Claims (15)

  1. Pompe à chaleur, aux caractéristiques suivantes:
    un évaporateur (90) destiné à évaporer le liquide de travail;
    un condenseur (114) destiné à condenser la vapeur de travail comprimée;
    un moteur de compresseur (110) avec une bouche d'aspiration (92) sur laquelle est placée une roue radiale (304) pour transporter une vapeur de travail (314) évaporée dans l'évaporateur (90) à travers la bouche d'aspiration (92);
    une chambre de guidage (302) qui est disposée (114) pour guider une vapeur de travail (112) transportée de la roue radiale (304) vers le condenseur (114), où la chambre de guidage (302) présente une face extérieure inférieure et une face extérieure supérieure; et
    un dispositif de refroidissement (420) destiné à refroidir la chambre de guidage (302) et la bouche d'aspiration (92) par un liquide, où le dispositif de refroidissement (420) est conçu pour guider (421, 422) le liquide vers la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302) et vers une face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92), où la face extérieure inférieure et la face extérieure supérieure de la chambre de guidage (302) ne sont pas en contact avec la vapeur de travail (314) évaporée dans l'évaporateur (90), et où une face intérieure de la chambre de guidage (302) est en contact avec la vapeur de travail (112) transportée par la roue radiale (304) et une face intérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92) est en contact avec la vapeur de travail (314) évaporée dans l'évaporateur (90),
    caractérisée par le fait que
    la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92) et la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302) sont connectées l'une à l'autre de manière étanche à la vapeur, et par le fait que
    le dispositif de refroidissement (420) est conçu pour faire passer le liquide en circulation en séquence devant la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92) et ensuite devant la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302), ou pour faire passer le liquide en circulation en séquence devant la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302) et ensuite devant la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92).
  2. Pompe à chaleur selon la revendication 1,
    dans laquelle le liquide de refroidissement est le liquide de travail de la pompe à chaleur.
  3. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle une pression dans le condenseur (114) est, pendant le fonctionnement de la pompe à chaleur, sensiblement égale à une pression qui est présente sur la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302) ou sur la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92).
  4. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif de refroidissement (420) présente les caractéristiques suivantes:
    une conduite d'alimentation (422, 324, 377, 376) destinée à alimenter le liquide sur la face extérieure supérieure (372) de la chambre de guidage (302);
    une conduite d'évacuation (378) destinée à évacuer le liquide de la face extérieure supérieure de la chambre de guidage (302) vers la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92);
    un canal de refroidissement (379) destiné à guider le liquide qui est sorti par la conduite de vidange (378) le long de la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92) vers la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302) et le long de la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302); et
    un trop-plein (382) destiné à guider le liquide de la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302).
  5. Pompe à chaleur selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le trop-plein (382) est adapté pour faire saillie au-delà d'une extrémité (381) de la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302) d'un trajet qui est supérieur à 1 cm, et dans laquelle le trop-plein (382) présente une saillie destinée à maintenir, sur le trajet duquel fait saillie le trop-plein (382), un niveau de liquide qui est supérieur à 2 mm.
  6. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, dans laquelle la face extérieure supérieure de la chambre de guidage (302) présente un creux (372) qui est conçu pour maintenir le liquide amené par la conduite d'alimentation (422, 324, 377, 376), dans laquelle la conduite d'évacuation (378) est montée dans une zone (373) dans le creux (372) qui se trouve, pendant le fonctionnement de la pompe à chaleur, au-dessous d'un niveau de liquide dans le creux (372).
  7. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6,
    dans laquelle un niveau de la conduite d'alimentation (422, 324, 377, 376) est supérieur à un niveau du trop-plein (382), de sorte que, pendant le fonctionnement de la pompe à chaleur, une circulation de liquide se produise à travers la conduite d'alimentation (422, 324, 377, 376), la conduite d'évacuation (378) et le canal de refroidissement (379) du fait de la gravité.
  8. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    qui est conçue pour favoriser un flux de vapeur à travers la bouche d'aspiration (92) dans une direction perpendiculaire au fonctionnement de la pompe à chaleur et dans lequel la chambre de guidage (302) est conçue pour dévier un flux de vapeur d'une circulation horizontale à l'extrémité de la roue radiale (304) vers un flux de vapeur orienté vers le bas dans le condenseur (114).
  9. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans laquelle la chambre de guidage (302) présente, en vue de dessus, une forme circulaire et présente, sur son bord extérieur, un creux circulaire (372), et
    dans laquelle le dispositif de refroidissement (420) est conçu pour remplir le creux (372) par le liquide.
  10. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans laquelle la chambre de guidage (302) et la bouche d'aspiration (92) sont, dans une vue de dessous, de forme annulaire, dans laquelle la bouche d'aspiration (92) pénètre dans la chambre de guidage (302), dans laquelle le dispositif de refroidissement (420) présente un canal de refroidissement (379) qui est formé par un canal de refroidissement distant de la face intérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92) et de la chambre de guidage (302), qui est également réalisé de forme annulaire et qui est disposé de sorte que le liquide alimenté par le dispositif de refroidissement (420) dans le canal de refroidissement (379) soit maintenu par la paroi du canal de refroidissement et soit en contact avec la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92) et la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302).
