Description

ELECTRICAL POWER OUTLET W!TH EXTRACTOR AND PLATFORM FOR TYPE C,
E OR F PLUG
The invention relates to an electrical power outlet with or without earthing, simple or double, fixed or multiple, mobile or adapting with one, two or more connecting posts with extractor and platform for type "C", type Έ" or type "F" plug, according to the international classification of the low-voltage electrical equipments, each post having two bilamellar or unilamellar extractors placed in a face-to-face arrangement.
There are known type Έ" or type "F" electrical power outlets provided with two extractors for a power plug - each of these having a body provided with a portion having an impression - operated by the user with two fingers of a hand, one of the fingers being the opposable finger, and mounted into a cover, so that one or two anterior triangular lamellas thereof, each having a long active surface, inclined to an angle of 35...45°, forming a wedge, can penetrate through some slots machined in a cylindrical- wall, which delimit a receiving enclosure, in the latter, in order to extract the plug from the enclosure, the extractors movement having as a consequence the advance, where appropriate, of the lamella/lamellas of each extractor along one or two open channel(s), machined in a lower wall, which delimits the receiving enclosure, and in which there are also machined two through holes, for the access of some plug terminals, in the continuation of the long portion of the lamella there being located a front lower short flat portion which is permanently located in the open channel, when the plug is introduced into the receiving enclosure the lamellas being displaced towards the outer side thereof, the extractors being blocked against their coming out from the cover by means of some lower lateral prominences, with which they are provided - RO patent no. 121499 B1.
The disadvantages of these power outlets consist in that:
- in case the material the plug body consists of is flexible, the plug extraction from the receiving enclosure requires a relatively high effort, due to the deformation of the outline of the front surface of the plug following contacts thereof with the active surfaces of the lamellas, and in time this deformation becomes remanent, there also taking place a relative increase of the extraction time;
- it is required the application of a relatively high force upon initiating the plug extraction and upon initiating the plug insertion from/into the receiving enclosure, respectively, as a consequence of the fact that the active surfaces of the lamellas form, along their whole length, a same angle with the horizontal;
- in case the material from which the plug body is made is rigid, such as ceramicsor rigid polyvinyl chloride, there takes place an appreciable impairment of the active surfaces of the lamellas, as a consequence of their contacts with the outline of the plug lower surface.
There are known type "F" electrical power outlets with extractor for a plug, configured in the form of an adaptor, which are made of some semi-casings, which, when assembled form a "T-shaped hollow casing, one of the three arms being a power plug, and in each of the other two arms, that is one in the extension of the other, there being placed, in each case, a main body, provided with a tall profiled wall delimiting a receiving enclosure, closed to the lower side by a separating middle wall, wherein there are machined two through holes - in front of which there are arranged some lamellas of an electric contact - and - two diametrically opposed lateral slots, respectively, and in the profiled wall there are provided two open longitudinal channels, lengthwise of which there may slide for mounting and operation, respectively, a platform of an extractor which consists of a thin disc continued on the outline with two fins that are arranged parallel to each other and on the same side of the disc, each fin being provided with a guiding rib, which at a lower end has an outer short resilient lamella, placed perpendicular to the rib in order to permanently maintain the platform in the main body, these guiding ribs being positioned in the longitudinal channels, between the fins, in the center of the platform there being mounted an uncompressed spring, which is placed into a blind hole machined in the middle wall, the fins having some long attack surfaces, each of them inclined by an angle of 30°, in the disc there being provided two through holes placed in front of the through holes machined in the middle wall, in front of the platform there is mounted an upper extractor, consisting of an outer wall, correspondingly profiled in order to manually operated with one fingerby a user, continued with a positioning wall in relation to another positioning wall of another upper extractor, constructively identical with the mentioned one, this positioning wall being continued with two narrow fins, arranged- parallel to each other, each fin having a guide to the outer side, and an upper wall thereof having a short surface of attack with a 60° inclination, and between the fins, to the upper side, there being mounted another uncompressed spring, the upper extractors are mounted in a cutout delimited by another profiled wall, said cutout being machined in the upper semi-casing, so that the positioning walls of the narrow fins are in contact, and for extracting the plug in contact with the platform disc, the profiled wall of the corresponding extractor being operated manually, by pressing, that has as a consequence the contact between the inclined surfaces of attack of the fins and, of the extractor, respectively, and the movement along some rectangular directions of the platform, so that the plug is taken out from the electric contact - Prospect "Fiche multiprise 2P + t2 sorties laterales avec bouchon" Legrand [050637], www.confort - electrique.fr.
The disadvantages of these power outlets consist in that they have a relatively complicated construction and a difficult mounting, necessitating an initial lubrication of the guiding paths and of the surfaces of attack, respectively, which in time, as the lubricant is diminished and aged, makes the running more and more cumbersome, and the overall dimension of the semi-casings is relatively high due to the dimensions of the platforms and extractors which perform the plug extraction, and maintaining the platform in the main body, after a possible contact with a hard surface following an accidental fall, is uncertain, due to the fragile construction of the resilient short lamella, imposed by the relatively small available space.
There are known type "C" electrical power outlets with extractor for a plug, which consist of a socket, wherein some electrical contact lamellas are mounted, and of a cover, respectively, said cover covering both a box having the socket arranged therein and the socket as well, the cover being provided with a tall cylindrical wall, which delimits, together with a lower wall, a receiving enclosure, in the lower wall there being machined two through holes, for inserting/taking out some terminals of the plug therethrough, as well as a cutout in communication with a window, provided in a middle wall, located to the outer side of the tall wall, which delimits it on a portion, the cutout being delimited to the lower side, partially, by a hollow portion of the middle wall, which has an outer threshold, in front of the portion in the tall wall which delimits the window, in the body there being provided two guides closed to the upper side, through which, in the window there is positioned an extractor having in its turn two fins, which penetrate into the guides, limiting the upward exit of the extractor, the latter having a lower arm provided with a cutout, wherein there penetrates an outer inclined end of a lever placed, in its turn, into the cutout, said lever being provided in front of the threshold with a lower projection, around which there takes place the lever displacement in relation to the hollow portion in which, partially, the lever is arranged, which at rest is at the level of the middle wall - "AKCENT Gniazdo pojedyncze z wyrzutnikiem wtyczki, bioly", SZUKAJ GP - 1AW www.epolmark.pl.
The disadvantages of these power outlets consist in that, in time, there occur residual lever deformations, that leads to an incomplete extraction of the plug and as a consequence of the active lever end contact with the central zone of a plug, made of a flexible material, there occurs a deformation of this zone which leads to reducing the lever stroke with unwanted implications upon the total extraction of the plug, which has the consequence of increasing the pushing force value and increasing the extraction time, under the conditions in which the extractor operation is rendered uncomfortable by the upper surface of the body which delimits the window, that has a relatively reduced dimension for the access and positioning the finger used by the user for operation.

The power outlet according to the invention, in this constructive variant, may be simple or double, situation in which the embodiment is presented for a type "F" double power outlet, illustrated in Figures 1 and 2 and it consists of a socket A to which there is secured a cover B having mounted therein two extractors C for each post - all these being known per se - having the role of extracting a plug D, to which there is attached an independent self-sticker platform - according to the invention - from the electric contact. The socket A has a body 1 wherein there are placed some lamellar electric contacts and some securing jaws are mounted, respectively, in a box positioned and secured in a wall, situation known per se, not represented in the figures. To the socket A there is demountably fixed the cover B whose body 2 has a cylindrical wall a which delimits a receiving enclosure b and in which there are machined two elongate slots, arranged diametrically opposed, or four elongate slots arranged two by two, diametrically opposed in front of which in body 2 there are provided some recesses c, diametrically opposed, each delimited by a profiled lower wall d. In each recess c there is placed an extractor C whose body 3 has a portion e provided with a profiled impression for the contact with a finger of a hand and a portion f, respectively, said portion may have one or two lamellas g. In this last case the two lamellas g are arranged parallel to each other and have a wedge-shaped long straight active surface h forming and angle of 35°...45° to the horizontal. A body 4 of the plug D may be manufactured of any plastic material that is a good dieletric, such as rigid, semi-rigid, or flexible polyvinyl chloride or ceramics and in this there are secured two metal terminals 5 and 6.
Thus, the rigidity of the body 4 may be lower or higher than that of the plastic material from which there is manufactured the body 3 of the extractor C that has the lamellas g.
