Definitions
- the present invention relates to a buckle, in particular a belt buckle, with a first buckle part and at least a second buckle part, the first buckle part having a first buckle base body and a hook-shaped receptacle rigidly formed on the first buckle base body, seen in at least one section, and the second buckle part having a second one Buckle base body with an intrinsically rigid hook-in part for hooking into the receptacle of the first buckle part and the first buckle part additionally has at least one latch, the hook-in part in a locked state of the latch in a locking position of the latch of at least one retaining surface of the latch in the receptacle is held and can be removed from the receptacle in an unlocked position of the bolt.
- Buckles of this type have the advantage that, due to the rigid design of the hook-shaped receptacle of the first buckle part and the rigid design of the hanging part of the second buckle part, a buckle which is very stable in the pulling direction can be created.
- a generic buckle is in the DE 10 2006 004 852 A1 in the 4a and 4b shown.
- a disadvantage of these known buckles is that, although they are quite stable in the pulling direction in which the first buckle part and the second buckle part are pulled apart, tilting of the two buckle parts relative to one another is not very well supported.
- the object of the present invention is to propose an improvement for a buckle of the type mentioned above.
- the invention provides that the hanging part has a central web and two side parts protruding from the central web on opposite sides and each of the side parts is delimited by a front edge and the front edges of the side parts, at least in regions, diverge obliquely relative to one another, are preferably at least partially V-shaped to each other.
- a buckle with a relatively short overall length can be created on the one hand, in which on the other hand the two buckle parts are suspended in one another due to the special design of the side parts and their front edges Condition are relatively well secured against tilting in the direction orthogonal to the direction of pull.
- the front edges are the edges which delimit the side parts and which point in a pulling direction into the receptacle when the hanging part is pulled. These leading edges can be straight but also curved.
- the front edges of the side parts projecting from one another on the opposite side of the central web are particularly preferably aligned at least in regions in a V-shape. The leading edges or even only partial areas of the leading edges therefore advantageously run towards one another at an acute or obtuse angle in the direction of the central web.
- the side parts jointly, if appropriate together with the central web, form a shape of a dovetail.
- the side parts are also forcibly rigid on the central web.
- the central web and the two side parts together form the hanging part, although it is not excluded that the hanging part has other components.
- the hanging part is in any case part of the second buckle body of the second buckle part.
- the second buckle body may have, in addition to the hanging part, for example a belt web for wrapping a belt around and a corresponding belt receiving window through which the belt is inserted.
- the belt web can be rigid but can also be designed as a movable, in particular displaceable, web web for clamping a belt on the second buckle base body.
- the second buckle base body as a whole can be a rigid component, but it can also have moving parts, such as a slidably mounted belt web.
- the hook-shaped receptacle of the first buckle part is often referred to below simply as a receptacle for the sake of language simplification.
- This receptacle is rigidly formed on the first buckle body.
- the first buckle base body can also have a belt web and a belt receptacle window.
- the belt web can be rigid or else can be designed as a movable, in particular displaceable, clamping web on the first buckle base body.
- the bolt is movably arranged on the first buckle body between its locking position and its unlocking position.
- the latch can hold the hook-in part in the receptacle in its locking position with its retaining surface, so that the two buckle parts cannot inadvertently be separated from one another. It is only possible to separate the two buckle parts when the bolt has been brought into its unlocked position. In the unlocked position, the hanging part can then be removed from the receptacle in order to separate the two buckle parts from one another.
- buckles according to the invention can be designed very differently and can also serve very different tasks. Basically, they serve to releasably connect two components together.
- the buckles according to the invention are particularly preferably so-called belt buckles, which serve to fasten a belt with another belt or one To connect the strap to another component.
- options such as the belt webs mentioned on the buckle parts to which the belts can be attached are then also provided.
- other fastening options can also be provided, or in other words connection options, such as fastening holes on the buckle parts, can be provided.
- Belts, or if it is not a belt buckle, other objects can also be attached to these other fastening options.
- the belt webs of the buckle parts can also have different lengths in order to be able to connect belts with different widths.
- the widths of the buckle parts can of course also be adapted to the belt widths of the belts to be connected to one another. It is preferably provided that each of the side parts on a side opposite the respective front edge of the side part is delimited by a rear edge of the side part and the at least one retaining surface of the bolt in the locking position forms a stop surface for the rear edges of the side parts of the hanging part suspended in the receptacle ,
- rear edges of the side parts are aligned at least in regions from the central web, obliquely diverging from one another, preferably at least in regions V-shaped to one another.
- the trailing edges can also be straight but also curved.
- Preferred variants of the invention provide that the front edges of the side parts form an angle with one another in an angular range from 20 ° to 160 °, preferably from 60 ° to 120 °.
- These also form an angle with one another, which is preferably in an angular range from 20 ° to 160 ° and particularly preferably from 60 ° to 120 °.
- this angle information then preferably only applies to the correspondingly oblique diverging areas.
