Abstract

The invention consists of a single-use cartridge container for fluid substance, for automatic dispensers,with internal security mechanism. This device ends with a threaded opening for screwing to its corresponding dispenser . Inside the threaded opening mouth is contained the safety valve,equipped with a special hole for the liquid to escape,which occurs at the time of unlocking,by priming the pin contained in the corresponding dispenser.

Description

  • The present invention relates to a single-use cartridge container for a fluid substance,
    with internal safety mechanism for automatic dispensers, applicable within a dispenser suitable for the dispensing of a fluid substance preferably for cosmetic use:liquid or thick soap for hand washing, personal care products such as creams, gels or tanning oils, cleansing creams. In any case, the container can also be used for other types of substances, such as: perfumes, lubricating oils, detergent creams that can be used in different product sectors.
  • The container, equipped with a special security mechanism,it is used to safeguard against any tampering aimed at subtracting the contents or reusing the container itself,all for the purpose of protecting the inserted product.
  • This characteristic makes the find particularly suitable also in the hygienic, health and medical-hospital fields.
  • The description of the invention will be oriented, for exhibition convenience, to the bathroom furniture sector; It remains however understood that what will be demonstrate and explained below, is also applicable in different technical fields,
    which however provide for the joint use of dispensing devices and cartridges for the partialized and controlled distribution of a fluid substance.
  • Within the bathroom furniture sector,there is a wide use of dispensers for soaps and fluid substances.These substances are contained in special containers of different sizes, shapes and materials, coupled, in fact, to the dispenser, which acts both as a cap and as a dispenser.
  • Usually the dispensing devices that are on the market are mainly structured in two types:those containing the recharging product in the structure, and those to which a device is inserted, in correspondence of the access mouth of the containers, often defined in a terminal neck, with which many of them are made.
  • The disposable cartridge container,subject to this patent application, compared to the dispenser systems of liquid / fluid products on the market,internally has a safety mechanism through a protective valve,which will come into contact with the opening hole of the dispenser specifically designed for the combination.
  • This feature allows the phases of positioning and removal of the deviceit takes place without the occurrence of uncontrolled spills or dripping of a fluid substance on the outside. In this way, particular attention is paid to the environment and to eco-compatibility as there are no waste or loss of product.
  • The guarantee system,that safeguards the integrity of the content it will be combined with the use of eco-compatible raw materials that do not detract from the environment.Compared to existing systems on the market, the invention subject of the present application,presents improvements in the manner and with the advantages that are further illustrated.
    1. 1)Thanks to the particular design and mechanism of the system it is possible to easily replace the used container;
    2. 2)The particular conformation of the invention, sealed by the protective safety valve,guarantees less waste of product both in the positioning phase and in the cartridge replacement phase. It, in fact, prevents the leakage of the product before the correct positioning of the invention;
    3. 3)The non-reusability of the cartridge,thanks to the presence of the safety valve,guarantees the single use and total integrity of the liquid / fluid product components;
    4. 4)The particular conformation of the invention ensures greater cleaning of the matched dispenser because it does not present leaks near the outlet hole;
    5. 5)the particularity of the protection mechanism that characterizes the invention,necessarily and exclusively involves the use of a specific dispenser
    which, in turn, contains the corresponding unlocking system; Features:
  • The characteristics of the invention will be better highlighted in the following description of a preferred form and shape thereof, illustrated by way of example, without limiting non-substantial variations, according to what is stated in the claims and with the aid of the attached drawings in whichs Table A shows a section of the cartridge and exploded view (Table A), composed of:
    Fluid container (1)
    Thread for screwing on the dispenser (2)
    Safety valve in axonometric section (3)
    Safety valve in front view section (4)
    Liquid outlet hole (5)
    Safety valve top view (6)
    Table B (Table B) highlights the coupling of the components of the invention
    with a representative section of its corresponding device,in the phase preceding the release of the safety valve. In this sentence the device is screwed through the thread of the cap to the corresponding dispenser, in which the pin is partially inserted in the entry hole and leaning against the protective valve, not yet released:
    Fluid container (1)
    Thread for screwing on the dispenser (2)
    Liquid outlet hole (5)
    Table C (Table C) shows a section in which the following phase is highlighted in which the device, already screwed through the thread of the cap to the corresponding dispenser (2),is unlocked from the pin belonging to the dispenser,that inserted into the device,retracts the valve (3) allowing the liquid to escape through the hole (5): Fluid container (1)
    Thread for screwing on the dispenser (2)
    Safety valve (3)
    Liquid outlet hole (5) in front view.
  • The invention is therefore made up of:a body or bottle for containing the liquid (1)ending in a threaded opening (2)for screwing to the corresponding dispenser,
    inside which the safety valve (3) is contained (6)equipped with a special hole (5) for the liquid to escape when it is released,through the release pin contained in the corresponding dispenser.
  • Without prejudice to the innovative principle of the invention described above, the embodiments and details of the technical shape may be varied,without modification of the supporting idea, with respect to what has been described and illustrated,as a non-limiting example, without departing from the scope of protection of the present invention, defined by the appended claims.
