Description

The present invention relates to a sash for a window or a door, wherein the sash has a profile frame formed from several profile sections, a holding strip for a surface element, in particular insulating glazing or a door panel, which is connected to the profile frame to form a fold for receiving the surface element , and a surface element that is included in the front side of the fold. In addition, the present invention relates to a window or door comprising such a sash.

A wing with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is from the DE 10 2013 107 175 A1 known. Windows with such sashes are well known in the prior art. For example, in the EP 1 857 627 B1 such a wing is described. In order to increase the burglary resistance of a window comprising such a casement, the surface element is currently glued to the profile frame using a large amount of adhesive. In particular with fixed glazing, especially with fixed glazing with a central seal, due to the large rebate area, such glass bonding for burglary protection can only be carried out with increased effort and using a considerable amount of adhesive. In addition, windows with glass bonding cannot currently be recycled with reasonable effort. Alternatively, mechanical glass fuses are available on the market. These are securing blocks or securing angles that are rigidly screwed into the rebate. With such rigid glass fuses, the surface element can be easily levered over the mechanical glass fuse.

Against this background, the object of the present invention is to provide a sash for a window or door that overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, the wing according to the invention should offer increased security against burglary and should use the smallest possible amount of adhesive for bonding between the surface element and the profile frame and should be recyclable with reasonable effort after use. In addition, the surface element of the wing according to the invention should be difficult to lever out. Ultimately, the object of the present invention is to provide a window and a door that includes such a wing.

According to the present invention, these and other objects are achieved by a sash for a window or a door having the features of claim 1 or by a window or a door having the features of claim 7. Preferred embodiments of the wing according to the invention are described in the dependent claims.

According to the present invention, it was recognized that a glass security element, such as a security block or a security angle, does not have to be rigidly connected to the profile frame in order to be able to provide effective burglary protection. Rather, according to the invention, the glass securing element is constructed from at least one foot element and at least one spring element. According to the invention, the foot element is at least partially accommodated in an opening in the rebate base, while the spring element is at least partially clamped between the rebate base of the glass rebate and the retaining strip. This results in a compression of the spring element due to the retaining strip inserted into a retaining strip groove. If an attempt is now made to push the surface element out of the profile frame in the event of a break-in, by first pressing the retaining strip out of the retaining strip groove, for example with a screwdriver, and then the surface element is to be pressed out of the profile frame, the spring element of the glass securing element in the wing according to the invention will straighten up. When erecting the spring element, the foot element can move in a direction parallel to the surface element in the opening in the rebate base, which is preferably a corresponding hole, when the retaining strip is removed. This effectively prevents the surface element from being pushed out of the profile frame, which represents significant protection against burglary. This increased burglary protection is achieved without the use of additional adhesive. The glass securing element is not firmly connected to the profile frame, so it can be easily removed. This contributes to the good recyclability of the wing according to the invention.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a sash for a window or a door, the profile frame formed from several profile sections, a holding strip for a surface element, which is connected to the profile frame to form a glass rebate for receiving the surface element, and a surface element which is on the front side is included in the glass rebate, and is characterized according to the invention in that at least one glass securing element is included in the glass rebate, the glass securing element having at least one foot element and at least one spring element comprises, wherein the at least one foot element is at least partially accommodated in an opening in the rebate base of the glass rebate and the at least one spring element is at least partially clamped between the rebate base of the glass rebate and the retaining strip, wherein the at least one foot element of the glass securing element is in the opening in the rebate base of the glass rebate can be moved parallel to the surface element. In addition, the present invention provides a window or door which comprises a frame and at least one sash according to the invention.

With regard to the wing according to the invention, it can be useful if at least one of the foot elements of the glass securing element is arranged between a reinforcing element and a wall of a hollow chamber of the profile frame. In this way, the foot element is well guided in the opening in the rebate area, which ensures the mobility of the glass securing element as a whole. Alternatively or additionally, it can also prove useful if at least one of the foot elements of the glass securing element is arranged in a fastening channel of the profile frame. In this way, a fastening channel already present in the profile frame can have an additional function. With regard to the configurations of such a fastening channel in a hollow profile, in particular a plastic hollow profile, attention should be paid to the DE 20 2006 016 165 U1 and the DE 10 2014 104 190 A1 are referred to, which are hereby explicitly referred to. All foot elements of a wing according to the invention are preferably arranged essentially at the same point in the cross section of the profile frame. However, it can also be the case that the base elements of different glass securing elements are arranged at different points in the cross section of the profile frame.