- Particularly preferred variants of the invention provide that only a partial area of the respective front edge is designed as an abutment shoulder on the hanging part and corresponding abutment shoulders are formed on the first buckle base body, wherein in the suspended state of the hanging part in the receptacle when the hanging part is pulled in a pulling direction in the inclusion in the tensile forces in the pulling direction can be transmitted exclusively from the hanging part to the first buckle body via the contact of the contact shoulders on the counter contact shoulders.
- the tensile forces which engage the two buckle parts in the direction of pull are transmitted exclusively via the abutment of the abutment shoulders on the corresponding counter abutment shoulders.
- the remaining areas of the front edge of the respective side part of the hook-in part are free in the holder in the suspended state, so that no forces are transmitted from one buckle part to the other buckle part in the pulling direction.
- This only in the pulling direction exemption of the areas of the front edges lying outside the contact shoulder can prevent the front edges of the side parts from spreading relative to one another, in particular arranged in a V-shape, from spreading on the first buckle part or the receptacle.
- the side parts By interacting with the receptacle, the side parts then essentially serve to secure the two buckle parts against tilting against one another about an axis orthogonal to the pulling direction.
- the contact shoulders are each arranged in a half of the respective front edge facing the central web.
- the abutment shoulders preferably each adjoin the middle web.
- the contact shoulders can each be designed as an undercut that is rounded at least in some areas.
- the side walls of the receptacle of the first buckle base body in the suspended state of the hanging part in the receptacle preferably form side stops for the front edges of the side parts to prevent the hanging part from tipping out of the receptacle in one direction orthogonal to the direction of pull.
- the latch in the first buckle base body is preferably designed as a, preferably exclusively, linearly displaceable push button between the locking position and the unlocking position.
- more than one bolt can also be provided.
- the bolt or bolts does not necessarily have to be designed as a push button.
- one or more pivotally mounted levers can also be provided as latches.
- the bolt is elastically pretensioned in the direction of its locking position.
- the bolt can be made elastic in itself or via at least one corresponding pretensioning element such as a spring or an elastomer body can be elastically biased.
- the bolt is step-shaped.
- a first step of the bolt can have at least one retaining surface for the hanging part in the locking position.
- a second stage of the bolt which is offset from the first stage can have a centering surface for centering, or in other words for aligning, the hanging part when the hanging part is inserted into the receptacle.
- This centering surface advantageously has a shape corresponding to the rear edges of the hanging part, which ensures that the centering surfaces, in cooperation with the hanging part, preferably with the rear edges of the hanging part, ensure that the hanging part automatically centers or aligns during the hanging process and thus in a position is brought, from which the hanging part can then be pulled or pushed into the receptacle in a simple manner.
- the centering surface and the corresponding contact surfaces, preferably trailing edges, of the hanging part can have very different configurations, as long as they interact with one another in the sense of the centering effect or alignment.
- the centering surfaces as well as the corresponding contact surfaces, in particular trailing edges can have regions that diverge relative to one another and in particular are arranged in a V-shape.
- the centering surfaces can of course not necessarily interact with the trailing edges when inserting the hanging part into the receptacle, but also with other contact surfaces of the hanging part.
- bevels are formed on the front edges of the side parts and / or on the side walls of the first buckle base body that form the receptacle as an insertion aid when inserting the hanging part into the receptacle.
- Said bevels or inclined surfaces can be designed such that the latch is not actuated separately when the hanging part is inserted into the receptacle but is automatically pressed from its locking position into the unlocking position, so that the hanging part can be inserted past it into the receptacle.
- the hanging part In the suspended state and when the bolt is in its locking position, the hanging part is in any case conveniently arranged in a, preferably open to the side, opening of the first buckle body and in the receptacle and / or locked between the receptacle and the bolt or its retaining surface ,
- the hanging part can preferably only be removed from the receptacle for separating the buckle parts when the bolt is brought into its unlocked position in a targeted manner, preferably by manual actuation.
- the buckle 1 is a so-called belt buckle.
- Belts can be attached to the respective webs 26.
- the belts are passed through the belt receiving window 27 and then sewn in a manner known per se or secured in another way.
- buckles 1 according to the invention need not necessarily be belt buckles.
- Buckles 1 according to the invention can also be used to releasably connect other things to one another.
- the belt webs 26 and the belt receiving window 27 can of course also be realized very differently and, above all, differently than shown here.
- the belt webs 26 can, for example, as known per se, be displaceably mounted clamping webs or the like.
- the second buckle part 3 has a second buckle base body 6 which is made in one piece.
- a part of this second buckle base body 6 is the hanging part 7.
- the hanging part 7 comprises the central web 10 and the two side parts 11 protruding from the central web 10 on opposite sides.
- the hanging part 7 is designed in one piece or rigid in itself.
- Each of the side parts 11 is delimited by a front edge 12.
- the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 are oriented so as to diverge from one another from the central web 10.
- the angle 14, which the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 enclose with one another is approximately 90 °.
- the side parts 11 together form the shape of a dovetail.