In order to carry out an extraction of the plug D from the enclosure b in a relatively short time, with a pressure force exerted with two fingers of a hand, applied to the extractors C with a relatively small value and with a variation thereof in time, during the whole extraction duration, without deteriorating the body 4 or the lamellas g, to a lower surface i of the body 4, the self-sticker platform E is attached.
The platform E has a flat profiled body 7 following an external contour j of the surface i and that is provided with two external prominences k located diametrically opposed, that are within the contour j and are characteristic to the body 4 of the type "F" plug D. Within the body 7 there are provided some cut-outs I located diametrically opposed, staggered in relation to some prominences m by an angle of 90°, and in front thereof, in the body 7 there are machined two through holes n, located to the middle. To an upper surface of the body 7 there is secured a self-sticker double thin layer 8 having a contour of the same shape as the shape of contour j. In the layer 8 there are machined two through holes located in front of the holes n not represented in the figures. The body 7 has on the outline two straight portions p located diametrically opposed, which are convex in the cross section and have the shape of an arc of circle of a 2...6 mm radius, in which, in the middle, there are provided the prominences m. Between the portions p the outline j has the shape of a sphere sector with the large diameter arranged towards the upper side.
For a type Έ" plug D there is used another self-sticker independent platform F, according to the invention, that has a flat body 9, which follows an external circular outline of the body 4, to which this is attached. In the body 9 there are machined two through holes q, located at the middle, having the centres diametrically opposed, and a peripheral through hole r arranged so that between the centre of the hole r and the centers of holes q there is an angle of 90°. On the upper surface s of the body 9 there is secured a self-sticker double thin layer 10, having a contour of the same shape as that of a contour of the body 9. The latter has an outline surface t having the shape of a sphere sector with the large diameter located in front of the surface s.
The hole r may be crossed by an earthing terminal which, subsequently, penetrates into a recess provided in the body 4, situation not represented in the figures.
The bodies 7 and 9 are manufactured of a plastic material which is a good dielectric, such as polyamides and, preferably, polypropylene and have a thickness of 1 ,5...3,0 mm.
For a type "C" plug D, not represented in the figures, there may be used, in order to be attached thereto, the platform F, in which situation the terminals 5 and 6 penetrate through the holes q.
A leading front short flat portion u of the lamella g is permanently located in an open channel v machined in a lower wall w, which delimits a receiving enclosure b.
By attaching one platform E or F to the body 4 of the plug D, the force that is applied for extracting the plug D from the receiving enclosure b or from any other receiving enclosure, wherein there is located a movable piece of an extractor mounted in connection with a power outlet, according to the solutions cited in the previously presented known state of the art, under the conditions in which the platform E or F is in contact with the lamellas g or with the movable piece this is by 10...20% smaller, irrespective of the contact surface, than the force that is applied for extracting the plug D to which a platform E or F is not attached.
Under these conditions there also takes place a lowering by 8...18% of the total time for breaking the contact, as against the situation in which the plug D is employed without the existence of the platform E or F. The power outlet according to the invention, in another constructive variant, may be of type "C" or type "E" or type "F"; the embodiment is presented for a simple type "E" power outlet, illustrated in the Figures 7... 17, which consists of a socket A to which there is secured a cover G, wherein there is located and retained a free platform H double-guided laterally, with self-blocking.
The cover G consists of a body 11 that has a cylindrical wall x which delimits a receiving enclosure y and wherein there are machined four elongate slots, arranged two by two diametrically opposed. In front of each pair of slots in the body 11 there are provided two recesses z, each delimited by a profiled lower wall a'. In each recess z there is located a bilamellar extractor !, whose body 12 has a portion b' with an external impression and an inner portion c', respectively, said portion being provided with two constructively identical semi-rigid lamellas arranged in parallel to each other.
Each lamella d' has an active surface e' consisting of two portions f and g', namely a lower concave portion and an upper concave portion, joined together by an intermediary, short, convex portion h'. A short lower end i' of the portion f is located in an open channel j', machined in a lower flat wall k' which delimits the receiving enclosure y. The portions f and g' are in the shape of arcs of the circle with equal radii, each radius having a value of 10...15 mm, and the lengths of the chords of the arcs of circle are unequal, the length of the chord of the portion f being higher than the length of the chord of the portion g' by 15...25%.
In the immediate vicinity of the lower end i' of the portion f, the tangent to this forms with a straight line parallel to the lower horizontal edge I' of the lamella d' a lower angle of attack a, having a value of 9...15°, and in the immediate vicinity of the upper end m' of the portion g' the tangent to this makes with a straight line parallel to a vertical edge n' of the lamella d' an upper angle of attack β having a value of 17...23°.
The convex portion h' has the shape of an arc of circle with a radius of 2...6 mm and has the constructive role of increasing the resistance of the lamella d', under the conditions in which there exists a cut-out o', located under the portion h', which ensures the displacement on a length of 10...12 mm of the extractor I, maintaining at the same time the elasticity created in portion h', which contributes to relatively reducing the extraction time.
The body 12 is provided, in front of the portion b' with two lateral guides p' penetrating into two channels q' machined in the body 11 , in front of the recess z.
In the cylindrical wall x of the body 11 there are machined four channels r' open towards the receiving enclosure y and closed to the upper side, placed two by two diametrically opposed, wherein there are situated two short profiled fixed guides s' and two movable short profiled guides t'. The guides s' are located to the outer side of a flat body 13 of the platform H and the guides t' are situated to the outer side of a positioning resilient movable flat piece 14. The piece 14 has an outer flat portion u' and a resilient S-shaped inner portion v', respectively, that is placed in a recess w', machined in the body 13 which, for retaining the piece 14, is provided with two guiding open "T"-shaped channels x', located on either side of the recess w', wherein two lateral guides y' of the piece 14 penetrate.
The body 13 and the piece 14 which form together a circular outline are provided with one of some positioning profiled prominences z' and a", placed between the guides s' and between the guides t', respectively, and which, by mounting the platform H in the receiving enclosure y, are permanently in contact with the cylindrical wall x. After positioning the platform H in the receiving enclosure y, this may no longer be extracted as a consequence of the fact that the resilient portion v' may no longer be compressed, and the channels r' are closed to the upper side. Inside the receiving enclosure y the platform H can be moved freely and may be positioned to the upper side by means of the extractors I, for maintaining the enclosure y clean and, where appropriate, for the contact with body 4 of the plug D. In this last case for introducing, in a relatively short time, the terminals 5 and 6 through some through holes b" and c", machined in the body 13, on an upper surface d" of the latter, around each of the holes b" and c" there are provided some constructively identical tapered portions e" and f" whose large diameter is 2...3 times higher than the small diameter which coincides with the diameter of the holes b" and c" and that have a depth of 1 ...2 mm. In the body 13 there are also machined a central through hole g" for the access to a screw securing the cover G to the socket A, situation not represented in the figures, and another lateral through hole h", respectively, having the centre staggered by an angle of 90° in relation to the centres of holes b" and c" and located opposite to the piece 14, through which an earthing terminal 15 may penetrate into a recess machined in the body 4, not represented in the figures.
On a lower surface i" of the body 12 between the lamellas d' in the portion b' there is machined a blind hole j".
Below the body 11 in front of each extractor I there is fixed an interior thin rigid plate 16 together with a resilient lamella 17, both having the same dimensions. The resilient lamella 17 is provided with a pin k" that is located in front of a through hole I" machined in the plate 16. In the situation in which the platform H is positioned to the upper side, closing the enclosure y, in the hole j" there penetrates the pin k" which crosses the hole I", maintaining it in this position, that allows, that in a relatively short time, the terminals 5 and 6 to be introduced through the holes b" and c", there being guided by means of the portions e" and f".
The body 13 has two zones m" and n" located diametrically opposed, provided with some active outline surfaces o" and p", each having, in the cross-section the shape of an arc of circle with a 2...6 mm radius, that are in contact with the lamellas d\ The body 13 has a thickness of 2..3 mm.
The blocking of each extractor I in the cover G is made by the rigid plate 16 which comes into contact with a rear lower shoulder q" of each lamella d'.
