Apart from these holes 12, resulting from the necessity of using holding pins for positioning the bistable metal band in the correct position in the mold cavity of an injection molding tool, then the bistable metal band 11 is in this embodiment completely enclosed in the cover 14.

  • the slap bracelet 2 may also be used as eg. a catapult for ejecting a building block 1 according to figure 2 and 3 away from the slap bracelet 2, if such a building element 1 is attached to the couplings knobs 3 on the slap bracelet 2 whereafter the slap bracelet 2 is urged to transform from the first stable position shown in figure 1 into the second stable position shown in figure 4 .

Claims (11)

  1. Spielzeugbausatz, umfassend eine Anzahl an Spielzeugbausteinen (1), von denen jeder eine obere Oberfläche (4), die mit einem oder mehreren Kopplungsknöpfen (3) bereitgestellt ist, die abstandsgleich in einem einheitlichen, vorzugsweise quadratischen Muster angeordnet sind, und eine untere Oberfläche (5) aufweist, die mit einem oder mehreren Kopplungssteckern (6) bereitgestellt ist, die für einen lösbaren Reibungseingriff mit den Kopplungsknöpfen (3) auf einem anderen Baustein in dem Spielzeugbausatz angepasst ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spielzeugbausatz weiter ein Bauelement umfasst, das ein bistabiles Band (2) umfasst, und wobei das Band eine erste stabile Form aufweist, wo es um eine erste Krümmungsachse gekrümmt ist, die sich parallel zur Längsrichtung des Bandes, und im Abstand von einer ersten Seite (7) des Bandes erstreckt und eine zweite stabile Form, wo es um eine zweite Krümmungsachse gekrümmt ist, die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der ersten Krümmungsachse erstreckt, und wo das bistabile Band (2) auf der ersten Seite (7) des bistabilen Bandes (2) mehrere Kopplungsknöpfe (3) umfasst, die in einem einheitlichen, vorzugsweise quadratischen Muster angeordnet sind, und wobei jeder Kopplungsknopf (3) zum Reibungseingriff mit einem Kopplungsstecker (6) des Bausteins (1) in dem Spielzeugbausatz angepasst ist.
  2. Spielzeugbausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die zweite Krümmungsachse in einem Abstand von der zweiten gegenüberliegenden Seite des bistabilen Bandes (2) erstreckt.
  3. Spielzeugbausatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bistabile Band (2) einen Körper umfasst, der aus einem bistabilen Metallband (11) gefertigt ist.
  4. Spielzeugbausatz nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplungsknöpfe (3) auf das bistabile Metallband (11) spritzgeformt sind.
  5. Spielzeugbausatz nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bistabile Metallband in eine Kunststoffabdeckung (8) eingebettet ist.
  6. Spielzeugbausatz nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffabdeckung (8) auf das bistabile Metallband (11) spritzgeformt ist, sodass das bistabile Metallband (11) durch die Kunststoffabdeckung (8) vollkommen eingeschlossen ist, und wo die Kunststoffkopplungsknöpfe (3) in einem Stück mit der Kunststoffabdeckung (8) geformt sind.
  7. Spielzeugbausatz nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplungsknöpfe (3) in einer oder mehreren Reihen angeordnet sind, die sich parallel zur Längsrichtung des bistabilen Bandes (2) erstrecken.
  8. Spielzeugbausatz nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des bistabilen Bandes (2), die in der Längsrichtung des bistabilen Bandes (2) gemessen wird, derart ist, dass die Enden (9) in der Längsrichtung des bistabilen Bandes (2) überschneidend sind, wenn das bistabile Band (2) in der zweiten stabilen Form ist, die um die zweite Krümmungsachse gekrümmt ist.
  9. Spielzeugbausatz nach Anspruch 2 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reihen von Knöpfen in einem Abstand von einem Ende (9) des bistabilen Bandes (2), in der Längsrichtung gesehen, enden, und derart, dass die erste Seite (7) des bistabilen Bandes (2), wenn es in der zweiten stabilen Form positioniert ist, an der zweiten Seite (8) des bistabilen Bandes (2) anliegt.
  10. Spielzeugbausatz nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl von Bausteinen weiter einen oder mehrere Bausteine (10) ohne Kopplungsköpfe (3) umfasst, und die nur einen Kopplungsstecker (6) aufweisen, der zum Reibungseingriff mit nur einem Kopplungsknopf (3) des bistabilen Bandes (2) angepasst ist.
  11. Verwendung eines Spielzeugbausatzes nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bistabile Band (2) als Armband verwendet wird, und die Bausteine (10) als Ornamente an dem Armband verwendet werden.
