Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Oberflächenbeschichten in einer landwirtschaftlichen Feldspritze, umfassend- Bereitstellen einer landwirtschaftlichen Feldspritze, welche ein Tank- (50) und Leitungssystem (53) aufweist, welches zum Aufnehmen und Verteilen eines flüssigen Materials eingerichtet ist; und- Herstellen einer wasserabweisenden Beschichtung an mindestens einem Teil einer inneren Oberfläche des Tank- (50) und Leitungssystems (53) durch Aufbringen eines wasserabweisenden Materials an der inneren Oberfläche;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- das Aufbringen des wasserabweisenden Materials mindestens einen der folgenden Vorgänge umfasst- Aufsprühen eines Sprühmaterials auf die innere Oberfläche, wobei das Sprühmaterial das wasserabweisende Material enthält, und- Spülen des Tank- (50) und Leitungssystems (53) mit einem Spülmaterial, welches durch das Tank- (50) und Leitungssystem (53) fließt, wobei das Spülmaterial das wasserabweisende Material enthält; und- mindestens eines der Materialien aus der Gruppe umfassend das Sprühmaterial und das Spülmaterial durch ein Reinigungssystem (54, 55, 56), welches zum Reinigen des Tank- (50) und Leitungssystems (53) bereitgestellt ist, aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend das Aufbringen des wasserabweisenden Materials, nachdem ein Reinigungsprozess für das Tank- (50) und Leitungssystem (53) vorgenommen worden ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, ferner umfassend das Aufbringen des wasserabweisenden Materials vor einer ersten Verwendung der landwirtschaftlichen Feldspritze.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend- Erkennen einer Oberflächenverunreinigung für das Tank- (50) und Leitungssystem (53) durch einen Verunreinigungssensor; und- als Reaktion auf das Erkennen, Aufbringen des wasserabweisenden Materials.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend- Erfassen einer Schwellenanzahl an Nutzungszyklen durch eine Zählvorrichtung; und- als Reaktion auf das Erfassen, Aufbringen des wasserabweisenden Materials.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das wasserabweisende Material zumindest eine der folgenden Substanzen umfasst: eine perfluorierte Verbindung, Paraffin, Lipid und Silizium.
- Landwirtschaftliche Feldspritze aufweisend ein Tank- (50) und Leitungssystem (53), welches zum Aufnehmen und Verteilen eines flüssigen Materials eingerichtet ist, wobei ein wasserabweisendes Material an mindestens einem Teil einer inneren Oberfläche des Tank- (50) und Leitungssystems (53) bereitgestellt ist, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die landwirtschaftliche Feldspritze dafür eingerichtet ist, die wasserabweisende Beschichtung durch ein Verfahren zum Oberflächenbeschichten nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche bereitzustellen.