In this constructive variant, when the platform H is mounted freely in the receiving enclosure y, the extractors I have the lamellas d' placed in the enclosure y, so that the platform H is situated at the upper side of the enclosure y, situation in which the latter is protected against the ingress of dust or of other foreign bodies. When a plug D made of a plastic material consisting of rigid, semi-rigid or flexible polyvinyl chloride or ceramics has to be introduced into the enclosure y for achieving the electric contact, by the contact of the terminals 5 and 6 with the surface d" of the body 13, these are guided in front of the flared portions e" and f" that facilitates the relatively rapid introduction of the terminals 5 and 6 into the holes b" and c" and as a consequence, there takes place the contact between the plug D and the platform H. By continuing to push the platform H along the channels r' there are moved the guides s' and t\ so that the active outer surfaces o" and p", provided in the regions m" and n" of the body 13, that are in contact with the lamellas d', move the latter towards the outer side of the enclosure y, after the stud k" comes out of the blind hole j". While moving the surfaces o" and p' along the active surfaces e' of the lamellas d', there are passed through the concave upper and lower portions g' and f , respectively, that makes the value of the upper angle of attack β to ensure a relatively rapid movement of the extractors I, practically applying the same force up to the total displacement of the lamellas d' from the enclosure y.
At the beginning of the extraction of plug D from the enclosure y, as a result of applying, from the outside, by two fingers of a hand - of which one is the opposable finger - a force upon the extractors I, as a consequence of the value of the lower angle of attack a, there takes place a relatively rapid displacement of the lamellas d' towards the inner side of the enclosure y, the value of the pressing force being relatively reduced and maintained to this value up to the convex surface h' of the lamellas positioned in front of the cutout o", so that during the contact of the surfaces o" and p" with this surface h' there takes place an acceleration of the speed of extracting the platform H and implicitly of the plug D.
Due to the relatively small height of the body 11 of the cover G that has a value of 9...13 mm, the enclosure y is lowered below the level of the body 11 , inside the box, in order to obtain a prescribed depth of the enclosure y with a value of 15mm, according to the international standards. In this situation, in order to ensure the stroke of the extractors I as well as for ensuring the necessary elasticity in front of the portion h' there were provided the cutouts o' in the lamellas d\
The power outlet according to the invention, in another constructive variant, is type "F" double power outlet, illustrated in Figs.18...30and consists of the socket A, to which there is secured a cover J in which there is placed and retained a free platform , simple-guided laterally, with commanded blocking. The cover J consists of a body 18 that has a cylindrical wall r" delimiting a receiving enclosure s" and wherein there are machined four elongate slots, arranged two by two diametrically opposed, situation not represented in the figures. In front of each pair of slots in the body 18 there is provided a recess t", delimited by a profiled lower wall u". In each recess t" there is located a bilamellar extractor L whose body 19 has a portion v" with outer impression and an inner portion w", respectively, said inner portion being provided with two rigid lamellas x" and y", constructively different from each other and arranged in parallel.
The lamella x" has an active surface z" formed by two differently inclined flat portions a'" and b'", namely a long upper one and a short one, the length of the portion a'" being bigger than the length of portion b'" by 85...95%. Between the portion b'" and the horizontal plan there is a lower dihedral angle of attack γ, with a value of 18...22°, and between the portion a'" and a vertical plan there is an upper dihedral angle δ with a value of 27...35°.
Between the surfaces a'" and b'" there is a dihedral angle, not positioned in the figures, having a value of 121...127°. The lamella y" has an active surface c'", consisting of two portions d'" and e"\ namely an upper concave one and a front short horizontal plane one, respectively, connected between them. The portion e'" has a 2...3 mm length and it is located in an open channel f", machined in a lower wall g'" delimiting the receiving enclosure s"'. The portion d'" has the shape of an arc of the circle, having a 25...35 mm radius, and the length of the circle arc chord is equal to 10...13 mm.
In the cylindrical wall r" there are machined two channels h'" open towards the receiving enclosure s" and closed to the upper side, wherein there are placed some ends i'" and j'" of a sliderway20, that is guided in a channel k"\ having a "T" shape in the cross-section according to a transversal plan, said channel being machined in a profiled body 21 of the platform . The slider 20 has two lateral guides " that penetrate into the channel k"\ The body 21 of the platform K is provided in the middle with two recesses m'" situated diametrically opposed, and with two resilient guides n'", respectively, said guides being arranged diametrically opposed - placed in front of some external guides of the type "F" plug D in front of some active straight outline surfaces o"\ which are convex in the cross-section and have the shape of a arc of circle of a 2...6 mm radius.
In the body 21 there are machined two through holes p'" and q"' that can be crossed by the terminals 5 and 6, as well as another through hole r'" for the access to a screw 22 securing the cover J to the socket A. The slider 20 is positioned along a direction that forms an angle of 45° with the axis joining the centers of the holes p'" and q"\ The body 21 is provided with two linear profiled borders s'" and t'", having a height of 1 ...2 mm, that are arranged in parallel with each other and which enclose the holes p'" and q'", in order to guide the terminals 5 and 6 of the plug D within the latter.
In the immediate vicinity of a lower end u'" of the portion d'" the tangent to it makes with a straight line parallel to a lower horizontal edge v'" of the lamella y" a lower angle of attack η having a value of 9...15°, and in thenmmediate~vicinity of an upper end w'"of the portion d'" tangent to it makes with a vertical edge x'" of the lamellay" an upper angle of attack 0 with a value of 17...23°.
The body 19 has in a portion w" a short lateral lower shoulder y'" which blocks the extractor L in the cover J, wherein there are fixed in a manner known per se, preferably, by means of a screw 23, four short resilient pieces 24. Each piece 24 has a concave portion z'", which confers elasticity on it, as well as a short pin alv, for positioning inside a lower blind hole blv machined in the portion v" of the extractor L, after having crossed a through hole, machined in the wall u", not positioned in the figures, and a tall profiled stopper clv, respectively, which after crossing a through hole dlv provided in the wall u" comes into contact with the shoulder y"\ Each stopper clv is located in front of a lamella y".
Across the width of the portion v" the body 19 is provided with two lower lateral guides elv, of which the one on the side of the lamella y" is provided with the shoulder y"\ The guides elv are located in some channels f*v, machined in the body 18. In this constructive variant, the platform K is mounted and retained in the receiving enclosure s", being located to the upper side, as a consequence of the fact that the lamellas x" and y" are situated entirely in the enclosure s", before introducing the plug D into the enclosure s", for achieving the electric contact. When the plug D must be introduced into the enclosure s", there initially takes place the contact of the terminals 5 and 6 with the profiled borders s'" and t'", for the purpose of guiding the same towards and into the through holes p'" and q"\ Further, by pushing the plug D this moves the platform K under the conditions in which the two active surfaces o'" of the body 21 come into contact with the active surfaces z" and c'" and with the upper portions a'" and d"\ respectively, and then with the lower portions b'" and c'", there taking place a movement towards the outer side of the enclosure s" of the lamellas x" and y".
In this construction, the height of the body 18 of the cover J ensures the depth of the receiving enclosure s" which is equal to 18 mm, according to the international standards, without placing the wall g'" into the box, that allows a constructive simplification of the lamellas x" and y", in that they do not present a constructive recess required in the situation in which the wall g'" would be placed inside the box.
Initially, as a consequence of the existence of the upper angles of attack δ and Θ, with different values, by moving the platform K by the plug D there takes place an unlocking, in a relatively short time, of the extractors L after the stud alv comes out from the blind hole bl . When extracting the plug D from the enclosure s", as a consequence of the existence of the lower angles of attack γ and η, with different values, by the manual movement of the extractors L, the lamellas x" and y" are moved towards the inner side of the enclosure s" in a relatively short time and by the application of a force with a relatively reduced value and a variation in time thereof, due to the different geometrical shape of the surfaces z" and c'" which makes that during the extraction the contacts thereof with the surfaces o'" takes place alternately, but diametrically opposed diagonally. As a consequence of the concave shape of the portion c'" in front of the intersection of the portions a'" and b'" the movement of the platform L is done smoothly, by the application, from the outer side, of an extracting force with a relatively constant value, the contact taking place only between the portions σ'" and d"1.
The power outlet according to the invention, in another constructive variant may be type Έ" simple or double power outlet, situation in which the embodiment is presented for a double power outlet with earthing, illustrated in Figs. 31...42, which consists of the socket A to which there is fixed a cover , wherein there are mounted two bilamellar extractors N for each post, one having the role of extracting the plug D, in the situation in which in a receiving enclosure gl , provided in a body 25 of the cover there is placed a free platform O, guided at the lower side, sustained in an upper position.
