Claims (3)
- Le dispositif d'abaissement automatique après un arrêt de chute en hauteur équipé d'un corps avec des éléments porteurs de charge pour composants, tambour à câble rotatif avec mécanisme d'auto-freinage comprenant un élément de support (7), des éléments à cliquet (5), un tambour à câble (4), l'engrenage (6) avec des dents situées autour du périmètre de l'engrenage (6), le verrou d'engrenage (10) et la crémaillère (19) situés sur l'essieu (18) ayant des dents en prise avec les dents de l'engrenage (6), dans lequel le mécanisme d'auto-freinage peut tourner autour d'un essieu sur le corps, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (7) pour les éléments à cliquet (5) du tambour à câble (4) est situé sur le premier essieu (2) dans l'engrenage (6) verrouillé au moyen d'un verrou à engrenage (10),dans lequel les éléments à cliquet (5) sont reliés de manière rotative au tambour à câble (4),dans lequel le premier essieu (2) est relié au corps et assure un mouvement de rotation libre du tambour à câble (4) avec des éléments à cliquet (5) et un mouvement de rotation libre de l'élément de support (7) relié à l'engrenage (6) sur le même premier essieu (2),dans lequel après l'engagement des éléments à cliquet (5) avec l'élément de support (7), le tambour à câble (4) peut tourner autour du premier essieu (2) avec l'engrenage (6),dans lequel le verrou à engrenage (10) est situé sur le deuxième essieu (9) relié au corps,dans lequel, dans un état verrouillé après l'arrêt de chute, un bras du verrou à engrenage (10) est verrouillé en le maintenant par une pince constituée de deux parties, une partie de support fixe (11) avec coussin absorbant (12) en contact avec le premier côté du bras du verrou à engrenage (10), ainsi qu'une partie de pression et de rotation (13) avec coussin absorbant (14) en contact avec le second côté opposé du bras du verrou à engrenage (10),dans lequel le verrou d'engrenage (10) est couplé à l'engrenage (6) en engageant les dents du verrou d'engrenage (10) avec les dents de l'engrenage (6),dans lequel la partie de pression et de rotation (13) est située sur un troisième essieu relié au corps et assure un mouvement de pivotement libre de la partie de pression et de rotation (13),dans lequel la partie de pression et de rotation (13) est reliée à une première extrémité d'un boulon basculant (15) situé sur un quatrième essieu relié au corps,dans lequel une seconde extrémité du boulon basculant (15) est reliée à un déverrouillage (16) couplé à un module de commande (17),dans lequel le déverrouillage (16) a un état verrouillé et un état déverrouillé,dans lequel, dans l'état verrouillé déclenché par le module de commande (17), le déverrouillage (16) par le boulon basculant (15) maintient la partie (13) de pression et de rotation dans la position verrouillée dans laquelle le coussin absorbant (14) est en contact et maintient le second côté du bras du verrou à engrenage (10) dans un état couplé avec l'engrenage (6), etdans lequel, dans l'état déverrouillé déclenché par le module de commande (17) après réception d'un signal à distance de l'émetteur, le déverrouillage (16) libère la partie de pression et de rotation (13) de la position verrouillée, en faisant pivoter le boulon basculant (15), en déverrouillant le bras du verrou à engrenage (10) et en permettant au verrou à engrenage (10) de tourner afin de se désaccoupler de l'engrenage (6),dans lequel tous les essieux sont parallèles.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module de commande (17) consiste en un distributeur (21) de câble de commande (22) ayant un double fond avec un ressort, fermé avec un volet et fixé avec un verrou électrique (23) faisant partie du système de commande couplé avec un système électrique qui comprend un loquet supérieur (24) équipé d'un interrupteur à borne (25) fermant un circuit électrique reliant une source d'alimentation (26) à un système électronique, étant une temporisation (27) actionnant le verrou électrique (23) du volet du câble de commande (22).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module de commande (17) est équipé d'un récepteur sans fil (27) couplé à un système électrique constitué par un loquet supérieur (24) équipé d'un interrupteur à borne (25) fermant le circuit électrique entre une source d'alimentation (26) et un système électronique étant une temporisation (27) pour le déverrouillage (16).