- the rear edges 13 of the side parts 11, which are present on a side opposite the respective front edge 12 of the side part 11, are aligned so as to diverge relative to one another from the central web 10.
- the front edges 12 run at least in regions in a V-shape.
- the angle 15 realized here between the rear edges 13 is approximately 120 °.
- contact shoulders 16 each directly adjoin the central web 10.
- the contact shoulders 16 serve, as further on the basis of FIG Fig. 19 explained in detail below, the transmission of the tensile forces acting in the pulling direction 18 directly to the counter abutment shoulders 17 of the first buckle part 2, so that the remaining areas of the front edges 12 are relieved with respect to the tensile forces acting in the pulling direction 18.
- the first buckle part 2 has a first buckle base body 4, which is likewise made here in one piece and is rigid in itself. Parts of this first buckle base body 4, as already stated, are the belt web 26 and the belt receiving window 27, which, as explained, can also be configured differently than here.
- the first buckle base body 4 has a hook-shaped receptacle 5, which is rigid in itself and seen in at least one section, into which the hanging part 7 of the second buckle part 3 can be hung.
- the hook-shaped design of the receptacle 5 is, for example, in the section line BB Fig. 2 , so in Fig. 4 , good to see.
- a latch 8 which is movably arranged on the first buckle base body 4 is provided.
- the bolt 8 is designed as a push button that can only be displaced linearly between the locking position and the unlocking position.
- the bolt 8 is elastically biased in the direction 21.
- the bolt 8 has, inter alia, the retaining surfaces 9 with which the hanging part 7 is held in the locked position of the bolt 8 in the state suspended in the receptacle.
- the first basic buckle body 4 in preferred embodiments such as that shown here has a receptacle opening 29 that is open to the side. In this receiving opening 29, the hanging part 7 can be inserted so as to be hooked into the receptacle 5 and secured by the bolt 8 in the locked state in the locking position of the bolt 8. The hanging process is subsequently based on the 9 to 18 yet explained in more detail.
- the first buckle base body has a central channel 28 for receiving the central web 10 of the second buckle part 3.
- a partial area of the receptacle 5 is located on both sides of the central channel 28.
- Fig. 3 shows the section along the section line AA through the two buckle parts 2 and 3. It can be seen particularly well in this figure that the bolt 8 is of stepped design in this, as in other preferred embodiments.
- a first step 22 of the bolt 8 has the at least one retaining surface 9 for the hanging part 7 in the locking position.
- a second step 23 of the bolt, which is offset from the first step 22, has a centering surface 24 for centering or aligning the hanging part 7 when inserting the hanging part 7 into the receptacle 5.
- Fig. 4 shows, as I said, the section through the first buckle part 2 along the section line BB Fig. 2 , Here, the hook-shaped configuration of the receptacle 5 with its two side walls 19 can be seen particularly well. It is also good to see that the receptacle 5 is rigid in itself.
- Fig. 5 shows the section along the section line CC through one of the side parts 11 of the hanging part 7 of the second buckle part 3.
- the area D from Fig. 5 is enlarged in Fig. 6 shown.
- the chamfer 25 formed on the front edge 12 of the side part 11 can be seen well, which represents an insertion aid when connecting the two buckle parts 2 and 3.
- the Buckle 1 according to the invention are designed so that it is not necessary to manually actuate the latch 8 when the hanging part 7 is inserted into the receptacle 5.
- Fig. 8 shows an alternative to Fig. 6 in that a corresponding chamfer 25 is formed there both on the top and on the bottom of the front edge 12.
- a corresponding chamfer 25 can also be formed, for example, on the opening-side wall 19 of the receptacle 5. This is also a possibility of designing the buckle 1 according to the invention in such a way that the two buckle parts 2 and 3 can be hooked into one another without a separate actuation of the bolt 8.
- Fig. 7 shows the section along the section line EE Fig. 2 through the first buckle body 4 and the bolt 8.
- the bolt 8 is elastically biased in the direction 21 towards its locking position.
- this is implemented by two pretensioning elements 30, here implemented as coil springs, which press the bolt 8 into its locking position, provided there are no corresponding opposing forces.
- the restoring forces exerted by the prestressing elements 30 can be overcome by pressing the bolt 8 in the opposite direction 21, so that the bolt 8 is then pressed linearly downward into its unlocked position.
- the prestressing elements 30 need not necessarily be coil springs. Other elastic bodies can also be used accordingly.
- the biasing element 30 does not have to be double.
- a single biasing element 30 or more than two biasing elements 30 are also conceivable. In principle, it would also be possible that no separate pretensioning element 30 is necessary if the bolt 8 itself has a corresponding pretension.
- the show 9 to 18 this process step by step.
- the 10 and 12 show the section along the section line FF out Fig. 9
- the 11 and 13 show the section GG Fig. 9
- the subsequent steps are based on the 14 to 17 described, the 14 and 16 the section along the section line HH and the 15 and 17 each show the sections along section line II.
