Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement consisting of a suspension profile and a suspension element with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- suspension element is held in a clamped manner by the suspension profile, the suspension element having depressions into which ends flanged to the suspension profile can engage symmetrically.
- a disadvantage of the arrangements known from the prior art is that the suspension element can inadvertently become detached from the suspension profile due to external vibrations or human interactions with the suspension element or an object attached to it.
- the holding quality of the clamps is already impaired as soon as one of the flanged ends no longer engages in the corresponding recess.
- the first and the second retaining rail lie in a common plane which is inclined at an angle to the horizontal and in the direction of the contact surface is sloping, so that the suspension element is guided into the contacting position when it rests in a position other than the contacting position on the first and second holding rails, for example when the suspension element is arranged in a position in which by moving out of the contacting position against the inclination the suspension element is spaced from the contact surface and the at least one electrical conductor.
- the “contacting position” can in particular be a first position of the suspension element in which it is in a rest position and in a state suspended in the suspension profile. In this first position, the suspension element rests on the first and second holding rails and touches at least one electrical conductor. The suspension element can be supported by the contact surface so that it is at rest.
- the "unlocking position” can be a second position of the suspension element in relation to the suspension profile that deviates from the first position, in which the suspension element decontacts from the at least one electrical conductor and is not in engagement with the suspension profile, for example the suspension element cannot be in this position rest on the first and the second retaining rail and contact neither the contact surface nor the at least one electrical conductor of the suspension profile.
- assembly or “assemble” is meant the process of hanging the suspension element in the suspension profile, i.e. the transfer of the suspension element into the contacting position ("first position") from any other position in which the suspension profile is located outside of the suspension profile.
- dismantling or “dismantling” the reverse process is referred to, i.e. the intended release of the suspension of the suspension element.
- the suspension element can move back into its position of rest independently.
- the angle ⁇ can also result in self-locking of the suspension element, which can result in a particularly secure suspension.
- a spring can also be provided which applies an additional restoring force to the suspension element, with which the suspension element can be more easily inserted can return to its rest position or is additionally secured against displacement from its rest position. Since the suspension element rests on the first and second holding rails in the first position, it can be mounted in the first position so that it cannot rotate. This results in a secure suspension of the suspension element or an object attached to it.
- first and / or the second holding rail not to be provided continuously along the hook-on profile but only in sections. This allows you to define hanging areas in sections as well as areas along the hanging profile where assembly is not possible.
- the second holding rail can then also be held in its position by additional holding or connecting pieces attached to it.
- the first and second retaining sections are designed continuously along the suspension profile.
- the suspension profile preferably has a metal profile which is at least partially made of metal, steel, aluminum, an alloy, e.g. Brass, a composite or plastic.
- the suspension profile can also be at least partially chrome-plated or coated.
- the suspension element can be at least partially made of metal, steel, aluminum, an alloy, e.g. Brass, a composite material or plastic.
- the suspension element can also be at least partially chrome-plated or coated.
- the materials of the suspension profile or its metal profile and of the suspension element can particularly preferably be selected in such a way that the suspension element is prevented or reduced from seizing in its first position.
- the suspension element and / or the suspension profile can also have been at least partially treated with a suitable surface coating.
- the electrical conductor can preferably be connected to at least one electrical energy source which can provide a direct current or alternating current or a direct voltage or alternating voltage.
- the electrical energy source can be a voltage source.
- the voltage source can preferably provide a voltage of up to 50 V (alternating voltage) or 120 V (direct voltage).
- the voltage source can particularly preferably provide a voltage of 12 V (direct voltage).
- the electrical conductors advantageously exist at least in sections or in one Core area made of an electrically conductive material or an electrically conductive material combination or alloy.
- the conductive material copper is particularly preferred.
- the electrical conductor can also be sheathed at least in sections.
- the sheathing can consist of an electrically non-conductive material. It can be provided that sections of the electrical conductor are not sheathed in order to ensure a power supply for the suspension element only in the non-sheathed areas of the electrical conductor.
