Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Zuführung von Druckfluid, insbesondere Druckgas, umfassend mindestens einen Druckfluidbehälter (2), der mit einer Öffnung versehen ist, die mit einem ersten Ventil (3) verbunden ist, wobei in dem ersten Ventil (3) ein innerer Fluidkreislauf (4) untergebracht ist, der mit mindestens einer Verschlussklappe (5) versehen ist, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) ein zweites Ventil (6) umfasst, das mechanisch und trennbar an das erste Ventil (3) gekoppelt ist, wobei das zweite Ventil (6) einen inneren Kreislauf (7) für den Transfer von Druckfluid umfasst, wenn das zweite Ventil (6) in der Position ist, in der es an das erste Ventil (3) gekoppelt ist, wobei der innere Kreislauf (7) des zweiten Ventils fluidisch mit dem inneren Kreislauf (4) des ersten Ventils (3) verbunden ist, wobei das zweite Ventil (6) ein bewegliches Betätigungsglied (9) umfasst, das dazu bestimmt ist, die mindestens eine Verschlussklappe (5) des ersten Ventils (3) zu öffnen, wobei das zweite Ventil (6) ferner ein insbesondere manuell bewegliches Steuerglied (10) umfasst, das dazu vorgesehen ist, die Bewegung des Betätigungsglieds (9) zu steuern und das Öffnen oder Nichtöffnen der Verschlussklappe (5) des ersten Ventils zu steuern, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) ein Restdruckventil (11) umfasst, das dazu ausgestaltet ist, die vollständige Entleerung des mindestens einen Behälters (2) unter eine bestimmte Druckschwelle zu verhindern, wenn die mindestens eine Verschlussklappe (5) offen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Restdruckventil (11) in dem zweiten Ventil (6) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Fluidtransferkreislauf (7) des zweiten Ventils (6) ein stromaufwärtiges Ende (12), das dazu bestimmt ist, an ein stromabwärtiges Ende (13) des inneren Kreislaufs (4) des ersten Ventils (3) gekoppelt zu werden, und mindestens ein erstes stromabwärtiges Ende (14) umfasst, das an einem Ausgangsanschluss (15) mündet, wobei der Ausgangsanschluss (15) dazu bestimmt ist, fluidisch mit einem Glied zur Aufnahme des aus dem Behälter (2) abgezogenen Gases gekoppelt zu werden, und dass das Restdruckventil (11) in dem inneren Fluidtransferkreislauf (7) des zweiten Ventils (6) zwischen dem stromaufwärtigen Ende (12) und dem stromabwärtigen Ende (13) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Restdruckventil (11) ein bewegliches Verschlussglied (111) umfasst, das durch ein Rückstellglied (211) zu einem Sitz in einer Position hin gedrängt wird, in der der innere Kreislauf (7) des zweiten Ventils (6) geschlossen ist, wobei das Verschlussglied (211) mit der Kraft des Druckfluids in dem inneren Kreislauf (7) von dem stromaufwärtigen Ende (12) kommend beaufschlagt wird, und die gegen die Kraft des Rückstellglieds (211) ausgeübt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Kreislauf (7) des zweiten Ventils (6) ein zweites stromabwärtiges Ende (16) umfasst, das an dem Körper des zweiten Ventils (6) mündet und ein Ablassventil (17) umfasst, das mechanisch betätigt werden kann, um das zweite stromabwärtige Ende (16) des Kreislaufs nach außerhalb des zweiten Ventils (6) zu öffnen, um den inneren Kreislauf (7) abzulassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Betätigungsglied (9) einen Ventiltreiber bildet, der dazu bestimmt ist, die mindestens eine Verschlussklappe (5) durch mechanische Betätigung zu bewegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Kreislauf (4) des ersten Ventils (3) zwei in Reihe angeordnete Verschlussklappen (5, 17) umfasst, und dass das Betätigungsglied (9) translatorisch beweglich und dazu ausgestaltet ist, die in Reihe angeordneten Verschlussklappen (17, 5) durch mechanische Betätigung einer ersten Verschlussklappe (17) zu öffnen, derart, dass als Reaktion auf die Bewegung dieser ersten Verschlussklappe (17) auf die folgende Verschlussklappe (5) gedrückt und diese bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste (3) und das zweite Ventil (6) jeweilige Kopplungselemente (8, 9) umfassen, die ein Schnellverbindungssystem bilden, um das zweite Ventil (6) entfernbar mit dem ersten Ventil (3) zu verbinden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Steuerglied (10) einen gelenkig an dem zweiten Ventil (6) montierten Hebel oder einen dreh- und/oder translatorisch beweglichen Knopf umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Betätigungsglied (9) einen translatorisch beweglichen Bolzen umfasst.