According to the invention, at least one of the foot elements of the glass securing element, preferably the foot elements of all glass securing elements of the sash according to the invention, is movable in the opening in the rebate base of the glass rebate parallel to the surface element. In this way it is ensured that the glass securing element as a whole can easily follow a movement of the surface element, as occurs when it is levered out, via the contact element resting on the surface element.

It can also prove to be helpful if at least one of the spring elements of the glass securing element, preferably the spring elements of all glass securing elements of the sash according to the invention, rests at least in sections on a web of the profile frame opposite the surface element on the end face. This promotes the support of the spring element on the profile frame of the wing according to the invention.

It can also prove to be advantageous if at least one of the glass securing elements, preferably all of the glass securing elements of the sash according to the invention, rests at least in sections on the surface element after the retaining strip has been removed. It is preferred if the glass securing element adheres to the surface element at least in sections due to static friction. Alternatively, in an advantageous embodiment, the glass securing element can also be glued to the surface element at least in sections. Both an adhesive, in particular a hardening liquid adhesive, and an adhesive tape, in particular a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, are conceivable as the adhesive material. The adhesion of the glass security element to the surface element further increases burglary security. It can be useful if, in particular, the contact surface of the glass securing element is at least partially provided with a coating, in particular a coating for glass protection. This is intended to protect the surface element from damage, for example due to scratches.

Profile frames are preferably a hollow profile frame comprising several hollow chambers, in particular a plastic hollow profile frame comprising several hollow chambers and thus, in the case of the window according to the invention, it is a plastic window and in the case of the door it is a plastic door.

The wing according to the invention and individual parts thereof can also be produced line by line or in layers using a line-building or layer-building manufacturing process (e.g. 3D printing). However, the profile of the hollow profile frame is preferably produced by extrusion and cut to length into spars, which are mitred and welded together.

In Fig. 1 is a section of a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the sash 1 according to the invention using the example of a window sash with a profile frame 2 designed with a plastic hollow profile frame. The profile frame 2 of the sash 1 according to the invention is made of a thermoplastic polymer material, preferably polyvinyl chloride (PVC), in particular hard PVC (PVC-U) or glass fiber reinforced PVC, which also contains additives such as: B. stabilizers, plasticizers, pigments and the like are added. It is made up of a large number of hollow chambers, each of which is surrounded by webs of the profile frame 2. Centrally, the profile of the profile frame 2 comprises a main hollow chamber 3, in which a reinforcing element 4, in particular a steel reinforcement, is accommodated. The upper web 5 of the main hollow chamber 3, together with an outer flap 6, forms a glass rebate 7. On the side opposite the outer flap 6, the profile of the profile frame 2 has a retaining strip groove 8, in which a retaining strip 9 is anchored, which in the embodiment shown acts as a glass retaining strip is formed and through which a surface element 10 received in the glass rebate 7, in particular an insulating glazing, in the embodiment shown a three-pane insulating glazing, is stabilized. The upper web 5 is thus opposite the surface element 10 accommodated in the glass rebate 7. The surface element is held in its position in the profile frame 2 using glass blocks (not shown) and block bridges (not shown).

Below the retaining strip 9, an opening designed as a hole is made in the base of the glass rebate 7. A glass securing element 11 is held in the glass rebate 7 through the opening Fig. 2 is shown enlarged in a perspective view.

The glass securing element 11 comprises a foot element 12 and two spring elements 13, 13 ', the foot element 12 being integral and substantially orthogonal to a connecting piece 14 is connected between the two spring elements 13, 13 '. The foot element 12 of the glass security element 11 is cylindrical and guided through the opening. It is arranged in the main hollow chamber 3 between the reinforcing element 4 and an adjacent wall of the main hollow chamber 3. The glass securing element 11 is parallel to the plane of the surface element 10 before the retaining strip 9 is inserted (cf. Fig. 3 ) movable in a direction parallel to the surface element 10. By inserting the holding strip 9 into the holding strip groove 8, the two spring elements 13, 13 'are compressed in the direction of the base of the glass rebate 7. The glass securing element 11 is thereby clamped between the rebate base of the glass rebate 7 and the retaining strip 9. In alternative embodiments, the foot element 12 of the glass securing element 11 can also be V-shaped or L-shaped, which is preferably realized with a folded sheet metal.

