea 13 on theinsole 1 without the need of worrying about the position to where the pad should be attached to provide the corrective effect while making the patient feel comfortable. - In addition, the position and size of the first placing
area 11 and the second placingarea 12 are well designed to meet the ergonomic requirements. In this design, the first placingarea 11 has a boundary comprised of afirst arc 111, a firststraight line 112, a secondstraight line 113 and an edge of theinsole 1, and thefirst arc 111 has an end coupled to the edge of theinsole 1 and the other end coupled to an end of the firststraight line 112 to form an included angle of 70° to 80°, and the secondstraight line 113 has an end coupled to the edge of theinsole 1 to form an included angle of 85° to 90° and the other end coupled to the other end of the firststraight line 112 to form an included angle of approximately 60°. In addition, the second placingarea 12 has a boundary comprised of asecond arc 121, a thirdstraight line 122, a fourthstraight line 123 and an edge of theinsole 1, and thesecond arc 121 has an end coupled to the edge of theinsole 1 and the other end coupled to an end of the thirdstraight line 122 to form an included angle of 70° to 80°, and the fourthstraight line 123 has an end coupled to the edge of theinsole 1 to form an included angle of 85° to 90° and the other end coupled to the other end of the thirdstraight line 122 to form an included angle of 60° to 65°. In addition, the length of the fourthstraight line 123 is slightly greater than the length of the secondstraight line 1 13, so that the relative position and size of the first placingarea 11 and the second placingarea 12 can be shown clearly. After the pad is attached to a placing area of such position and size the ergonomic design of the insole can improve the comfortability of the user and the practicality of the insole. - In this embodiment, the third placing
area 13 is comprised of a plurality ofgrid areas 131, and eachgrid area 131 is provided for placing a pad, so that the attachable areas can be distinguished to allow a doctor to determine whether or not it is necessary to attach the pad completely onto thegrid areas 131 or it just needs to attach the pad to one or twogrid areas 131, so as to improve the applicability. - To improve the overall supportability of the
insole 1 and consider the patient with high arched feet, anarc wall 14 protrudes and extends from the second half edge of the top of theinsole 1, and arecess 15 is formed at the second half of the top of theinsole 1 corresponding to thearc wall 14, and the height of thearc wall 14 at the portion corresponding to the user's arch position is greater than the height of the remaining portions of thearc wall 14, and such feature improves the supportability of the user's arch, and the wrapping feeling of the heel situated at therecess 15 gives a more comfortable feeling to the user and further improves the practicality of the present disclosure. - In summation of the description above, the
insole 1 of the present disclosure makes use of the specially designed position and size of the first placingarea 11, the second placingarea 12 and the third placingarea 13 for attaching the pads to correct a patient's foot deformity problem, while making the patient's walking or standing posture more ergonomic after using theinsole 1, so as to achieve both practical and comfortable functions. - While the invention has been described by means of specific embodiments, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims.
Claims (6)
- An insole capable of assisting corrections of various foot problems, characterized in that the insole comprises a first placing area, a second placing area and a third placing area defined on an insole bottom and provided for attaching a pad to improve inward/outward splayed feet and uneven leg length, and the first placing area and the second placing area are disposed on left and right sides of an insole bottom surface respectively, and the third placing area is disposed at a position of the insole bottom corresponding to a user's heel, and the position of the second placing area is higher than the position of the first placing area.
- The insole of claim 1, wherein the third placing area is comprised of a plurality of grid areas, and each grid area is provided for placing the pad.
- The insole of claim 2, wherein the first placing area has a boundary formed by a first arc, a first straight line, a second straight line and an edge of the insole, and the first arc has an end coupled to the edge of the insole and the other end coupled to an end of the first straight line to form an included angle of 70° to 80°, and the second straight line also has an end coupled to the edge of the insole to form an included angle of 85° to 90° and the other end coupled to the other end of the first straight line to define an included angle of approximately 60°.
- The insole of claim 3, wherein the second placing area has a boundary formed by a second arc, a third straight line, a fourth straight line and the edge of the insole, and the second arc has an end coupled to the edge of the insole and the other end coupled to an end of the third straight line to define an included angle of 70° to 80°, and the fourth straight line has an end coupled to the edge of the insole to define an included angle of 85° to 90° and the other end coupled to the other end of the third straight line to define an included angle of 60° to 65°.
- The insole of claim 4, wherein the fourth straight line has a length greater than the length of the second straight line.
- The insole according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the insole has an arc wall protruding and extending from the second half edge of the top of the insole and a recess formed at the second half portion of the top of the insole and corresponding to the arc wall, and a portion of the arc wall corresponding to the user's arch position has a height greater than the height of the remaining portions.
