Claims (7)
- Pompe à membrane volumétrique (100), comprenant :- un cylindre de guidage (110)- une membrane flexible (150), placée de manière à sceller une extrémité axiale du cylindre de guidage (110),- une tête (155) destinée à définir une chambre de pompage (160) avec la membrane flexible (150),- un piston (115) fixé à la membrane flexible (150) et glissable dans le cylindre de guidage (110) entre une position du point mort haut et une position du point mort bas,- une bague d'étanchéité coaxiale (200) axialement bloquée à l'intérieur d'une cavité correspondante du piston (115), de manière à être interposée entre une surface latérale extérieure du piston (115) et une surface latérale intérieure du cylindre de guidage (110),- une chambre intermédiaire (195) définie à l'intérieur du cylindre de guidage (110), entre la membrane flexible (150) et le piston (115),- un boîtier (140) définissant un volume interne (145) destiné à être rempli d'huile lubrifiante, et- au moins un passage primaire (205) destiné à placer la chambre intermédiaire (195) en communication avec le volume interne (145) du boîtier (140), lorsque le piston (115) est en position de point mort basdans laquelle le volume interne (145) du boîtier (140) comprend une fente annulaire définie entre une surface latérale extérieure du cylindre de guidage (110), qui s'étend au moins partiellement à l'intérieur du boîtier (140), et une surface interne du boîtier (140), et dans laquelle ledit passage primaire (205) est réalisé en forme de trou de passage croisant radialement une paroi latérale du cylindre de guidage (110),

- Pompe (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le passage secondaire (210) est un trou de passage.
- Pompe (100) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit trou de passage présente un diamètre inférieur à 0,5 mm.
- Pompe (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une pluralité desdits passages secondaires (210).
- Pompe (100) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que lesdits passages secondaires (210) sont équidistants angulairement les uns des autres par rapport à un axe longitudinal (Y) du cylindre de guidage (110).
