    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Below is detailed description of embodiments of the present disclosure, which are shown in the drawings. Throughout the drawings, same or similar reference signs identify same or similar elements or elements having same or similar functions. The embodiments described below in conjunction with the drawings are illustrative, i.e., the embodiments are intended to illustrate the present disclosure, but not to limit the present disclosure.
  • The energy saving control method for a heat pump air conditioning unit, the energy saving control device for a heat pump air conditioning unit, and the heat pump air conditioning unit with the control device provided according to the embodiments of the present disclosure are described with combination of the accompanying drawings.
  • Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an energy saving control method for heat pump air conditioning unit according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
  • As shown in Fig. 1, an energy saving control method for heat pump air conditioning unit of embodiments of the present disclosure may include steps of:
    • S1, obtaining an indoor temperature, and judging the indoor temperature; and
    • S2, adjusting, according to a judging result, a target value corresponding to an average coil temperature of an indoor heat exchanger, so as to adjust an output of an outdoor unit.
  • According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the judging the indoor temperature may include: obtaining an absolute value of a temperature difference between the indoor temperature and a set temperature; and judging whether the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than or equal to a preset threshold, and adjusting the target value corresponding to the average coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger according to the absolute value of the temperature difference, when the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than or equal to a preset threshold. Among them, the set temperature may be calibrated according to the actual situation. For example, the user may set the temperature according to different seasons and different environments. The indoor temperature may be obtained by a temperature sensor placed on the heat pump air conditioning unit. The preset threshold may be calibrated according to the actual situation.
  • According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the absolute value of the temperature difference may be divided into a plurality of temperature intervals, and each of the temperature intervals corresponds to a target value, wherein the adjusting the target value corresponding to the average coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger according to the absolute value of the temperature difference includes: judging a temperature interval in which the absolute value of the temperature difference is located, and obtaining a corresponding target value according to the temperature interval in which the absolute value of the temperature difference is located.
  • Specifically, during the operation of the heat pump air conditioning unit, an indoor temperature T1 is obtained in real time, and a set temperature T2 is obtained (the set temperature is a target temperature set according to the actual situation); a difference between the indoor temperature T1 and the set temperature T2 is calculated, and an absolute value of the difference is judged. If the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than or equal to the preset threshold, a temperature interval in which the absolute value of the temperature difference is located is judged, and a corresponding target value according to the temperature interval in which the absolute value of the temperature difference is located is obtained, so as to adjust an output of an outdoor unit according to the target value. For example, when the difference between the absolute values of the temperature differences is small, a target value corresponding to an average coil temperature of an indoor heat exchanger may be adjusted to be close to the indoor temperature, so as to adjust the output of the outdoor unit; when the difference between the absolute values of the temperature differences is large, a target value corresponding to an average coil temperature of an indoor heat exchanger may be adjusted to be larger or smaller (specifically, it may be adjusted according to the operation mode of the heat pump air conditioning unit). Therefore, this solves the problem of not saving energy caused by increase of energy consumption of the system due to a lager output of the outdoor unit for the heat pump air conditioning unit when the indoor temperature is close to the set temperature.
  • In addition, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the judging the indoor temperature may further include: obtaining an indoor temperature of each indoor unit that is turned on, and calculating an average temperature of the indoor unit that is turned on; and judging the average temperature, and adjusting the target value corresponding to the average coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger according to a judging result, so as to adjust the output of the outdoor unit. For example, when the difference between the average temperature of the indoor unit and the set value is not large, a target value corresponding to an average coil temperature of an indoor heat exchanger may be adjusted to be close to the indoor temperature, so as to adjust the output of the outdoor unit; when the difference between the average temperature of the indoor unit and the set value is large, a target value corresponding to an average coil temperature of an indoor heat exchanger may be adjusted to be larger or smaller (specifically, it may be adjusted according to the operation mode of the heat pump air conditioning unit).
  • The following is a detailed description of how to adjust the target value of the average coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger according to the absolute value of the temperature difference in different operating modes of the heat pump air conditioning unit.
  • According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the heat pump air conditioning unit is operating in a cooling mode, the adjusting the target value corresponding to the average coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger according to the absolute value of the temperature difference includes: judging whether the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature; taking a first temperature threshold as the target value if the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature; further judging whether the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature if the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than the first preset temperature; taking a second temperature threshold as the target value if the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature; further judging whether the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to a third preset temperature if the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than the second preset temperature; taking a third temperature threshold as the target value if the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature; further judging whether the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to a fourth preset temperature if the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than the third preset temperature; taking a fourth temperature threshold as the target value if the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the fourth preset temperature; further judging whether the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to a fifth preset temperature if the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than the fourth preset temperature; taking a fifth temperature threshold as the target value if the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the fifth preset temperature; further judging whether the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to a sixth preset temperature if the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than the fifth preset temperature; taking a sixth temperature threshold as the target value if the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the sixth preset temperature; further judging whether the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to a seventh preset temperature if the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than the sixth preset temperature; taking a seventh temperature threshold as the target value if the absolute value of the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the seventh preset temperature; taking an indoor temperature as the target value if the absolute value of the temperature difference is less than the seventh preset temperature.

    • S203, judging whether T0 ≥ the eighth preset temperature (e.g., the eighth preset temperature may be b) is established; if so, performing S204; if not, performing step S205;
    • S204, taking an eighth temperature threshold N8 as the target value;

    • S216, taking a fourteenth temperature threshold N14 as the target value;
    • S217, taking the indoor temperature T1 as the target value.
  • It should be noted that when the indoor temperature is low (such as in winter), the heat pump air conditioning unit is operating in the heating mode, that is, the indoor temperature T1 is less than the set temperature T2, and the absolute value of the temperature difference between the indoor temperature T1 and the set temperature T2 is: T0= T2-T1.
