Description
- The present invention relates to the electronic field of LEDs, and particularly relates to an electronic light-emitting device capable of simulating flame.
- With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of the requirement of people for quality of life, various electronic light-emitting devices are widely applied to toys, decorative arrangement, atmosphere creation, gifts and festivals. Because the electronic light-emitting device capable of simulating flame achieves a flame flickering effect visually, the electronic light-emitting device is widely applied to simulated electronic candles, light-emitting crystal bottles, simulated fireplaces, and the like, and is especially more widely applied to simulated electronic candles. For example, the united states patent
US7837355 adopts a swinging reflector (flame simulator) matched with a fixed light source to simulate a candle flame flickering effect, the simulating effect is relatively monotonous, and the swinging component is easy to damage. At present, LED lamps with different colors are controlled by a control circuit to irradiate a swinging flame simulator, the flame is colorful, and the effect is better; however, this mode has the defect that the volume of the electronic light-emitting device is increased due to the use of a plurality of LED lamps, which does not accord with the trend of miniaturization of electronic products; and in addition, the swinging component is arranged, so that the volume is increased, the cost is also increased, and the service life of the electronic light-emitting device is influenced because the swinging component is easy to damage. - The objective of the present invention is to design an electronic light-emitting device which is good in flame simulating effect, small in volume and low in cost aiming at the defects of the electronic light-emitting device capable of simulating flame in the prior art.
- The technical scheme for realizing the above objective is as follows.
- An electronic light-emitting device capable of simulating flame comprises a base, wherein the base is provided with a flame simulator, one side, with the flame simulator, of the base is provided with a light-emitting body in conductive connection with a control circuit, the light emitted by the light-emitting body irradiates the flame simulator, one light-emitting body is arranged and is provided with a sealing cover capable of transmitting light, and at least two LED crystal sources are encapsulated in the sealing cover. Several LED crystal sources are encapsulated in one light-emitting body, and different LED crystal sources are controlled by the control circuit to independently emit light or extinguish light, i.e. the functions of at least two LED lamps are achieved by occupying the volume of almost one traditional LED lamp, thereby greatly reducing the volume of the present invention.
- Further, two LED crystal sources are arranged and are controlled by the control circuit to emit light or extinguish light at intervals. When one of the two LED crystal sources emits light, the light emitted by the other LED crystal source is extinguished; and when the other LED crystal source emits light, the light emitted by the original LED crystal source is extinguished. When the light irradiates the flame simulator, due to the distance between the two LED crystal sources, the light shows a visible flame-like flickering effect on the flame simulator.
- Further, at least three LED crystal sources are arranged, wherein two LED crystal sources are controlled by the control circuit to emit light or extinguish light at intervals to generate a flame effect visually for people, and the other at least one LED crystal source is controlled by the control circuit to emit light of which the color is different from the color of the light emitted by the two above-mentioned LED crystal sources. Therefore, the color of the flame is increased, the electronic light-emitting device has a flame simulating effect, and the flame is colorful.
- The flame simulator is made of a semi-transparent material. By adopting the semi-transparent material, the simulated flame is hazy and more vivid.
- The present invention has the beneficial effects that the simulated flame with a better simulating effect can be obtained, and the product is small in volume, low in cost and long in service life.

-
Figure 1 shows a structural schematic diagram of a specific embodiment I of the present invention; -
Figure 2 shows schematic diagrams of comparison between the light-emitting body of the present invention and the light-emitting body in the prior art, wherein the schematic diagram with one LED crystal source is the schematic diagram of the light-emitting body (LED lamp) in the prior art, the schematic diagram with two LED crystal sources is the schematic diagram of the light-emitting body in embodiment I, and the schematic diagram with three LED crystal sources is the schematic diagram of the light-emitting body in embodiment II; and -
Figure 3 shows a schematic diagram of a control circuit in the specific embodiment I. -
Base 1, light-emittingbody 2,flame simulator 3,control circuit 4,sealing cover 21,LED crystal source 22. - Embodiment I: As shown in
figure 1 andfigure 2 with twoLED crystal sources 22, the electronic light-emitting device comprises abase 1, aflame simulator 3 made of a semi-transparent material is arranged at the middle part of thebase 1, one side, with theflame simulator 3, of the base is provided with a light-emittingbody 2 in conductive connection with acontrol circuit 4, the light emitted by the light-emittingbody 2 irradiates the flame simulator, the light-emitting body is composed of asealing cover 21 which is made of a light-transmitting material and twoLED crystal sources 22 which are encapsulated in thesealing cover 21, and the twoLED crystal sources 22 are controlled by thecontrol circuit 4 to emit light or extinguish light at intervals.Figure 3 shows the schematic diagram of thecontrol circuit 4, and the circuit diagram shows the technology generally known to those of ordinary skill in the art and is not described in detail herein. - Embodiment II: The difference from the embodiment I is that the light-emitting
body 2 adopts the mode with threeLED crystal sources 22 as shown infigure 2 , wherein the functions of two of the three LED crystal sources in the embodiment II are the same as the functions of the twoLED crystal sources 22 in the embodiment I, and the other LED crystal source can emit light of which the color is different from the color of the light emitted by the two above-mentioned LED crystal sources, thereby increasing the color of the simulated flame.
