Description

  • The proposed invention relates to items, in particular to packages, containers, parcels, namely to packaging means for transportation of bottles. It can be used by an individual person.
  • There is a utility model PRC No. 202765549 (published on 6.03.2013), which provides protection for a glass bottle filled with liquid, such as wine for example, from mechanical damage. That item contains two protective layers, one inside the other, and an air-filled cavity between them, while the bottle neck is immobilised.
  • The drawback of that technological solution is its limited applicability due to the complicated manufacturing method it requires and the lack of simplicity in using it, and to a considerable time required to restore the package for further use because the cavity needs to be cleaned and refilled with air.
  • Document US 2008/0116101 A1 discloses a packaging article for safely transporting wine and spirit bottles and the like. Accordingly, an article is provided comprising one or more layers of material in a general shape of a bottle to be contained therein and an opening in the article for insertion of a bottle to be contained therein, and means for closing the opening for transporting the bottle contained therein.
  • Document WO 2006/058172 A2 discloses a carry device that includes a first inner carry pouch made from a first material and an outer bounding pouch or layer made from a second material defining at least one cavity therebetween. An access port may include a release and inflation actuator and provides volumetric access to the at least one cavity allowing passage of a pressurizing atmosphere or temperature effecting medium, or combination thereof. A sealable access is provided, and a common pressure is applied to an outer uniform-pressure region of a non-rigid or rigid item being carried thereby preventing damage and crushing thereof through high contact pressure gradients.
  • The technological results the present invention aims at are achieved by improving the usefulness of the device by simplifying the method of cleaning spilled liquid and restoring the package for further use quickly.
  • The proposed device includes the outer packet, which is waterproof and open at the top, different in that it contains another, smaller packet, made of air-bubble film and open at the top, fixed to the outer packet with a detachable device.
  • It is desirable to have the detachable device made with a double-sided adhesive mounting tape.
  • It is desirable to arrange the detachable device at the top of the outer and inner packets.
  • It is desirable to have the outer packet of rectangular shape.
  • It is desirable to have the outer packet made out of plastic.
  • It is desirable to have the outer packet made transparent.
  • It is possible to make the outer packet with a transparent window for watching the bottle.
  • It is desirable to have the inner packet made transparent.
  • It is desirable to have the inner packet of rectangular shape.
  • It is desirable to supply the outer packet with a hermetic lock in its top part.
  • It is desirable to use a zip lock for the hermetic lock.
  • It is desirable to have slots for hands made in the top part of the outer packet for ease of transfer.
  • There is a slot in the bottom part of the inner packet to facilitate removal of the spilled from the bottle liquid from the inner packet to the outer one.
  • It is desirable to have a gap between the bottom parts of the two packets, to allow the spilled liquid collect in that area.
  • The desirable size of the gap is 1-5 sm.
  • It is desirable placing inside the gap between the packets at least one water-soluble sachet of an adsorbent material to absorb the liquid spilled during the transportation.
    • Figure 1 shows the structure of the bottle-transportation package.
    • Figure 2 presents the package with a bottle placed inside it.
  • The proposed invention presents an arrangement consisting of the transparent waterproof rectangular outer packet 1, made of plastic, sealed along the edges 2 but open at the top 3. The hermetic zip lock 4 and the slots for a hand 5 are arranged in the top part of the outer packet to make its transportation 10 convenient. The inner packet 6 is placed inside the outer packet and is fixed to the latter with the detachable device 7, made of the double-sided adhesive mounting tape 8. The inner packet 6 has the slot 9 in its bottom part. The gap 10 forms between the packets 1 and 6. The sachet 11, placed in the gap 10, contains an adsorbent material.
  • The device operates as follows. The bottle 13 is inserted into the inner packet 6, and the packet is closed with the hermetic zip lock 4. When a spillage from the bottle 13 occurs, the spilled liquid flows from the inner packet 6 through the slot 9 into the gap 10, dissolving the water-soluble sachets 11, so that the adsorbent material accesses the liquid and binds it. The detachable device 7 makes removal of the adsorbent material and the bonded spillage easy, so that the proposed bottle transportation device can be restored for further usage as soon as the water-soluble sachets with an adsorbent material are replaced.
  • The technological goal of this invention, which is improved efficiency is met by making removal of spillage more convenient for the user, so that the package can be used again quickly.

Claims (15)

  1. A package for transporting a bottle, consisting of a first packet (1), which is waterproof and has an open top (3), and that contains a second, smaller packet (6) inside, made of an air bubble film, open at the top and fixed in place with a detachable device (7);
    characterized in that
    the inner packet (6) has a slot (9) at the bottom.
  2. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the detachable device (7) presents a double-sided mounting tape (8).
  3. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the detachable device (7) is located at the top of the first and the second packets (1, 6).
  4. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the first packet (1) is of rectangular shape.
  5. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the first packet (1) is made of a plastic.
  6. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the first packet (1) is transparent.
  7. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the first packet (1) has a transparent window.
  8. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the second packet (6) is transparent.
  9. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the second packet (6) is rectangular.
  10. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the first packet (1) is supplied with a hermetic lock in its top part.
  11. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the hermetic lock is made as a zip lock (4).
  12. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the first packet (1) has slots for inserting a hand (5).
  13. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that there is a gap (10) between the bottom parts of the first packet (1) and second packet (6).
  14. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 13, characterized in that the gap (10) is 1-5 cm wide.
  15. A package for transportation of a bottle according to claim 13, characterized in that at least one water-soluble sachet (11) of an adsorbent material is placed inside the gap (10) between the first packet (1) and second packet (6).