The enclosure glv is confined by some walls hlv and ilv, namely a lateral cylindrical one and a lower flat one, respectively. In the wall hlv there are machined, for each post, four elongate slots, not represented in the figures, arranged two by two diametrically opposed and in front of each pair of slots in the body 25 there is provided a recess jlv confined by a lower wall klv, provided with an inner threshold ί'^ under-whieh there are situated two supports mlv and nlv, that are continued with two long profiled guides olv which are integral with the wall hlv.
In each recess jlv there is placed a bilamellar extractor N whose body 26 has two portions plv and qlv with impression, namely an external one and an internal one. The latter has two constructively different rigid lamellas rlv and slv arranged in parallel to each other, of which the lamella slv is constructively identical to the lamella y".
Lamella rlv has an active long concave portion tlv having the shape of an arc of circle with an 18...24 mm radius, and the length of the chord of the arc of circle is equal to 14... 16 mm.
In the immediate vicinity of a lower end ulv and in that of an upper end vlv of the portion tlv, respectively, the tangents to them make with a straight line parallel to a horizontal edge wlv, and with a vertical edge xlv, some angles of attack γ and μ, namely a lower one and an upper one, with values of 9...15° and of 17...23°, respectively. · In front of the portion the body 26 has two lateral lower guides y which in the immediate vicinity of the portion qlv have one of the two shoulders zlv.
To the lower side, in the portion plv of the body 26 there is provided a marginal blind hole av located between the lamellas rlv and slv, wherein there penetrates a marginal short stud bv of a long resilient lamella 27. The latter further has a marginal short stud bv, and between the two studs bv there is provided a through hole, not represented in the figures, through which there crosses a screw for fixing the lamella 27 to a lower short support cv of the body 25, situation not positioned in the figures.
By introducing the extractor N into the recess jlv the guides ylv come into contact with the guides olv, and the shoulders zlv come into contact with two lower limiters dv of a piece 28 closing the recess jlv. The piece 28 has two lower lateral long walls ev, which confine a lower front profiled wall fvthat comes into contact with the cylindrical wall hlv.
Between the limiters dv, in the wall fv there is machined a through hole gv placed in front of the blind hole av, when the extractor N has the lamellas rlv and slv situated in the enclosure glv, situation in which the stud bv crosses the hole gv and penetrates into the blind hole av.
The platform O has a body 29 which has an upper flat portion hv of a circular shape, which is continued with two lower thin long hollow guides iv located diametrically opposed. The portion hv has two through holes jv located in the middle, machined therein, that can be crossed by the terminals 5 and 6 of the plug D. Between the holes jv, in the vicinity of an external cut-out kv of the portion hv, in the latter there is also machined another peripheral through hole lv that is crossed by an earthing terminal 30, fixed in the body 1. Through the cutout kv the access to a screw 31 for fixing the body 25 to the body 1 is allowed.
In the lower wall ilv confining the enclosure g,v there are machined two through holes mv, placed at the middle, that are crossed by the terminals 5 and 6, as well as other two through holes nv, crossed by the guides iv and which, subsequently, enter the two long thick hollow guides ov. For retaining the guides iv in the guides ov, in the guides iv some stoppers 32 are introduced and fixed thereto. The wall ilv further has a peripheral through hole pv crossed by the earthing terminal 30.
In this constructive variant the socket A allows the wall ilv to be provided with the guides ov.
The flat portion hv has two regions qv arranged diametrically opposed, placed in front of the pairs of lamellas rlv and slv, that have some active curved outline surfaces rv, that are convex in the cross-section and have the shape of an arc of circle with a 2...6 mm radius.
At the upper side, the portion hv has two long profiled borders sv and t , arranged parallel to each other, with a height of 1 ...2 mm, which frame the holes jv delimiting a wide channel uvfor guiding the terminals5 and 6 towards the holes jv.
In the wall ilv there are machined four channels vv, placed two by two diametrically opposed, along which the lamellas rlv and slv may be moved.
In this constructive variant the platform O is mounted and retained in the receiving enclosure glv and it is placed to the upper side, as a consequence of the fact that the lamellas rlv and slv are entirely situated in the enclosure glv. When the plug D must be introduced into the enclosure glv for achieving the electric contact, there takes place the contact between the terminals5 and 6 and the profiled borders s and t , for the purpose of guiding them towards and into the through holes jv. In continuation, by pushing the plug D this moves the platform O, under the conditions in which the two active surfaces rv of the body 29 come into contact with the active concave portion tlv of the lamella rlv and with a portion of an active surface of the lamella slv, respectively, that is identical with the portion d'" of an active surface c'" of the lamella y". Initially, due to the values of the upper angles of attack μ and Θ, that can be equal to one another, between the previously indicated limits, there takes place a relatively rapid movement of the lamellas rlv and slv towards the external side of the enclosure glv. Then, the pushing of the plug D and implicitly that of the platform O is continued, under the conditions in which two active surfaces rv come into contact with the portion tlv, and with the portion constructively identical with the portion d'", respectively, that have radii of different values, having as a consequence the achieving of some alternating contacts of the surfaces rv with these, but diametrically opposed diagonally, that contributes to maintaining the speed of moving the lamellas rlv and slv for the whole duration up to finalizing the electric contact.
Upon extracting the plug D form the enclosure glv as a consequence of the values of the lower angles of attack A and η that can be equal to each other, between the previously indicated limits, by manually moving the extractors N, the lamellas rlv and sl are moved towards the inner side of the enclosure glv in a relatively short time and by applying a force with a relatively reduced value and variation in time, due to the different geometrical shapes of the active surface of the lamella slv and of the active surface tl of the lamella rlv, respectively; during the extraction, the contacts thereof with the surfaces r take place alternately, but diametrically opposed, diagonally, that ensures a continuous and smooth extraction.
In this constructive variant, the height of the body 25 of the cover M ensures a depth of the receiving enclosure glv, which, according to the international standards has a value of 15 mm, so that the socket A allows the achieving of the guides ov, located to the lower side on the body 25 of the cover , wherein there can be moved, in both directions, the guides iv of the platform O. The latter is retained inside the enclosure glv by the stoppers 32.
The power outlet according to the invention, in another constructive variant, may be type "C" simple or double, illustrated in Figs. 43...51 , consisting of the socket A, to which there is fixed a cover P, in whose body 33 there are mounted two bilamellar extractors Q for each post, having the role of extracting the plug D, in the situation in which in a receiving enclosure wv provided in the body 33 there is placed a free platform R, guided at the lower side, sustained in the upper position. In a lower wall xv which delimits the receiving enclosure wv provided in the body 33 there is located a free platform R, guided to the lower side, sustained in the upper position. In a lower wall xv which delimits the receiving enclosure wv there are machined two through holes yv and zv, located in the middle, that may be crossed by the terminals 5 and 6 of the plug D. The platform R has a body 34 provided with an upper flat portion having a circular shape which is continued with two lower thin long hollow guides' bvl, arranged diametrically opposed. In the portion avl there are machined two through holes cvl and dvl located in the middle, diametrically opposed, that may be crossed by the terminals 5 and 6. The guides bvl enter some hollow guides evl, open to the ends, of the body 33 retained in the latter by some stoppers 32
The portion avl has two lower zones fvl, each provided with a curved outline surface glv, which is convex in the cross-section and has the shape of an arc of the circle with 2...6 mm radius.
Each extractor Q consists of a body 35 which has two hollow portions hvl and ivl with impression, namely an outer one and an inner one, the latter has two lamellas jvl and kvl, namely a rigid one and a semi-rigid one, arranged parallel to each other. The lamella jvl has a construction identical to the one of the lamella y" of the extractor L, and the lamella kvl has an active surface, having a same geometry with that of the active surface e' of the lamella d', made up of two concave portions mvl and nvl, namely a lower one and an upper one, joined between them by a short convex portion ovl, said portions being constructively identical with the portions f , g' and h' of the lamella d' of the extractor !. In front of the convex portion ovl in the lamella kvl there is provided a cutout pvl, conferring elasticity on it during the contact between the portion o l and the platform R. The cutout p l is open at the lower side and it is delimited by a wall qvl in the shape of an arc of circle.