- the centering surfaces 24 of the second step 23 of the bolt 8 ensure a corresponding alignment or centering of the hanging part 7 relative to the receiving opening 29, in that the centering surfaces 24 interact positively with the rear edges 13 in this exemplary embodiment.
- the centering surfaces 24 have a kind of triangular shape or wedge shape corresponding to the rear edges 13.
- the centering surfaces 24 and also the corresponding rear edges 13 of the side parts 11 can be shaped differently in order to achieve the same centering or alignment effect. In principle, it is also conceivable that the centering surfaces 24 act on areas of the side parts 11 or the central web 10 other than on the rear edges 13.
- the hanging part 7 is then pushed into the receiving opening 29 in a corresponding direction 20 orthogonal to the pulling direction 18 such that it strikes the first step 22 of the bolt 8.
- the bolt can then by further movements of the hanging part 7 or by correspondingly pressing the bolt 8 in the position according to the 12 and 13 are brought, in which the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 are brought into register with the opening of the receptacle 5.
- Subsequent pulling in the pulling direction 28 then pulls the front edges 12 and possibly also further areas of the respective side parts 11 into the receptacle 5, as is shown in FIGS 14 and 15 is shown.
- the first step 22 of the bolt 8 is released, so that the pretensioning elements 30 or the elastic pretensioning of the bolt 28 press it in the direction 21 towards the locking position.
- the retaining surfaces 9 of the bolt 8 keep the hanging part 7 locked in the receptacle 5 by the retaining surfaces 9 of the bolt 8 serving as stops for the trailing edges 13 of the hanging part 7 or its side parts 11. This prevents the hanging part 7 from being accidentally removed from the receptacle 5 or otherwise accidentally falling out.
- the hanging part 7 is then locked, so to speak, between the bolt 8 in its locking position and the receptacle 5.
- the bevels 25 which are preferably present, as corresponding inclined surfaces, can ensure that, by pulling in the pulling direction 18 on the second buckle part 3, its hanging part 7 automatically changes from the position according to FIG 10 and 11 in the position according to the 12 and 13 and then in the position according to the 14 and 15 brought. In these cases, there is no need, or at least less, to press the bolt 8 against the direction 21 or, accordingly, the second buckle part 3.
- Fig. 18 it is easy to see how the hanging part 7 with the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 is arranged in the receptacles 5, so that in this hooked and locked position according to Fig. 18 the hanging part 7 can only be removed from the receptacles 5 for separating the two buckle parts 2 and 3 if the latch 8 has previously been removed from its locking position according to FIG 16 and 17 in its unlocked position according to the 14 and 15 was pressed.
- the unhinging process is thus carried out in reverse order from the 16 and 17 Up to the 10 and 11 and then finally removing the second buckle part 3 from the first buckle part 1.
- Fig. 19 also shows the fully hooked and locked state, in which the side parts 11 with their front edges 12 in the in Fig. 19
- the mounting 5 is shown in a partially transparent manner and the bolt 8 with its retaining surfaces 9 forms stops for the corresponding rear edges 13 of the side parts 11.
- the abutment shoulders 16 already mentioned at the outset are the only surfaces of the hanging part 7, which support the second buckle part 3 in the pull direction 18 on the first buckle part 2 and there in particular on the counter abutment shoulders 17 when pulling in the pulling direction 18. No forces are transmitted to the receptacle 5 in this pulling direction over the other areas of the front edges 12.
- this is achieved in that when the contact shoulders 16 bear against the counter-contact shoulders 17, a free space 31 remains in the receptacle 5 in front of the remaining areas of the front edges 12, so that no forces exist in the areas of the free spaces 31 can be transmitted in the direction of pull 18.
- this prevents the side parts 11 from spreading on the receptacle 5 or the first buckle base body 4.
- the front edges 12 or side parts 11 located in the corresponding partial areas of the receptacle 5 prevent, however, in this position Fig. 19 that the hanging part 2 or the entire second buckle part 3 can be laterally tilted or detached from the first buckle part 2 or its receptacle 5.
- the engagement of the front edges 12 in the receptacle 5 thus prevents the hanging part 7 from pivoting out or tipping out of the receptacles, in accordance with an imaginary, orthogonal to the pulling direction 18 in the sheet plane Fig. 19 extending axis 35.
- the side walls 19 of the receptacle 5 of the first buckle base body 4, as side stops for the front edges 12 of the side parts 11, prevent the hanging part 7 from tilting sideways out of the receptacle 5 in a direction 20 orthogonal to the pulling direction 18, the direction 20 also orthogonal to the leaf plane of the Fig. 19 is arranged, see Fig. 12 ,
- the 20 to 25 in two embodiments, for example, that a cover 32 may also be present here.
- a first variant with such a cover is in the 20 to 22 shown where Fig. 21 the section along the section line JJ 20 and 22 the section along the section line KK Fig. 20 demonstrate.