- exactly two electrical conductors are provided for the direct current solutions described, which are electrically isolated from one another and from the metal profile via the insulator, but are exposed to the contact surface.
- the suspension profile can preferably have a cavity with an opening and the cavity can be open downwards, in particular in the direction of the gravitational acceleration, the opening being delimited by the first and the second holding rail, and the cavity being at least partially by the first holding rail, which second retaining rail and the contact surface is limited.
- the suspension element can be installed particularly easily.
- the hanging profile can be produced using an extrusion process.
- the cavity and the opening can be designed to be continuous over the entire length of the suspension profile. A particularly large hanging area can thus be provided along the hanging profile.
- the suspension element can continue to be displaceable along the suspension profile in its assembled state.
- the cavity and / or the opening of the suspension profile are not designed to be continuous.
- a non-continuous cavity and / or non-continuous opening can provide a stop for secure positioning of the suspension element, or predefined suspension areas can be identified. It can also be provided that, before the suspension element is installed in the suspension profile, locking elements are attached which prevent the suspension element from being displaced along the suspension profile.
- the suspension element can advantageously have a reinforcement element.
- the reinforcing element can e.g. be a rib or a strut.
- the reinforcement element can consist of the same material as the suspension element or a different material.
- the reinforcing element can consist of a material with a higher modulus of elasticity than the material of the suspension element.
- the rigidity of the suspension element can be increased by the reinforcement element.
- the reinforcement element can also be designed in such a way that it touches the hanging profile in the first position, i.e. is arranged between the suspension element and the suspension profile. This can prevent abrasion of a coating or chrome plating of the suspension profile or the suspension element.
- the reinforcement element can therefore advantageously also have a surface made of rubber or another suitable material for this purpose.
- the reinforcement element can also consist entirely of rubber or another suitable material.
- seizing of the suspension element can be prevented or reduced.
- the cavity can also be delimited by a guide rail that is at least partially round in cross section.
- the guide rail can in particular be suitable for facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the suspension element.
- the guide rail can ensure that the suspension element is guided during hanging or during assembly in such a way that contacting of at least one electrical conductor through the object is reliably achieved.
- the suspension element can have electrical contacts.
- the guide rail can ensure that a first electrical contact of the suspension element contacts a first electrical conductor in the first position and / or that at least one second electrical contact of the suspension element contacts a second electrical conductor.
- the suspension element can be moved from the first position along the guide rail to a second position after pivoting, the suspension element in the second position only making contact with one or no electrical conductor, so that a circuit with an electrical consumer of the suspension element is interrupted. It can also The suspension element can be transferred from the first position to the second position by moving it along the guide rail and then pivoting it.
- the suspension element can advantageously have a guide element and / or clip element.
- the guide element can come into contact with the guide rail during assembly.
- the suspension element can also have a clip element or the guide element can be designed as a clip element.
- the clip element can be pivoted, compressed or loaded during the assembly process. After hanging, i.e. in the first position, the clip element can be decompressed or be in engagement or in contact with the hanging profile. In this way, the suspension element can additionally be secured against displacement from its rest position or against loosening of the suspension.
- the guide rail can preferably be substantially rounded in cross section. Due to the rounded guide rail, the suspension element can be guided particularly easily into the first position. Likewise, the suspension element can also easily be guided into its second position or dismantled through the rounded guide rail.
- the cross-sectional shape of the guide rail can advantageously be adapted to the suspension element or to the suspension head of the suspension element, for example rounded or even essentially spherical.
- the suspension element can advantageously have at least one electrical contact, the electrical contact making contact with the electrical conductor in the first position, and the electrical contact being displaceably arranged in the suspension element.
- the suspension element can preferably have slide rails for receiving the at least one electrical contact. It is also possible to provide more slide rails than electrical contacts in order to be able to flexibly hang the same suspension element in different suspension profiles with differently arranged electrical conductors. Provision can be made for a further electrical conductor, for example an electrically conductive wire or an electrically conductive cable, to be arranged in the suspension element.
- the suspension element can for example have a groove, a channel or the like through which the further electrical conductor can be laid.
