7. The orthotic insole of claim 1, wherein the fourth indicator region is a rectangular shaped region defined by the medial heel side along the insole body adjacent the rear end of the arch portion for heel inversion adjustment.
8. The orthotic insole of claim 1, wherein the third indicator region and the fourth indicator region overlap at a 1/2 heel location.
9. The orthotic insole of claim 1, further comprising a length of footbed disposed on said opposite side of said insole body and located between said first indicator region bottom edge, said second indicator region bottom edge, and said arch portion to said insole body bottom edge.