In the wall x there are machined four channels rVI located two by two diametrically opposed, along which the lamellas jvl and kvl may be moved.
Each extractor Q is retained in the cover P by means of a closing piece not represented in the figures, having a construction identical to that of piece 28, which by means of some lower limiters, blocks some shoulders svl of the extractor Q, and the positioning of the latter in the cover P is carried out by means of a lateral pin tvl of a long resilient piece 36 - whose construction is identical to that of the piece 27 - which enters a blind hole uvl of the extractor Q, which surrounds the receiving enclosure wv. The piece 36 is fixed to the cover P in a manner known per se, for example, by means of a screw, which penetrates a through hole, provided in the centre of the piece 36 and, another through hole, respectively, said hole being machined in the body 33, finally penetrating in the hole u l, situation not represented in the figures. The shoulders svl are positioned on some lower long guides vvl of the body 35, which in their turn are positioned in contact with some supports of the body 33, not represented in the figures, having a same construction with that of the supports mlv and nlv.
In this constructive variant, the platform R is mounted and retained in the receiving enclosure wv and it is placed at the upper side as a consequence of the fact that the lamellas jvl and kvl are situated entirely in the enclosure wv. When the plug D must be introduced into the enclosure wv for achieving the electric contact, initially there takes place the contact between the terminals 5 and 6 and the smooth outer surface of the body 34, with a view to introducing the same into the through holes cvl and dvl. Then, by pushing the plug D, this moves the platform R, in the conditions in which the two active surfaces gvl of the body 34 come into contact with a concave portion, not positioned in the figures, of the lamella jvl -constructively identical with the portion d'" of the lamella y" and with an upper portion nvl of the active surface lvl of the lamella kvl, respectively - and initially takes place due to the values of the angles of attack Θ and β - which may be equal to each other between the previously indicated limits - a relatively rapid movement of the lamallas ]VI and kvl, outside the enclosure w , then the pushing of the plug D and that of the platform R, implicitly, is continued under the conditions in which the two active surfaces gvl of the body come in contact with the upper portion, not positioned, of the lamella jvl - constructively identical with the portion d'" of the lamella y - and with the upper portion nv, respectively, of the lamella kvl - which is constructively identical with the portion g' of the lamella d' - that has as a consequence the achieving of alternating contacts of the surfaces gvl with these, but diametrically opposed, diagonally, which contribute to maintaining a relatively constant moving speed of the lamellas jvl and kvl during the whole time period up to finalizing the electric contact. Upon extracting the plug D from the enclosure wv, as a consequence of the values of the lower angles of attack η and a that can be equal to each other, between the previously indicated limits, by manually moving the extractors Q the lamelias jvl and kvl are moved towards the inner side of the enclosure wv in a relatively short time and by the application of a force with a relatively reduced value and variation in time, having in view the different geometrical shape of the active surface, not positioned, of the lamella jvl - which is constructively identical with the active surface c" of the lamella y" - and of the active surface lvl of the lamella kvl, which makes that during the extraction, the contacts thereof with the surfaces gvl takes place alternately, but diametrically opposed, diagonally, which ensures a smooth continuous extraction, by the application of a relatively small value force.
In this constructive variant the height of the body 33 ensures the depth of the receiving enclosure wvl, and the cutout pvl in the lamella kvl ensures only the elasticity in portion ovl of this lamella kvl which makes possible the movement along the guides lvl, in both directions, of the guides bvl.
The holes cvl and dvl machined in the body 34 may be surrounded by two long borders or surrounded by some truncated cone shaped portions with a height and a depth of 1 ...2 mm, respectively, situations not represented in the figures.
The power outlet according to the invention, in another constructive variant, may be, preferably type "F" simple or double, with earthing, situation in which the embodiment is presented for a simple adapting power outlet, illustrated in Figs. 52...54 which consists of a lower semi-casing S to which there is undetachably fixed an upper semi-casing T.
The semi-casing S consists of a body 36, wherein there are fixed two terminals 37 and 38 as well as two earthing lamelias 39, and which has two prominences wvlarranged diametrically opposed. In the body 36, the terminals 37 and 38 have mounted to the upper side a pair of resilient lamelias, in which the terminals 5 and 6 of the plug D may penetrate, situation known per se, but not represented in the figures. The semi-casing T consists of a body 40 provided with a thin cylindrical wall x which delimits a receiving enclosure yvl and with two frames zvland av", respectively, which are integral with the wall xvl. In the latter, in front of the frames z l and av" there are machined two pairs of narrow elongate slots bv" and cv", having some enlarged lower portions, of which there are represented some enlarged portions dv" of the slots b ", through which there pass some soleplates ev"and fv" of some rigid lamellas gv"and hvllof a body 41 of a bilamellar extractor U.
The lamellas gv" and hv" are constructively identical, with guiding at the lower side and limitation of the stroke, situation in which only the construction of the lamella gv" will be presented, said construction having an active flat surface iv" consisting of a lower flat portion jv", inclined by an angle ξ in relation to the horizontal, with a value of 16...18°, located in front of the sole ev". The portion jv" is continued with a curved flat upper portion kv", in the shape of an arc of circle, with a radius of 17...24 mm, and the length of the chord of the arc of circle is 1.8....2.2 times longer than the length of the - portion jv", which has a value of 4...7 mm. The value of an angle of attack π between the tangent in a point !VM situated at the transition of the portion kv" with a flat upper portion mv", parallel to the soleplate ev" is of 24...26°.
The body 41 has some portions n " and ov", namely a rear flat portion provided with an impression and an anterior curved portion having the lamellas gVM and h ", respectively. The portion ov" surrounds the thin wall xvl. To the lower side, in front of the portion ov", the body 41 has a recess pv" which confines an outer lateral lower guide qv" of the lamella gv" and it is continued by means of a shoulder rv" of the soleplate eVM.
The lamellas gv" and hv" are introduced through the slots bv" and cv" into the enclosure yvl, thereafter through a lower cutout sv" machined in a lower wall tv" of the frame av" there is introduced a piece 42 for retaining and limiting the stroke of the guide qv" by the contact with the shoulder rv".
The piece 42 is curved having the shape of the wall xvl and it is provided with two open upper recesses uv" and vv" whose dimensions allow them to partially dress at the upper side the lamellas gv" and hv" and it is located in the recess p ". In the wall t there are machined three through holes w , x and y in which there enter some pins zv", avl" and bvl", namely a short one, a long one and a short one, of a resilient piece 43, provided with a front curved zone cvl" that follows the curvature of the wall xvl.
Between the portions nv" and ovllof the body 41 , in the latter there is machined a lower blind hole dvl" in which a long pin avl" penetrate.
In the wall xvl in front of some reinforced portions evlll and fvl" there are machined two channels gvl" and hvl" for guiding and positioning, respectively, for the lamellas 39 arranged diametrically opposed.
In the enclosure yvl, prior to interlocking the bodies 36 and 40, there is located a free platform V, guided laterally with commanded locking so that some ends ivl" of a slideway 44, that is guided in a lower open channel jvl", machined in a body 45 of the platform V, penetrate in the channels gvl" open at the lower side. The body 45 is provided with two through holes kvm placed in the middle - delimited by two long linear borders lvl", arranged parallel to each other, with a height of 1 ...2 mm that can be crossed by the terminals 5 and 6 and has two diametrically opposed zones mvm, delimited by one of two active straight outline surfaces nVIM, each being convex in the cross section, and having the shape of an arc of the circle with a 2...6 mm radius.
In case in which in a power outlet provided with extractor, known per se, there is connected a simple adapting power outlet, on the body 36 there may be fixed a self- sticker platform E, thereafter the terminals 37 and 38 are introduced into the power outlet for achieving the supply to the power network, and the lamellas gv" and hv" are placed into the enclosure yvl. Thereby there is created the possibility of allowing the introduction into/and taking out from the power outlet, whenever necessary, a plug D belonging to different appliances. The terminals 5 and 6 are introduced through the holes kVIM of the platform V that is placed freely in the enclosure yvl, being guided along the channels gVMI. Finally, the terminals 5 and 6 come into contact with the pairs of resilient lamellas of the terminals 37 and 38, thereby the supply with electric power being achieved. During the introduction of the plug D into the enclosure y , the profiled surfaces nvm progressively come into contact with the concave and straight portions kv" and jv", namely, a concave one and a straight one, so that in the end the portions jv" are placed frontally on either sides of some resilient guides ovl" placed in the middle of the surfaces rvni
If the plug D is desired to be extracted from the enclosure yvl, the extractors U are moved by pushing with two fingers of a hand, so that the lamellas gv" and hVM are moved with the soles eVM and fv" on a flat wall pvm, that delimits to the lower side the enclosure yvl. Thus, the surfaces nVIM progressively come into contact with the surfaces jv" and with the surfaces kVM, until the plug D is taken out of the enclosure y l and the platform V remains in the enclosure yvl in the upper position, as a consequence of the fact that the pushers U are retained with the lamellas hv" and gv" inside the enclosure yvl by the pins avl" of the piece 43, that penetrate into the holes dvl" of the bodies 41.