- the further electrical conductor can make electrical contact with an electrical one Connect consumers in such a way that the electrical conductor of the suspension profile supplies the electrical consumer with electrical energy.
- the suspension element can be electrically and mechanically connected to an object to be suspended, the object to be suspended having at least one electrical load.

- the further electrical conductor of the suspension element can connect the object to the electrical conductor of the suspension profile in an electrically conductive manner.
- the suspension element can preferably have a center of gravity which is arranged in the contacting position in relation to the first and second retaining rails in such a way that a weight force of the suspension element is unevenly distributed between the first and second retaining sections, the second retaining section being further than the first retaining section of the mounting portion is spaced.
- the portion of the weight force acting on the second holding rail is greater than the portion of the weight force acting on the first holding rail.
- the angle ⁇ can advantageously be between 1 ° and 40 °, preferably between 10 ° and 30 °.
- the angle ⁇ can particularly preferably be between 5 ° and 15 °. This angular range represents a good compromise between downhill force or self-locking of the suspension element and good mountability.
- a part of the surface of at least one electrical conductor can preferably form at least part of the contact surface. This can ensure that contact between the electrical conductor and the suspension element can always be ensured in the first position, since the suspension element contacts the contact surface in the first position or is returned to the first position.
- the suspension profile can advantageously have at least two electrical conductors. In this way, a power supply for the suspension element can be guaranteed even if an electrical conductor fails. Furthermore, especially when hanging, more than one Suspension element result in an advantageous electrical load distribution. For example, a first suspension element can contact an electrical conductor and a second suspension element can contact another electrical conductor.
- At least one first electrical conductor and one second electrical conductor can be spaced apart at a constant distance from one another and from the first holding rail, regardless of the position of the suspension element in relation to the electrical conductor. In this way, good contacting can be ensured even when the suspension element is assembled and disassembled several times, since the electrical conductors are always in the same position.
- At least one electrical conductor can particularly preferably be arranged in a plane essentially perpendicular to the first holding rail.
- the phrase “essentially perpendicular to the first holding rail” can mean in particular that the angle enclosed by the first holding rail and the plane is greater than 45 ° and less than 135 °.
- the phrase “in one plane” does not necessarily have to mean that the center points of the respective cross-sections of the at least one electrical conductor lie exactly in the plane.
- the arrangement of the at least one electrical conductor essentially perpendicular to the first holding rail can result in particularly good guidance of the electrical conductors in the hanging profile.
- the electrical conductors can be easily reached, for example if they have to be replaced or if their conductivity has to be measured, for example in the course of maintenance work.
- particularly advantageous geometries of the suspension profile can result.
- the suspension profile can have one or more webs. At least one web can advantageously protrude from the second holding rail.
- the webs can in particular be aligned in such a way that the electrical conductors can be protected against external influences such as splash water.
- the webs can also be labeled or designed to identify a section of the suspension profile.
- the suspension profile can be a metal profile, in particular a hollow profile.
- the metal profile can have a receptacle open to the inner side, into which the at least one electrical conductor is inserted and is exposed to the inner side.
- the receptacle can be designed with an undercut and the insulator embedded in the undercut receptacle, the at least one electrical conductor being embedded in the insulator along a first longitudinal side and being exposed along a second longitudinal side arranged opposite the first longitudinal side.

- the electrical conductors 8 can, however, also be laid, for example, in the first holding rail 4, the second holding rail 5 or the guide rail 12 or form part of the respective surfaces. It is also conceivable that one electrical conductor 8 forms, for example, part of the surface of the contact surface 6, but the other electrical conductor 8 forms part of the surface of the first holding rail 4.
- the suspension profile 2 also has a functional cavity 17. Cables, for example, can be passed through the functional cavity 17.
- the functional cavity 17 can also be connected in sections to the cavity 10 so that, for example, a cable passed through the functional cavity 17 can be connected to the suspension element 3 or an object 15 attached to the suspension element 3.
- the hook-on profile 2 furthermore has a web 16 which protrudes from the second holding rail 5. The web 16 can thus protect the electrical conductors 8 from splashing water, for example.