- Fig. 23 shows a second variant with a cover 32, wherein Fig. 24 the cut along the cutting line LL and Fig. 25 the section along the section line MM Fig. 23 represents.
- Both variants according to the 20 to 25 has in common that it is on the buckle according to the 1 to 19 set up so that only the differences between them need to be explained below. The differences lie essentially in the presence and the respective design and the cover 32.
- the cover 32 is arranged above the receiving opening 29 or the first buckle base body 4 in such a way that an insertion slot 33 remains through which the hanging part 7 of the second buckle part 3 can be inserted into the receiving opening 29 and removed therefrom.
- the rest of the hooking and unhooking process as well as the locking and unlocking process corresponds to that described above.
- the bolt 8 is passed through a corresponding opening in the cover 32 so that the bolt 8 can be pressed directly in order to bring it from its locked position into the unlocked position.
- the bolt 8 is hidden under a tongue 34 of the cover 32.
- the tongue 34 is deflectably mounted on the rest of the cover 32 in such a way that the tongue 8 is automatically pressed by pressing the tongue 34 in order to bring it from the locking position into the unlocking position.
- the tongue 34 is pivotably mounted on the cover 32.
- FIGS 26 to 28 Another embodiment of a buckle 1 according to the invention is shown.
- This exemplary embodiment serves above all to explain other exemplary embodiments of the invention shown by way of example.
- the deviations from the buckles 1 discussed so far can be implemented individually and / or in combination.
- the hook-shaped formations of the receptacle 5 seen in section is shown in FIGS 26 to 28 not to see yourself. However, it can be analogous to the representations in Fig.
- the receptacle 5 has two side walls 19, which delimit an interposed receiving opening for receiving the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 and, if appropriate, also further areas of the side parts 11 of the hanging part 7.
- the hanging part 7 is designed to be rigid in itself in this receptacle 5 on the second buckle base body 6. In the hung and locked state, the side walls 19 prevent the hanging part 7 from tipping out of the receptacle 5, for example when the second buckle part 3 is loaded with a torque about the axis 35 relative to the first buckle part 2.
- two levers 8, which are designed as levers pivotably mounted on the first buckle base body 4, are provided for example, each of which has a retaining surface 9.
- the hanging part 7 is retained in the locked position of the respective bolt 8 in the state in which it is suspended in the receptacle 5, in that the respective retaining surface 9 forms a stop for the respective rear edge 13 of the side parts 11 of the hanging part 7.
- Fig. 28 shows the hanging part 7 in the inserted state in the receptacle 5, the bolts 8 are in the locking position and thus their retaining surfaces 9 secure the hanging part 7 in the inserted state in the receptacle 5 by their interaction with the rear edges 13 of the side parts.
- Fig. 26 shows an unlocked state in which the hanging part 7 is not yet hooked into the receptacle 5. The hanging part 7 is in this Fig. 26 only inserted into the receiving opening 29. In this exemplary embodiment, this insertion and alignment of the hanging part 7 is effected by centering surfaces 24 formed in this variant directly on the bolts 8, which in this exemplary embodiment likewise have the rear edges 13 of the side parts 11 interact.
- Fig. 28 shows the hanging part 7 in the inserted state in the receptacle 5

- FIG. 27 shows the outwardly pivoted bolts 8, which are thus in the unlocked position, so that the hanging part 7 with its side parts 11 and its central web 10 can be hooked into the respective areas of the receptacle 5 by the second buckle part 3 relative to the first buckle part 2 in Pulling direction 18 is pulled so that the side parts 11 with their front edges 12 can penetrate into the areas of the receptacle 5 arranged laterally of the central channel 28.
- the bolts 8 are preferred in the direction toward their locking position according to FIG Fig. 28 elastic pre-tensioned. If the hanging part 7 has been pulled sufficiently far into the receptacle 5 by pulling in the pulling direction 18, it is then sufficient to let go of the latches 8 so that they automatically move into their locking position Fig. 28 move.
- the buckle 1 does not necessarily have to be a belt buckle.
- mounting holes 36 are provided, which can serve to fasten the first buckle part 2 and the second buckle part 3 to a corresponding object, for example by screwing, riveting or the like.
- straps can also be screwed or riveted onto the fastening holes 36.
- the belt webs 26 and the belt receiving window 27 as well as the fastening holes 36 are only examples of how different fastening options or, in other words, connection options can be designed on the buckle parts 2 and 3 in order to be able to fasten them to other objects ,
- the hanging part 7 has a central web 10 and two side parts 11 projecting from the central web 10 on opposite sides, each of the side parts 11 being delimited by a front edge 12 and the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 relative to each other from the central web 10 are aligned at an angle.
- the side parts 11 together form the shape of a dovetail.
- the regions of the front edges 12 which diverge relative to one another here form an angle 14 of approximately 100 ° with one another in this exemplary embodiment.
- FIGS 26 to 28 In contrast to the previously described embodiments according to the 1 to 25 , in which the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 diverge at an angle to one another counter to the pulling direction 18, is shown in FIGS 26 to 28 shown by way of example that the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 can also be oriented, at least in regions, obliquely diverging in the pulling direction 18.