Under the conditions in which the body 40 has the relatively thin wall xvl with a value of 1.5...2.0 mm, the shape and 'dimensions- -of the active surfaces i " of the extractors U lead to a compact construction and to reliability in operation, respectively.
The power outlet according to the invention, in another constructive variant, is a type "F" mobile multiple power outlet, with at least two posts, with earthing, situation in which the embodiment is presented for a mobile multiple power outlet, illustrated in Figs. 55...61 with three posts, that consists of some lower and upper semi-casings W and X, respectively.
The semi-casing W consists of a hollow body 46, wherein there are provided six lower short hollow supports qvl", wherein there are placed some springs 47 and six lateral stoppers rvl", respectively, said stoppers being placed inside an inner skirt svm. Both in this skirt and in a border tvl" there is machined one of some front holes uVMI and vvm, wherethrough there passes an electric cable, connected to some lamellas for the electric contact, situation known per se, not represented in the figures and to three "U"- shaped earthing lamellas 48, respectively, known per se. Some arms w and x of each lamella 48 are located in some pairs of slots y arranged diametrically opposed, two by two, provided in a thin cylindrical wall zvl" which confines together with a lower wall alx, a receiving enclosure blx belonging to a body 49 of the casing X.
The wall alx has two lower hollow short guides clx, which by joining together the semi-casings W and X come into contact with the supports qvm, and the springs 47 penetrate into the guides clx. In front of the guides clx in the wall alx there are provided two through holes dlx, placed diametrically opposed. In the wall alx there are also machined other two through holes elx located in the middle, diametrically opposed, through which the terminals 5 and 6 of the plug D may enter.
In the wall zVMI there are provided two channels f*x located diametrically opposed, open to the upper side, through which there are moved towards the wall alx some outer prominences glx, located diametrically opposed, of a body 50 of a free platform Y, guided at the lower side with self-positioning in the upper position. The body 50 is provided with an outline border hlx of an upper flat portion ilx that has two recesses not positioned, located diametrically opposed, through which the arms wvl" and xvm pass. In the body 50, inside the border hlx, there are machined two through holes, placed in the middle, diametrically opposed through which there my pass the terminals 5 and 6 of the plug D. The body 50 has two lower hollow guides klx, in which, after introducing them through the holes dlx there are mounted some stoppers 51 for the contact with the springs 47 and for retaining the guides klx into the guides clx, respectively.
In the wall zvl" there are machined two vertical slots !,x, closed to the upper side and to the lower side having the shape of T letter "", confined to the inner side of the wall zvl" by some guiding ribs rnlx.
In the body 49, in front of the slots llx there are located some extractors Z and between the ribs mlx in the body 49, in front of each extractor Z there is machined one of some through holes nlx.
A unilamellar extractor Z is formed in a body 52 provided with two portions olx and plx, namely an exterior one with impression and an interior one, as well as with two elongate recesses q , located on either sides of a rigid lamella r with guiding at the lower side. The latter has an active surface slx consisting of a lower flat portion tlx, inclined by an angle ξίη relation to the horizontal, located in front of a soleplate ulx. The portion tlx is continued with an upper portion vlx, having the concavity value equal to that of the portion kv". The portion vlx has the shape of an arc of circle with a 17...24 mm radius. The value of angle π between the tangent in a point w,x situated at the transition of portion vlx with a flat upper portion xlx, parallel to the soleplate ulx with the vertical has a value of 24...26°. In the cross-section the portion vlx is convex and has to the upper side the shape of an arc of circle with a 2...6 mm radius.
The lamella rlx has two lower long guides ylx between which there is machined a channel zlx open at the lower side and closed at the ends. During the operation, the lamella rlx is introduced through the slot llx into the enclosure blx, so that the ribs mIX penetrate into the recesses qlx and the guides y,x remain in contact at the upper side with the ribs mlx, and the stopper rvl" penetrates into the channel zlx. Finally, the body 52 is placed between two lateral walls ax.
For bringing in operation condition, the mobile multiple power outlet is supplied from a low-voltage power network, then, in turn, a plug D - depending on the number of posts - is placed in front of the enclosure blx, and the terminals 5 and 6 are guided by the border h,x and directed towards the holes jlx of the platform Y in which they enter, which allows the platform to be moved downwards, by pressing the plug D, and consequently to compress the springs 47 until the terminals 5 and 6 pass through the holes elx and penetrate between the resilient lamellas, achieving the electric contact, During this whole period the extractors Z are moved towards the outer side of the enclosure blx and the stoppers rvl" placed in the channels zlx limit the strokes of the extractors Z. The border hlx has some upper semi-borders bx with a height of 1...2 mm, each provided with one of some active lower outline surfaces cx, in the shape of a sphere sector with the large diameter placed towards the upper side, that are in contact with the concave surfaces slx, during the movement of the platform Y along the enclosure blx. For extracting the plug D from the enclosure b , the extractors 2 are pressed by two fingers of a hand, so that the portions tlx initially having the distance between their front ends equal to the value of the small diameter of the surfaces cx, are moved towards the inner side of the enclosure blx, advancing together with the portions vlx towards the centre of the enclosure blx, raising the platform Y in a time and with a force of relatively low values.
The springs 47 may be tared so as to allow or not to maintain in electric contact the terminals of a type "C" earthing-free plug, whose diameters are of 4.0 mm in relation to the diameters of the terminals 5 and 6 of the plug D that has a value of 4.8 mm.
By the convenient choice of the lengths of the pair of the inner lower hollow guides klx in which there are mounted the stoppers 51 for the contact with the springs 47 and for retaining the guides kIX in the outer upper hollow guides clx, the upper surface of the border h,x may be placed at the upper level of the cylindrical wall zvl" confining the receiving enclosure blx. This fact is possible due to the presence of the border hlx which allows the guiding of the terminals 5 and 6. "
The power outlet according to the invention, in another constructive variant, is a type "E" mobile multiple power outlet with at least two posts, with earthing, situation in which the embodiment is presented for a mobile multiple power outlet with three posts, illustrated in Figs. 62...69, which consists of two semi-casings A' and B\ namely a lower one and an upper one, respectively.
The semi-casing A' consists of a hollow body 53 wherein there are provided some inner "U"-shaped limiters d which are integral with an upper border ex of the body 53. In the border ex there is machined a hole fx for passing therethrough an electric cable connected to some electric contact lamellas and |o another lamella to which there are fixed some earthing terminals 54, situation known per se and not represented in the figures.
Each limiter dx has two arms gx and hx, namely a resilient one and a rigid one, respectively, the latter being integral with the border ex. The limiters dx are placed face to face, two by two, and the arms gx and hx cross one slot ix, machined in a lower wall jx of a recess kx, provided in a body 55 of the semi-casing B', where there is positioned partially a body 56 of a unilamellar extractor C.
The body 56 has some portions lx and mx namely a smooth curved front one and a rear one, respectively, the latter having a rigid lamella nx, with guiding at their lower side, with the limitation of the stroke crossing a vertical slot ox, machined in a thin cylindrical wall px, 15 mm tall, which delimits, together with a flat lower wall qx, a receiving enclosure rX in the body 55. The slot ox communicates to the lower side with a channel sx, that is machined in the wall jx and that has a width bigger than that of the slot ox. In the wall qx there are machined two through holes tx, placed in the middle, diametrically opposed, for passing the terminals 5 and 6 therethrough, and a marginal through hole uX through which the terminal 54 passes.
