Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of personal care in specialized establishments or at home. More particularly, the present invention relates to the field of transportable shampoo basins.
- Transportable shampoo tubs made of rigid material, such as for example rigid plastic, are known from the prior art. These shampoo basins are generally mounted on adjustable poles to allow adjustment of the shampoo chair, in particular in height with respect to the customer. Such shampoo basins can therefore be quickly installed at the site of the operation. However, such shampoo basins are bulky and potentially heavy, which is a constraint on their movement. In addition, the position adopted by clients for performing care with such shampoo beds may not be optimal because the latter in order to rest their head on the shampoo chair are forced to tilt by post-flexion of the neck. and a forward arch of the lower back with a forward sliding of the pelvis to compensate for the discomfort of the opposing movement.
- such flexible plastic shampoo tubs may have a strap intended to surround the customer's neck in order to allow the attachment of this shampoo tub to the customer.
- This thong is generally made of braided fabrics and can be a source of discomfort due to the feeling of constriction caused by this thong or even irritation or burns.
- this strap can come off during the performance of the operation of washing and / or rinsing the client's hair.
- these flexible plastic shampoo tubs can be held by customers during the styling or hair washing operation.
- Such support can also be a source of pain related to a bad position of the client to ensure the maintenance of this shampoo chair.
- the object of the present invention is to alleviate, at least partially, the drawbacks of the state of the art described above, by proposing a shampoo chair that is easy to transport and whose installation times are improved compared to the baths. shampoo known from the prior art.
- Another objective of the present invention is to provide a shampoo chair the use of which makes it possible to improve the comfort of the client, in particular by preventing leaks between the shampoo chair and the neck of the client. and also avoiding post-flexion tilting of the client's head.
- Another objective of the present invention is to provide a lightweight shampoo chair.
- Another objective of the present invention is to provide a method for producing shampoos at home for people in a seated position which is improved compared to the methods known from the prior art.
- the shampoo chair is made of a flexible material in order to allow it to be transported in the folded position, and the neck further comprises two straps each extending the part of the neck to end in a free end provided with a handle intended to be held by the person in a seated position to keep the collar and part of the strap around the neck to prevent water from flowing between the neck and the neck of the person.

- This indexation does not imply an order in time, for example, to assess such and such criteria.
- elastomeric material is understood to mean a polymer exhibiting elastic properties obtained after crosslinking. This material is capable of undergoing very large deformations before rupture. Within the meaning of the present description, plastics do not form part of the elastomeric materials.
- a shampoo chair 1 for producing shampoos for one person 50 (shown with reference to figures 3A-3C ) in a sitting position.
- the shampoo chair 1 is transportable so that it can be used at the home of the person 50 for example.
- the shampoo chair 1 has a proximal end 3, a distal end 5, two protrusions 7 forming edges of the shampoo chair 1.
- This shampoo chair 1 is made of a flexible material in order to allow it to be transported in the folded position.
- Such a collapsible shampoo chair 1 therefore makes it possible to optimize time because it is directly operational and does not require inflation prior to its use.
- the longevity of this shampoo chair is improved because the risk of punctures is prevented as it does not need to be inflated for its use.
- the transport of this shampoo chair 1 is also facilitated as the latter is foldable, the space required for its transport is therefore limited.
- the proximal end 3 is the end of the shampoo chair 1 intended to be placed closest to the person 50 when this shampoo chair 1 is carried by this person 50.
- This proximal end 3 has a neck 31 and two projections 33 arranged on either side of the neck 31.
- the neck 31 is configured to accommodate the neck 51 (visible on the figures 3A-3C ) of the person 50 in a seated position and the projections 33 are configured to come to rest on the shoulders 53 (visible on the figures 3A-3C ) of the person 50 in a seated position when the shampoo chair 1 is carried by the person 50.
- the neck 31 further comprises two straps 35 extending each part of the neck 31 to end in a free end 35a.
- These free ends 35a of the straps 35 are provided with a handle 9 intended to be held by the person 50 in order to hold the shampoo chair 1 in place.
