Claims (7)

  1. Présentoir de comptoir réfrigéré (100) comprenant
    - un châssis (1),
    - une paroi postérieure (1) apte à être orientée vers un opérateur,
    - une paroi antérieure (1) apte à être orientée vers les consommateurs,
    - deux parois latérales (12),
    - un compartiment réfrigéré (R) défini par le châssis (1) et par les parois,
    - un système réfrigérant agencé de manière à refroidir le compartiment réfrigéré (R),
    - des moyens de support (2) disposés dans le compartiment réfrigéré (R) pour soutenir les produits à exposer, et
    - des panneaux isolants (3, 4) disposés sur les parois du comptoir réfrigéré,
    où lesdits panneaux isolants comprennent deux panneaux isolants (4) du type panneau isolant sous vide (VIP) qui sont disposés respectivement sur la paroi postérieure (10) et sur la paroi antérieure (11) du présentoir de comptoir,
    où les panneaux isolants (4) du type VIP sont disposés dans des emplacements encastrés (13, 14) réalisés dans ladite paroi postérieure (10) et dans ladite paroi antérieure (11) et sont protégés par des couches protectives externes (6) ;
    où la couche protective externe (6) est couplée au dit châssis (1) du comptoir réfrigéré moyennant des moyens d'accouplement (M) de type amovible ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche protective externe (6) de la paroi postérieure comprend :
    - une bride (61) qui déborde inférieurement pour s'engager avec un profilé de base (7) disposé sous la paroi postérieure (10) ; et
    - une nervure (62) qui déborde supérieurement pour s'engager avec un profilé supérieur (8) disposé au-dessus de la paroi postérieure (10) ; et La couche protective externe (6) de la paroi antérieure comprend :
    - une bride (61) qui déborde inférieurement pour s'engager avec un profilé de base (70) disposé sous la paroi antérieure (11) ; et
    - une nervure (62) qui déborde supérieurement pour s'engager avec un profilé supérieur (80) disposé au-dessus de la paroi antérieure (11).
  2. Présentoir de comptoir réfrigéré (100) selon la revendication 1, où lesdits panneaux isolants (4) du type VIP ont une épaisseur comprise entre 15 - 25 mm.
  3. Présentoir de comptoir réfrigéré (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, où chaque panneau isolant (4) du type VIP est disposé à sandwich entre une couche souple interne (5) et une couche protective externe (6).
  4. Présentoir de comptoir réfrigéré (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où chaque panneau isolant (4) du type VIP comprend un film externe (40) qui génère une enveloppe étanche au gaz qui est remplie avec un noyau (41) constitué de matériel fibreux ou pulvérulent dans lequel le vide est créé avec une pression inférieure à 0,1 mbar.
  5. Présentoir de comptoir réfrigéré (100) selon la revendication 4, où ledit noyau (41) du panneau isolant (4) du type VIP comprend un matériau isolant sous forme fibreuse, telle que la laine de verre ou sous forme poreuse, tel que le polyuréthane expansé à cellules ouvertes ou sous forme pulvérulente, telle que la poudre de silice.
  6. Présentoir de comptoir réfrigéré (100) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, où chaque panneau isolant (4) du type VIP comprend un matériau absorbant (42) disposé dans l'enveloppe du panneau pour absorber des gaz éventuels et maintenir le vide dans l'enveloppe du panneau, ledit matériel absorbant (42) comprenant des matières à base d'oxydes et sels de calcium ou des alliages Zircone-Aluminium (St 101), des alliages Zircone - Vanadium - Fer (St 707) et des alliages Zircone-Nickel (St 198).
  7. Présentoir de comptoir réfrigéré (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 4 à 6, où ledit film externe (40) comprend un film multicouches laminé composé de couches polymériques et au moins une couche d'aluminium déposée sur une couche polymérique.