- More than one electrical contact 14 can also be provided in the suspension element 3.
- the number of electrical contacts 14 can correspond to the number of electrical conductors 8 of the suspension profile 2. If more than one electrical contact 14 is provided, each electrical contact 14 can have a separate electrical connection 25 with at least one power consumer. - the suspension element 3 is in its first position.
- the electrical contact 14 of the suspension element 3 is displaced in such a way that the electrical contact 14 makes contact with the electrical conductor 8 of the suspension profile 2.

Description
The invention relates to an arrangement consisting of a suspension profile and a suspension element with the features of the preamble of
A disadvantage of the arrangements known from the prior art is that the suspension element can inadvertently become detached from the suspension profile due to external vibrations or human interactions with the suspension element or an object attached to it. In particular, the holding quality of the clamps is already impaired as soon as one of the flanged ends no longer engages in the corresponding recess.
It is therefore the object of the invention to further develop an arrangement of the type described in the introduction in such a way that it is insensitive to vibrations and accidental human interactions.
This object is achieved by an arrangement according to
Accordingly, it is provided that the first and the second retaining rail lie in a common plane which is inclined at an angle to the horizontal and in the direction of the contact surface is sloping, so that the suspension element is guided into the contacting position when it rests in a position other than the contacting position on the first and second holding rails, for example when the suspension element is arranged in a position in which by moving out of the contacting position against the inclination the suspension element is spaced from the contact surface and the at least one electrical conductor.
The “contacting position” can in particular be a first position of the suspension element in which it is in a rest position and in a state suspended in the suspension profile. In this first position, the suspension element rests on the first and second holding rails and touches at least one electrical conductor. The suspension element can be supported by the contact surface so that it is at rest.
The "unlocking position" can be a second position of the suspension element in relation to the suspension profile that deviates from the first position, in which the suspension element decontacts from the at least one electrical conductor and is not in engagement with the suspension profile, for example the suspension element cannot be in this position rest on the first and the second retaining rail and contact neither the contact surface nor the at least one electrical conductor of the suspension profile.
With "assembly" or "assemble" is meant the process of hanging the suspension element in the suspension profile, i.e. the transfer of the suspension element into the contacting position ("first position") from any other position in which the suspension profile is located outside of the suspension profile. With "dismantling" or "dismantling" the reverse process is referred to, i.e. the intended release of the suspension of the suspension element.
If, for example, the suspension element is moved from its suspended position of rest, that is to say the first position, away from the contact surface, the suspension element can move back into its position of rest independently. The angle α can also result in self-locking of the suspension element, which can result in a particularly secure suspension. However, a spring can also be provided which applies an additional restoring force to the suspension element, with which the suspension element can be more easily inserted can return to its rest position or is additionally secured against displacement from its rest position. Since the suspension element rests on the first and second holding rails in the first position, it can be mounted in the first position so that it cannot rotate. This results in a secure suspension of the suspension element or an object attached to it. In particular, unintentional loosening, for example due to small movements of the suspension element, for example due to external vibrations or human interactions with the suspension element or an object attached to it, can be prevented. Provision can also be made for the first and / or the second holding rail not to be provided continuously along the hook-on profile but only in sections. This allows you to define hanging areas in sections as well as areas along the hanging profile where assembly is not possible. The second holding rail can then also be held in its position by additional holding or connecting pieces attached to it. However, it is particularly preferred that the first and second retaining sections are designed continuously along the suspension profile.
The suspension profile preferably has a metal profile which is at least partially made of metal, steel, aluminum, an alloy, e.g. Brass, a composite or plastic. The suspension profile can also be at least partially chrome-plated or coated. Advantageously, the suspension element can be at least partially made of metal, steel, aluminum, an alloy, e.g. Brass, a composite material or plastic. The suspension element can also be at least partially chrome-plated or coated. The materials of the suspension profile or its metal profile and of the suspension element can particularly preferably be selected in such a way that the suspension element is prevented or reduced from seizing in its first position. For the same purpose, however, the suspension element and / or the suspension profile can also have been at least partially treated with a suitable surface coating.
The electrical conductor can preferably be connected to at least one electrical energy source which can provide a direct current or alternating current or a direct voltage or alternating voltage. In particular, the electrical energy source can be a voltage source. The voltage source can preferably provide a voltage of up to 50 V (alternating voltage) or 120 V (direct voltage). The voltage source can particularly preferably provide a voltage of 12 V (direct voltage). The electrical conductors advantageously exist at least in sections or in one Core area made of an electrically conductive material or an electrically conductive material combination or alloy. The conductive material copper is particularly preferred. The electrical conductor can also be sheathed at least in sections. The sheathing can consist of an electrically non-conductive material. It can be provided that sections of the electrical conductor are not sheathed in order to ensure a power supply for the suspension element only in the non-sheathed areas of the electrical conductor.
Preferably, exactly two electrical conductors are provided for the direct current solutions described, which are electrically isolated from one another and from the metal profile via the insulator, but are exposed to the contact surface.
The suspension profile can preferably have a cavity with an opening and the cavity can be open downwards, in particular in the direction of the gravitational acceleration, the opening being delimited by the first and the second holding rail, and the cavity being at least partially by the first holding rail, which second retaining rail and the contact surface is limited. As a result, the suspension element can be installed particularly easily.
The hanging profile can be produced using an extrusion process. Particularly preferably, the cavity and the opening can be designed to be continuous over the entire length of the suspension profile. A particularly large hanging area can thus be provided along the hanging profile. As a result, the suspension element can continue to be displaceable along the suspension profile in its assembled state. However, it can also be provided that the cavity and / or the opening of the suspension profile are not designed to be continuous. In particular, a non-continuous cavity and / or non-continuous opening can provide a stop for secure positioning of the suspension element, or predefined suspension areas can be identified. It can also be provided that, before the suspension element is installed in the suspension profile, locking elements are attached which prevent the suspension element from being displaced along the suspension profile. Provision can also be made to provide several short and interconnected suspension profiles, connecting elements between the suspension profiles each serving as a stop for a suspension element. Furthermore, it can be provided that the length of the respective Suspension profile is adapted exactly to the dimension, in particular the length, of the suspension element or corresponds exactly to the length of the suspension element.
The suspension element can advantageously have a reinforcement element. The reinforcing element can e.g. be a rib or a strut. The reinforcement element can consist of the same material as the suspension element or a different material. Preferably, however, the reinforcing element can consist of a material with a higher modulus of elasticity than the material of the suspension element. The rigidity of the suspension element can be increased by the reinforcement element. However, the reinforcement element can also be designed in such a way that it touches the hanging profile in the first position, i.e. is arranged between the suspension element and the suspension profile. This can prevent abrasion of a coating or chrome plating of the suspension profile or the suspension element. The reinforcement element can therefore advantageously also have a surface made of rubber or another suitable material for this purpose. The reinforcement element can also consist entirely of rubber or another suitable material. In addition, with a suitable choice of material for the reinforcement element or its surface and for the suspension profile, seizing of the suspension element can be prevented or reduced.
The cavity can also be delimited by a guide rail that is at least partially round in cross section. The guide rail can in particular be suitable for facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the suspension element. The guide rail can ensure that the suspension element is guided during hanging or during assembly in such a way that contacting of at least one electrical conductor through the object is reliably achieved. The suspension element can have electrical contacts. The guide rail can ensure that a first electrical contact of the suspension element contacts a first electrical conductor in the first position and / or that at least one second electrical contact of the suspension element contacts a second electrical conductor.
The suspension element can be moved from the first position along the guide rail to a second position after pivoting, the suspension element in the second position only making contact with one or no electrical conductor, so that a circuit with an electrical consumer of the suspension element is interrupted. It can also The suspension element can be transferred from the first position to the second position by moving it along the guide rail and then pivoting it.
The suspension element can advantageously have a guide element and / or clip element. The guide element can come into contact with the guide rail during assembly. The suspension element can also have a clip element or the guide element can be designed as a clip element. The clip element can be pivoted, compressed or loaded during the assembly process. After hanging, i.e. in the first position, the clip element can be decompressed or be in engagement or in contact with the hanging profile. In this way, the suspension element can additionally be secured against displacement from its rest position or against loosening of the suspension.