- the person 50 maintains the collar 31 and part of the straps 35 around his neck 51 to prevent water from flowing between the collar 31 and his neck 51. It is thus possible to prevent an uncomfortable position of this person 50 in order to keep his head in contact with the shampoo chair 1, and in particular the post-flexion movements of the head and the associated arch.
- these straps 35 make it possible to dispense with the strap passing through the neck of the person 50, or to directly support the shampoo chair with his hands, and also contribute to improving the comfort of the latter. during the hairdressing or hair washing operation.
- these straps 35 allow the person 50 to adjust the traction he exerts on his neck 51 in order to keep the shampoo chair 1 in place, which also makes it possible to improve his comfort. Moreover, these straps 35 also make it possible to dispense with the use of a mast to ensure its fixing. On the other hand, the use of a flexible material for the realization of this shampoo chair 1 and therefore the neck 31 and projections 33 allows this shampoo chair 1 to easily adapt to the morphology of the person 50 .
- the distal end 5 is opposite the proximal end 3. This distal end 5 is therefore placed furthest from the person 50 in the state worn from the shampoo chair 1 by the person 50.
- the 'distal end 5 is configured to allow the evacuation of the washing and rinsing water from the shampoo tank 1. This distal end 5 is therefore intended to be placed opposite a receptacle (not shown) for this washing water and / or rinsing in order to allow their evacuation, such as for example a sink, a washbasin, or else a recovery container such as a basin for example.
- the projections 7 are arranged between the proximal end 3 and the distal end 5. These projections 7 are configured to guide the washing or rinsing water in the direction of the distal end 5.
- the projections 7 can for example be made of foam and covered with the constituent material of the shampoo chair 1.
- the projections 7 may have a height H (visible on the figure 3A ) between 2 cm and 10 cm, and in particular between 5 cm and 7 cm. Such a height H for the projections 7 makes it possible to prevent possible overflows of the washing and / or rinsing water and makes it possible to effectively guide this water in the direction of the distal end 5 in order to allow their evacuation.
- the projections 7 ensure that the shampoo chair 1 is kept in shape in its operational unfolded position.
- the shampoo chair 1 has a length L of between 50 cm and 90 cm and a width M of between 30 cm and 60 cm.
- a length L for the shampoo chair 1 makes it possible in particular to install the person near the receptacle for the washing and / or rinsing water in order to be able to pour this water directly into this receptacle.
- a width M makes it possible to adapt to many types of middle part and in particular to protect the shoulders 53 of the person 50 from the runoff of washing and / or rinsing water. Indeed, this water, during its runoff, will fall into the projections 33 of the shampoo chair 1 before being directed towards the distal end 5 for their evacuation.
- the shampoo chair 1 can be made of an elastomeric material.
- An elastomeric material allows the deformation of this shampoo chair 1 in different directions in a reversible manner and therefore allows it to be folded and unfolded easily.
- the use of such a material makes it possible to avoid premature wear of this shampoo tank 1 and in particular tears of the latter linked to the various folding and unfolding that it is subjected to.
- such elastomeric materials are generally light, which makes it possible to obtain a shampoo chair 1, the mass of which is limited.
- the elastomeric materials are easy to shape, which makes it possible to facilitate the method of manufacturing this shampoo chair 1, as is described in more detail later.
- the realization of the straps 35 and of the neck 31 in elastomeric material allows these elements to easily deform in order to adapt to the morphology of the person 50 as is described in more detail later.
- the neck 31 is integral with the straps 35, which makes it possible in particular to prevent breaks linked to the elongation of the straps 35 if there was a point of connection of the straps 35 with the neck 31.
- the elastomeric material can for example be chosen from natural or synthetic rubber (cis-1,4-polyisoprene), polybutadiene, styrene-butadiene copolymer, polyisobutylene, neoprene, butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer, or silicones and in particular polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS).
- PDMS polydimethylsiloxane
- Such materials are readily available and inexpensive, which furthermore makes it possible to limit the manufacturing costs of this shampoo chair 1.
