Claims (9)

  1. Verpackung (1) zum Enthalten und Verteilen einer Vielzahl von gestapelten Artikeln (A), sodass ein Stapel (P) geformt wird, der von einem Stück Kunststofffolie (12) umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung eine Versteifungsstruktur (11) umfasst und das Stück Kunststofffolie (12) den Stapel (P) und die Struktur (11) umgibt, sodass die Verpackung (1) geschlossen wird, wobei
    - die Versteifungsstruktur (11) einen Abdeckabschnitt (110) umfasst, der positioniert ist, um mindestens teilweise eine obere äußere Fläche (FS) des Stapels abzudecken, und zwei Siegelabschnitte (111, 112), die positioniert sind, um jeweils mindestens teilweise zwei einander entgegengesetzte Seitenflächen (FL1, FL2) des Stapels (P) abzudecken, wobei die obere Fläche (FS) mindestens durch einen oberen Artikel (AS) des Stapels (P) definiert ist;
    - das Stück (12) einen ersten Abschnitt (121) umfasst, der überlagernd auf dem Abdeckabschnitt (110) angeordnet ist, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (122) des Stücks (12), der positioniert ist, um eine untere äußere Fläche (FI) des Stapels (P) abzudecken;
    - die Verpackung (1) in Verwendung ein System (13) zum Aufnehmen der Artikel formt, wobei das Aufnahmesystem (13) eine Öffnung (131) umfasst, die im Abdeckabschnitt (110) ausgebildet ist, und eine Schwächung (132), die im ersten Abschnitt (121) des Stücks (12) ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die Siegelabschnitte (111, 112) vom Abdeckabschnitt (110) jeweils an entgegengesetzten Seiten des Abdeckabschnitts (110) und hinführend zum zweiten Abschnitt (122) des Stücks (12) erstrecken, sodass der zweite Abschnitt (122) des Stücks (12) und die Struktur (11) zwischen ihnen einen Raum (V) in der Verpackung definieren, wobei der Stapel (P) im Raum (V) positioniert ist,
    wobei die Öffnung (131) und die Schwächung (132) so positioniert sind, dass ein progressiver Übergang des oberen Artikels (A1) vom Raum (V) zu einer Umgebung außerhalb der Verpackung (1) und durch die Öffnung (131) und die Schwächung (132) erlaubt wird, sodass ein Nutzer den oberen Artikel (A1) aus der Verpackung (1) nehmen kann;
    - der erste Abschnitt (121) des Stücks (12) und der zur Struktur (11) gehörende Abdeckabschnitt (110) gegenseitig überlagernd sind, sodass eine obere Wand der Verpackung (1) definiert wird;
    - die Siegelabschnitte (111) und (112) seitliche und innere Versteifungsflügel der Verpackung (1) sind und der Abdeckabschnitt (110) eine innere versteifende obere Fläche der Verpackung (1) ist;
    - ein jeder der Siegelabschnitte (111; 112) sich von einem jeweiligen Sektor (110a; 110b) einer äußeren Kante des Abdeckabschnitts (110) nach oben zu einer jeweiligen freien Kante (111a, 112a) desselben Siegelabschnitts (111; 112) erstreckt, wobei der jeweilige Sektor (110a; 110b) gegenständig zum jeweiligen Sektor (110b; 110a), von dem sich der andere (112; 111) der Siegelabschnitte (111, 112) erstreckt, angeordnet ist und wobei
    - die Öffnung (131) komplett durch den Abdeckabschnitt (110) ausgebildet ist, sodass sie komplett vom Abdeckabschnitt (110) begrenzt ist, sodass die Öffnung (131) komplett auf dem Abdeckabschnitt (110) und daher auf der oberen Wand der Verpackung (1) befindlich ist.
  2. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schwächung (132) so verformbar ist, dass sie eine offene Sektion definiert, die ausgestaltet ist, um den Übergang zu erlauben.
  3. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Öffnung (131) und die Schwächung (132) sich gegenseitig überlagernd angeordnet sind, sodass sie in Kommunikation sind, um den Übergang zu erlauben.
  4. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verpackung (1) so ausgelegt ist, dass die Struktur (11) eine Wirkung ausüben kann, die sich der Reduktion des Raums (V), die anderenfalls aufgrund der Flexibilität des Stücks (12) nach dem Herausnehmen der Artikel (A) des Stapels (P) aus der Verpackung (1) stattfinden könnte, entgegensetzt.
