Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Bedrucken eines Drucksubstrats (1). Ein Druckkopfshuttle (5) mit wenigstens einem Druckkopf (14a, 14b) bringt zum Erzeugen eines Druckbildes ein Druckmittel auf ein Drucksubstrat (1) auf, wobei das Drucksubstrat (1) ein Bahnmaterial ist, welches entlang eines Bahnwegs in einer Vorschubrichtung (4) verlagerbar ist. Das Druckkopfshuttle (5) ist auf einer ersten Seite des Drucksubstrats (1) angeordnet, während ein Drucktisch (3) mit einer Auflagefläche (13) dem Druckkopfshuttle (5) gegenüber auf einer zweiten Seite des Drucksubstrats (1) angeordnet ist. Es ist eine Halteeinrichtung (11) vorgesehen, um das Drucksubstrat (1) zu halten, derart, dass zum Bedrucken eine Relativbewegung zwischen dem Drucktisch (3) und dem Drucksubstrat (1) verhindert wird. Das Druckkopfshuttle (5) weist eine Glättvorrichtung (16) auf, welche mit der Auflagefläche (13) des Drucktischs in Kontakt tritt und über zumindest einen Teil der Auflagefläche (13) hinweg bewegt wird, derart, dass sie über ein auf der Auflagefläche (13) des Drucktischs (3) angeordnetes Drucksubstrat (1) streicht, um es zu glätten.The invention relates to a device and a method for printing on a printing substrate (1).
