Claims (8)

  1. Appareil de traitement de linge comprenant un tambour rotatif (2) réalisé pour loger du linge et une cuve (4) disposée autour du tambour (2) comprenant un mécanisme à cavité dans lequel un passage pour un fluide ou un conteneur est formé, le mécanisme à cavité comprenant un premier élément et un deuxième élément, le premier élément ayant une première surface plate (410, 51) avant assemblage, le deuxième élément ayant une deuxième surface plate (420, 442) avant assemblage, et le premier élément et le deuxième élément étant solidement raccordés par soudage par friction de la première surface plate (410, 51) et de la deuxième surface plate (420, 442) pour former le mécanisme à cavité, le mécanisme à cavité comprenant la cuve (4) avec un avant de cuve (41) et un arrière de cuve (42), le premier élément comprenant l'avant de cuve (41) et le deuxième élément comprenant l'arrière de cuve (42), dans lequel au moins l'une de la première surface plate (410, 51) et de la deuxième surface plate (420, 442) présente des nervures de soudage saillantes (7, 71, 72), et caractérisé en ce que les nervures de soudage (7, 71, 72) constituent les bords de plusieurs unités géométriques fermées (70), lesquelles sont de structures polygonales, jointes l'une à l'autre.
  2. Appareil de traitement de linge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les unités géométriques (70) ont la même forme.
  3. Appareil de traitement de linge selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les unités géométriques (70) sont constituées d'hexagones.
  4. Appareil de traitement de linge selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de soudage (7) comprennent une nervure de soudage principale (71) qui s'avance plus haut et une nervure de soudage auxiliaire (72) qui s'avance plus bas, dans lequel la nervure de soudage auxiliaire (72) est au moins distribuée sur une circonférence extérieure des unités géométriques (70) à la périphérie, et la nervure de soudage principale (71) est située dans l'intérieur de zones de soudage (43a, 43b) délimitées par la nervure de soudage auxiliaire (72).
  5. Appareil de traitement de linge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface intérieure (440) d'une paroi arrière (44) de la cuve (4) présente une gorge (441), la gorge (441) étant recouverte par une plaque de recouvrement (5), la plaque de recouvrement (5) étant solidement raccordée à la paroi arrière (44) de la cuve pour former un passage de condensation d'air (6) entre la gorge (441) et la plaque de recouvrement (5), le premier élément comprenant la paroi arrière (44) de la cuve, et le deuxième élément comprenant la plaque de recouvrement (5).
  6. Appareil de traitement de linge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'avant de cuve (41) et l'arrière de cuve (42) ont respectivement une première face de raccord (410) et une deuxième face de raccord (420) l'une en face de l'autre, et la nervure de soudage (7, 71, 72) étant formée sur au moins l'une de la première face de raccord (410) et de la deuxième face de raccord (420).
  7. Appareil de traitement de linge selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un passage (6) raccordé à la cuve (4) qui permet le passage d'air sec, dans lequel le mécanisme à cavité comprend le passage (6) qui permet le passage de l'air sec.
  8. Appareil de traitement de linge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme à cavité est en plastique.
