Claims (8)
- Behälter (1), insbesondere für flüssige Produkte, umfassend einen Metallbehälter oder eine Metalldose (10), der/die mit einem Verschluss (20) versehen ist, wobei der Behälter oder die Dose (10) einen zylindrischen Körper (11) umfasst, der oben ein kuppelförmiges Element (12) aufweist, welches mit einer zentralen Öffnung (13) versehen ist, wobei ein unterer Umfangsrand (14) in der Verbindungszone zwischen dem zylindrischen Körper (11) und dem kuppelförmigen Element (12) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein weiterer oberer Rand (15) um die zentrale Öffnung (13) vorgesehen ist und der Verschluss (20) aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist, ebenfalls eine Kuppelform aufweist und einen zylindrischen unteren Abschnitt (21) mit minimaler Stärke und einem Außendurchmesser, der im Wesentlichen gleich dem Durchmesser des Körpers (10) ist, und einen oberen Abschnitt (22) mit größerer Stärke aufweist, wobei innerhalb des unteren Abschnitts (21) ein Paar radial oder horizontal gerichtete Rippen (23) vorgesehen sind, die dazwischen einen Sitz (24) festlegen, der zum Aufnehmen des unteren Rands (14) gestaltet ist, während innerhalb des verdickten oberen Abschnitts (22) ein Paar Rippen (25), welche axial oder vertikal nach unten gerichtet sind, vorgesehen sind, die dazwischen einen Sitz (26) festlegen, welcher zum Einfassen des oberen Rands (15) gestaltet ist, folgend auf eine Druckausübung des Verschlusses (20) auf die Dose (10), sodass es unmöglich ist, den Verschluss (20) ohne klare Anzeichen von Manipulation zu entfernen. - Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Paar von Rippen (23) und/oder das Paar von Rippen (25) fortlaufend sind und über einen Bogen von 360° verlaufen oder unterbrochen sind und über Bogenabschnitte mit geringerer Länge verlaufen.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die unterbrochenen Rippen von einem oder beiden Paaren von Rippen (23), (25) über Bögen mit unterschiedlicher Länge verlaufen.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der kuppelförmige Abschnitt (12) ein Element ist, das vom Körper (11) getrennt ist und durch Falzen daran befestigt ist und den Umfangsrand (14) festlegt.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Rand (14) bezüglich des Außenprofils des zylindrischen Körpers (11) geringfügig ausgespart ist.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kunststoffmaterial des Verschlusses (20) Polyethylen mit hoher Dichte ist.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verschluss (20) mit einem Füllschutzausguss (27) versehen ist.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verschluss (20) mit einer Kappe (30) versehen ist.