  5. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die jeweiligen freien Kanten (111a, 112a) der Siegelabschnitte (111, 112) Kontakt zum zweiten Abschnitt (122) des Stücks (12) herstellen, sodass die entgegensetzende Wirkung ausgeübt werden kann.
  6. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Struktur (11) mindestens einen weiteren Abschnitt (113) umfasst, der positioniert ist, um mindestens teilweise eine weitere äußere seitliche Oberfläche (FL3) des Stapels (P) abzudecken, wobei sich der weitere Abschnitt (113) der Versteifungsstruktur (11) vom Abdeckabschnitt (110) der Versteifungsstruktur (11) hinführend zum zweiten Abschnitt (122) des Stücks (12) erstreckt, sodass der Raum (V) auch durch den weiteren Abschnitt (113) definiert ist.
  7. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schwächung (132) einen Schnitt umfasst, die Verpackung (1) so ausgelegt ist, dass der Schnitt den oberen Artikel (A1) in einer Aufnahmeposition, in der der obere Artikel (A1) durch die Öffnung (131) und die Schwächung (132) angeordnet ist, um teilweise in die äußere Umgebung hervorzustehen, in Position halten kann, sodass der obere Artikel (A1) für diese Aufnahme bereit ist.
  8. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schwächung (132) ein Schnitt ist.
  9. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackung (1) zum Enthalten und Verteilen einer Vielzahl von gestapelten Artikeln (A), sodass ein Stapel (P) der Artikel (A) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert wird, umfassend:
    - einen Schritt zum Vorbereiten des Stapels (P), wobei der Stapel (P) mindestens eine obere äußere Fläche (FS), eine untere äußere Fläche (FI) und zwei einander entgegengesetzte äußere Seitenfläche (FL1, FL2) aufweist und die obere Fläche (FS) durch mindestens einen oberen Artikel (A1) des Stapels (P) definiert ist;
    - einen Schritt zum Vorbereiten einer Versteifungsstruktur (11), umfassend einen Abdeckabschnitt (110) und zwei Siegelabschnitte (111, 112) ;
    - einen Schritt zum Vorbereiten eines Stücks (12) Kunststofffolie;
    - einen Schritt zum Vorbereiten einer Öffnung (131) im Abdeckabschnitt (111);
    - einen Schritt zum Vorbereiten einer Schwächung (132) im ersten Abschnitt (121) des Stücks (12);
    - einen Schritt zum Positionieren des Abdeckabschnitts (110), um die obere äußere Fläche (FS) des Stapels (P) mindestens teilweise abzudecken;
    - einen Schritt zum Positionieren der zwei Siegelabschnitte (111, 112), um die zwei Seitenflächen (FL1, FL2) jeweils mindestens teilweise abzudecken;
    - einen Schritt zum Wickeln des Stücks (12) rund um den Stapel (P) und die Struktur (11), sodass die Verpackung (1) verschlossen wird,
    wobei
    - der Schritt zum Positionieren des Abdeckabschnitts (110) und der Schritt zum Positionieren der Siegelabschnitte (111, 112) so ausgeführt werden, dass die Siegelabschnitte (111, 112) sich vom Abdeckabschnitt (110) jeweils von entgegengesetzten Seiten des Abdeckabschnitts (110) und hinführend zum zweiten Abschnitt (122) des Stücks (12) erstrecken, sodass der zweite Abschnitt des Stücks (12) und die Struktur (11) zwischen ihnen einen Raum (V) in der Verpackung (1) definieren und der Stapel (P) im Raum (V) positioniert ist;
    - der Schritt zum Wickeln so ausgeführt wird, dass ein erster Abschnitt (121) des Stücks (12) überlagernd auf dem Abdeckabschnitt (111) der Versteifungsstruktur (11) positioniert wird und ein zweiter Abschnitt (122) des Stücks (12) positioniert wird, um eine untere äußere Fläche (FI) des Stapels abzudecken;
    - die Schritte zum Positionieren des Abdeckabschnitts (110) und zum Wickeln des Stücks (12) so ausgeführt werden, dass die Öffnung (131) und die Schwächung (132) so positioniert werden, dass ein progressiver Übergang des oberen Artikels (A1) von einem Raum (V) in der Verpackung (1) zu einer Umgebung außerhalb der Verpackung (1) und durch die Öffnung (131) und die Schwächung (132) erlaubt wird, sodass ein Nutzer den oberen Artikel (A1) aus der Verpackung (1) nehmen kann.
