Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verstelleinrichtung (10) und ein Verfahren zum Verstellen einer Schmalseite einer Stranggießkokille (12). Durch Ansteuerung eines Stellglieds (14), das mit einer Kokillen-Schmalseite (11) insbesondere durch ein Gelenk (16) verbunden ist, wird die Kokillen-Schmalseite (11) im Betrieb einer Stranggießanlage in Richtung einer Anstellachse (A) gemäß einer Sollposition angestellt. Temperaturänderungen (ΔT) an dem Stellglied (14) oder von Teilen davon werden mit zumindest einem Temperatursensor (20) gemessen und in thermisch bedingte Längenveränderung des Stellglieds (14) umgerechnet. Auf Grundlage dessen werden dann Korrekturwerte bestimmt, die zur Ansteuerung des Stellglieds (14) auf entsprechende Steuersignale aufgeschaltet werden, um dadurch auftretende Längenänderungen zu kompensieren.The invention relates to an adjusting device (10) and a method for adjusting a narrow side of a continuous casting mold (12).