- these front edges 12 or their regions can thus be oriented at an angle in the direction towards the fastening holes 36 or belt webs 26 or even in the opposite direction.
- FIG. 26 to 28 Another difference shown here by way of example to the first embodiment variants is that here in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG 26 to 28 the entire front edges 12 of the side parts 11 form abutment shoulders 16 which transmit forces in the hooked and locked state when pulling in the pulling direction 18 to the corresponding counter abutment shoulders 17 of the first buckle part 2 in the pulling direction 18.
- the free spaces 31 are thus dispensed with, for example.
- this could also be modified accordingly, so that again only partial areas of the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 form the contact shoulders 16 and corresponding free spaces 31 are available in the other areas.
- the receptacle 5 is shown quasi-transparently, so that one can see how the side parts 11, in particular with their front edges 12, into the corresponding areas of the receptacle 5 have penetrated.
- Fig. 29 shows the first buckle part 2 and the second buckle part 3 separated from each other.
- the second buckle part 3 has a second buckle base body 6 with a central web 10 and side parts 11 projecting therefrom according to the invention on two opposite sides.
- each of the side parts 11 is delimited by a front edge 12 in each case and the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 are at least partially aligned obliquely from one another from the central web 10.
- An overall V-shaped structure also results here.
- the angle 14 is approximately 90 ° here
- the angle 15 is approximately 140 ° here.
- This embodiment according to the 29 to 35 is in turn equipped with belt webs 26 and belt receiving windows 27.
- fastening holes 36 or the like could also be provided in order to fasten the first and second buckle parts 2 and 3 to belts or other objects.
- the first buckle base body 4 has a receiving opening 29 with a central channel 28 into which the hanging part 7 can be inserted for connecting the two buckle parts 2 and 3 with its central web 10 and the two side parts 11.
- the counter abutment shoulders 17 on the first buckle base body 4 can also be seen well, which serve to abut the abutment shoulders 16 on the hanging part 7 of the second buckle base body 6 of the second buckle part 3.
- the centering surface 24 serving as an insertion aid and the bevels 38 arranged on the first buckle part 2 or its first buckle base body 4, the function of which will be explained further below.
- the biasing elements 30, which are designed here as a helical spring, are also clearly visible there, which each of the bolts 8 in the directions 21 in the direction towards their in Fig. 35 preload the locking position shown. This has the consequence that, if not pressed against the bolt 8, the bolt 8 automatically always in the locking position according to Fig. 35 are.
- the retaining surfaces 9 formed on the respective latch 8 prevent the two buckle parts 2 and 3 from being able to be separated from one another by the retaining surfaces 9 acting as stops for the rear edges 13 of the side parts 11 of the second buckle part 3, thus preventing that in the locking position the latch 8, the second buckle part 3 can be separated from the first buckle part 2.
- both bolts 8 must be deflected against the pretensioning of the respective pretensioning elements 30, so as to release the second buckle part 3 or its hanging part 7. If, for example by inadvertent actuation, only one of the two bolts 8 is deflected from its locking position, the other bolt 8 still prevents the two buckle parts 2 and 3 from being separated from one another.
- the 30 and 31 show an intermediate position during the hanging process.
- the 32 to 34 show as well Fig. 35 the fully hooked-in state in which the second buckle part 3 is also locked in the first buckle part 2 by means of the bolts 8, as shown in the sectional view in FIG Fig. 35 you can see.
- To hang the second buckle part 3 in the first buckle part 2 starting from Fig. 29 first the hanging part 7 in the in Fig. 30 particularly easily visible slightly inclined position is inserted into the receiving opening 29, the central web 20 of the second buckle part 3 coming to rest over the central channel 28 of the first buckle part 2 or the first buckle body 4.
- the centering surface 24 on the first buckle base body 4 forms a guide which interacts with the rear edges 13 of the second buckle part 3 in such a way that the hanging part 7 of the second buckle part 3 is guided into the receiving opening 29 in the appropriate orientation.
- Fig. 33 one can clearly see how the corresponding side part 11 is inserted into the hook-shaped receptacle 5 delimited by the side walls 19 of the first buckle base body 4.
- the side walls 19 which delimit the receptacle 5 form side stops for the front edges 12 of the side parts 11 in the suspended state and thus prevent the hanging part 7 from tilting sideways out of the receptacle 5 in the directions 20 orthogonal to the pulling direction 18.
- the in the Fig. 30 and 34 Visible chamfers 25 on the first buckle base body 4 facilitate the insertion of the side parts 11 into the receptacle 5 during the hanging process described above.
- the counter-stop areas 41 must be raised above the stop areas 40, which is done by tilting the second buckle part 3 about the imaginary axis 35.
- the front edges 12 are mounted with so much play between the side walls 19 that this tilting is possible.
