Claims (13)
- Dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture (1000) pour portes et/ou panneaux et/ou composants similaires, en particulier d'appareils électroménagers tels que des machines à laver, des lave-vaisselles et des appareils électroménagers similaires, ledit dispositif comprenant un ensemble de fermeture et d'ouverture (100) comprenant un élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) apte à être alternativement engagé et désengagé par un verrou à pêne (200) apte à être fixé rigidement audit panneau ou porte, dans lequel ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) peut être commuté par rotation autour d'un premier axe de rotation (A) entre une première position et une deuxième position, dans lequel l'engagement réciproque découlant du fait de pousser ledit verrou à pêne (200) contre ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) résulte en une première commutation par rotation dudit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) de ladite première position à ladite deuxième position, dans lequel ledit ensemble de fermeture et d'ouverture (100) comprend un levier de verrouillage (112) qui peut être commuté par rotation autour d'un deuxième axe de rotation (B), et dans lequel la commutation par rotation dudit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) de ladite première position à ladite deuxième position résulte en la rotation dudit levier de verrouillage (112) entre une première position et une deuxième position dans laquelle il engage et verrouille ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) dans ladite deuxième position ; dans lequel ledit dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture (1000) comprend des premiers moyens de commutation rotatifs (LC, 121), caractérisé en ce que la rotation desdits premiers moyens de commutation (LC, 121) autour d'un quatrième axe de rotation (D) différent desdits premier axe de rotation (A) et deuxième axe de rotation (B) dans une première direction de rotation résulte en le positionnement d'au moins une partie desdits premiers moyens de commutation rotatifs (LC, 121) en interférence avec ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) et donc en l'impossibilité pour ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) d'être commuté de ladite deuxième position à ladite première position, en ce que la rotation desdits premiers moyens de commutation (LC, 121) dans une deuxième direction de rotation opposée à la première résulte en le positionnement d'au moins une partie desdits premiers moyens de commutation rotatifs (LC, 121) dans une position dans laquelle ils n'interfèrent pas avec ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) et donc en la possibilité pour ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) d'être commuté de ladite deuxième position à ladite première position, et
en ce que, lors de la rotation desdits premiers moyens de commutation (LC, 121) dans ladite deuxième direction de rotation, ledit levier de verrouillage (112) est tourné autour d'un troisième axe de rotation (C) différent à la fois dudit premier axe de rotation (A) et dudit deuxième axe de rotation (B), et est donc libéré dudit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110). - Dispositif (1000) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit quatrième axe de rotation (D) est sensiblement parallèle audit troisième axe de rotation (C).
- Dispositif (1000) selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de commutation rotatifs (LC) comprennent un levier de commutation (LC) et un levier de verrouillage et/ou de sécurité (121) tourné par ledit levier de commutation (LC), en ce que la rotation dudit levier (LC) dans ladite première direction de rotation résulte en le positionnement d'interférence dudit levier de verrouillage et/ou de sécurité (121) avec ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110), en ce que la rotation dudit levier de commutation (LC) dans ladite deuxième direction de rotation opposée à la première résulte en le positionnement dudit levier de verrouillage et/ou de sécurité (121) dans une position de non interférence avec ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110).
- Dispositif (1000) selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de commutation comprennent un ressort de torsion (124) tourné par ledit levier de commutation (LC) et comprenant une portion en spirale et deux portions sensiblement linéaires (150, 151) s'étendant respectivement d'extrémités opposées de ladite portion en spirale, et en ce que la rotation dudit levier de commutation (LC) dans ladite deuxième direction de rotation résulte en la rotation dudit ressort de compression (124) et en une poussé sur ledit levier de verrouillage (112) par l'une desdites portions sensiblement linéaires (150, 151) dudit ressort (124) et donc dans la rotation dudit levier de verrouillage (112) autour dudit troisième axe de rotation (C) et finalement dans la libération dudit levier de verrouillage (112) dudit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110).
- Dispositif (1000) selon la revendication précédente 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une glissière de commutation translative (116), et en ce que la translation de ladite glissière de commutation (116) dans une première direction de translation de celle-ci résulte en la rotation dudit levier (LC) dans ladite deuxième direction de rotation et donc en le positionnement dudit levier de verrouillage et/ou de sécurité (121) dans une position de non interférence avec ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110).
- Dispositif (1000) selon la revendication précédente 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens électriques pour commuter par translation ladite glissière de commutation.
- Dispositif (1000) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens électriques comprennent un solénoïde (115).
- Dispositif (1000) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes de 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier de verrouillage (112) peut en outre être commuté par translation, et en ce que, avec ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) engagé et verrouillé par ledit levier de verrouillage (112) dans ladite deuxième position, la rotation dudit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) vers ladite première position résulte en la translation dudit levier de verrouillage (112) dans une première direction de translation et en le désengagement réciproque dudit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) et dudit levier de verrouillage (112), et donc en la possibilité pour ledit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) de commuter par rotation jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne ladite première position.
- Dispositif (1000) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la translation dudit levier de verrouillage (112) dans ladite première direction de translation résulte en la rotation dudit levier de verrouillage (112) autour dudit troisième axe de rotation (C).
- Dispositif (1000) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier de verrouillage (112) comprend une saillie de commutation, en ce que ledit ensemble de fermeture et d'ouverture (100) comprend des moyens de commutation fixes, et en ce que la translation dudit levier de verrouillage (112) dans ladite première direction de translation résulte en l'engagement progressif réciproque de ladite saillie et desdits moyens de commutation fixes, donc dans la rotation dudit levier de verrouillage (112) autour dudit troisième axe de rotation (C), et donc dans le désengagement réciproque dudit élément de fermeture et d'ouverture (110) et dudit levier de verrouillage (112).
- Dispositif (1000) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite saillie dudit levier de verrouillage (112) comprend une surface d'engagement inclinée et effilée, et en ce que l'engagement progressif de ladite saillie et desdits moyens de commutation fixes par translation dudit levier de verrouillage dans ladite première direction de translation résulte en la rotation progressive dudit levier de verrouillage (112) autour dudit troisième axe de rotation (C).
- Système de fermeture et d'ouverture pour portes et/ou panneaux et/ou composants similaires, en particulier d'appareils électroménagers tels que des machines à laver, des lave-vaisselles et des appareils électroménagers similaires, ledit système comprenant un verrou à pêne ou crochet (200) apte à être fixé rigidement audit panneau, caractérisé en ce que ledit système comprend un dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture (1000) selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 11.
- Appareil électroménager, par exemple une machine à laver comprenant au moins un panneau, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil électroménager comprend un dispositif (1000) selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 11 et un élément de pêne (200) fixé rigidement audit panneau.
