Claims (13)
- Turning device for window and door handles (50), having a housing (20, 20') and a clamping device for fastening the housing (20, 20') to a wall (12) of a hollow profile (10) and having a polygonal socket (32) for a polygonal pin of the window or door handle (50), wherein in the housing (20, 20') is provided a latching mechanism which interacts with the polygonal pin of the window or door handle (50), with which latching mechanism the window or door handle (50) can be adjusted in a latching manner into predetermined angle steps corresponding to different functional positions, wherein the clamping device has at least two clamping tabs (24) which can be actuated via screws, which clamping tabs protrude slightly in a mounting position of the housing (20, 20') and in a fastening position rest on an inner side of the wall (12) of the hollow profile (10) and achieve a clamping effect with a housing flange arranged on the outer side of the wall (12) of the hollow profile (10), characterised in that the clamping tabs (24) are held in the mounting position in the housing (20, 20') with a removable safety element.
- Turning device according to claim 1, characterised in that the safety element is in the form of a spring element (30) which can be plugged onto the housing (20, 20') perpendicularly to the polygonal socket (32).
- Turning device according to claim 1, characterised in that the safety element is in the form of a positioning part (34) which can be plugged onto the housing (20, 20') axially via the polygonal socket (32).
- Turning device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the housing (20, 20') has a substantially circularly-formed mounting surface, wherein the mounting surface has at least one radially protruding projection (26) which together with a complementary milling opening (16, 18) in the wall (12) of the hollow profile (10) forms an anti-twist device for the housing (20, 20'), wherein, when setting in the housing, the milling opening (16, 18) permits the passage of the clamping tabs (24) which protrude slightly in a radial fashion.
- Turning device according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the latching mechanism has two spring plates (36) acting on side surfaces, situated opposite to one another, of the polygonal socket (32) of the window or door handle (50).
- Turning device according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the latching mechanism has a shaped spring plate (38) acting on two side surfaces, adjoining one another, of the polygonal socket (32) of the window or door handle (50).
- Turning device according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the latching mechanism has latching cams (42) on a lower plate (40) of the polygonal socket (32) for the polygonal pin of the window or door handle (50), which interact with axially deflectable spring elements (48) in the housing (20, 20').
- Turning device according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised by a closing device with a lock (52, 54) arranged on the window or door handle (50), a cam disc (60) with axial pitch arranged on the lock, an axially displaceable locking pin (64) arranged on the window or door handle (50) and at least one receiving opening (82, 82'; 88) on the end face side of the housing for the locking pin (64) in its closed position, wherein the locking pin (64) has a groove (68) into which the outer curved edge (66) of the cam disc (60) engages such that a rotation of a key (56) introduced into the lock (52, 54) converts its rotational movement into an axial translational movement of the locking pin (64) and displaces the locking pin (64) between a release position and at least one locking position for the actuation of the window or door handle (50).
- Turning device according to claim 8, characterised in that the at least one receiving opening (82, 82'; 88) on the housing side for the locking pin (64) is provided in at least one attachment piece (80; 84, 84') arranged on the housing (20') facing towards the window or door handle (50).
- Turning device according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that a receiving opening (82, 82') is provided which extends in a part-circular manner over approximately 180°, or that two receiving openings (88) are provided which are offset to one another by 180°.
- Turning device according to any of claims 1 to 10, characterised by a closing device comprising a lock (52, 54) arranged on the window or door handle (50), a cam disc (60) having axial pitch arranged on the lock (52, 54), an axially displaceable locking pin (64) arranged on the window or door handle (50) and at least one receiving opening (82, 82'; 88) on the end face side of the housing for the locking pin (64) in its closed position, wherein the locking pin (64) has a groove (68) into which the outer curved edge of the cam disc (60) engages such that a rotation of a key (56) introduced into the lock (52, 54) converts its rotational movement into an axial translational movement of the locking pin (64) and displaces the locking pin (64) between a release position and at least one locking position for the actuation of the window or door handle (50).
- Turning device according to claim 11, characterised in that the at least one receiving opening (82, 82'; 88) on the housing side for the locking pin (64) is provided in at least one attachment piece (80; 84, 84') arranged on the housing (20') facing towards the window or door handle (50).
- Turning device according to claim 11, characterised in that a receiving opening (82, 82') is provided which extends in a part-circular manner over approximately 180°, or that two receiving openings (88) are provided which are offset to one another by 180°.
