Description
- Le domaine de la présente invention concerne celui des dispositifs de protection. Elle concerne particulièrement, mais pas exclusivement, le domaine des stores, marquise et autres, par exemple. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne un procédé d'installation de dispositifs de protection.
- De nos jours, les dispositifs de protection, comme par exemple les stores, sont encombrant ce qui rend difficile leur manutention. Par ailleurs, leur installation nécessite des équipements supplémentaires, comme par exemple, des échelles, des montes charges, des lèves stores de sorte à pouvoir monter le dispositif à la hauteur d'installation souhaitée.
- Par exemple, le document
JP 2005 188081 A - fixation du support à une paroi et assemblage dudit organe de traction au support ;
- fourniture dudit au moins un bras articulé ;
- fixation dudit au moins un bras articulé à l'organe de traction ; et,
- traction dudit au moins un bras articulé par ledit organe de traction, ledit organe de traction comprenant un arbre d'enroulement configuré pour être attaché et tracter ledit au moins un bras articulé lors de l'étape de traction, ledit organe de protection étant configuré pour s'enrouler autour et/ou se dérouler dudit arbre d'enroulement dans ledit organe de traction lors de l'étape de traction, ledit au moins un bras articulé étant dans ladite position pliée.
- La présente invention a pour but de résoudre tout ou partie des inconvénients mentionnés ci-dessus sous la forme d'un procédé d'installation tel que défini dans la revendication 1 pour installer totalement ou partiellement un dispositif de protection.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, le bras articulé est tracté par l'organe de traction sans que l'utilisateur et/ou l'installateur ait besoin d'équipements supplémentaires et/ou de soulever le bras articulé jusqu'à l'organe de traction.
- Le dispositif de protection comprend un support configuré pour recevoir l'organe de traction et ledit au moins un bras articulé ; le procédé d'installation comprenant une étape préliminaire de fixation du support à une paroi et/ou une étape d'assemblage dudit organe de traction au support.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, le support peut recevoir l'organe de traction et retenir l'organe de support lors de l'étape de traction.
- Selon un mode de réalisation, le support comprend un logement de réception et ledit au moins un bras articulé comprend un organe d'appui configuré pour s'appuyer et/ou se loger dans le logement de réception, lors d'une étape de d'ajustement.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, le bras articulé est ajusté au support avant que le dispositif de protection soit installé définitivement.
- Le procédé d'installation d'après l'invention comprend une étape de fixation dudit au moins un bras articulé à l'organe de traction et/ou au support après l'étape de traction dudit au moins un bras articulé par ledit organe de traction.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, le bras articulé est fixé au support avec l'organe de traction et le dispositif de protection est installé définitivement.
- Ledit organe de traction comprend un arbre d'enroulement configuré pour être mis en rotation lors de l'étape de traction.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, la traction est réalisée par la rotation de l'arbre d'enroulement.
- Ledit organe de traction comprend un organe de protection ; ledit organe de protection est configuré pour être attaché ou attacher ledit au moins un bras articulé et tracter ledit au moins un bras articulé lors de l'étape de traction.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, l'organe de protection peut tracter ledit au moins un bras articulé.
- Ledit organe de protection est configuré pour s'enrouler autour dudit arbre d'enroulement dans ledit organe de traction lors de l'étape de traction.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, l'organe de protection peut tracter ledit au moins un bras articulé.
- Selon un mode de réalisation, lors de l'étape de traction, ledit au moins un bras articulé est tracté avec un angle formé par l'aplomb du support et/ou du bras articulé et compris entre 0° et 40°, en particulier entre 0° et 20° et de préférence entre 0° et 10°.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, l'installateur et/ou l'utilisateur peut accompagner ledit au moins un bras articulé lors de sa traction.
- Ledit au moins un bras articulé est en position pliée, lors de l'étape de traction.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, ledit au moins un bras articulé est plus maniable lors de son installation.
- Selon un mode de réalisation, la traction dudit au moins un bras articulé par ledit organe de traction est réalisé manuellement ou automatiquement, lors de l'étape de traction.
- La présent texte décrit aussi un dispositif de protection, de préférence, contre le soleil, le vent et/ou la pluie, ledit dispositif de protection étant configuré pour être installé par la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé d'installation décrit ci-dessus et comprenant :
- Ledit au moins un bras articulé configuré pour présenter une pluralité de position entre ladite position pliée et ladite position déployée ; et,
- Ledit organe de traction configuré pour tracter ledit au moins un bras articulé entre ladite position déployée et ladite position pliée ;
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, le bras articulé est tracté par l'organe de traction sans que l'utilisateur et/ou l'installateur ait besoin d'équipements supplémentaires et/ou de soulever le bras articulé jusqu'à l'organe de traction.
- D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront mieux à la lecture de la description qui suit d'un mode de réalisation de l'invention donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif.
