Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de charnière multifonction ayant un premier moyen de liaison (3) destiné à être fixé à une structure ou un bâti d'un appareil ; et un second moyen de liaison (5), qui est apte à tourner autour de son propre moyen de moyeu de charnière (7), et destiné à être fixé à une porte ou une trappe de l'appareil pour permettre les mouvements d'ouverture et de fermeture entre les états de fermeture et d'ouverture extrêmes de ladite porte ; dans un état de fonctionnement, l'axe de rotation dudit moyen de moyeu (7) est horizontal, et le plan de la porte dans l'état fermé est vertical ou presque vertical ; ledit dispositif (1) comprend au moins :
    - un moyen de culbuteur (10) qui est contraint au premier moyen de liaison (3), à l'aide d'un premier moyen de pivot (11) parallèle au moyen de moyeu (7), de façon à tourner librement autour de l'axe du premier moyen de pivot (11), ledit moyen de culbuteur (10) portant un deuxième moyen de pivot (13) espacé du premier moyen de pivot (11) et parallèle à celui-ci ;
    - un moyen de bielle (14) ayant une extrémité qui est reliée au moyen de culbuteur (10) à l'aide du deuxième moyen de pivot (13), de façon à tourner librement autour de l'axe dudit deuxième moyen de pivot, et ayant l'extrémité opposée qui est reliée au second moyen de liaison (5) à l'aide d'un troisième moyen de pivot (15), parallèle au moyen de moyeu (7), de façon à tourner librement autour de l'axe dudit troisième moyen de pivot (15) ;
    - un moyen de coulisseau (40) qui est contraint au premier moyen de liaison (3) à l'aide d'un moyen de guidage (41, 42) pour le coulissement du moyen de coulisseau (40) vers l'intérieur et l'extérieur de l'appareil et qui porte le moyen de moyeu (7) à une extrémité externe de celui-ci (40) ; ledit moyen de coulisseau (40) étant relié au moyen de culbuteur (10) dont la rotation vers l'état de fermeture entraîne la translation du moyen de coulisseau (40) vers l'état interne ;
    - un moyen élastique (17) ayant une extrémité qui est reliée au premier moyen de liaison (3) et l'autre extrémité qui est reliée au moyen de coulisseau (40) ;
    dans lequel, dans les états d'équilibrage de porte de fonctionnement du dispositif 1, ledit moyen élastique (17) agit sur le moyen de coulisseau (40) avec une force élastique appliquée dans la même direction que la direction de fermeture ; ledit dispositif (1) étant caractérisé par le fait que l'une des extrémités du moyen élastique (17) est reliée au moyen de coulisseau (40) à l'aide d'un moyen flexible (12) engagé avec une poulie de renvoi (16) ; l'autre extrémité du moyen élastique (17) est fixée ou accrochée à un moyen de bras oscillant (32) portant un quatrième moyen de pivot (30) pour la liaison rotative avec une extrémité d'un moyen de levier (50), dont l'extrémité opposée est reliée de manière rotative au moyen de liaison (3) à l'aide d'un cinquième moyen de pivot (52) parallèle au moyen de moyeu (7).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit moyen de coulisseau (40) comprend un moyen de crémaillère (44) engagé avec un moyen de pignon (45) qui est coaxial avec le premier moyen de pivot (11) et contraint au moyen de culbuteur (10) de façon à tourner d'un seul tenant avec ce dernier autour de l'axe du premier moyen de pivot (11) ; à l'aide du moyen de bielle (14), le mouvement d'ouverture de la porte ou de la trappe entraînant la rotation du moyen de culbuteur (10) et du moyen de pignon (45), entraînant ainsi la translation du moyen de coulisseau (40) et du moyen de moyeu (7) vers l'extérieur de l'appareil.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de levier (50) est presque linéaire.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de culbuteur (32) a une forme approximativement triangulaire ou une forme de "T", le moyen élastique (17) et le quatrième moyen de pivot (30) étant placés à des extrémités respectives du moyen de bras oscillant (32) dont la troisième extrémité porte un moyen de mise en correspondance (33) d'un type qui glisse ou roule le long d'un moyen de came (35) qui est fixé à, ou solidaire de, ou obtenu à partir d'un bord périphérique du moyen de culbuteur (10) ; la force élastique du moyen élastique (17) agissant sur le moyen de bras oscillant (32) avec une composante qui presse le moyen de mise en correspondance (33) contre le moyen de came (35) qui est formé pour agir élastiquement à l'encontre, au moins dans certaines parties, de l'ouverture et/ou la fermeture de la porte ou de la trappe de l'appareil et pour ne pas agir à l'encontre du mouvement de ladite trappe ou de ladite porte dans les autres parties.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de levier (50) est équipé d'un moyen de frottement (54) qui est apte à coulisser avec frottement le long d'une partie du moyen de came (35) du moyen de culbuteur (10), le moyen de bras oscillant (32) transmettant au moyen de levier (50) la force élastique du moyen élastique (17), une composante dudit moyen élastique (17) agissant sur ledit moyen de levier (50) par appui du moyen de frottement (54) contre le moyen de came (35).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de bras oscillant (32) porte une première fente (24) approximativement en forme d'arc de cercle centré sur l'axe de rotation du quatrième moyen de pivot (30), et destinée à recevoir de manière coulissante, avec du jeu, un pivot de contrainte respectif fixé au premier moyen de liaison (3).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de frottement (54) est fixé au moyen de levier (50) à l'aide d'un pivot de liaison respectif (53).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le premier moyen de liaison (3) et le moyen de culbuteur (10) sont équipés de moyens d'arrêt (21, 22) destinés au contact mutuel au moins dans l'état d'ouverture extrême pour empêcher la porte de se déplacer au-delà dudit état ; et/ou le premier moyen de liaison (3) et le moyen de culbuteur (10) sont équipés de moyens de frottement (21, 22) qui glissent mutuellement avec frottement pour ralentir les mouvements de la porte ou de la trappe ; lesdits moyens d'arrêt et de frottement comprenant une fente coulissante (22) approximativement en forme d'arc de cercle centré sur l'axe de rotation du premier moyen de pivot (11), et un pivot coulissant (21) engagé avec ou sans frottement avec la fente coulissante (22), ladite fente coulissante (22) et ledit pivot coulissant (21) étant associés au moyen de culbuteur (10) et au premier moyen de liaison (3), respectivement, ou inversement.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité du moyen de coulisseau (40) opposée au moyen de moyeu (7) porte un moyen de contact (47) destiné, au moins dans la partie finale de la course de fermeture, à s'appuyer contre une extrémité mobile d'au moins un moyen d'amortisseur (60), dont la partie statique est fixée au premier moyen de liaison (3), destiné à ralentir au moins la vitesse de fermeture dans ladite partie finale.
