Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un oreiller, comprenant les étapes de :
    - préparer une pluralité de chutes de déchets de traitement de différents matériaux appropriés pour être utilisés comme matériau de rembourrage pour ledit oreiller ;
    - déchiqueter lesdites chutes de déchets de ladite pluralité de matériaux différents, chaque matériau séparément les uns des autres, pour obtenir des portions de plus petites dimensions ;
    - stocker chacun desdits matériaux déchiquetés différents, séparément les uns des autres, dans des volumes de contenance respectifs ;
    - prélever des quantités prédéterminées d'au moins deux desdits matériaux déchiquetés différents dans lesdits volumes de contenance respectifs ;
    - mélanger lesdites quantités prédéterminées pour obtenir un rembourrage dudit oreiller ;
    - remplir un corps de contenance, de préférence une doublure, avec ledit rembourrage pour obtenir ledit oreiller ;
    - fermer ledit corps de contenance ;
    - emballer ledit oreiller à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de déchiquetage est effectuée sans effilocher le matériau en effectuant des coupes nettes sans tirer ou effilocher le matériau, et dans lequel lesdites quantités prédéterminées d'au moins deux desdits différents matériaux déchiquetés sont prélevées selon des proportions prédéterminées conçues pour obtenir un oreiller ayant des caractéristiques mécaniques souhaitées.
  2. Procédé de fabrication d'un oreiller selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un ou plusieurs matériaux de ladite pluralité de matériaux sont choisis parmi : la mousse de caoutchouc, le polyester, le polyuréthane, la mousse à mémoire de forme.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un oreiller selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un matériau de ladite pluralité de matériaux est constitué de chutes de déchets de procédé de fabrication des textiles.
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'un oreiller selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étape d'emballage comprend une sous-étape de retrait d'une quantité prédéterminée de gaz ou d'air de ladite enveloppe.
  5. Procédé de fabrication d'un oreiller selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ladite sous-étape de retrait d'une quantité prédéterminée de gaz ou d'air de ladite enveloppe est telle que ledit oreiller est emballé sous vide.
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'un oreiller selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étape de fermeture du corps de contenance comprend l'étape d'exécution d'au moins une couture le long d'une ligne prédéterminée sur ledit corps de contenance.
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un oreiller selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une étape de réglage desdites proportions prédéterminées en fonction des propriétés mécaniques de chaque matériau et de la fermeté de l'oreiller à réaliser pour obtenir un oreiller de fermeté constante à obtenir de façon répétée.
  8. Système (1) de fabrication d'un oreiller, comprenant :
    - un dispositif de déchiquetage (2) conçu pour déchiqueter indépendamment un matériau à la fois pour obtenir un matériau de rembourrage ;
    - une pluralité d'unités de stockage (3), chaque unité de stockage (3) étant conçue pour contenir un matériau de rembourrage unique et respectif provenant du dispositif de déchiquetage ;
    - un dispositif de mélange (4) qui est relié fonctionnellement au dispositif de déchiquetage (2) pour recevoir des quantités prédéterminées de chaque matériau déchiqueté individuel selon des proportions prédéterminées et pour mélanger lesdites portions prédéterminées afin d'obtenir un rembourrage dudit oreiller ayant des caractéristiques mécaniques souhaitées ;
    - un dispositif de remplissage (6) conçu pour introduire ledit matériau de rembourrage dans un corps de contenance, de préférence une doublure ;
    - un dispositif d'emballage (7) conçu pour emballer ledit oreiller à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déchiquetage (2) est configuré pour déchiqueter sans effilocher le matériau en effectuant des coupes nettes sans tirer ou effilocher le matériau.
  9. Système de fabrication d'un oreiller selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ledit dispositif d'emballage (7) comprend des moyens consistant à générer du vide conçus pour éliminer une quantité prédéterminée de gaz de ladite enveloppe.