- L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'aide de la description détaillée qui est exposée ci-dessous en regard du dessin, dans lesquels :
- la
figure 1 représente le procédé d'installation S500 selon l'invention dans lequel le dispositif de protection 400 est installé ; - la
figure 2 montre un exemple de support 100 selon un mode de réalisation ; - la
figure 3 illustre un exemple d'organe de traction 200 selon un mode de réalisation ; - la
figure 4 expose un exemple d'au moins un bras articulé 300 selon un mode de réalisation ; et, - la
figure 5 présente un exemple de dispositif de protection 400. - Dans la description détaillée qui va suivre des figures définies ci-dessus, les mêmes éléments ou les éléments remplissant des fonctions identiques pourront conserver les mêmes références de manière à simplifier la compréhension de l'invention.
- La présent texte concerne un dispositif de protection 400, de préférence, contre le soleil, le vent et/ou la pluie. Ledit dispositif de protection 400 peut être configuré pour être installé par la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé d'installation 5500 selon l'invention. Ce procédé d'installation S500 sera décrit un peu plus loin.
- Le dispositif de protection 400, représenté à la
figure 5 , comprend un support 100, un organe de traction 200 et au moins un bras articulé 300. Selon les modes de réalisation, le dispositif de protection 400 peut comprendre plus d'un bras articulé 300, mais dans la plupart des cas mais sans être limitatif à cet exemple, le dispositif de protection 400 peut comprendre deux bras articulé 300. Pour des raisons de compréhension, lafigure 4 représente un seul bras articulé 300. - Ledit au moins un bras articulé, c'est-à-dire le bras articulé, peut être configuré pour présenter une pluralité de position entre ladite position pliée et ladite position déployée. En effet, grâce à l'aide d'au moins une articulation, le bras articulé peut se plier ou se déployer. Dans le cas de la
figure 4 , le bras articulé est en position pliée. - Sur la
figure 3 est représenté ledit organe de traction 200, soit l'organe de traction 200. Cet organe de traction 200 peut, quant à lui, être configuré pour tracter le bras articulé 300 de sorte à vaincre la force de pesanteur, lors de l'installation du dispositif de protection 400, selon le procédé d'installation S500. L'organe de traction 200 peut tracter le bras articulé 300 de la position déployée à la position pliée décrite ci-avant, lors de l'utilisation du dispositif de protection 400, autrement dit, lorsque le dispositif de protection 400 est fixé à une paroi 900. - Par ailleurs, l'organe de traction 200 peut comprendre un arbre d'enroulement 250 configuré pour être mis en rotation lors de l'étape de traction S530. Cette traction S530 du bras articulé 300 par l'organe de traction 200 peut être réalisé manuellement ou automatiquement, lors de l'étape de traction S530.
- Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, lors de l'installation du dispositif de protection 400, le bras articulé 300 est tracté par l'organe de traction 200 sans que l'utilisateur et/ou l'installateur ait besoin d'équipements supplémentaires et/ou de soulever le bras articulé 300 jusqu'à l'organe de traction 200.
- Le procédé d'installation S500, mentionné ci-avant et représenté sur la
figure 1 , permet d'installer totalement ou partiellement le dispositif de protection 400 en se servant de l'organe de traction 200 pour tracter ledit au moins un bras articulé 300 entre une position inférieure et une position d'installation, d'une part plus élevée que la position inférieure et d'autre part, dans laquelle le dispositif de protection 400 est installé, ou du moins, le bras articulé 300 et fixé au support 100. Ce support 100, également appelé console, comprend un logement de réception 110 et le bras articulé comprend un organe d'appui 310 configuré pour s'appuyer et/ou se loger dans le logement de réception 110, lors d'une étape de d'ajustement S540 de sorte que le bras articulé soit ajusté au support 100 avant que le dispositif de protection 400 soit installé définitivement, comme cela est représenté sur lafigure 5 . Afin de parfaire cette étape de d'ajustement S540, une cale de blocage 120 est rapportée sur la console 100, lors d'une étape de blocage S545, de sorte à bloquer le bras articulé 200 avant de couvrir, par exemple, la face inférieure avec une sous-face 121. - Ce support 100 est fixé à la paroi 900, lors d'une étape préliminaire de fixation du support S510.
- S'ensuit, l'assemblage de l'organe de traction 200 au support 100 lors d'une étape d'assemblage S515. Il convient de garder à l'esprit, que cette étape d'assemblage peut être réalisée avant l'étape préliminaire de fixation du support S510.
- Après cette étape préliminaire de fixation du support S510, le bras articulé 300 est fourni lors d'une étape de fourniture 5520 du procédé d'installation S500 et de préférence le bras articulé 300 est fourni en position pliée de sorte à faciliter sa manutention lors de son installation et en particulier lors de l'étape de traction S530.