  11. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans laquelle le condenseur (114) présente un boîtier de condenseur,
    dans laquelle le moteur de compresseur (110) est placé sur le boîtier de condenseur et présente un rotor et un stator (308), dans laquelle le rotor présente un arbre de moteur (306) sur lequel est installée la roue radiale (304) destinée à comprimer la vapeur de fluide de travail, dans laquelle le moteur de compresseur (110) présente une paroi de moteur (309),
    dans laquelle un boîtier de moteur (300) entoure le moteur de compresseur (110) et présente une entrée de fluide de travail (362, 330) destinée à conduire le liquide sur la paroi de moteur (309) pour un refroidissement du moteur, et
    dans laquelle le boîtier de moteur (300) est par ailleurs conçu pour dévier, pendant le fonctionnement de la pompe à chaleur, le liquide de refroidissement du moteur à travers un passage (377) du boîtier de moteur (300) vers la face extérieure supérieure de la chambre de guidage (302).
  12. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    dans laquelle le moteur de compresseur (110) présente un roulement à billes,
    dans laquelle est par ailleurs présent un volume rendu étanche (364) autour du roulement à billes,
    dans laquelle le dispositif de refroidissement (420) est conçu pour amener le liquide dans et à nouveau hors du volume rendu étanche (364) et pour l'alimenter de là vers la chambre de guidage (302) et la bouche d'aspiration (92), dans laquelle l'alimentation a lieu soit directement, soit par l'intermédiaire d'un refroidissement du moteur.
  13. Pompe à chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    dans laquelle le moteur de compresseur (110) présente un roulement à billes et un dispositif de refroidissement de roulement à billes et un dispositif de refroidissement de moteur,
    dans laquelle le dispositif de refroidissement de roulement à billes est conçu pour alimenter le liquide vers un volume fermé (364) qui se trouve sur le roulement à billes,
    dans laquelle le dispositif de refroidissement de moteur est conçu pour conduire le liquide dérivé du volume fermé (364) vers une paroi de moteur (309),
    dans laquelle le dispositif de refroidissement de moteur est conçu pour avoir un trop-plein de liquide par-dessus lequel déborde le liquide, et
    dans laquelle le dispositif de refroidissement (420) pour la chambre de guidage (302) et la bouche d'aspiration (92) est conçu pour collecter le liquide débordant du dispositif de refroidissement de moteur et pour l'utiliser pour refroidir la chambre de guidage (302) et la bouche d'aspiration (92).
  14. Procédé de pompage de chaleur avec un évaporateur (90) destiné à évaporer un fluide de travail; un condenseur (114) destiné à condenser de la vapeur de travail comprimée; un moteur de compresseur (110) avec une bouche d'aspiration (92) sur laquelle est placée une roue radiale (304) pour transporter une vapeur de travail (314) vaporisée dans l'évaporateur (90) à travers la bouche d'aspiration (92); et une chambre de guidage (302) qui est disposée de manière à conduire une vapeur de travail (112) transportée de la roue radiale (304) vers le condenseur (114), dans lequel la chambre de guidage (302) présente une face extérieure inférieure et une face extérieure supérieure, à l'étape suivante consistant à:
    refroidir la chambre de guidage (302) et la bouche d'aspiration (92) par un liquide, où le liquide est guidé (421, 422) vers une face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302) et vers une face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92), où la face extérieure inférieure et la face extérieure supérieure de la chambre de guidage (302) ne sont pas en contact avec la vapeur de travail (314) évaporée dans l'évaporateur (90), et où une face intérieure de la chambre de guidage (302) est en contact avec la vapeur de travail (112) transportée par la roue radiale (304) et une face intérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92) est en contact avec la vapeur de travail (314) évaporée dans l'évaporateur (90),
    caractérisé par le fait que
    la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92) et la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302) sont connectées l'une à l'autre de manière étanche à la vapeur, et par le fait que le refroidissement présente le fait de guider le liquide en circulation en séquence devant la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92) et ensuite devant la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302), ou le fait de guider le liquide en circulation en séquence devant la face extérieure inférieure de la chambre de guidage (302) et ensuite devant la face extérieure de la bouche d'aspiration (92).
  15. Procédé de fabrication d'une pompe à chaleur avec un évaporateur (90) destiné à évaporer le liquide de travail; un condenseur (114) destiné à condenser la vapeur de travail comprimée; un moteur de compresseur (110) avec une bouche d'aspiration (92) sur laquelle est placée une roue radiale (304) pour transporter une vapeur de travail (314) évaporée dans l'évaporateur (90) à travers la bouche d'aspiration (92); et une chambre de guidage (302) qui est disposée (114) pour guider une vapeur de travail (112) transportée par la roue radiale (304) vers le condenseur (114), où la chambre de guidage (302) présente une face extérieure inférieure et une face extérieure supérieure, à l'étape suivante consistant à:
