- a textile article comprising a textile material, a light source supported on the textile material, an optical fiber extending from the light source along the textile material configured to conduct light received from the light source via internal reflection, a plurality of individually controllable light-emitting locations disposed along the optical fiber, and a plurality of conductive traces printed onto the textile material and configured to provide control signals to the individually controllable light-emitting locations.
- Each individually controllable light-emitting location may additionally or alternatively include an electrochromic material.
- Each individually controllable light-emitting location may additionally or alternatively include a wavelength selective filter configured to filter a selected wavelength range of light.

Claims (15)
- Dispositif optique (100, 200) comprenant :un dispositif de commande (104, 206, 320, 610) ;une source de lumière (306) ;une ou plusieurs fibres optiques (300, 400) s'étendant depuis la source de lumière, les une ou plusieurs fibres optiques configurées pour conduire de la lumière reçue par la source de lumière via réflexion interne ; etau moins une des une ou plusieurs fibres optiques ayant une pluralité d'emplacements d'émission de lumière commandables individuellement (308, 310, 312, 314, 316 ; 404 ; 506, 508) disposés le long de la au moins une des une ou plusieurs fibres optiques,dans lequel la au moins une des une ou plusieurs fibres optiques est configurée pour fournir une commande sur l'émission de lumière depuis chaque emplacement d'émission de lumière individuel via le dispositif de commande (104, 206, 320, 610).
- Dispositif optique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque emplacement d'émission de lumière commandable individuellement comprend un matériau électrochromique.
- Dispositif optique selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre des pistes conductrices configurées pour fournir un courant à chaque emplacement d'émission de lumière commandable individuellement, et une masse commune reliée à chaque emplacement d'émission de lumière commandable individuellement.
- Dispositif optique selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les pistes conductrices sont formées sur la au moins une des une ou plusieurs fibres optiques.
- Dispositif optique selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le dispositif optique est incorporé dans un article textile, et dans lequel les pistes conductrices sont formées sur l'article textile.
- Dispositif optique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque emplacement d'émission de lumière commandable individuellement comprend un filtre sélectif de longueur d'onde configuré pour passer une plage de lumière de longueur d'onde sélectionnée.
- Dispositif optique selon les revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les une ou plusieurs fibres optiques comprennent un gainage configuré pour amener les une ou plusieurs fibres optiques à émettre sélectivement de la lumière aux emplacements d'émission de lumière commandables individuellement.
- Dispositif optique selon les revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel chaque emplacement d'émission de lumière commandable individuellement comprend une ouverture formée dans un revêtement entourant les une ou plusieurs fibres optiques.
- Dispositif optique selon les revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les une ou plusieurs fibres optiques comprennent un élément réfléchissant, réfractif et/ou diffractif configuré pour amener les une ou plusieurs fibres optiques à émettre sélectivement de la lumière aux emplacements d'émission de lumière commandables individuellement.
- Dispositif optique selon les revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le dispositif optique est incorporé dans un article flexible comprenant une feuille polymère flexible.
- Dispositif optique selon les revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le dispositif optique est incorporé dans un article textile.
- Dispositif optique selon les revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le dispositif de commande est monté sur l'article flexible et configuré pour commander l'émission de lumière depuis les emplacements d'émission de lumière commandables individuellement.
- Dispositif optique selon les revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le dispositif de commande est situé à distance, et le dispositif optique comprenant un dispositif de communication configuré pour communiquer avec le dispositif de commande situé à distance pour commander l'émission de lumière depuis les emplacements d'émission de lumière commandables individuellement.
- Dispositif optique selon la revendication 1, comprenant un filtre à angle sélectif pour commander les emplacements d'émission de lumière desquels de la lumière est émise.
- Dispositif optique selon les revendications 1 à 14, dans lequel les une ou plusieurs fibres optiques fournissent une matrice de pixels, dans lequel chacun des pixels est commandé sélectivement pour émettre ou bloquer de la lumière via le dispositif de commande.
