Claims (15)
- Hörvorrichtung mit:einem Gehäuse mit einer Schale und einer Abdeckung (16);elektronischen Komponenten, die in dem Gehäuse angeordnet sind und mindestens ein Mikrofon (20), eine Signalverarbeitungseinheit (24), einen Lautsprecher (26), eine Antenne (30) und eine Batterie (28) umfassen; undeiner flexiblen Haupt-PCB (20), um das mindestens eine Mikrofon, die Signalverarbeitungseinheit und die Batterie elektrisch zu verbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Hörvorrichtung um eine ITE-Hörvorrichtung handelt und der Lautsprecher mit der flexiblen Haupt-PCB mittels Litzen (44) verbunden ist, welche an Lautsprecherkontaktstellen (42) der PCB angelötet sind und eine Länge zwischen 2 mm und 15 mm aufweisen.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Länge der Litzen (44) zwischen 5 mm und 15 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 8 mm und 12 mm, beträgt.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens eine Ferritperle (32) auf der Haupt-PCB (20) in jeder der Leiterbahnen vorgesehen ist, welche die Lautsprecherkontaktstellen (42) und die Signalverarbeitungseinheit (24) verbinden, wobei es sich bei den Ferritperlen vorzugsweise um SMD-Komponenten (32) handelt.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei für jede der Leiterbahnen, welche die Lautsprecherkontaktstellen (42) und die Signalverarbeitungseinheit verbinden, auf der Haupt-PCB (20) mindestens ein paralleler Kondensator vorgesehen ist, wobei es sich bei den Kondensatoren vorzugsweise um SMD-Komponenten handelt.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haupt-PCB (20) an der Abdeckung (16) befestigt ist.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Signalverarbeitungseinheit (24) an der Haupt-PCB (20) angelötet ist und von dieser getragen wird.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haupt-PCB (20) Batteriekontakte (36) umfasst.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das mindestens eine Mikrofon (22) an die PCB (20) angelötet ist und von dieser getragen wird.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Antenne (30) bezüglich der Haupt-PCB (20) befestigt ist.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei es sich bei der Antenne (30) um eine Magnetschleifenantenne handelt, die in die Abdeckung (16) integriert ist.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Signalverarbeitungseinheit (24) einen Sender (24) aufweist, der mit der Antenne (30) verbunden ist und ausgebildet ist, um in dem 2,4 GHz ISM-Band zu arbeiten.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Antenne (30) auf einer flexiblen Antennen-PCB (40) ausgebildet ist, die elektrisch und mechanisch mit dem Sender (24) verbunden ist.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die ITE-Hörvorrichtung (10) eine T-Spule (34) aufweist, die als eine SMD-Komponente implementiert ist, die an die Haupt-PCB (20) angelötet ist und von dieser getragen wird.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die ITE-Hörvorrichtung (10) eine manuelle Lautstärkensteuerung (36) aufweist, die an die Haupt-PCB (20) angelötet ist und von dieser getragen wird.
- Hörvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei es sich bei der Schale um eine individuelle Schale handelt, die gemäß der individuellen Form des Gehörgangs des Nutzers der ITE-Hörvorrichtung (10) geformt ist.
