determining an electric window operation parameter corresponding to a temperature difference value according to a corresponding relation between a preset temperature difference value of indoor air temperature and outdoor air temperature and an electric window operation parameter, and controlling the electric window to operate according to the electric window operation parameter corresponding to the temperature difference value;
determining a target adjusting temperature difference value corresponding to the temperature difference value according to the corresponding relation between the preset temperature difference value of the indoor air temperature and the outdoor air temperature and the target adjusting temperature difference value;
changing the target adjusting temperature of the air conditioner according to a preset target adjusting temperature and a target adjusting temperature difference value, and controlling the air conditioner to adjust the indoor air temperature according to the changed target adjusting temperature;
when the current time is just in a preset temperature regulation time period, controlling the electric window to be completely closed, detecting the indoor air temperature, and calculating the instantaneous change power of the air conditioner according to the current running mode of the air conditioner, the indoor air temperature, the preset target regulation temperature, the indoor volume and an air specific heat capacity formula, wherein the preset temperature regulation time period is a preset time period after the preset ventilation time period, and the air specific heat capacity formula is as follows:

and changing the target adjusting temperature of the air conditioner according to a preset target adjusting temperature and a target adjusting temperature difference value, and controlling the air conditioner to adjust the indoor air temperature according to the changed target adjusting temperature.