The guide rail can preferably be substantially rounded in cross section. Due to the rounded guide rail, the suspension element can be guided particularly easily into the first position. Likewise, the suspension element can also easily be guided into its second position or dismantled through the rounded guide rail. The cross-sectional shape of the guide rail can advantageously be adapted to the suspension element or to the suspension head of the suspension element, for example rounded or even essentially spherical.
The suspension element can advantageously have at least one electrical contact, the electrical contact making contact with the electrical conductor in the first position, and the electrical contact being displaceably arranged in the suspension element. The suspension element can preferably have slide rails for receiving the at least one electrical contact. The suspension element can for example have a groove, a channel or the like through which the further electrical conductor can be laid. The further electrical conductor can make electrical contact with an electrical one Connect consumers in such a way that the electrical conductor of the suspension profile supplies the electrical consumer with electrical energy.
Particularly preferably, the suspension element can be electrically and mechanically connected to an object to be suspended, the object to be suspended having at least one electrical load. The suspension element can be electrically conductive or have a further electrical conductor. The further electrical conductor of the suspension element can connect the object to the electrical conductor of the suspension profile in an electrically conductive manner.
The suspension element can preferably have a center of gravity which is arranged in the contacting position in relation to the first and second retaining rails in such a way that a weight force of the suspension element is unevenly distributed between the first and second retaining sections, the second retaining section being further than the first retaining section of the mounting portion is spaced. In particular, it can be provided that the portion of the weight force acting on the second holding rail is greater than the portion of the weight force acting on the first holding rail. Compared to a symmetrical force load, a greater torque must be used for dismantling, so that the object can be secured against unintentional loosening of the suspension.
The angle α can advantageously be between 1 ° and 40 °, preferably between 10 ° and 30 °. The angle α can particularly preferably be between 5 ° and 15 °. This angular range represents a good compromise between downhill force or self-locking of the suspension element and good mountability.
A part of the surface of at least one electrical conductor can preferably form at least part of the contact surface. This can ensure that contact between the electrical conductor and the suspension element can always be ensured in the first position, since the suspension element contacts the contact surface in the first position or is returned to the first position.
The suspension profile can advantageously have at least two electrical conductors.
Preferably, at least one first electrical conductor and one second electrical conductor can be spaced apart at a constant distance from one another and from the first holding rail, regardless of the position of the suspension element in relation to the electrical conductor. In this way, good contacting can be ensured even when the suspension element is assembled and disassembled several times, since the electrical conductors are always in the same position.
At least one electrical conductor can particularly preferably be arranged in a plane essentially perpendicular to the first holding rail. The phrase “essentially perpendicular to the first holding rail” can mean in particular that the angle enclosed by the first holding rail and the plane is greater than 45 ° and less than 135 °. The phrase “in one plane” does not necessarily have to mean that the center points of the respective cross-sections of the at least one electrical conductor lie exactly in the plane. The arrangement of the at least one electrical conductor essentially perpendicular to the first holding rail can result in particularly good guidance of the electrical conductors in the hanging profile. Furthermore, the electrical conductors can be easily reached, for example if they have to be replaced or if their conductivity has to be measured, for example in the course of maintenance work. Furthermore, particularly advantageous geometries of the suspension profile can result.
The suspension profile can have one or more webs. At least one web can advantageously protrude from the second holding rail. The webs can in particular be aligned in such a way that the electrical conductors can be protected against external influences such as splash water. Furthermore, the webs can also be labeled or designed to identify a section of the suspension profile.
The suspension profile can be a metal profile, in particular a hollow profile. On an inner side, the metal profile can have a receptacle open to the inner side, into which the at least one electrical conductor is inserted and is exposed to the inner side.
The receptacle can be designed with an undercut and the insulator embedded in the undercut receptacle, the at least one electrical conductor being embedded in the insulator along a first longitudinal side and being exposed along a second longitudinal side arranged opposite the first longitudinal side.

If the