If, in the event of a break-in, the surface element 10 is to be pressed out of the profile frame 2 by first pressing the retaining strip 9 out of the retaining strip groove 8, for example with a screwdriver, and then attempting to press the surface element 10 out of the profile frame 2, the compressed spring elements relax 13, 13 'with the effect that the glass securing element 11 stands up in the wing 1 according to the invention. This raising of the glass securing element is reinforced by the mobility of the foot element 12 in a direction parallel to the surface element in the opening in the rebate base of the glass rebate 7. This effectively prevents the surface element 10 from being pushed out of the profile frame 2, which represents significant protection against burglary. This increased burglary protection is achieved without the use of additional adhesive. The glass securing element 11 is not firmly connected to the profile frame 2, so that it can be easily removed. This contributes to the good recyclability of the wing 1 according to the invention.

In alternative embodiments, the glass securing element 11 can also have several foot elements 12, each of which is guided through the opening or several openings in the glass rebate 7.

The preferred materials for the glass securing element 11 are polymeric materials such as polypropylene and glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, polyamides and glass fiber reinforced polyamides, polyphenyl sulfone (PPSU), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyether sulfone (PES), polysulfone (PSU), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), acrylonitrile butadiene -Styrene copolymer (ABS), polyoxymethylene (POM) and polyester carbonate (PESC) as well as copolymers and blends of these polymers, whereby these polymer materials can also be used fiber-reinforced, in particular glass fiber-reinforced, as well as metallic materials such as aluminum, aluminum die-casting alloys, zinc die-casting alloys, aluminum Zinc die-cast alloys, steel, spring steel or stainless steel are used. The spring effect of the two spring elements 13, 13 'is adjusted via their material thickness.

Like in particular Fig. 3 shows, the glass security element in the embodiment according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 a distance from the surface element 10. In other embodiments, the glass securing element 11 with the spring elements 13, 13 'can rest at least partially on the surface element 10 and preferably adhere to the surface element after the glass securing element 11 has been erected, at least through static friction.

In preferred embodiments, the contact surface 14 of the contact element 13 can be at least partially provided with a coating, in particular a coating for glass protection. This is intended to protect the surface element 10 from damage, for example from scratches.

In Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 a further embodiment of the wing 1 according to the invention is shown. In order to avoid repetitions, only the differences to the in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 shown embodiment. The same reference numbers designate the same elements. The relevant statements regarding the embodiments according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 also apply to the in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 shown embodiment accordingly.

The wing 1 according to the invention in the embodiment according to Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 differs from that in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 shown embodiment in particular with regard to the design of the glass security element 11. Like the enlarged perspective view of the glass security element 11 according to Fig. 5 shows, the glass securing element 11 according to this embodiment of the present invention comprises a foot element 12 and only one spring element 13. The foot element 12 is formed in one piece with the spring element 13. The foot element 12 and the spring element 13 form an obtuse angle with one another. The foot element 12 has an arch section 15 on. This arch section 15 is guided through the opening in the rebate base of the glass rebate 7. The end of the foot element 12 is therefore located in the main hollow chamber 4 and lies against the web 5 opposite the surface element 10. The end of the spring element 13 also rests on the web 5 in the glass rebate 7.

The spring element 13 and a section of the foot element 12 are compressed in the direction of the base of the glass rebate 7 by the retaining strip 9 inserted into the retaining strip groove 8. The glass securing element 11 is thereby clamped between the rebate base of the glass rebate 7 and the retaining strip 9.

If the retaining strip 9 is now pressed out of the retaining strip groove 8 during an attempted break-in, the glass securing element 11 in the wing 1 according to the invention is again aligned parallel to the surface element 10. If an attempt is made to press the surface element 10 out of the profile frame 2, the surface element 10 can only be pressed against the glass security element 11, but not out of the profile frame 2, which represents significant burglary protection. This increased burglary protection is achieved without the use of additional adhesive. The glass securing element 11 is not firmly connected to the profile frame 2, so that it can be easily removed. This contributes to the good recyclability of the wing 1 according to the invention.

The invention has been explained in detail above with reference to a sash for a window. It goes without saying that the statements also apply to a leaf for a door. A plastic hollow profile frame is described as an example as a profile frame. The statements also apply accordingly to other types of profile frames, for example aluminum profile frames, wooden profile frames, aluminum-plastic composite profile frames, aluminum-wood composite profile frames and the like.
