Almost all backpacks have in common a carrying system with which they can be carried on a person's back. Here, part of the rucksack rests on the wearer's back and the rucksack is held on the back by means of two carrying or shoulder straps over the wearer's shoulders. Very often rucksacks also have a loop around the waist or stomach of the wearer to improve the position of the rucksack. When the rucksack surface is placed on the wearer's back, various types of padding and ventilation are known. Essentially, a distinction is made between the variant with full-surface contact with the back and a variant with a certain distance to the back.

The full-surface contact back, also known as the back plate, in which the weight rests directly on the back and is distributed over the entire back, has the advantage that the backpack weight can be carried as ergonomically as possible and close to the body. In this type of carrying, the center of gravity of the load is closer to the center of gravity of the body, which enables more upright and ergonomic walking and improves body balance in rough terrain.

In weight training and fitness, free weights such as dumbbells and barbells have become established. In the meantime, solutions are also known, such as the Powerbag or the Ultimate Sandbag, which are used for athletic strength and coordination training with free weights. With these solutions, the supporting muscles can be used to a greater extent than when working with traditional weights, for example due to the presence of structural instability. Powerbags are partially loaded with sand that moves randomly during the exercises. This requires a high level of stabilization during lifting. Previous solutions in the area of free weights, however, have the disadvantage that the user always needs several versions and / or sizes, since the dead weight of the products cannot be adjusted at all or only to a limited extent.

For example, from the DE 20 2014 100 859 U1 a container for introducing loads, suitable for such training purposes is known. The device relates to a universally usable, mobile container for the introduction of loads, in particular for sporting activities and for the transport of loads, the container having at least one body surrounded by walls, which can be loaded with loads of various types, with at least one wall from belts, straps or the like existing carrying system is provided. The present invention is used in particular for general resistance training in weight training and fitness and is used in the field of sports, fitness, mountain sports, hiking and in all other areas in which loads have to be moved with the aid of the muscles.

If this container is carried like a backpack, the center of gravity of the container is far removed from the body's center of gravity. This creates moments and loads from the body and skeleton structure that can have negative health consequences.

From the US 2006/0229173 A1 a backpack-like training device is known. This training device comprises a lockable container that is equipped with weights and a carrying system with which the container can be carried like a backpack. Weights in the form of dumbbells, kettlebells and weight disks are arranged in the container.

From the WO 99/56831 A1 a carrying system is known to which weights can be attached to the belt elements. The shoulder straps have receiving areas for the weights. In addition, the lap belt is designed in such a way that it can also hold weights.

A weight vest consisting of a belt and / or a mounting plate is in the WO 2014/096797 A1 described. The supporting belt includes an elongated belt connector, a stabilizing insert on the back of the Belt and of course weights. These weights can be introduced into one or more holding elements, the holding elements being attachable to the vest via clips.

In the WO 2017/019512 A1 an exercise device is described which includes self-coupling weight capsules which couple with one another to form so-called weight clusters. These weight clusters can be used by a user for training purposes.

Each weight block typically has a calibrated weight. Each weight element contains one or more coupling functions that enable one or more weight elements to be connected to one another. In some embodiments, each weight element is soft to prevent injury to a user. The weight members can be used with one or more accessories such as a belt, a pouch that mimics a "kettle ball", and a backpack.

Object of the invention

The object of the invention is to create a training device with which weights can be carried in particular for sporting and training purposes and can also be used in other positions.

Advantages of the invention

The basic idea of the invention is that the weights that are additionally carried or lifted for sporting exercises and training with the Carrying system can be arranged in such a way that they can be arranged very close to the body in order to avoid damage to the body structure or also to the skeleton structure caused by overhanging loads. A special embodiment provides that the weights can be arranged symmetrically to the body axis, so that little or no moment arises.

The carrying system is designed in such a way that receiving areas are provided on the shoulder straps which can be provided with weights. These can be put in, for example, magnets, Velcro fasteners or in small lockable containers provided for this purpose. These containers are made of durable textile material or plastic boxes so that they can take on a small shape. In addition, these can have the property that they adapt to the shape of the weights or the weights adapt to the design. The arrangement of these weights is very close to the body. In addition, this arrangement takes into account the fact that weights are arranged on the "opposite" side of the usual arrangement in the back area, so that the sum of the moments generated by the weights relative to the body axis cancel each other out at least partially. The aim is that these moments are as small as possible. Therefore, the arrangement on or on the shoulder straps is intentional.

The shoulder straps are arranged on a back element. The back element can, for example, consist of a plate made of plastic or of a viscoelastic foam, which is preferably surrounded by a plastic, to which the weights can be attached in any way, for example by means of magnets. Alternatively, containers can also be provided into which weights, for example sand, can be introduced. Alternatively, it can also be provided that the weights are designed in the form of plates and can be inserted into the box areas provided. The plate-like weights are held in the box areas by fixing elements, for example magnets or clamping elements.

These containers are designed in such a way that they fit snugly against the back element. This avoids a large spacing from the back element and thus from the body axis in the worn state.

With regard to the structural design of the carrying system, the experience of backpacks is used, with the difference that weights can be attached directly to the back element and directly on or on or in or on the shoulder straps and also on and on or in a lap strap, in each case with the aim of attaching the weights close to the body. The shoulder belts and the lap belt are preferably designed to be detachable from the back element.

Depending on the user, weights of different weights can be inserted or attached in order to carry out optimal and efficient physical training.