- such materials have a smooth structure which makes it possible to prevent any irritation or feeling of discomfort. of the neck 51 of the person 50 (visible on the figures 3A-3C ).
- the shampoo chair 1 can be made up of a double wall of elastomeric material surrounding the foams making up the projections 7.
- the shampoo chair 1 can be shaped with a sock mold (not shown).
- a sock mold can for example be made of latex.
- the elastomeric material is poured into the mold and then the latter is crosslinked, for example thermally, before being removed from the mold by turning the mold over on itself.
- the mold can be immersed in an elastomer bath, such as for example a latex bath.
- This mold impregnated with elastomeric material is then taken out of the bath and then turned in a box in which the temperature, humidity and the oxygen level are controlled in order to allow obtaining a homogeneous distribution of the elastomeric material as well as crosslinking. of elastomeric material.
- the assembly is then unmolded like a sock in order to obtain the shampoo chair 1.
- thermal welding is carried out at the level of the distal end 5.
- This distal end 5 corresponds to the end through which the shampoo tank 1 is taken out of the mold like a sock. This welding is carried out at a temperature below the degradation temperature of the elastomeric material and a pressure is also carried out in order to allow the interpenetration of the materials and to form the weld line at the level of the distal end 5.
- the straps 35 have at their free ends 35a handles 9.
- the handles 9 are intended to be held by the person 50 in order to keep the shampoo chair 1 in place on his shoulders 53 and in contact with his neck 51 ( visible on figures 3A-3C ).
- These handles 9 can be attached to the free ends 35a of the straps 35.
- These handles 9 can be attached to the free ends 35a of the straps 35 by screwing or by clipping.
- these handles 9 can be made of plastic material, in particular of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), of polycarbonate (PC), or even of polypropylene (PP).
- PVC polyvinyl chloride
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- PC polycarbonate
- PP polypropylene
- these handles 9 can be made of wood.
- the handles 9 have an annular shape configured to allow the passage of a hand 55 (visible on the figures 3A and 3B ) of the person 50 in a seated position as will be described in more detail later. According to other variants not shown here, the handles 9 may have other shapes.
- the protrusions 7 can be in contact with the neck 31 at the level of the projections 33 of the proximal end 3.
- the water which can run off at the level of the projections 33 is retained in this shampoo chair 1, which makes it possible in particular to avoid getting the person wet 50.
- the collar 31 and the straps 35 have a width B of between 2 and 10 cm, and in particular between 4 and 7 cm.
- a width B for the collar 31 makes it possible to cover the nape of the neck 51 (visible on the figures 3A-3C ) of the person 50 in order to prevent the latter from coming into contact with the washing and / or rinsing water.
- the straps 35 have a length C of between 20 cm and 50 cm. Such a length C for the straps 35 allows the person 50 to easily hold this shampoo chair 1 against his neck, for example by having his hands 55 positioned at the level of his abdomen 57, as shown with reference to figure 3B and described in more detail later.
- the shampoo chair 1 carried by a person 50.
- the person 50 is in a seated position so that a hairdresser at home or a caregiver performs a hairdressing or washing operation and / or rinsing the hair of the person 50.
- the shampoo chair 1 has the handles 9 fixed to the free ends 35a of the straps 35 in order to allow this shampoo chair 1 to be held in place by the person 50.
- the handles 9 here have an annular shape in order to allow either their gripping by the hands 55 of the person, or the passage of the hands of the person through these handles 9.
- the person 50 can keep his head in an upright position in order to keep the shampoo tray 1 in place. contact of his neck 51, thus improving the comfort of this person 50 during the performance of the hairdressing operation, for example.
- the straps 35 and the handles 9 also makes it possible to improve the comfort of the person because the latter no longer has to support the shampoo chair 1 at the level of his head.
- the straps 35 allow the person 50 to have his hands 55 at the level of his abdomen 57 in order to keep this shampoo chair 1 in place, which also makes it possible to contribute to the comfort of this person 50 during the carrying out the hairdressing operation or even washing and / or rinsing his hair while limiting his efforts in order to keep the shampoo chair 1 in place.