In the wall px there are provided two vertical channels vx, open lengthwise and closed to the upper and lower sides, placed diametrically opposed, wherein there may penetrate one of some external shoulders wx and xx of a flat body 57 and of a positioning resilient movable flat thin piece 58, respectively, that belong to a free platform D\ guided laterally, simple-guided, with self-locking placed in the enclosure rx.
The piece 58 has an outer flat portion y* and a resilient "S"-shaped inner portion zx, respectively, and it is placed in a recess axl machined in the body 57, wherein for retaining the piece 58 there are provided two guiding, open, "T"- shaped channels bxl located on either side of the recess axl wherein two lateral guides cxl of the piece 58 penetrate.
The shoulders wx and xx are located diametrically opposed and close to them the body 57 has a prominence dxl and the piece 58 has another prominence exl that are located diametrically opposed.
The body 57 is bordered by an active outline surface f*' having the shape of a sphere sector with the large diameter placed upwards. In the body 57 there are provided three through holes gxl, hxl and ixl with diameters equal to one another, of which the holes gxl and hxl are placed diametrically opposed, in the middle, and they are for guiding the terminals 5 and 6, and the hole ixl is intended for the penetration of the terminal 54. Around the holes g and g there are provided some tapered portions jxl and kxl each having a maximum diameter that is 2...3 times larger than the diameters of the holes gxl and hxland have a depth of 1 ...2 mm, respectively.
The lamella nx has two rear lower long guides lxl and mxl continued with two wide anterior lower guides nxl and oxl, namely an average one and a short one, respectively. In the guide lxl, in the immediate vicinity of the portion lx there is machined a recess pxl delimited by a wall having a shape conjugated with a profiled end of the arm gx.
Between the guides ,IXI and mxl and the guides nxl and oxl there are two thresholds qxl and r*'.
The lamella nx has an active surface sxl consisting of a lower flat portion txl, inclined by the angle of attack ξ to the horizontal, placed in front of a soleplate uxl. The portion txlis continued with an upper portion v50, constructively identical to the portion vlx, which in the cross-section is convex and has the shape of an arc of the circle with a 2...6 mm radius and which is curved in the shape of an arc of the circle with a 17...24 mm radius, and the length of the chord of the arc of the circle has a value of 1 ,8...2,2 times longer than the length of the portion txl that is of 4...7 mm. The angle π between the tangent in an upper point wxl of the portion v*' with the vertical line has a value of 24...26°.
Between the guide oxl and the front part of the soleplate uxl there exists a recess xxl that allows the displacement of the lamella nx alongside the terminal 54 in the situation in which the lamella nx is entirely located in the enclosure rx.
For bringing into the operation condition, the movable multiple power outlet is supplied from a low-voltage power network, thereafter a plug D, in each case - depending on the number of posts - is placed in front of the enclosure rx and the terminals 5 and 6 are guided by the flared portions jxl and hxl and directed into the holes gxl and hxl of the platform D', which is moved downwards, by pressing the plug D with the consequence of moving the lamellas n towards the outside of the enclosure r*, as a consequence of the platform D' being guided by the shoulders wx and xx along the channels v*, and the prominences dxl and exl center the platform D' , coming into contact with the wall px. For the movement of the lamellas nx outside the enclosure r*, the resilient arm gx releases the lamella nx, by its coming out form the recess pxl of the guide lxl , after the terminals 5 and 6 enter the holes gxl and hxl and the platform D' begins to descend. The movement of the lamellas nx towards the oputer side of the enclosure r* is performed as a consequence of the contact of the surface f*1 with the surface sxl up to achieving the final electric contact, situation in which the thresholds qxl and rxl come into contact with the arms gx and hx .
For extracting the plug D from the enclosure r*, the extractors C are pressed by two fingers of a hand, so that the portions txl, having initially the distance between their front ends equal to the value of the small diameter of the surface f*0 are moved towards the inner side of the enclosure rx, lifting the platform D' with a force and in a time with relatively low values and safely, until the plug D is taken out.
By the construction of the extractors C it is possible to mount a children protection under the lower wall- qx, which -delimits the enclosure r*; situation not represented in the figures and under these conditions the soleplate uxl is in direct contact with the wall qx.
The power outlet according to the invention, in another constructive variant is a type F mobile multiple power outlet, having at least two posts, with earthing, situation in which the embodiment is presented for a mobile multiple power outlet with three posts, illustrated in Figs. 70...74, which consists of two semi-casings E' and F', namely a lower one and an upper one.

In the bodies 59 and 60 there are machined two semi-holes nXM and ox" wherethrough an electric cable passes when they are assembled together, said electric cable being in connection with a power network and with some electric contact lamellas, situation known per se and not represented in the figures, and with three "U"-shaped earthing lamellas 61 , that are known per se. The two arms, not represented in the figures, of each lamella 61 partially enter a receiving enclosure px" through two elongate slots qXM, placed diametrically opposed, machined in a thin cylindrical wall r*" having an 18 mm height. In the latter, in front of the recess dx" there are provided other two elongate slots sx" arranged diametrically opposed, wherethrough into the enclosure px" there may entirely or partially enter two non-guided rigid lamellas tx" of a rear portion ux", each lamella belonging to a body 62 of a unilamellar extractor G', which also has an anterior portion vx" provided with impression. In the wall r*" there are also machined two channels wx" open towards the enclosure px", which allow the access of the type "F"- plug D. The enclosure pXM is delimited by a lower wall xx", wherein there are provided two through holes y*" for passing the terminals 5 and 6 therethrough, two elongate slots zx" preferably having the longitudinal axes slightly curved, placed diametrically opposed, wherethrough there pass two guides axl" of a body 63 of a free platform H', guided at the lowerside, said platform being with self-blocking in the upper position.
Each guide axm has two resilient lower arms which are integral with an upper flat portion cx,M of the body 63. Between the arms bxl" there is provided an upper circular cutout continued with a slot exl" open at the lower side. An arm bxl" has a lower portion having the shape of a trapeze with the small base arranged towards the lower side, both small bases and the width of the slot exl" having a length smaller than the length of slots zx". To the upper side, the portion fxl" is continued with a lower intermediary rectangular portion gXMI under which there is a lower blocking shoulder hxl". The summed amount of the widths of the long sides of the portions gxl" and the width of the slot exl" is equal to the value of the upper portion of the guide axl" and with the length of the slot zXM, respectively. The portion gxm is continued with a trapeze-shaped middle, intermediary portion jxm with the long side placed towards the upper side, which is common to the small side of a trapeze-shaped upper intermediary portion kxl". Between the portions ixm and jxl" there is formed a positioning prominence !XI" situated on the same vertical line with the shoulder hxl".
The flat portion cxl" has an upper border mxm, wherein there are provided two cutouts nxl", that are located in front of the lamellas 51 and that are bordered by an active outline surface oxl", in the shape of a sphere sector with the large base situated towards the upper side. The border rnXMI follows externally the outline of body 63 and to the inner side it has a cylindrical shape with a depth of 1 ...2 mm.
In the portion cxl", in the immediate vicinity of the border mxl" there are machined two through holes pXMI, for passing the terminals 5 and 6 of the plug D therethrough.
A lamella tx" has an active surface qXIM consisting of a lower flat portion rXIM, inclined by an angle ξ in relation to the horizontal, placed in front of a soleplate sxl". The portion rxl" is continued with a concave upper portion tXIM, having a concavity value equal to that of the concavity or portion vlx which in the cross-section is convex and has, at the upper side, the shape of an arc of circle with a 2...6 mm radius and which is curved in the shape of an arc of circle with the radius of 17...24 mm, and the length of the chord of the arc of the circle has a value equal to 1.8...2.2 times bigger than the length of the portion r 1 that is of 4...7 mm. The value of angle n between the tangent in an upper point uxlll of the portion txl" with the vertical has a value of 24...26°.
Between the soleplate sxl" and a lower wall v*1" of the body 62 there is a recess wxl", and at the front side the wall v*"1 has a cavity xxl" open at the front side, which together with the recess w allow the mounting of a children protection, situation not represented in the figures.
The body 52 has two narrow lateral lower guides, continued to the rear side with two wide short guides zxl", with some shoulders axlv therebetween.