- the bevels 38 on the first buckle base body 4 now cause the second buckle part 3 to tilt further about the imaginary axis 35 into the intermediate position according to FIG 30 and 31 ,
- the front edges 12 are then completely moved out of the receptacle 5 or the area between the side walls 19.
- the hanging part 7 and thus the second buckle part 3 can be laterally removed from the receiving opening 29, so that the two buckle parts 2 and 3 are then completely separated from one another.
- a buckle 1 has been created by the invention, which can absorb high tensile forces, but in which an accidental loosening of the buckle parts 2 and 3 is prevented by tilting sideways relative to each other.
- buckles 1 according to the invention and in particular the last exemplary embodiment of a buckle 1 are readily scalable, so that corresponding buckles 1 for a wide variety of belt widths or generally speaking in different sizes can be manufactured.

Description
The present invention relates to a buckle, in particular a belt buckle, with a first buckle part and at least a second buckle part, the first buckle part having a first buckle base body and a hook-shaped receptacle rigidly formed on the first buckle base body, seen in at least one section, and the second buckle part having a second one Buckle base body with an intrinsically rigid hook-in part for hooking into the receptacle of the first buckle part and the first buckle part additionally has at least one latch, the hook-in part in a locked state of the latch in a locking position of the latch of at least one retaining surface of the latch in the receptacle is held and can be removed from the receptacle in an unlocked position of the bolt.
A disadvantage of these known buckles is that, although they are quite stable in the pulling direction in which the first buckle part and the second buckle part are pulled apart, tilting of the two buckle parts relative to one another is not very well supported.
The object of the present invention is to propose an improvement for a buckle of the type mentioned above.
To achieve this object, the invention provides that the hanging part has a central web and two side parts protruding from the central web on opposite sides and each of the side parts is delimited by a front edge and the front edges of the side parts, at least in regions, diverge obliquely relative to one another, are preferably at least partially V-shaped to each other.
Due to the leading edges that diverge at least partially in relation to each other from the central web and thus also the side parts of the hanging part, a buckle with a relatively short overall length can be created on the one hand, in which on the other hand the two buckle parts are suspended in one another due to the special design of the side parts and their front edges Condition are relatively well secured against tilting in the direction orthogonal to the direction of pull.
The front edges are the edges which delimit the side parts and which point in a pulling direction into the receptacle when the hanging part is pulled. These leading edges can be straight but also curved. The front edges of the side parts projecting from one another on the opposite side of the central web are particularly preferably aligned at least in regions in a V-shape. The leading edges or even only partial areas of the leading edges therefore advantageously run towards one another at an acute or obtuse angle in the direction of the central web.
Particularly preferred variants of the invention provide that the side parts jointly, if appropriate together with the central web, form a shape of a dovetail. After the entire hanging part is rigid in itself, the side parts are also forcibly rigid on the central web. The central web and the two side parts together form the hanging part, although it is not excluded that the hanging part has other components. The hanging part is in any case part of the second buckle body of the second buckle part. The second buckle body may have, in addition to the hanging part, for example a belt web for wrapping a belt around and a corresponding belt receiving window through which the belt is inserted. The belt web can be rigid but can also be designed as a movable, in particular displaceable, web web for clamping a belt on the second buckle base body. The second buckle base body as a whole can be a rigid component, but it can also have moving parts, such as a slidably mounted belt web.
The hook-shaped receptacle of the first buckle part, seen in at least one section, is often referred to below simply as a receptacle for the sake of language simplification. This receptacle is rigidly formed on the first buckle body. In addition to the receptacle, the first buckle base body can also have a belt web and a belt receptacle window. Here, too, the belt web can be rigid or else can be designed as a movable, in particular displaceable, clamping web on the first buckle base body.
The bolt is movably arranged on the first buckle body between its locking position and its unlocking position. When the hook-in part is hooked into the receptacle, the latch can hold the hook-in part in the receptacle in its locking position with its retaining surface, so that the two buckle parts cannot inadvertently be separated from one another. It is only possible to separate the two buckle parts when the bolt has been brought into its unlocked position. In the unlocked position, the hanging part can then be removed from the receptacle in order to separate the two buckle parts from one another.
Basically, buckles according to the invention can be designed very differently and can also serve very different tasks. Basically, they serve to releasably connect two components together. The buckles according to the invention are particularly preferably so-called belt buckles, which serve to fasten a belt with another belt or one To connect the strap to another component. Correspondingly, options such as the belt webs mentioned on the buckle parts to which the belts can be attached are then also provided. Instead of a belt web, other fastening options can also be provided, or in other words connection options, such as fastening holes on the buckle parts, can be provided. Belts, or if it is not a belt buckle, other objects can also be attached to these other fastening options. In the case of a belt buckle, the belt webs of the buckle parts can also have different lengths in order to be able to connect belts with different widths. The widths of the buckle parts can of course also be adapted to the belt widths of the belts to be connected to one another. It is preferably provided that each of the side parts on a side opposite the respective front edge of the side part is delimited by a rear edge of the side part and the at least one retaining surface of the bolt in the locking position forms a stop surface for the rear edges of the side parts of the hanging part suspended in the receptacle ,
Particularly preferred variants provide that the rear edges of the side parts are aligned at least in regions from the central web, obliquely diverging from one another, preferably at least in regions V-shaped to one another. The trailing edges can also be straight but also curved.