- the traction on the straps 35 is determined by the person 50 which also helps to contribute to their comfort.
- the neck 31 of the shampoo chair 1 is placed in contact with the neck 51 of the person 50, thus forming a second skin and thus preventing the risk of water infiltration between his neck 51 and the shampoo chair 1 which could wet that person 50 and be a source of discomfort.
- this shampoo chair 1 in a flexible material, and in particular in elastomeric material, makes it possible to prevent any risk of irritation of the neck 51 of the person 50, these materials with a smooth surface.
- such materials have an elastic deformation which allows the neck 31 to easily adapt to the morphology of the person 50 and in particular to the shape of his neck 51, which improves the comfort of the person.
- this shampoo chair 1 in flexible material, and in particular in elastomeric material, also allows it to match the shape of the shoulders 55 and the back of the person 50.
- the projections 7 extend around the periphery of the projections 33 and are in contact with the neck 31 (visible on the figure 3A ).
- Such an arrangement of the projections 7 makes it possible to contain the washing and / or rinsing water inside the shampoo chair 1.
- the shampoo chair 1 when carried by the person 50, has its proximal end 3 inclined towards the distal end 5 thus allowing the washing and / or rinsing water to flow in the direction of this distal end 5 in order to allow their evacuation into a receptacle (not shown) such as a sink or a washbasin for example.
- FIG 4 there is shown a flowchart illustrating the various steps implemented during a method of producing a shampoo 100 for a person 50 in a seated position.
- This method for producing a shampoo 100 uses the transportable shampoo chair 1 described above with reference to figures 1 to 3C .
- the method for producing a shampoo 100 implements a step E1 for unfolding the shampoo chair 1.
- this shampoo chair 1 is transported folded in order to limit its bulk during transport.
- this shampoo chair 1 is made of a flexible material, and according to a particular example of an elastomeric material, and therefore does not require inflation prior to its use. This allows, among other things, to limit the time necessary for the use of this shampoo chair 1.
- the method for producing a shampoo 100 then comprises a step of positioning E2 of the shampoo chair 1 on the person 50 in a seated position.
- the shampoo chair 1 is positioned so that the neck 31 of the proximal end 3 is in contact with the neck 51 of the person 50 and that the distal end 5 is in contact with a receptacle, such as for example a sink, a washbasin, or even a recovery container such as a bowl for example, to allow the evacuation of washing and rinsing water.
- a receptacle such as for example a sink, a washbasin, or even a recovery container such as a bowl for example, to allow the evacuation of washing and rinsing water.
- the projections 33 of the proximal end 3 are placed on the shoulders 53 of the person 50.
- the method for producing a shampoo 100 then comprises a step of holding E3 of the shampoo chair 1 in place by the person 50 using the straps 35. More particularly, during this holding step E3, the person 50 maintains the neck 31 in contact with his neck 51 using the straps 35 which may have handles 9 at the level of the free ends 35a of the straps 35. During this holding step E3, the person 50 remains in a seated position without having to tilt his head by post-flexion in order to keep his neck 51 in position. contact of neck 31 (as shown with reference to figures 3A and 3C ).
- the method of making a shampoo 100 then comprises a step of carrying out washing and / or rinsing E4 of the hair of the person 50.
- the person 50 maintains the shampoo chair 1 using the straps 35 in contact with his neck 51.
- the person 50 remains in a seated position and has no no need to arch or position your head in a post-flexion movement so that it is in contact with the shampoo chair 1.
- the neck 31 being in contact with its neck 51, water leaks between this collar 31 and its neck 51 can be prevented.
- the person 50 can adjust the traction exerted on his neck 51 using the straps 35, which also helps to contribute to his comfort.
- the method then implements a step of removing E5 from the shampoo chair 1 of the person 50.
- the method for producing a shampoo 100 can then comprise, and optionally, a step of drying E6 of the shampoo chair 1.
- the step of drying E6 of the shampoo chair 1 can correspond to a rapid wiping of this basin. shampoo 1 or drying it using, for example, a hair dryer or simply in the air.

Abstract