For bringing into operation, the multiple power outlet is power supplied from a low-voltage power network, then initially, a plug D is located in front of an enclosure px", and the terminals 5 and 6 are guided by the border mxl" and directed to the holes pxl" of the platform H', which subsequently is moved downwards, by pressing the plug D, that has as a consequence the movement of the lamellas tx" to the outer side of the enclosure px", under the conditions in which the guides axl" with the arms bxl" are introduced through the slots zx", wherein they are blocked by the shoulders hxl", and the prominence !xl" positions at the upper side and retains in position, initially, the platform H' up to introducing the terminals 5 and 6 into the holes pxl" . Then, by the permanent contact between the surface oxl" and the active surfaces qXM1 of the lamellas tx", there takes place a relatively rapid continuous smooth movement downwards, into the enclosure pXM of the platform H' and the movement outwards of the extractors G'.
Finally, under the surface oxm, in front of the small diameter thereof, there are positioned some front parts bxlv of the portions r*1", and the shoulders axlv come into contact, at the upper side, with the shoulders mx" andat the lower side with the shoulders lx" and gx".
For extracting the plug D from the enclosure px", the extractors G' are pressed by two fingers of a hand, so that the front pieces bxlv are moved towards the inner side of the enclosure px", lifting the platform H' with a force and in a time with relatively low values and safely, until the plug D is taken out.
In case the upper surface of the border mxl" is placed at the upper level of the cylindrical wall rx" which delimits the enclosure px", when the plug D is extracted from the latter, there is selected an adequate height of the portion ixm which fulfills this requirement. This positioning of the platform H' is possible due to the fact that the terminals 5 and 6 may be guided in this position of the platform H' by the border mXMI. The power outlet according to the invention, in another constructive variant is a type "F" mobile multiple power outlet, having at least two posts, with earthing, situation in which the embodiment is presented for a movable multiple power outlet with three posts, which consists of two semi-casings and J', namely a lower one and an upper one.
The lower semi-casing consists of a hollow body 64, wherein there are provided some supports cxlv, placed two by two in a face-to-face arrangement, and under each support cxlv there is mounted a resilient lamella 65 having two profiled ends exlv, which run through two narrow slots fxlv, machined under and in the immediate vicinity of a support cxlv. To the centre, the lamella 65 has a profiled prominence gxiv and it is provided with a through hole xlv, delimited by a wall with thread, placed in front of a through hole ixlv, machined centrally in the support cxlv. Through the holes hxl and jxlv there enters a screw 66 whose free end jxlv is placed above the support cxlv.
A support cxiv is delimited by two transverse walls kxiv and a front wall IXIV, and in the latter there is provided a recess mxlv. In front of the wall 1XIV there are provided two lateral narrow shoulders nxlv, situated along the walls kxlv.
The upper semi-casing J' has a hollow body 67, wherein there are provided some recesses ox,v, under which the supports cxlv are placed. The recesses mxiv placed two by two in a face-to-face arrangement allow the mounting of a children protection, situation not represented in the figure.
By assembling the semi-casings Γ and J' together some semi-holes pxlv and qxlv come face to face and allow to pass therethrough a cable for power supply from a power network, situation not presented in the figures, and some "U"-shaped earthing lamellas 68, whose arms enter through some slots r^7 into a receiving enclosure sxiv, delimited laterally by a thin wall txlv, having a height of 18 mm, and at the lower side by a wall uxlv. In front of the recesses oxlv' in the wall txlv there are machined two elongate slots vxlv through which there may be moved two unguided rigid lamellas wxiv of some unilamellar extractors L' towards the enclosure and from the enclosure sxlv. Each recess oxlv is bordered by two narrow lower shoulders xxlv. In the lower wall uxlv there are machined two through holes y*1 placed diametrically opposed and other two guiding through holes xxlv, respectively, the latter being also diametrically opposed.
Through the holes zxlv there enter two lower resilient cylindrical long guides axv which together with an upper flat portion bxv form a body 69 of a free platform ', guided at the lower side, with commanded upper positioning. The portion bxv is bordered by an upper border cxv, delimited by two outline active surfaces, having the shape of a sphere sector, with the large base arranged towards the upper side. The border cxv has two recesses exv placed diametrically opposed, in order to pass in front of the arms of the lamellas 68 and follows at the outer side the outline of the body 69, and at the inner side has a cylindrical shape and has a depth of 1 ...2 mm for guiding the terminals 5 and 6 .
Each resilient guide axv has two lower long resilient portions fxv separated by a channel gxv, provided with one of some blocking lower shoulders hxv. In the portions bxv there are machined two through holes ixv placed in the middle, diametrically opposed for introducing the terminals 5 and 6 therethrough.
A lamella wxiv belongs to a rear portion jxv which together with another anterior portion kxv with impression, constitutes a body 70 of the extractor L' and has an active surface lxv consisting of two portions mxv and nx , namely an inclined lower flat one, and a concave upper one. The latter is constructively identical to the portion v*v and it is convex in the cross section and it has the shape of an arc of circle with a 2...6 mm radius and in the plan it has the shape of an arc of circle, with a 17...24 mm radius, and the length of the chord of the arc of circle has a value of 1.8...2.2 times bigger than the length of the portion mxv' which is of 4...7 mm. The portion mxv is inclined by an angle ξ in relation to the horizontal and it is placed in front of a soleplate oxv. The value of the angle n between the tangent in an upper point pxv of the portion nxv in relation to the vertical has a value of 24...26°.
Between the soleplate oxv and a lower wall qxv of the body 70 there is provided a recess t*y, and to the front side the wall qxv has a front open recess, which together with the recess r allow the mounting of a children protection, situation not represented in the figures.
The body 70 has two rear long narrow lateral guides txv and uxv and two anterior short flat guides uxv, respectively, with some shoulders v*v for limiting the extractor travel L' provided therebetween.
Under the lamella wlv in the lower wall qxv there is provided a through hole wxv, located in front of the screw 66 in case the lamella wxlv is located entirely inside the enclosure sxlv.
For bringing in the operation condition, the multiple power outlet is power supplied from a low-voltage power network, thereafter a plug D is placed in front of the enclosure sxlv, and the terminals 5 and 6 are guided by the border cxv and directed towards and into the holes ixv of the platform ', which is moved downwards, by pressing the plug D, which has the consequence of moving the lamella wlv to the inner side of the enclosure sxlv, under the conditions in which the guides axv of the platform K' enter the holes zxlv, being blocked in the wall uxlv by means of the shoulders xv. Thus, the platform K' is positioned and retained by the screws 66 that are partially lifted and partially enter, with the ends jxlv, into the holes wxv, until the terminals 5 and 6 are introduced into the holes ixv. Then, by the permanent contact between the surface dxv and the active surfaces !xv of the lamellas wxlv there takes place a relatively rapid continuous smooth movement downwards, into the enclosure sxlv, of the platform ' and the movement outwards of the extractors L'. Upon finishing the descent of the platform K' under the surface dxv, in front of the small diameter thereof there are positioned some front parts xx of the portions mxv, and the shoulders v*v come in contact, at the upper side, with the shoulders xlv and at the lower side with the shoulders nxlv, and in the hole wxv the end jxlvof the screw 66 is no longer placed.
For extracting the plug D from the enclosure sxiv, the extractors L' are pressed by two fingers of a hand, so that the front parts xxv are moved towards the inner side of the enclosure sxlv, lifting the platform K' by a force and in a time with low values and safely, until the plug D is taken out. When there is to be used a reduced number of posts, depending on the consumer power, in order to avoid the overload, in the other posts the screw 66 passes through the whole hole wxv, blocking the extractors L', and the platform K' is
immobilized at the upper side of the enclosure sxlv.
According to the claimed inventions, all the bodies 13, 57, 21 , 45, 63 and 69 of the platforms H, D', K, V, H' and K' are made of a dielectric plastic material consisting of a polyamide and, preferably, of polypropylene, such as polypropylene PA6. From the same material selected for manufacturing the bodies 13, 57, 21 , 45, 63 and 69 there are also manufactured the bodies 12, 19, 26, 35, 41 , 52, 56, 62 and 70 of the extractors I, L, N, Q, U, Z, C',G' and L', in order to prevent, to a great extent, the wearing thereof during the operation, with direct consequences in respect of maintaining relatively low values of the pressing force and of the extraction time.
In the situation where one of the free platforms H, K, V or D', guided laterally, for some undesirable reasons is deteriorated, this is removed from the receiving enclosure y, s', yvl or rx in which it was positioned andjhen, in this, for achieving an electric contact, a plug D to which there is attached a platform E or a self sticker platform F may be introduced.