- L'organe de traction 200, représenté sur la
figure 3 , comprend un organe de protection 220 configuré pour être attaché ou attacher le bras articulé 300 et tracter le bras articulé 300 lors de l'étape de traction S530. - Une étape de fixation du bras articulé S525 à l'organe de traction 200 est réalisée avant que le du bras articulé 300 ne soit tracté lors de l'étape de traction 5530 par l'organe de traction 200. Plus exactement, c'est l'arbre d'enroulement 250 qui est configuré pour être mis en rotation lors de l'étape de traction S530 et donc tracté le bras articulé S530 vers le support 100. Le bras articulé 300 est fourni en position pliée au préalable d'une part et reste plié lors de l'étape de traction S530.
- En effet, l'organe de protection 220 est configuré pour s'enrouler autour de l'arbre d'enroulement 250 dans ledit organe de traction 200 lors de l'étape de traction S530. Par conséquent, lors de l'enroulement de l'organe de protection 220, l'organe de protection 220 tracte ledit au moins un bras articulé 300. Cet enroulement, ou plus exactement, cette traction du bras articulé 300 par ledit organe de traction 200 est réalisé manuellement ou automatiquement à l'aide d'un moteur (non représenté), lors de l'étape de traction 5530 de sorte que le bras articulé est tracté par l'organe de traction sans que l'utilisateur et/ou l'installateur ait besoin d'équipements supplémentaires et/ou de soulever le bras articulé jusqu'à l'organe de traction.
- Lors de l'étape de traction S530, le bras articulé 300 est tracté avec un angle formé entre l'aplomb du support 100 et le bras articulé 300 et compris entre 0° et 40°, en particulier entre 0° et 20° et de préférence entre 0° et 10°, de manière à ce que l'installateur et/ou l'utilisateur peut accompagner le bras articulé 300 lors de sa traction, ou dit autrement, lors de son ascension.
- Juste avant de fixer le bras articulé au support 100, l'organe d'appui 310 vient s'appuyer et/ou se loger dans le logement de réception 110, lors de l'étape de d'ajustement S540, de sorte à permettre à l'utilisateur/installateur d'ajuster le bras articulé au support avant que le dispositif de protection soit installé définitivement.
- Enfin, lors d'une étape de finalisation S550, le bras articulé 300 est fixé à l'organe de traction 200 et/ou au support 100 après l'étape de traction S530 réalisé par ledit organe de traction 200. Ainsi, grâce à cette disposition, le bras articulé est fixé au support avec l'organe de traction et le dispositif de protection est installé définitivement, sans avoir eu besoin d'équipements supplémentaires et/ou de soulever le bras articulé jusqu'à l'organe de traction.

- Procédé d'installation (S500) pour installer un dispositif de protection (400), de préférence, contre le soleil, le vent et/ou la pluie, le dispositif de protection (400) comprenant au moins un bras articulé (300) configuré pour présenter une pluralité de positions entre une position pliée et une position déployée, et un organe de traction (200) configuré pour tracter ledit au moins un bras articulé (300) entre ladite position déployée et ladite position pliée ; le dispositif de protection (400) comprenant un support (100) configuré pour recevoir l'organe de traction (200) et ledit au moins un bras articulé (300) ; le procédé d'installation (S500) comprenant des étapes :- fixation du support (S510) à une paroi (900) et/ou assemblage dudit organe de traction (200) au support (100) ;- fourniture (S520) dudit au moins un bras articulé (300) ;- fixation dudit au moins un bras articulé (S525) à l'organe de traction (200) ; et,- traction (S530) dudit au moins un bras articulé (300) par ledit organe de traction (200), ledit organe de traction (200) comprenant un arbre d'enroulement (250) configuré pour être mis en rotation et un organe de protection (220) configuré pour être attaché ou attacher ledit au moins un bras articulé (300) et tracter ledit au moins un bras articulé (300) lors de l'étape de traction (S530), ledit organe de protection (220) étant configuré pour s'enrouler autour et/ou se dérouler dudit arbre d'enroulement (250) dans ledit organe de traction (200) lors de l'étape de traction (S530), ledit au moins un bras articulé (300) étant dans ladite position pliée ;- fixation dudit au moins un bras articulé (300) à l'organe de traction (200) et/ou au support (100) après l'étape de traction (S530) dudit au moins un bras articulé (300) par ledit organe de traction (200).
- Procédé d'installation (S500) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lors de l'étape de traction (S530), ledit au moins un bras articulé (300) est tracté avec un angle formé par l'aplomb du support (100) et/ou du bras articulé (300) et compris entre 0° et 40°, en particulier entre 0° et 20° et de préférence entre 0° et 10°.
- Procédé d'installation (S500) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la traction (S530) dudit au moins un bras articulé (300) par ledit organe de traction (200) est réalisé manuellement ou automatiquement, lors de l'étape de traction (S530).