Preferred variants of the invention provide that the front edges of the side parts form an angle with one another in an angular range from 20 ° to 160 °, preferably from 60 ° to 120 °. The same applies in preferred embodiments to the rear edges of the side parts. These also form an angle with one another, which is preferably in an angular range from 20 ° to 160 ° and particularly preferably from 60 ° to 120 °. In the case of leading and / or trailing edges which are only partially aligned at an angle from one another from the central web, this angle information then preferably only applies to the correspondingly oblique diverging areas.
Particularly preferred variants of the invention provide that only a partial area of the respective front edge is designed as an abutment shoulder on the hanging part and corresponding abutment shoulders are formed on the first buckle base body, wherein in the suspended state of the hanging part in the receptacle when the hanging part is pulled in a pulling direction in the inclusion in the tensile forces in the pulling direction can be transmitted exclusively from the hanging part to the first buckle body via the contact of the contact shoulders on the counter contact shoulders. In such embodiments, the tensile forces which engage the two buckle parts in the direction of pull are transmitted exclusively via the abutment of the abutment shoulders on the corresponding counter abutment shoulders. The remaining areas of the front edge of the respective side part of the hook-in part are free in the holder in the suspended state, so that no forces are transmitted from one buckle part to the other buckle part in the pulling direction. This, however, only in the pulling direction exemption of the areas of the front edges lying outside the contact shoulder can prevent the front edges of the side parts from spreading relative to one another, in particular arranged in a V-shape, from spreading on the first buckle part or the receptacle. By interacting with the receptacle, the side parts then essentially serve to secure the two buckle parts against tilting against one another about an axis orthogonal to the pulling direction. In this sense, it is advantageously provided that the contact shoulders are each arranged in a half of the respective front edge facing the central web. The abutment shoulders preferably each adjoin the middle web. The contact shoulders can each be designed as an undercut that is rounded at least in some areas. As already indicated, the side walls of the receptacle of the first buckle base body in the suspended state of the hanging part in the receptacle preferably form side stops for the front edges of the side parts to prevent the hanging part from tipping out of the receptacle in one direction orthogonal to the direction of pull.
The latch in the first buckle base body is preferably designed as a, preferably exclusively, linearly displaceable push button between the locking position and the unlocking position. Of course, more than one bolt can also be provided. The bolt or bolts does not necessarily have to be designed as a push button. For example, one or more pivotally mounted levers can also be provided as latches. In any case, it is favorable if the bolt is elastically pretensioned in the direction of its locking position. For this purpose, the bolt can be made elastic in itself or via at least one corresponding pretensioning element such as a spring or an elastomer body can be elastically biased.
In preferred embodiments, the bolt is step-shaped. A first step of the bolt can have at least one retaining surface for the hanging part in the locking position. A second stage of the bolt which is offset from the first stage can have a centering surface for centering, or in other words for aligning, the hanging part when the hanging part is inserted into the receptacle. This centering surface advantageously has a shape corresponding to the rear edges of the hanging part, which ensures that the centering surfaces, in cooperation with the hanging part, preferably with the rear edges of the hanging part, ensure that the hanging part automatically centers or aligns during the hanging process and thus in a position is brought, from which the hanging part can then be pulled or pushed into the receptacle in a simple manner. The centering surface and the corresponding contact surfaces, preferably trailing edges, of the hanging part can have very different configurations, as long as they interact with one another in the sense of the centering effect or alignment. For example, the centering surfaces as well as the corresponding contact surfaces, in particular trailing edges, can have regions that diverge relative to one another and in particular are arranged in a V-shape. Of the For the sake of completeness, it is pointed out that the centering surfaces can of course not necessarily interact with the trailing edges when inserting the hanging part into the receptacle, but also with other contact surfaces of the hanging part.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the hanging part into the receptacle, it can be provided that bevels are formed on the front edges of the side parts and / or on the side walls of the first buckle base body that form the receptacle as an insertion aid when inserting the hanging part into the receptacle. Said bevels or inclined surfaces can be designed such that the latch is not actuated separately when the hanging part is inserted into the receptacle but is automatically pressed from its locking position into the unlocking position, so that the hanging part can be inserted past it into the receptacle.
In the suspended state and when the bolt is in its locking position, the hanging part is in any case conveniently arranged in a, preferably open to the side, opening of the first buckle body and in the receptacle and / or locked between the receptacle and the bolt or its retaining surface , The hanging part can preferably only be removed from the receptacle for separating the buckle parts when the bolt is brought into its unlocked position in a targeted manner, preferably by manual actuation.

In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the
The
In preferred variants, such as the one shown here, the first buckle base body has a