The back element also has the property that it can be divided in its longitudinal extension. Dividing means, such as a zipper bring with them the possibility of creating two mobile weights of the same size with which further training exercises can be carried out. One or more containers, which can be filled with the plate-like weights, are also arranged on a part of the back element. Part of the back element can also be designed as a kettlebell by simply folding it up and fixing it. Alternatively, the part can be attached to an arm or leg as a fixed weight by means of appropriate fixing means which are part of this part of the back element.

The carrying system is therefore suitable as a training device that can be used for location-independent and efficient whole-body training for everyone. Whether at home, at the lake or in the forest, the training location can be freely chosen by the user or personal trainer, as the carrying system and the weights provide a functional training device with a multitude of possible uses.

Description of an embodiment

In Fig. 1 a mobile training device 1 is shown. This training device 1 consists of a back element 2 and a carrying system 3. The carrying system 3 comprises shoulder straps 4 which are hinged to the back element 2 via detachable fastening elements 5. The shoulder straps 4 correspond to the shoulder straps of backpacks. In addition, a lap belt 6 is provided, which can be detachably fixed to the back element 2 via one or more further fastening elements 7.

The back element 2 preferably consists of an ergonomically shaped plate 8. This plate 8 can consist of plastic or a viscoelastic foam or a combination of both. In a special embodiment, the back element 2 extends from the shoulder area to the lumbar area of a person. The back element 2 is comparable to a back element of a rucksack.

The back element 2 in the formation of the plate 8 can be divided into several plate parts. In the figures, especially in Fig. 2 , is an exemplary embodiment shown, which comprises a first plate part 8a and a further plate part 8b. Both plate parts 8a, 8b are detachably and thus separably connected to one another via a connecting element 9, here a zipper. By a cover element 12, as shown in Fig. 3 is shown, the back element 2 is protected from rain, for example. This cover element 12 is removable and can only be attached when necessary. As an alternative or in addition, it is provided that this cover element 12 comprises storage areas 13 for objects. These storage areas 13 are preferably provided with closure elements 14. A plate part 8a, 8b, in the Figures 4 to 6 shown comprises at least one receiving area 10 for receiving a container 11. The container 11, as in FIG Fig. 7 shown comprises one or more receiving elements 15 which are suitable for receiving weight plates 16. The individual weight plates 16 can be held in the receiving elements 15 by means of magnets. Alternatively, and as also shown in the figures, the container 11 is enclosed by a pocket 18. Such a container 11 is fitted in this pocket. So that the weight plates 16 do not fall out of the receiving elements 15, the pocket 18 has a closable flap 19, which in the closed state cover the opening areas of the container 11 so that the weight plates 16 that have been inserted cannot fall out.

Alternatively, the containers 11 can not have any subdivisions and thus only show a single receiving element 15. This can then be used, for example, to introduce sand in a sack as a weight. The bags with sand can also be placed in the pockets 18 provided without the containers. This has the particular advantage when the training device is taken with you when traveling and the containers and weight plates cannot be taken with you for reasons of space and weight. Due to the technical design, however, it is still possible to use the training device without a container and weight plates.

Additionally or alternatively, pockets 18 can be arranged on the carrying system 3, which hold weights, for example in the form of weight plates 16, or containers 11 in connection with plates or weight bags, for example comprising sand or stones. The arrangement can be made using Velcro fasteners, magnets or alternative types of fastening.

The lap belt 6 has receiving areas 10 for receiving weights. These receiving areas 10 are designed in such a way that magnets fix the weights arranged on the lap belt 6. Alternative fastening means and also small containers, preferably consisting of textile material, are conceivable.

In the Fig. 8 and 9 an application example of the training device 1 is shown. A plate part 8a, as in FIG Fig. 6 shown, is folded in half to create a kind of kettlebell. This training can, as in Fig. 8 shown, be equipped with different weight plates 16. A fixing element 21 serves to hold the folded plate part 8a together. This fixing element 21 is preferably a Velcro tape. By folding in half, two containers 11 are arranged symmetrically to one another. The containers 11 can be filled with a different number of weight plates 16. If no container 11 is used, the receiving elements 15, which in themselves accommodate the containers 11, offer the possibility of receiving sand as weight, for example in small bags. A grip element 20 allows the weight to be lifted and corresponding exercises to be carried out.

Alternatively, the fixing element 21 can also be used to fix the plate part 8a by wrapping a foot F on the latter.

With the mobile training device 1, a training and fitness utensil has been created with which many different exercises can be carried out regardless of the location and, in particular, also during the transport of the training device. The training device 1 can be very easily converted into divide different functional elements so that, for example, two kettlebells can be provided that can be moved by a handle element or attached to a body part, for example a foot, by a fixing element. Claims (6)

1. Mobile training apparatus for people, in particular for sporting activities using additional weights, wherein the training apparatus is made up of a back element and of a carrying system with shoulder straps, said system being articulated in a releasable manner on the back element, and, on the back element and/or on the carrying system, of accommodating regions for at least one weight, wherein the back element extends from the one end of the shoulder strap to the point of articulation on the pelvis belt, characterized in that

   a. the back element (2) is a panel (8),

   b. the back element (2) can be divided along its longitudinal extent so as to form panel parts (8a, 8b),

   c. wherein the connection element divides up the panel parts (8a, 8b) into two equally sized mobile weights for further performing training exercises,

   d. wherein each panel part (8a, 8b) and/or the carrying system (3) have/has at least one accommodating region (10) for accommodating a weight or a weight plate (16).
2. Training apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the accommodating region comprises at least one container (11), and the container (11) has one or more accommodating elements (15) which are suitable for accommodating weights and/or weight plates (16).
